Manager thinks it's okay to come out on the floor and treat donors like trash, acting extremely arrogant. Another transplant who proudly proclaimed she's from Ohio as though that's something. There's certainly no doubt she isn't from the south acting like that. I hope corporate catches wind of this, personally.

This location has gangs and creeps standing around asking for ?help? with their car, clearly this location is unsafe and I will not donate due to the high crime rate at this location?the last time I donated at this location two strangers with guns ?hidden? but were obviously there needed my help, I had no choice?do not go to this location?.the workers are VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST?THE MANAGING IS A FAILURE, THIS LOCATION SHOULD NOT EXIST

I used to donate while I was in college to help those in need, as well as making some extra cash to help with finances and I've always had a good experience. This location in particular has amazing leadership illustrated throughout the staff, this leading to a wonderful and comfortable experience for donors. I would recommend this location to anyone who is willing to start their journey.

CSL Plasma is a great place to visit if you're looking for an opportunity to earn some extra money while making a positive impact. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for donors. The staff truly stands out?they are friendly, professional, and make the process as smooth as possible. Whether you're a first-time donor or a regular, they ensure you're well-informed and treated with care. Overall, CSL Plasma offers a welcoming atmosphere and a chance to contribute to a

Great place loves the space for quite one employee Kendra always working hard with a smile great person

Great way to have a date night. Go donate, get $ on a card, go out to dinner. My wife and I do this twice a week. Takes about an hour and a half to two hours. Good time to clean your email box out and unsubscribe. You make about $450 on for your first 5 visits

Lately service has been hit or miss..... sometimes you get ok service and sometimes you get real bad service.

Great service, well done can't complain.

Great ???? experience good job on the front and back

Treat ur donors better in change glover before each donor

Each time I went which was 3 times. It was supposed to be 450 dollars the 1st month. They made sure I couldn't do the last two. My arms were messed up for two weeks. Now they keep trying to get me back for 45 dollars I guess to do this to me again.

Staff was amazing. Walked me through everything my first time there.

The experience donating at CSL Plasma gives me joy to know that we are helping to save lives to those in need. I recommend to donate here, the staff is very helpful and generous, and attentive to all donors. I appreciate your time and patience.

My preferred center to donate! The staff are always so joyful and professional. The phlebotomists are attentive and ensure, to the best of their ability, that my donation process always goes as smoothly as possible!

Most unprofessional and unpleasant place I've ever been to. They ignore everyone with such furious look and for no reason. They would treat a dog better than I was treated. I never expect such workers to be super nice but they have no basic respect or attitude toward human. I would be embarrassed to work and make money like that. Worst experience. Ever.

Best plasma donation center in Montgomery AL, with kind and courteous staff members who help answer any questions you may have! Also one of the cleanest centers in the area. 10/10 experience and will continue to return!

JUST WANNA GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO THIS CSL PLASMA LOCATION, THE WORKERS ARE GREAT.THEY REALLY WORK HARD.WHEN U COME IN THEY WASTE NO TIME.THEY SERVE YOU WITH A SMILE.AND THEY KEEP EYE ON YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU OK.GREAT JOB TO THE MANGER SHE IS GREAT AS WELL.

Love this place so much I had to get a job there. Great people, and great experience with donating. Highly recommended

Just walked in as a new donor at 430 pm an d was given a attitude by the woman in the first booth closest to front counter bout the time after I called earlier to check n see what time I needed to arrive by to still be able to donate, so I walked out cause I felt like she was being rude , not knowing what I may need the money for.

This place has a few good workers, I cannot say anything negative about them. However the few workers who seem like they hate their jobs, are very off-putting and hurtful. They don't seem to train their workers very well on WHERE to stick someone nor do they teach them how to be with clients you are sticking. Human beings deserve to be treated as such. Not like another test dummy to poke and prod on, to practice on. Please train your workers to be polite and understanding. Also would be awesome IF you didn

Honestly The Whole Staff Is More Focused On Running There Big Mouths, Laughing, And Flirting Around, With Uncalled For Rude Attitudes! They're Big On Wasting Time With Poor Effort And Lack Of Putting There Jobs FIRST! A General Manager Is Most Likely Neeeded They're Highly Unprofessional And Make You Super Uncomfortable

Excellent place and staff ????

