I understand they're short staff but to hear them talking cracking jokes in turn slowing down the process of donors is inconvenient. Have fun at the job, don't care, but not at the donors expense
I feel as though this place needs to be investigated for fraudulent actions, As well as unprofessional staff and negligence. I was cheated out of proper pay 2 times due to inaccurate scales when I was weighing myself in. Then I was told by a Manager that sometimes the scales don't work properly, so if this is the case and you no your machines are faulty then this means to me you guys are purposely keeping these machines to keep from paying donors there full fee that they deserve, and not just that for those
This is the most unprofessional plasma place I've visited. The employees are rude and the women would rather flirt than do their jobs quickly.
Very friendly, clean place, fast pace and that's cool but try giving blue Gatorade drink, only because the Punch drink doesn't help you recover fast enough.
Security would rather flirt with donors on the side and then complain people are cutting when they clearly pulled them to side just for thier benefit obese, 5?9, beard, wears a baseball cap I've seen him on two other occasions have trouble with other donors and he just gets belligerent Needs more training on the job and for his health
Best CSL I've been to by far. All the staff members are sweethearts and have a soft hand with the needle
I donated here for years and ended up switching to Biolife. Biolife pays more and is managed Wayyyyyy better. At this center the employees swear and yell at eachother and at Donors. They openly complain about work in front of you the whole time. It's exhausting to listen to. The lines are way longer due to resource mismanagement (I.e. staff just standing around not doing anything but gossiping). Plus, one time they had my machine set at half speed so it took twice as long and at the end said, ?whoops sor
This place either is full of liars or people who don't know how to communicate. I called to ask if they would take me without a SSC on hand. They said yes. I get there, and they tell me that I can't donate without it because they run a third party system that said my social isn't valid. Now that I have had some more questionable experiences with them, I know that they were lying because they didn't want to take me too close to closing. I come back with my social. The boy at the front tried to tell me I can'
Been coming here 10 years worst it's ever been under staffed to slow!! Less in fees new machines to work right
Went into the Melrose Park Illinois facility masked up this morning for the first time. Nobody was sitting there to direct me? A security came by and got a staff person after I told him it was my first time. Staff person asked for my ID, ss card and mail, I showed her and she pointed me over to a waiting area. There was a man in the waiting area, we began to talk, I told him it was my first time here, and he clued me in. After about 15 minutes I asked him if we are always made to wait, he said not this
September 12th 2024, I had a very positive experience with the supervisor on duty (Eric W). The gentleman portrayed exemplary professionalism & flexibility. Eric fostered my problem & made it his very own. Eric effectively facilitates the cohesion of his staff which reflects the strength of his leadership & competency.
Came in at 9am on a Wednesday as a first time donor and didn't leave until 2:30pm. Should NOT take this long. I've gone to other places and I have everything in 2 hrs max 2.5
Tallis Andrea jasmine yajaria song thin do a good job
I did five donations at this location pretty much just to take advantage of a promotion. Who doesn't want a little extra money. I really don't plan on going back. Every time you're there amongst the associates its like a social gathering. If I were the top top main boss 80% of them wouldn't have jobs. Its like play time and they'll get to you when it's convenient for them. With them doing so it really represents a not so professional environment. Especially when your hearing profanity. But then again it is M
Bro now they taking money from us like really I'm in between 210 and 198 when I go and yall paying by how much you way so why I'm only being paid 55 to 47 when I was getting 60 to 50 shits crazy this is the problem it's a done deal.for.me.
Subject: Concern About Blood Pressure Measurement Procedure I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experiences at your facility with the hope that it may lead to improvements that benefit all your patients. I've been a regular donor at plasma centers, and I must commend your staff for their kindness and professionalism. However, I encountered a situation during my recent visits that left me feeling uncomfortable and anxious, and I believe it's important to bring it to your attenti
Stopped going to BioLife & started coming here. Muchh better. Calm easy going atmosphere. The staff was so nice. I think Andrea was her name but she made a big point to try and accommodate everyone & made sure there was good adequate customer service & everything was running good speed & everything was taken care of. So nice. I get right in & out here. Good place.
