NOTE TO NEW DONORS AND PEOPLE SENDING REFERRALS. If you and your referral go at the same time MAKE SURE your referral finished donating after you. Otherwise the REFERRAL won't count because ?Your referral finished donating before you? so it won't count. BS!!! My referral finished just 2 minutes before I did. She was a female and short. I'm a taller male, of course my donation will take some time more. They never informed us about that loop hole and said they could not help with my bonus I deserved. Robbed u

I've never donated before, but I was referred by a family member. I am happy I did! The staff is top-notch and immediately put me at ease with their upbeat personalities and their ability to communicate the process! I found the fees to be really great! Coming twice a week for the month pays my car payment and then some!! For anyone who needs extra cash or is simply looking for a few extra bucks, I would strongly recommend this location in Maywood, Illinois!
People who run the place was rude and unprofessional. Also had inexperienced staff sticking people with no director. There's also a fake security at the front.
I think they're very sterile. I think they're very clean. Personality wise the customer service reps are very nice. I think the pay is good. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Staff seems to know what they're doing. They have security in the place. So far I've been very healthy. Management is excellent here. Everyone is so nice . Keep up the good work.
I was told that they do vein checks on everybody once they step into the door. So they did my vein check, one of the veins was good and then they told me that since the other vein wasn't good enough that I'm going to have to come back another day and drink more water which I told them that I drink water all the time. I think they just are lazy and they find any reason to deny people that they find a reason not to like.
Had a good experience as being new to donor the staff there are nice and know what they are doing.
New manager rules is if you have a file there you only get 50 bucks they no good don't waste your time here CSL offers more to returning donors and you are consider a new donor by law if you don't go for 6 months or longer.
This place use to be such a nice place when they first opened. I can tell management doesn't respect or appreciate certain workers there. A large number of good employees left and it's obviously for a reason. I've been coming to this center almost a year and I know a lot of people personally that comes here too. I absolutely won't ever go anywhere near these people ever again. Terribly unprofessional and extremely rude! I took some folks to donate and this woman Ashley was rude and dismissive to me. She mumbled all of the stuff she says she has to read, fast and rude during the so called physical, then pulls her phone out and says give me a second. Place is always clean and it's easy to get in and out in a timely manner as a returning donor. All the staff are friendly, most seem experienced. What makes this a 3-star rating is one person who consistently has never worn a mask every time I've come in throughout the pandemic. I come in 1 - 2 times a month, some months as many as 4 visits. There are many outstanding employees at this Grifols location, including but not limited to Gina, Sophia, Henry, and Danielle. For the most part, the employees are extremely kind considerate and helpful. Nonetheless today as I went in to donate after finishing a 10 hour shift at my job, I was spoken down to in a very unprofessional manner. Waste of time I've been donating for years at other centers, decided to try this place. First they won't give payment otp -ok why not? So after 45min drive the person training I luckily got says my veins not hydrated, how? I'm a regular donor at a dif center I explained to trainer who ignored it ....some centers try best to deny donations so they never busy....lol IL try another company crazy.
They have the worses customer service. They have a worker there with dirty drags thats not a good worker at all. Going back and forward with a client then she put my screening results in wrong so I couldn't donate. Today will be my last day here. CSL here I come! They will have you spending bus fare you don't even have. Then they gossip about the clients. How unprofessional is that
This place is very nice and clean. All the workers I've encountered have been very professional like Antoinette, Cynthia, Theresa, Anna and many more! When they stick me, it's like vampiric angels are gently taking my blood and plasma while whispering a sweet song in my ear. It also helps that this place pays the most and has the most bonuses than their competitors! Thank you all!
So far since coming here I've had good experiences. All the employees are really good at their job and very communicative. Would recommend for first time donors
I think it is not good cust serv to change hour in the middle of week and notify your donors. You emails for other things. Today i showed to learn your hours changed yesterday. I drove 15 miles to be turned away. That is not right to treat donors like that. So you cut your, left work 1/2 early and showed up to donate it was 3 pm and you better get your stuff together because i am thinking of going somewhere else. This is the second time i drove to donate and shot down. They were not able to take any
Very friendly but They are so slow and short staff? I've been here for 4 hours now and still waiting. They claim to only have one lady working and she needs to go on a break which means I have to wait longer until her lunch is over.
