Far and away the best in the OKC METRO. Best staff from front to back. Best attitude. They are professionals and care about what they are doing. I have been here over year now and I have noticed maybe 1-2 staff members who have left and 1-2 new ones take their place. I do not have an issue or even a suggestion for any one of them. They are the best team across the board and I've been to three other places in the city.

Jamie is the sole reason I will be avoiding this location. Don't really feel like getting belittled before donating do not recommend. Jessica was lovely and got me to their other locations where I can avoid front staff like that.

I had an all around terrible experience. Laid in the bed for 30 minutes ready to donate before anyone came. And they give the wrong info out. I was told that I would get one amount and ended up getting much less. If I was a new donor I would stay away from this place. Very unprofessional. If I could give half a star I would. Will not be going back ever again.

I've been to every plasma center but Grifols can be the fastest one in the OKC metro. I really love everyone here but Seljia is my favorite. She is kind and friendly so friendly. Would recommend them getting more employees because you can sit in a chair for a while and hear a lot of people have to take there breaks like a hour after they start work which is crazy

I forgot that I left a bad review one day. I was so frustrated cause I couldn't get through over the phone. They're cool though over all. The money comes clutch and you're helping people at the same time. It's a win win.

If you choose to donate plasma I would not recommend this center I have donated here for awhile now and I can say for sure it has went down hill there's hardly enough staff to run the place accordingly and the manager Bridgett seems scatter brainedand focused on the wrong this vs running things smoothly she will literally stop her workers in the middle of doing a donors stick and send them on break meanwhile the donor who has already waited 30 minutes after being out on the bed has to wait even longer while

This facility is great. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.

Place has declined. Front desk employees are usually rude and/or inattentive. Donors that wait are loud, disruptive, on thier phones, playing music, watching videos, causing others to not her their names being called. A couple of the screeners act just as ghetto, talking loudly, laughing, playing, not focusing on the job or individual, putting your information out so loud so everyone knows your overweight with hypertension, talking while they stick you, alot of staff gone, staff just rude, very few courteou

Donating here has been the best experience with any plasma donation center I've been to. The scheduling and getting called back and hooked up is awesome. I tend to get sick during the draw and the tech was so wonderful when I told her she said, she could lower it down and gave me the number to give for the draw and return every time I donate. I've been coming ever since thanks to her.

Absolutely the best staff I can always count on khyra and Trese when I visit both girls are attentive and do what they need to do to in order to make every visit go smoothly and make this plasma center the best one in OKC I do recommend this plasma center to anyone that wants to donate plasma This is where you want to be!

The service isnt very fast so if you plan to donate I'd budget in about 2 hours. The facilites are clean, the staff are nice and the money's good though. Also, avoid coming in around the holdiays, they're usually terribly understaffed around then and its very hectic.

All the staff here are great except the center manager. When I was there a few days ago she was screaming and berating an employee in front of other workers as well as myself who was just there to donate. Never go to this place. Ked plasma and CSL are far better options. This company issues a card that will steady take money out for any and every transaction including checking the balance. Talecris is a great place to donate and they get you in and out on Time but they are also patient and gentle and they're very cautious on how they poking stick you

It's been cool and clean. Here lately the wait has gotten longer but no big deal. However the older lady who does vitals is rude. The girl at the desk was showing me how to schedule an appointment and she just grabs my phone from me so she can see too. 3 of us were scheduled at the same time and they called for us to get in line and she makes it her point to tell us one at a time and to form a line. We'll obviously we all can't go in at once. The scheduling sucks so far hopefully they get it worked out.

Never in ten years have I been bruised but in the last six weeks i've been bruised by the same worker who bullied me and berated me in front of people today for her mistake. By far the best place I've donated. Other places I've spent hours just waiting to be taken back this place takes you straight back, does your vitals etc then to your bed. Every time I have gone here I'm in and out in an hour or less other places take an before your even getting started. And all the people here are very nice.

Making appointments has done absolutely nothing good and has only made these people slower!! This is ridiculous! Either limit the amount of appointments at one time or hire more people!!!!!! Great atmosphere. Friendly and knowledgeable staff..always donor bonuses which is nice too..only twice did I not get paid out correctly. If I take time out to come donate because of $100 dollar bonus via text, I'd hope to get paid out correctly after showing each person I communicated with in the process and it was written on my paperwork. Went in recently as a new donor. All of the staff was very nice and pleasant. They were a bit short handed the day I went in to sign up as a new donor, and the staff was extremely apologetic asbout the wait times and did their best to communicate what was going on and where I was in the process. All in all highly satisfied with this donation center and the staff here. I have donated here a total of 3 times now and plan to continue donating here.

Fastest machines in town. Super speedy and quick prescreen and screening process.. not as friendly staff as other local centers. They're quick though. Tons of "stray people" surrounding the building and parkinglot so lock your car for sure.