I've donated at dozens of plasma centers and unfortunately csl plasma is the most unprofessional and dirty center! Seems like a few of the workers don't want to be there and they take it out on the donors. Please do better csl plasma this is unacceptable!
Love it here Dianna and ingred go behind there job make customers happy great what they do love them there highly recommend them if you go
I'm first time donor and I can honestly say I was very scared when I walk in the door. The receptionist better know as the gate keeper was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I must say it took a long time to get everything done but it was fun to help sick people with my precious plasma! I want to give Kudos to the staff they where extremely professional and deserve to be appreciated by management! Sarah, always trying to help in anyway possible as well. The only thing I have a problem with is the pay I'm prett
This is place moves at the pace of the retirement home. It's a miracle if you walk in and the line isn't out the door with one person at the booth. Phlebotomist are also terribly slow and I have been poked incorrectly far too many times. Not everyone is bad here but a few bad apples are enough to ruin the experience. Expect to spend at least 2 hours here.
Very unprofessional staff. Not very sanitary either. Machines coming in contact blood are not cleaned well. Ill trained phlebotomists leave arms bruised and hurting. Constant side conversations complaining about work or inappropriate stuff.
Nick, Jasmine the nurse and Yoyo are the real MVP's of this place...if I was just going off of those 3 this place would get 10 stars. Unfortunately, there is little to be said about a majority of other staff I've dealt with Add Jennifer to the MVP list so I'll bump it up a star one for each of them!
I was donating here regularly until I had car problems, however,I called in the morning and found out I was a new donor again. This was really fine, this month, first timers, $95 and the second time $115, with a coupon there for an extra $5 hey, if you're like me, money is money we all need it, this is faster than a part time job AND YOU GET TO HELP SICK PEOPLE AND THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY. ITS STILL A WIN-WIN PEOPLE. ??
Everything was going good, till I was in the main area. They started to look for my veins and they couldn't find any they left came back and told me I couldn't come back anymore without giving me a reason. I didn't want to argue I was already there for 3 hours I was paid for the day but felt like that was rude. Just cause you can't find them one day doesn't mean you can't find them the next visit.
I absolutely won't ever go anywhere near these people ever again. Terribly unprofessional and extremely rude! I took some folks to donate and this woman Iyanna was rude and dismissive . She pulls her phone out while taking my vitals and says give me a second. Talked on the phone and gave the impression that she really didn't want to be there. Very unprofessional in every single way possible. She rushed thru taking my vitals I attempted to ask her a couple of questions I wanted to know what was my iron le
The reason why I gave it a 1 star is because they are always under staffed and will lie on your record to get you deferred. Some of the staff is very professional and they are not even management. I overheard the assistant manager state that when she left work she was going to get her a drink. Her name is Dion they feel like they can talk to you any kind of way an act like they are invincible. She lied and said I was rude and got me deferred. The manager Nikki is having sec with male employees and other sta
At first I was wary because a older gentleman rubbed me the wrong way after losing his place in line. Whomever Eric is needs a raise or something. I have small rolling veins and he adjusted me as well as asked about my car situation that I mentioned while upset. He talked very calmly and even showed he cares by asking about my situation. I will be asking for him every time. Wonderful human being and soul.
The staff here is only collecting a check. No staff member wants to help. You just sit here listening to staff members complain how no one does there job. I have sat around for 1 1/2 before I made a complaint about being seen for new donor. Yet I am still sitting here with my fingers up you know where THIS COMPANY SUCKS
This place is a circus and up and down I've been donating for years and when I first started coming to location everything was A+ now I give a D- people don't want to do there job correctly they act as if they don't care about the people they are treating. This location has messed my veins up from being stuck the wrong way. Past 4 donations Ive had problems they blame it problems I know isn't the issue rather than taking self responsibility for their errors. Pretty sure I'll be going to a different donation
Understaffed and opening late. Also they lowered their pay
Staff us amazing and real helpful. Could be different for everyone. My experience here was fine
Ingrid is the best phlebotomist, she has amazing customer service and attended to me promptly. While other phlebotomist were very loud and talkative with each other. I would definitely go back to her 10/10.