I love my people there because they treat me and my daughter with open arm love you guys keep up the good work God bless them all

Staff is friendly and very organized Definitley recommended to everyone i know! Staff manager was very informative on donation procedures and process Will visit again

I love it Ms.Yolanda, ms.lakisa, the short girl that wear the wrap, ms.d, Angel just to name a few. I mean damn near the whole staff is the sweetest funniest people that make you feel comfortable they manager Kathy is always on point. I mean everyone has there day but this place is so professional I recommend them to any and everyone

I had a great experience with CSL. I thought the $$$ was worth the time. Definately. The place is always very clean and comfortable. The employees were 97% professional. I turned 65 in July so I can't donate any longer which I am very sad about. (I am very healthy.) I was able to donate for about 8 months. I really miss it.

That's the worse place ever. They will have you standing up outside for over a hour after opening time and don't tell you nothing. Right now got a line saying the manager ain't there. They don't pay enough for all that standing and waiting so we left. It has to get better or we'll just be going to the new center that pays $100 a visit

CSL Plasma has the best performance you can receive. Very pleased that I can help save lives. Thank you team CSL for making me feel at home!

Absolutely amazing staff are incredibly helpful and kind 10/10 recommend this center 5 stars

Helpful & friendly staff. Great experience. Recommend it. Remember, if you are patient and friendly, your experience goes much smoother.

Helpful staff with great personalities. They are like another family. Everyone is treated equally. THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE!!!!

I was a 1st time diner lastcwednesdayvtheuvsaid itxwotld be about 2 tob3 hours well after doing everything itvtook 5 hours to finnish the medical screening snd 2 hours to donate. Whalen asking how much longer all ibgot was very soon and wound ypblatingvthete fircivet another hour staff mostvofvygem ride and nothelpful. Ans would avoid me but when finnished it wad all good had a nice bruise where the poked me a second time. I did feel very wNtowd there just like I was a nobody and went back a second time 2 d

Great money as a new or lapse donor, but after that, ain't worth it unless you don't miss every donation your scheduled then you get bonus. I would only recommend doing the new Downer donation and then waiting 6 months and be a lapsed donor so you can get the new donor promotion. Because plasma is an essential part of our bodies that we need to be able to heal and keep us from getting sick

This place is pitiful.... They would have 7 employees and only one working... They take far longer than what is ideally expected. They talk and play Amongst each other while the lines of donors back up and it's sooo frustrating how they move. 1 person taking vitals wit 8 donors in line and more coming in???? This place needs new management and a new staff. I have the same poor experience EVERYTIME I come Very unprofessional. Lazy workers! They move extremely slow and take all day to even get to the vital c

Awesome location! Way more for your time. They have raffles for TVs to gift cards. They also give WAAAYY BETTER bonus stuffthan the other location And do more giveaways Overall I've been to a few and this one has been the best so far. I was really impressed compared to my first time a little over a year ago by faaaarrrr haha but you can see a change in the people who run it. It's not too far from the other location and are definitely worth it for your personal care purposes For sure

Everyone who worked there was very nice & professional. & especially the woman who took my blood, she was AWESOME!!:) Didn't feel a thing!! I'll definitely go back. I got $60

My plasma donation ensures that tens of thousands of people are able to live normal, healthy lives. I'm thankful for being able to give the gift of life?.highly recommended!!!

This is the worst place ever. The staff is rude and very unprofessional, They do not know how to treat people. I will never go back, but I will try another location. The staff there need to be fired for lack of professionalism especially the nurse and the white lady that was located at the front desk. If you are there to give to save lives and not for the money do not waste your time, try another center.