I have been to four places in the metro area and I like these guys. Best by far. Michelle is so fast and efficient. So are the rest of the staff. I'd say for the most part the staff that I've seen for awhile are very friendly and professional and proficient at this. The 3 star is because of those one or two workers that seem to be more concerned with their personal chats than the donor, which seems to cause longer wait times due to being side tracked.

The worst managed business I've ever seen! Lazy staff would rather YELL across the building at clients rather than walking over and addressing them properly. I also witnessed 3 different employees use profanity in front of me and several other clients.

I just love Mariah She is an outstanding and uplifting person and not to mention the customers service is wonderful. I found a new plasma home thank you talecris. I used to donate all the time and stopped awhile back, because y?all got greedy and stopped paying donors as much. The prices go up all over the world and we get rewarded by being paid even less money than we were before the pandemic, just because you know we need the money now more than ever. I know ya?ll make a lot of money selling our plasma and barely give us anything for it. If things don't change soon on more money, the donors will go on strike and y?all will have nothing. Came here after being denied from biolife. New donor process was so simple wait time not 2 bad with only one nurse her name is Mariah she was awesome got me thru the process made me feel comfortable..machines are alot faster

Called on the phone to ask about being a first time donor. They said come in. I did. When I got there, I was told there was only one nurse, so they couldn't take new donors. They said come back tomorrow. I did. Sign in and wait ?. Over an hour and no one is called. I ask the nurse how long it may be, and she says she has no idea, there's only two nurses. I told her I know, just a ballpark time, she gets rude and says she has no idea. I tell her I'll just leave, she says good.

I would definitely go to a different center, you can tell two to three people about the money that should be on your card when your at the center donating, and when your done the money won't be there, i called to try and get someone to answer the phone to upload it and they wouldn't answer. I drove to the center and showed the technician i called 12 times and showed them and they said they'll tell them to be more mindful of the phones. It was a waste of gas and time to donate here.

I would gave this place more stars because as a new donor the initial process went pretty fast, but I ended up being there for 3hrs, once I made I it to the floor it took 20min just to set up my machine, then after I was hooked up to the machine it kept malfunctioning causing my donation time to take way longer then It should have. Then to top it off it took another 15min just to get my card. As a donor my time is important too. A process that should take 2hrs max.

The new doner pay scale was supposed to be 100.00 for first, 125.00 for second, and 150.00 for third then go to regular pay schedule. Scheduled a appointment at 5:45 showed up at 5:40. I waited 45 minutes and they never called me back after checking in at the kiosk. Told the gal up front(Checking temps) that people who checked in after me is going before me could she check my name. She never checked and I overheard saying how she was suppose to get off at 6pm and I looked it was 6:20 at that particular time. My time is valuable treat it as such.

My mom came to this donation place and ended up passing out.and instead of the ladies being nice and asking if she was okay they scowled at her the whole time and made her feel as if she was putting them out. This is terrible service to your donors and absolutely ridiculous.

Wasn't the best experiences this time around. It's been about 5 years since I was donating on a somewhat regular basis. I returned recently in the middle of November 2021 as they apparently had multiple promotions this month. I never received any of my bonuses after the end November 2021. I don't have a problem with any of the staff. They're friendly and do a good job moving me through the system. Never had a problem getting stuck - they always hit my veins with very little discomfort. I honestly don't know where all the negative reviews come from. What does bother me is the pay system. Why is my first donation of the month worth so much less than the 7th donation?

Tried calling a few days ago to make an appointment. First call, got hung up on after listening to a really loud buzz for about 5 minutes, no one answered. I come in here frequently, usually at least once a week. Typically, I have no issues but there is a certain employee here that depending on HER mood, dictates what off the wall things she will say to you. Sometimes I have a low iron level, but it's usually in the green zone. But being female, sometimes when the menstrual cycle hits, my iron can vary. Went in had a long but reasonable wait as it is a PAID donation site. Was My first time the staff where very helpful and informative. For all others complaining about the wait time it's kinda implied considering this is a LEGAL way to make cash so tons of people will be there over all prepare to wait and have fun saving lives!

I love the phlebotomist here, but the pregnant "manager" acted completely unprofessional treating me like I was a impatient person but I was just a person who was being passed up by lots of people who had checked in after me all because they had placed my folder in the wrong section. I absolutely love the welcoming atmosphere the employees give here at Talecris. They give their all to get everyone in & out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this plasma center and their bonuses are awesome.

I liked nothing about this place. They are a bunch of amateurs who seriously need some employee training. They like to completely waste people's time. I spent 1.5 hours up here for them to tell me that the ID they saw in the first 5 minutes was not good enough. Came back the next day with the proper ID only to find out after an hour that the ID that was accepted the day before now, all of a sudden, was no longer acceptable. If they are really paying people for there time, where is my money for the 2.5 hours

The people that work here are very friendly. They have a better system in place than all the other centers and are able to get their donors in and out pretty quickly. No 6 hour donation trips coughcoughCSLcoughcough

Place scammed me. Said I was a ?new? and gave me 70$ the first time. 2nd time gave me 30 then said I didn't wait the 6 months. (Make sure you watch the date, they'll restart the whole process and make you believe your new. Then look at you dumb when they promise your new donor just to make you wait another 6 months to becomes one again.)