One of the black girls in the front who take vitals etc is loud, rude and inappropriate She needs to be fired I've heard her say so much inappropriate shit? it's ridiculous like I don't wanna be here etc ? I get it have fun at work but there has to be some level of professionalism ! Y?all know who I'm talking about ?? Besides her blowing me I get in and out ?? & another thing stop poking fingers so hard like breath then poke ? I suggest prayer and meditation to all the workers
Friendly staff, very efficient. I usually only spend 30 minutes to an hour there. Now it's even quicker because I can do my screening from their app. The money goes to my card right away, which I have had issues with at other places.
Steve is the best!!! So gentle and always quick
I love this place and the staff. I used to donate at a different center and this place and the staff are leaps and bounds above a closer center to me in Waukegan. It's so worth a few extra miles to have a much better experience. I should have changed a long time ago because every time I would donate at the other center I would get misses and bad sticks but I have NOT had a problem completing my donation process here The staff here are way better at the vein puncture (sticks) here than the untrained and unta
While in the privacy of the medical exam office the nurse took pictures of me without my consent, without me even knowing, and made comments about me and ?black donors?. When I go to help people and donate life saving plasma I should not have to worry about my privacy or racial discrimination. I informed management, Sarah Peet, and she did nothing to make me feel comfortable being in that center. The nurse still works there full time.
The lady currently with box braids and gold accessories in her hair is very rude! Doesn't know how to speak and her tone is very off! Sweetie if you don't like your job please find something else otherwise fix your posture and tone!
I've been to 2 locations so far and this one . . . Idk something bad happened almost every time I was here at this one not always to me but at fault of the staff ex. Machine across from me being hooked up wrong and no one knew how to fix it there was someone hooked up to it at the time haha?? most recent issue for me unnecessary wait time told to wait for the nurse and .... She had no idea why I was there only took an hr for her to speak to me to tell me I didn't have to see her meanwhile 10+ donors came in
CSL pays more then the other plasma places I been to. They are fast, very friendly, and I have not had any problems there as of yet. The one thing that I don't like with this plasma place is the prepaid cards they give you that they pay you on. The company that deals with these cards robs you of the money you get paid on fees and bogus charges that change constantly. And when I call the company on back of the card they don't do anything and will not explain to you why the charges are what they are and why t
No one told me I had 30 days to take advantage of the 495.00. I took a break because my left arm became numb( after 2nd visit) .. The facility should tell you that information, verbally!!!!
New management is a joke. Don't trust them. The place is unsanitary and ran by disrespectful people with mean demeanours. I've reported them to the cook county health department because there are so many violations it's not funny. Nasty staff gives you mad attitude for no reason no matter how hard you try to be nice to them, the floors are dirty, so are the tables and there was blood spilled in the bathroom. It's not worth the 65$ a wk. They prey on the poorest Americans and hopefully are shut down soon bef
I'm sorry to everyone that might of had a bad experience in the past. CSL is now under new management and friendly new faces. We are working hard to provide you the best customer service. Stop in and check it out for your self. $50x5 must be completed within 45days.
The staff is very rude for no reason it's really dirty would never go back. They would never able to get my friends veins she went to BioLife and they had no problem at all. The only good thing about this place is they're fast.
I was here 02/20 and has been by far the worst. Every single worker I encountered seemed to have an attitude, only 1 phlebotomist and a nonstop line. It took me over 2 hours, I will reconsider donating here
I am sharing from an employee perspective. The staff are very friendly and helpful to an outsider from a different facility. The donors were all very polite and the facility was very clean and seemed organized. The only drawback was being short staffed but sometimes that cannot be helped.