Went in today to inquiry about donating blood as I had a question as to do they take your blood pressure reading..the short sister in a green dress said my blood pressure must in a certain range and I asked what is the range and she said I cant tell u as if I can changed my blood pressure reading at will finally after going back and forth with her she spit out random number. This is ignorance at its best and needless to say I won't be using this location!!!

Very friendly staff and even with some technical complications with my account, they made sure that it was resolved and I was able to donate in the same viist

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. They're confused on what HIPAA is and that's day 1 for any medical class. This company really needs to screen their employees better instead of scraping them off the night club floor on Saturdays. I'll be going to a different one next time.

People are always so friendly. Both workers and other donors. Always get done as quick as possible but there's always a lot of people so expect to be here an hour or two

So beside a machine messing up that almost took all my blood..... I tried to donate that next week and one of the nurses claimed I had a tattoo that was a year old that's wasn't in the system she act as a manager and told me I can't come back without me seen the manager to explain what going on and I told them about the tattoo so I don't recommend any to risking they arm for a poor staff that doesn't check every thing they supposed to

I used to go to this donation center regularly. The nurse Vanessa seems to not like white people, Along with a number of the other staff. I highly recommend that if you are white, steer clear.

They are a wonderful center to go and visit

very lazy and rude employees. they are not helpful in explaining anything. take forever to take vitals and will have several employees working and hardly anyone getting people set up on the machines

Please do not go to this most unprofessional location! The receptionist, Keneeshia, and the manager, Kiara, have the worst attitudes and actually treated me so bad that I left.

Staff and center manager at every helpful and professional, as well as knowledgeable and informative.

I was told after 3 visits that I had Hepatitis C.I later went to my private physician and was tested and NO Hepatitis C. I am fine and in good health but have been banned from ever donating again. Sad

I called in inquiring about the process at the request of my daughter. My experience over the phone was offer. The white lady that answer that assisted me over the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I will never call nor visit the company.

Mostly friendly staff. Donation went very smoothly.

CSL Montgomery is amazing. Love the staff. Great management.

Rude! The staff definitely has an issue with white people! Very unprofessional and does not like to work! Need a whole new crew!!

I haven't been there since December and I have to say that the new people they have is the worst ever customer service is not good the nurses is worst. I suggest to check out the new plasma center down from csl they are awesome.

Staff is rude and very unprofessional. I go to this one because it's closer to my house but after the rudeness today I will travel futher just to not go to this one

Absolutely hated. Employees took their time. I sat in the office for almost 3 HOURS!!! Just to be told I could not give plasma!!! Which is stupid!! I will never go back here or the other one again. Poor service!!!!!!!

Everyone is so professional. No problems. I Recommend anyone to come here. They will take care of you.

Don't bother coming here. The staff are incompetent, and even when you meet all requirements for donation, they'll still come up with reasons to turn you away. That was after wasting an hour of my time.

Great place friendly customer service great staff

The atmosphere here is great and the staff is informative.

The ladies in the front have never been friendly towards me, and today they asked me to leave because I was wearing athletic shorts. Horrible service from unfreindly people.

They are very disrespectful , it only one or two employees that's professional and the manager is not manager material she is very rude , if you guys want to donate plz go to Ann st instead of Eastern boulevard if you want the Top service ???

They do thier best to run this facility and the workers are go above and beyond especially Char Angel and Kayla!

Staff so loud and goffy after every two words they burst out with extremely loud uncontrollable laughter very unprofessional not sure if I'm at the plasma center or at a comedy event not so bad in the back where they do the sticking

This place is very unprofessional ran .if you would get rid of the center manager (Ms.Kathy) and replace her i do believe it would be a better center

Great service and very clean

Nice service as all ways when visit.Had the greatest sticker in building. A joke they all good.

I would never ever waste my time going to this awful excuse of a place . Majority of the workers in here are unprofessional . I would go to the other one in town . Don't even waste your time at this one .

You gone be waiting forever while the staff just talking bout nothing related about their job

I like everyone that workers there always have good sprit when I'm there