Very rude staff. Went my second time today and waited an hour and a half to even get my finger pricked. In my arm check they told me the burn I have on my arm (from work) needs to heal some more before I can give. Like I could have been out trying to make some well needed cash that hour and 30 minutes.

Great place to donate, but when I call, nobody ever answers. I live 30min away and was not compensated the 50 extra I was supposed to receive after donating. I waited at the center for 1h, then was told I could call to check back. I cannot get a person to answer the phone, WHY?

This place is now a joke. They won't tell you how much you earn because it's so low. I went ahead and did it. The second time they messed up and blood went into my arm not my vein. Tried going back a week later but the bruise is to bad. Won't go back after this run around.

leaving this review cause I've been there 3x and fail heart rate test by cpl points. I have issue when I feel my pulse in the cuff my heart starts 2 race cause I'm stressing over passing this after 1st fail. this is a issue I have. I was told get on anxiety meds. I'm not gonna take a med just to pass this!! I asked my cardio Dr if I can donate, and was told ur perfectly fine 2 donate!!!!! yet I was told I have 2 fail regularly for least 2mos to get new blood work and then they might take a drs note!! insane

When you go to the front counter and ask what you need to do to be a new doner you are told to wait in the chairs and someone will help you. Workers go in and out of the office and no one would even give me paperwork to fill out I sat there for 1 hour with no help. I have never been treated like this anywhere before. All of my family donates there and now they say they will not go back cause how they treated me

Update 09/2019: They've changed their payscale once again and it's bad. It really punishes anyone who can't make it out there twice a week and the pay overall is lower than what it used to be. They never answer the phone, when you go in you have to wait 10 plus minutes for someone to even acknowledge you and then they still finish the irrelevant conversation with their co workers before they even greet you, but let's push past the poor customer experience and go into the fact they have since decided after sending my file to another center that they want to now permanently defer you for a policy that was an indefinite deferral and claim its a permanent one when it can in fact be lifted per center

Good place when people listen to what your saying. They have a bad habit of sticking you when the have no business doing so. I can't tell you how many times they have busted my veins and had to restick me due to someone doing it that shouldn't have been! They don't answer they phone. And don't give tour bonuses like they say they will..

I haven't donated here but I used to donate plasma. Judging by the reviews it's seems 50/50. The reason I say no is the response to the concerns. If it's not even concerning enough that you can't even personalize a comment it's hard to believe you are looking out for me, the customer. But have a good day and donate at your own risk.

Would never recommend I've tried to call several times on 4 separate days in the span of a week and I've never gotten an answer. I use public transportation and would hate to catch a bus all the way to the center to ask simple questions that could be answered on the phone. Why have a phone number if no one ever answers? That goes for the managers all the way down to the front desk no one ever answers! Ridiculous. Don't waste your time.

First 5 times as a new donor you will receive $50.00. They do offer referral bonuses as well. Depending on how much you weigh is how much you weigh will be how much you donate in plasma. You wait forever to be seen then once you go to the back your still waiting one day I was there for 3 hours late for work. Then I had a student mess up my arm I had to wait a month before I could return I asked to speak to the manager she was rude just said either she stick your other arm or you get nothing because I asked for someone more experienced.

So back in 2016 the deferred me because of something they thought I was lying about which I wasn't so now I can't donate at biomat because of something they thought and now they won't take it off of my account and I can't donate at both places which is messed up cuz right now I need that money so if there's anyone I can talk to that is above the assistant manager that was willing to help me get this off please help cuz I can get a doctor's note.

Everybody is so unbelievably mean here. The only nice person I encountered was the nurse that did my physical exam. Plus it looks like they haven't updated their system or facility since the 90s. Everything is paper based. And everything smells like mildew. Once I get my bonuses, I'm switching back to CSL or Octapharma. Anything is better than here.

95% of the staff is great at what they do but it's not the staff that I'm writing this review. It is the new VISA CARD. It sucks! I use the city bus system to reach the donor center and every time I want to purchase a ticket I have to delete the card's information and re-enter it, however the last time I tried to buy a ticket the card would not be accepted. Some people are nice but most dont care what their doing. Last 2 times i went they blew my vein. big bruises on my arms but there is some good people there overall i think its just my luck on that part but after my 1st donation i was in and out within 1 and a half hrs everytime now.

I think donating is a wonderful thing for many reasons. You get to help yourself while also helping others. The Talecris Plasma Donation center in Oklahoma City is a place I've been coming to for the past 3 years and sure I've had my ups and downs with the place, dealing with a few rude staff who aren't equipped to handle neuro-diverse individuals. Still though the 2 managers there are very kind and also understanding and have helped me a lot.

I have had a very good experience while donating the girls are real friendly and will help you any way they can, Bridgett is by far my favorite, shes awesome, well everyone is great and passionate.