I do not recommend going here. Got bruised up bad which they said is not normal then they tried to blame me asking if I did any heave lifting after which I didn't then asked me if I had a bleeding disorder which I don't...they did a blood test and a physical before the procedure...not my fault the guy who stuck the needle in was a Neanderthal that didn't know what he was doing. They don't save lives. You will be putting yours at risk donating here! Furthermore I have given blood and had blood taken many tim
I love this facility and staff! Ashley and Alex are extremely professional and efficient as management. The floor staff, Eric, Steven, Bree, Vivian, Talissa are awesome "stickers"; processing, TQ, Rob & Kyra are the best and last but not least...Lynn, nursing...fantastic!
It's been less than 3 days since my last donation but are saying that the week starts over on Saturday, so no $65 for me. Sheisty company that only cares about profits
Today, I visited CSL Plasma and I received very bad service. I walked in answered the questions on the quiosk and walked to the vitals checkpoint. As I was standing in line my mom called me, she was on the other line with my Father whom I haven't seen in over a month because he left to Texas to visit his mother who had heart surgery not to long ago. The nurse who was in booth #2 told me that I had to either step up to get my vitals checked or leave. But she didn't ask in a good manner as if I was doing some
The spanish r?ceptionest was the sweetest Kindle person but that Lady in booth 3 very unprofressional attitude i had Lil problem sitting in the chair cus was in a motorcycle accident showed no compassion CANT SIT DOWN with a front on her face am a nurse you suppose to help people's show compassion don't see how she have a job dealing with people's im 1st time donor but the spanish Lady should give class?s there to some of your rude worker on how to treat people's and being ? compassionest person thanks th
Went in because I'd taken time off from the plasma clinic I normally go to and wanted to see about the new donor bonus. I waited for four hours in a not busy clinic before finally being seen for a physical, only to be permanently deferred because the physician thought my sinuses looked like I do drugs. Which I don't. No test or anything, he just thought it looked like it and permanently deferred me from CSL. Frustrating and insulting, served with a heap of judgment and fresh anxieties about my future abilit
They under compensate you and while you're there they don't really care you're there lbs. They will have you wait all day to donate while not even trying to speed the process up all while they gossip and take their sweet time. You will soon hear some of the employees talking about the people donating if you come every week. If you need help and raise your hand while you're donating, they may walk right pass you without even caring and get mad at you because you got your hand raised or have a problem or some
I left after the "nurse" doing my vitals killed a roach in front of me, then laughed and said there were also rodents in the back. That's sick. Also, no one who works there is a real nurse. 95% are MA rejects with gross personalities and faces to match. Place needs to close.
Unprofessional staff. Rude. They gossip about other staff AND donors. Can be as loud as they want but when donors have normal volume conversations they threaten to defer everyone. Their doctor isnt even a doctor. Don't got a licsense. A phlebotomist said that she was trained two weeks before she started. Two weeks and they tryna stick my arm? Tf
Very quick in the process. Staff cool as hell. Very clean and at least the women there looks better then on Lawrence.....lol...js
I would?ve given 5 stars because I had a pretty pleasant visit until I was on the floor and had to listen to phlebotomists be loud & unprofessional with their conversations. Clients don't need to know their personal business
They do a wonderful job making sure each donation is clean and safe. The environment is fine especially enjoy the new TVs. Employees work hard and are very nice if you treat them with respect.
I wouldn't never recommend anyone to this place ever. Really disappointed with this place how they don't know how to stick and messes you up so bad . Also they do not sanitiz area where people sits to get checked for vitals and stick them on their fingers, they touch blood and do not change gloves. That's is disgusting, not safe and putting peoples health in jeopardy.
Everyone working here should be ashamed of themselves. Yall take advantage of people and put them at risk of God knows what. I pray Yall are closed. How do you sleep at night being so bad? I love how a lot of 5 stars are ppl who work there. You not allowed to rate where you work. Yall just wanna cover your ass. Really nasty place. The employee's also smelled of trash and had dirty coats. You'd have more self-respect giving dome out in the front for money.