Extremely disappointed with visiting I would not recommend donating here. They stuck me twice missing the vein causing extreme pain they even struck my actual nerve. Never ended up receiving compensation and I had to go to urgent care. A few of them are actually experienced in what they do. But a lot of them are inexperienced. Even after venting about the pain the lady who stuck me was very pushy because she was going on her lunch I guess
I had a pleasant experience while going to this donation center.The people there was nice and the sticker's there really know what they're doing.( No problem there). It has a wonderful atmosphere with SouL soothing music, you should go there....?? I don't know who wrote this a month ago but it wasn't Eugene Davis
The staff here was surprisingly very professional. They were really nice. I travel an extra 15 mins to them and there Is one closer to me. Customer service is very important and they have excellent customer service skills!!
What a disappointing experience. New donors be very wary. An untrained staff offers conflicting directions; you may or may not be able to donate. Somebody said I was fine, but then I wasn't allowed to donate. Plus, someone came in with an INFECTED arm today. Killed all my confidence in this place. Beware.
The Arab lady who suppose to be a manager is very rude& profiled me and & I'm not ok with that. The black lady with dreads that works in the front she nasty & disrespectful? It's not worth donating there when u can't be treated like a human being. They need learn how to treat people with respect
The people there are like super sweet. They genuinely care if I'm comfortable or not. It's fast and the money is OKay.
I donated today. I felt a little hot then dizzy. Couldn't get my breathing right I was kinda scared but they were excellent. Nadim eas awesome. He told me how to breathe and helped me relax. The whole team was amazing. The reason it happened was because I didn't eat, i did eat 10 min before I donated which is why I think my body reacted.
If you donated before and they have a file on you you dont't get $100 bucks only 55 is not worth it even if you have not been there for years. Octapharma or CSL pay you good.
Had a bad experience donating 2 days ago the lady forgot to clamp my tubing after a needle stick and she ended up getting my blood on my clothing and all over my arm and and back since I was laying down. she also wasn't wearing gloves while connecting me to the machine to start my cycle. I stained the interior of the drivers seat of my car with blood because there's was blood on my arm, legs and my back...never had this happen to me before and I've been donating for 2 years:/
Since I have been coming to this facility in Maywood. I have had a great experience donating. the staff are very friendly mild mannered.staff on the donating floor are the whole bunch they treat you with respect and I have never seen them any other way since I have donated here and today was know exception .especially cynthia and naomi .
At Grifols, the staff is very professional and the ladies are extremely beautiful...all of them. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene, for me it's the place to donate. So, for those who think about donating... here's a tip--i highly recommend this place... what up doh Monique?
I was told that because I came in with a Gyro the racist whites including the security guard felt like I shouldn't donate, as Gyros are fatty is what an honest employee told me their coworkers said about me. JEALOUSY & IMMATURITY is prevelant at this location.
Absolutely terrible front desk reception. Rude and lack information and staff. New donor set up took over 4hours after being told 2-3 hrs with an attitude.
My first experience here was very nice Ashley did a really good job the staff was so friendly the wait process was good as well the only thing I didn't like was it took a few hours b4 I was able to activate my card but other then that was good glad I went there
I would like to report the breach of contract with Grifol Plasma Donation Center. I received a marketing ad in the mail stating that if I made a 1x donation by 7/20 and signed up for their hub I would receive the bonus. I went thru the process and presented my promotional card at the beginning of the interview. The rep said the marketing team had some issues they was trying to fix and give the card to the people in the back. After I successfully donated my plasma and saught payment the rep said I was NOT
Nice facility good worker's they are friendly and work hard to attend to all the donors on a timely fashion. Tried another location not as good as Maywood. I will not do that again I'm staying with the folks at Maywood
this place is pretty solid. Cynthia and Antoinette really do there job well and makes sure the experience is always positive. very clean place and friendly and knowledgeable staff.
It be busy if you don't go early. The wait long cause everybody tryn to get they money. Other then that is cool. The emloyees are nice. Theres a tall bad lightskin that wrk theyre she build like megan the stallion on foenem but she be behind some glass allthe time.

I honestly think that there is nothing wrong with music music is very comforting staff are very friendly very cool place if people are making bad posts and waiting about this plasma center it's just because they weren't able to donate because they didn't have all that information

This place it terrible the Arab lady was furious because these machines keep beeping which has nothing to do with me then told me she remembered me for coming n having problems then looked up all my donations and I never had any problems at all basically just profiled me!!!
