Customer Reviews

I absolutely love the staff at CSL Plasma! They're quick, efficient, and incredibly personable, always greeting me by name as a regular, which makes every visit feel welcoming. This is hands-down the best plasma donation center I've been to, they really know what they're doing! I had a nightmare visit at a CSL facility back in Phoenix, Arizona..... They actually sent me to the ER. So finding a good donation center, was paramount! My only suggestion for improvement would be better cleanliness in the bathroom

Let me just start off by saying ?. DO NOT GO HERE ! I have plenty to say about this place ! For one the staff here is NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ! I have about 5 years under my belt being a certified phlebotomist, working in plasma industry and in medical clinics. I also have about 7 years experience of being a plasma donor! I have never in my experience had any issues with donating plasma! My first time visiting this place and getting stuck by a ?phlebotomist ? was the scariest thing ever. With my knowledge of

Most friendly people I have ever met and the best Plasma center I have ever visited. Even when busy, they move you through in a timely manner. Very clean and accommodating!

Never had problems till I moved and started going to this location. Now my whole arm is bruised and hurts after they caused both arms to bubble. Photos show the progression over 20 hours of the worst arm.

Ya?ll this one was ROUGH!! I read the reviews, so really it's my fault for even attempting it here. Decker location is just so rough and the wait is SO long that I really didn't want to have to go through all that today. So I decided to try Assembly. I moved over from Octapharma because I have deep rolling veins. And Octa doesn't have good phlebotomist (I ended up bruised for over a week the last time). Decker CSL has wonderful phlebotomists. I always have first time, great sticks every time (they listen to

This location is the best. The staff are friendly and reassuring. For my first donation, I was extremely terrified. I read so many horror stories from previous reviews and it made me even more nervous. The ladies in the front took their time explaining every detail there was. I read you should expect 2 hours but I promise it felt less than that. I was in the back in no time saving lives lol.( Plasma that is) Kudos to whomever is training these folks. They are kind courteous and accurate in sticking ( co

The new Rika devices are really nice & a lot faster than the previous PCS machines. The staff is always super friendly & I feel very comfortable every time I come here to donate plasma! Every staff member I have met is very professional & the whole environment is kept very clean & organized! :)

It is a very nice place to donate, the staff is very friendly and the few that helped me were very careful and attentive. I know it's a stretch but maybe a place were family could wait. Other than that, I will keep coming back to these location, and I am very relax to come here.

I've been donating at this location for over 6 months and I've always been greeted with a smile and conversation. The staff is caring and respectful. I am really happy to save lives with CSL!

I really enjoy donating to this location. The staff are all outstanding and do their jobs very very nicely. I will continue to donate here as long as I'm able to.

Generally staff are professional and pleasant to interact with. You never know how long you will spend each visit. Anywhere from 1.5-3hrs.

I have been coming to this CSL location for 10 years ever since I was in college. The staff is always very helpful and kind. I'd definitely recommend donating here.

I love the customer service at 215 they treat you like family they greet you with a beautiful smile and the management team is a wonderful team always checking to make sure the donors are safe and secured with us being on the Rika machine the new Rika machines Are a ten fast safe and sufficient!!!! I recommend this plasma center a 10/10

Staff is always personable. Friendly positive vibes, while helping others , and getting money! Can't beat that.

My experience with this new system has been fast and reliable the new Rika device seems awesome and pleasant to help save lives and to continue making a safe place to donate and help others I help 618 people already come join the CSL family help yourself help others

Usually the fastest around! The machines have the usual suckage but the people working here are pretty great

Every time I come they make you feel they care and the staff is very Professional

Fast donation with the upgraded machines. Staff is always friendly. Would highly recommend coming to this location!

The new Rika devices greatly help with processing time during a donation. The staff here also provide great customer service and are very helpful.

I actually liked donating for CSL but now, not only they discontinued the Irewards they also now give you less money. It was 42$ for me for the 1st donation now it's 40$. For the second donation I got 60$ and now it's 45$. It's not worth the money anymore to drive there for 25 min back and forward and be there for like 1hr with check in and donation. They make so much money from us doners and pay so less it's sad.

Staff was super kind and patient with all donors. Highly recommend to everyone who is interested in donating.

I came here from Charlotte. This is a really good center. The workers are nice and on top of that they take care of us very well. I also have a crush on one of the workers so it's a plus ????

Staff is super friendly and the new machines make donating much quicker

The was originally issues with the way they put me in the system, but they resolved it quickly and pushed me along fast.

The staff is incredible. I recommend others to come.

Update (2/2025): For every step forward, 2 steps back. Never enough people on the floor working to hook up or unhook. I've noticed such a closer unhook process nowadays bc you have only one person and one person can only unhook so fast. I would appreciate them unhook to get people out then go back and setup the machines but they don't do that. And so much chatter. Gabbing, talking, gossiping, discussing?.. It's very distracting for the workers. Update (9/2024): For every 2 steps forward, it's one step bac

This place is clean and have great and friendly people working there. I love this csl plasma.