Here at the Melrose Park location 2/20/24 how in the hell are u gonna have one phlebotomist that's very irresponsible and why are u hiring ppl that don't stick poor management especially with the management in the back
Great and wonderful staff security is great awesome courteous Pleasant environment never a dull moment with the staff they always keep you laughing they treat you with dignity and respect and they have some of the most outstanding patience thank you all Carolyn McDuffy
Your you behind bills, gas or just simple need extra cash or just want to donate? This is the place! Very friendly atmosphere and staff, even the clients talk to each other here! My go to!
Most of the staff is very unfriendly & unprofessional I want 2 say "ghetto" but I don't want 2 b rude. They r usually slow 2 unhook u from a machine when u r done w/ ur donation b/c they r 2 busy talking. But when u need easy $$ u put up w/ the BS. U keep ur eyes & ears open as u shake ur head @ this place
Wish I could give it a zero. More than likely the people who claim they had a good experience, either are embraced employees, friends of an employee or are ghetto, rude and don't mind being in an filthy, unprofessional environment! Fire them all and start over even the rude security guard. It's seems they went to the worst part of the hood and said your all hired!
It's Was Clean Fast No Long Lines Staff Was Real Nice Fast Donation
The price for new/current donors have increased. The wait time is great. From start to finish I was there for an hour. I see the staff constantly sanitizing between donors.
IN A NUTSHELL. First time $60 second time $65. 2-3 hour process. I had great service and no problems so i think a lot of people are just big complainers. Although im only 140lbs so its only worth the first two do ations for me. Thx for the $125
Totally unprofessional people "working" there. They don't value the people that come in to donate. The staff acts as if they would rather be somewhere else. The Phlebotomist's are either improperly trained or they do not care about what it is that they are doing. I strongly recommend NOT going to this place. Go to Octopharma if you want to be treated with respect and be around professionals.
The Donation floor EMPTY but a LONG LINE... These FEMALES in the front are the most GOSSIP people I have ever seen.... They take a long time because they are talking about their personal life & making jokes... Smh
Went here as a new donor and I guess helping new donors is non-existent to them. I was literally right by the counter and no one is there. They're understaffed and LAZY. Because they saw me waiting, but didn't do anything. After about half an hour, they finally notice me and ask me "you need help?" From across the room... I say I'm a new donor. And she told me "we don't take new donors today." And I reply "yesterday they told me to come here at 7am." Then she tells me to come back at 10am .. smh I just woul
**MASSIVE EDIT: DUE TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE I HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH A BAD HEMATOMA AND WILL INEVITABLY BE DEFERRED UNTIL IT IS HEALED. I was put on a faulty machine and two phlebotomist attempted to reset the needle resulting in a bad hematoma. I am very upset as I have recently started donating again to bolster my income after the loss of one of my jobs, so being deferred for a month before this heals will cost me quite a bit of extra income. There is likely 0% chance I will be compensated and I doubt any reprim
Customer service stinks some employees gossip too much before calling you in line, kiosk take forever to work, they tolerate any type of people(smelly, high, loud mouth cussing) in retrospect the payout is way better than Octapharma and bonuses are worth sticking out for the month usually have big bonus on 8th donation. Phlebotomists are good at what they do from what I witnessed. Just to add that really need to invest in a tech to be on call or whatever so we don't have to wait hours just to use a kiosk ma
There very slow when it comes to getting you hooked up. I dont know if they are under staff. But on 10.2.2018 @ 4:30there was 2 area's open but only half of each area in use. With a line of donors wrapped around the lobby. TO SAY PLASMA SAVES LIFES The staffing needs improvement.
Ola is one of the BEST phlebotomist there. Quick, skilled and most importantly, clean. Its literally the ONLY place I donate.
As it gets later in the day around 4 or 5 the workers drag their feet purposely waiting for the line to get longer so that they can get overtime. You can literally see open beds clean and prepped but they wont call until the see more peolle coming through the doors.
This place took too much plasma for my weight. When I complained. They gave me an attitude. They deferred me because I called the FDA on them. I go else where. If continue to donate here watch your weight and make sure they don't take too much. This also happened to other people they don't go no more, neither do I. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They should be closed down I had been donating for s short time and stoped back August returned Oct 18 th and while waiting the (sticker) African Americans girl looked lost I kindly asked for someone else I seen Bre nice girl The lost girl got her supervisor (Bully) explaining how the lost girl has same credentials as Bre and it's ?pretty much the same thing?! Attitude I said I wasn't comfortable with someone guessing with my health I thought all was forgotten wen my phone rang I
Had a great experience with Nurse Angie. Even though the process may be a little long when you first start I felt welcomed. The phlebotomist was super nice thanks Toya girl
Today was my first time going here and it was clean and the staff was very professional, but the process for a first timer is really long but it paid off $50 for your first two donations and $25-40 for all others depending on your weight. I recommend this place....
By far the most professional staff that I've encountered in a long time.
Worst experience i ever had at this plasma center. When i finished donating workers having whole conversations while im still waiting to be disconnected from the machine.Black women and man acting like they got something against me for no reason.Management in the back room or office came out like she didn't no what was going on when she should have been on the floor knowing that they are short staffed.I just checked my card and they didn't pay me out for my plasma.Unprofessional and i will be reporting csl i
I hated coming here. This is my third time being turned down to donate. Aw ur a new donor you are to late. The second time I go thru a hour process. And now my blood pressure to high. So after watching the videos and taking the test I drive up here to donate...aw your still considered a new donor and we close at 5 and u wuld have to do all the same stuff over. Ok do ur job I made it here. Dont waste my time and send me away. I really hate this place. It's such a waste of gas. Why wuld I have to take the sam
Staff was friendly and helped me get a new card and transfer from another center. A little bit of a wait but they're efficient
Yolanda is and outstanding employee for CSL !!! I WAS GREETED AS I WALK THROUGH THE DOOR HER ENERGY LEVEL Separate iHER FROM THE REST....
This is by far my favorite place to donate it's nice clean fast with a friendly professional staff ?? and I would like to thank Eric for giving me advice on some of my vital issues I was having what a great place!
The "sr phlebotomist" sets the environment on the floor and she is GHETTO. Screaming accross the room to staff and patients. They need to reinforce professionalism to their staff. Its already an invasive procedure. We dont want any of this nonsense. You are better of at Biolife
Acutually yeah wait is long but worth it i myself stepped out with $50 too and the staff werent even rude...yeah they may look ghetto but they r so kind and they described to me every single thing they were doin and why it was needed to be done :) npt bad for a firat time...
The staff are very bad black ladys.it was a scam there where the employees got dismissed because stealing plasma, and stealing card info from customers. It was also employees have sex with each other on the job.it you don't believe me it. Is police reports to Google.it the only plasma center the have are officer with guns.and it the only place that you get 20 dollars after first 5 times.
They are the most unprofessional staff.they came straight from the hood and need to all be fired and replaced by people who value their job. I went there for almost 6 months.now going somewhere else. And going to call corporate office to let know why.
The phlebotomist told me that an artery was punctured instead of a vein, and they sent me home. An arterial puncture is a potentially life-threatening injury. They told me nothing about what symptoms to watch out for, what to expect, or that everything would be fine. I didn't get an ice pack or further instructions on how to care for myself. I called two medical professionals, both of whom told me to go get evaluated by a doctor immediately. When I asked CSL Plasma to reimburse me for the co-pay of my subse
Years ago this Csl had the most rude staff been coming here for well over 10 years when I had a problem managers always stuck up for their employees well I'm sorry I'm the customer I wasn't having it I would call corporate there no nonsense but years later the Csl plasma in melrose park ate professional and extremely kind this makes it so nice to frequent I love this place now
It was horrible, they are very unprofessional they are very ghetto, they are slow I could give blood because I took thero flu 2days ago,not even organized at all. They all need to be fired, walking around singing and cursing and everything else but there jobs.
Of course there's more that could be done to better there service but calling it ghetto is not one of them like so what he there having fun like your not coming to get free money or to have a nice visit there doing you a favor and if you need the money you shouldn't complain... over all I like the nurses there they just get overwhelm like anyone else but they make conversation with you and even others who donate make good company while the wait lol but yes don't ask for money if your going to complain... st
Literally the worst human beings of all time work here. Unsafe, untrained, unprofessional. I hope they get shut down. They do pay a lot, but you're basically prostituting yourself without a condom. Might get lucky, might not.
Most of the staff is very kind But One and her name Lope young no work experience Very Unprofessional and should be remove
CSL Plasma is awesome they where fast I don't know why people say ghetto I didn't see nothing ghetto I think the nurse that took care of me was Katie not sure but she was awesome and here crew I will be coming back??
Went in their to donate with my uncle and was intimidated by the larger security guard who said I had to wait in the car because of covid wit h is fine but it the way he said it and how he toward over me get better security
Very unprofessional and rude!!! They are so ghetto in here !!! All they do is talk about about donors and drag their feet when it's time to close. I only gave two stars because my man works here but I am Never coming here again.
Everytime I go here to try and donate they have an excuse either theirs a hold on new donors or the physician not in or you gotta wait till we catch up.. They know their the only office afterwhile they will wonder what happening to the donors...good luck on trying I tried 5 times must not be meant.. Oh well I will keep my plasma instead of helping the sick...
Steve, the senior phlebotomist needs to learn people skills! Not very polite and never answered my questions. Get rid of him!
Waste of time corporate don't care about nobody but themselves. Find a better place too attend csl isn't worth it. The workers are professional and does their job excellent, corporate making it harder on them.
It's not ALL it's cracked up to be I just go because I'm enjoying the fact I am saving a life each time but the staff can have an attitude adjustment though.
This place is the best. Cleansant and the staff is always willing to assist you not to mention Thier great attitude. 5 stars
This place is terrible. The staff are rude, lazy and the place is grimy. If you like getting fifteen dollars for five hours of waiting in filth, and an hour actually donating then go here.
This place is so slow, the staff sits around talking which make the process very very long! Initially I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait not sure why it wasn't crowded! Some people left after waiting hours... The point of giving blood is to help save a life I don't wanna die during the process... The staff was very unprofessional talking about other staff members...
I.did like this location but the employees like to hear theirs elves talk they are annoying they talk to much and the machines are raggedy and take forever will not.be returning.
Love this place. Fast ,easy and painless every time.
They put the needle in my arm wrong TWICE, two different people. I have huge red bruises on my arm & since I wasn't able to complete my 1st donation my red blood cells wasn't able to be transferred back into my blood, I have to wait 8wks to donate again but honestly after this poor service & horrible experience I DOUBT I return.
Very, very unprofessional. Gossip and convos while should be working. Profanity through the roof! Im glad i didnt get to donate cuz the atmosphere is ghetto and straight hood! Go to Interstate or Octapharma ASAP!
I go here twice a week and it takes me no longer then 30 to 45 minutes to donate. It is very good and they have gifts and prize giveaways.
Slow, unprofessional... Went 3 times & was still not able to resolve simple issues... Walked out the last time when, after 30 minutes of waiting, I was unable to find anyone not on break or sitting around on their cell phones... Wont be going back!
Their slowness got me deferred. I've been feeling sick n weak ever since. The bowl broke and they took forever to come while my blood kept pumping
They take way longer than needed. This isn't the first time giving plasma and these people have no time management at all.. if your looking to give plasma and not spend all day I recommend interstate blood bank in the city of Chicago off of lawrence.
Tried to go in as a new customer and when I called the did not state the piece of mail needs to be within 30 days. I had a piece of mail that was from 32 days prior and they would not accept it. Very unprofessional and nobody knows what they are doing. Huge waste of time.
I came in and started the process, I was in line for two hours, there was a guy in line a few steps forward that was so high he almost fell over several times and they still. Took him. My total time there to donate was four hours!!
If I could rate it less than a one I would. I went in twice, both long before they closed for the day and they said they stopped accepting new donors for the day and I had to leave. Then the third they told me I couldn't donate with out my social security card which no one had told me I needed the prior two times.
These employees are very unprofessional acting like they are at a hang out and not at work from start to finish they could care less how you are being moved along while they fiddle around and socialize on the donor floor besides paying attention to donors and then you got one employee in paticular addresses donors very rude
Fast and some great stickers ?? I recommend asking for Brianna or Talisa to stick you your 1st time if they are there.
The best plasma place ive been to hardworking and fast employees would recommend this place to everyone if i could give them more stars i would... Keep up the good work.
Katie the nurse and the manager that African American .. there are unprofessional and very rude the security guard was very rude too i don't recommend this place .. if I can give them zero star i would but don't go to this place disgusting management and very rude
this place is straight ghetto. from the staff to the donors. overheard some gossip about the center manager having intercourse with male staff members and firing the ones she did not like! I wont ever donate there again!
best plasma center around?very professional. Those employees work very hard
Very unprofessional I called this place so many times and they keep disconnecting there phone they have been closed for 4 days and said they would open up monday and they still have not opened very bad service I would not recommend this place at all.
I love this place, because they show me a lot of respect. Employee always being friendly and very professional. Thank you
Would Never Go Here! After reading all the bad reviews I wouldn't even consider going to this place. How do they stay in business? Isn't there regulations for places like this?
Place is horrible, if you really need some gas money and then maybe a last resort but definitely not worth the time and pain.
Love it the pay is good the stuff is great
Very unprofessional unclean poor management and employee need to be on a new hire list or better yet close it down not a good place to donate
Been coming here for a month, and this has happen to me twice here! The workers are careless and don't care about the the people that donate! Don't recommend coming here to no one .
Very slow was told to wait in the waiting area because I had a bruise on my arm which I got from one of their technician because she didn't know what she was doing had me waiting in the waiting area for 2 and 1/2 hours to tell me they could not use my plasma today then when I asked for a management gave me the run-around telling me she was there then she wasn't there very unprofessional will never go back there again
It's always clean, pretty quick and the employees are friendly

Phlebotomist please dont use your phone well sticking or drawing my blood. Serious, that defeats the purpose of sanitation with gloves.
Great staff, super friendly and helpful.
Incompetent employees not properly preparing equipment deferred me...how does that seem fair? Need better employees ????????
I dont care what no one says I love the employees in this place never had a problem with em
The staff here was extremely professional and helpful. Thank you.
They're unsanitary and they don't switch out gloves after each client. They supposed to.
Worst plasma center ever staff is rude takes hours to donate today they open late and we was not told ahead of time they would be opening late the manager always has a attitude and is rude to people the need new staff here asap go to another place I think today would be my last day going not worth all the trouble
Slow, inattentive, and never answer the phone. Completely understaffed

The best plasma place around as long as u are consistent and fastest getting in and out...
Amazing staff and real helpful
Unfortunately what people are saying is true it's a very scary atmosphere very hostile and unprofessional
They give good Bonosus somedays be a little crowded more than others
Great! Friendly staff, quick service and ideal for new donors.
Not the best. It's got one or two good people that's good at there job.
First day 4 hour process second day 2.5 and that's with skipping to the front not worth the money...avoid Fridays
you might wanna smoke a blunt before coming. The wait is almost 2-3 hours
Complete waste of my morning go in wait 4+ hrs to get told medic is going on lunch! They have no regard or courtesy for donors!Walked out they could obviously do without my plasma!
The conversation with different ppl makes the long wait times fly by.
There fine with me , they get u in and out

Why am I standing in the screening line soooo long, with 3 staff standing behind the screening counter, 1 working and 2 talking. There is only 1 person in line to get on a bed. My time is valuable too, I'm not getting paid standing in line , like the staff who are just standing and chatting. Why are all plasma places like this?
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