The staff is Profesional, caring and movies with a since urgency.

Always friendly always quick they are always willing to help! And they always talk to me.

Long lines but that's normal. Ive never had any problems with donations or pay.

My dad recommended this place to me for some extra money, so I thought, why not? I helped him get his referral bonus and earned a few dollars myself. Initially, everything was fine during my first couple of visits?no complaints. But over time, things took a turn for the worse. There was this one incident where a lady missed my vein and inserted the needle so forcefully that it became painful, forcing me to leave early. They attempted to defer blame onto me, but I had to insist to the nurse that the lady ha

this place is absolutely horrible. they mess things up and it makes you have to wait months to donate again. god forbid you have to see the nurse you'll be waiting for hours.

Fast and efficient. Made first donor experience very pleasant.

First two donations went great! But they gave me a sheet originally saying that my first three donations would be $100 each and after the second one they only gave me $50 and when i confronted them about it they refused to help me and honor what they told me originally. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am a Platinum Donor and I must say, there have been drastic improvements in their operations lately. They have increased staff, changed procedures and have oversight on the donation floor. I feel they are really trying to be more efficient!! Love the friendly staff too!

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. The security guard and front desk personnel are very unprofessional and SELECTIVE about who the rules apply to at this location. It's absolutely unacceptable, I understand that there are rules and regulations but handle it professionally and fairly.

Great staff. Process is easy from start to end.

THIS IS A BLESSING . IT GIVES ME EXTRA MONEY TO HOLD ME OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH . THANX SOOOO MUCH.

Absolutely wonderful staff clean and fast.

Employees are very rude and mean would not recommend going to this place. The head receptionist is completely rude to customers coming in. Not to mention they are withholding payment for over a week. Otcapharma is a 1000 times better and more courteous.

Download the app it's makes that place even better then what it's already is.

Always been cool as long as you have patience.

You better know how the whole system works before going and basically be a trained employee because if an employee messes up you will suffer the consequences of their mistakes. I am being permanently banned after being told I did not donate and to come back tomorrow. I did not get paid for the day they said I didn't donate but now they say I donated 3 times in a week and I am permanently banned. I said how if they told me to come back tomorrow and I did not get paid. I had 4 different employees approve me t

This place is a joke. They don't take thing seriously and their not committed to doing they're work they still need to be overlooked. The staff and management really needs to have a sit down to see what they can do to improve wait times, efficiency and how to manage their time properly while working. Highly dissatisfied I've seen better about from this place back in 2022, I'm not sure what has happened since then.

I have been a donor for 7 years. They've gotten new machines and have been working so hard to get up to speed. I donated today, and was in and out the door in less than an hour! They are working so hard and deserve all the flowers.

Friendly people, clean environment. Quick and easy to donate.

Rude need new assistants and if y?all don't do appointments on the app that needs to be fixed.

Great staff and everyone works together

I have to say for my first time trying to donate plasma I was utterly and completely unimpressed. I just wasted over 5 hours of my day, 2+ hour round trip, for the last step in a 3 hour wait/screening process was to check my veins?? The first nurse thought I had veins, second nurse said I didn't, no attempt was even made other than just feeling my arm and I've donated with large gauge needles before. I can't believe I wasted essentially my entire day on this place, finger stuck, give all my personal informa

RIKA machies coupled with the off da chain professional staff creates a... R ewarding, I ncrediable, K areing, A wsome donation experience!! ONLY issue... CSL needs to show there donners "DA $$ MONEY $$", SERIOUSLY & SIMPLY PUT the only other thing that has not gone up on God's green earth besides CSL PAY OUT is the price of a vowel on Wheel Of Fourtune!!!!( Still $250) Once this increase occurs this will "COMPLETE DA QUAM" and all will live happily ever after!! I not a smart man named "JERRY" BUT I do lov

Had a great experience through the whole process until the time for them to get you out of the chair. I love the employees here they are all super nice.

I am a student at usc and I use to give plasma at BioLife all the time but then with moving I was happy to see a place to donate. However walking in there it already seemed off. The front desk lady was very rude when I was just trying to explain my information and when I gave the same stuff as my boyfriend in front of me they deferred me. I was already frustrated with how rude the lady was but then when I asked my boyfriend for the car keys another worker was making fun of me right behind the desk and was m

I'll never be back to this location. A staff member was very nasty because I stepped outside BEFORE I donated. I got asked to leave loudly. The rude staff member told security to make sure I left the parking lot! No manners and dont know the proper way to talk to people. Ratchet. Dont ever go to this location. I've been lots of times, but NEVER AGAIN

In the morning they short of staff in the morning they lady with the long braids nasty attitude. The guy took a break she was by her self looking tire.when she took my pressure she didn't have it plug in.because she was by her self she claim my pulse was low.all the Good ones left.Time for me to switch.

Stuck thru vain causing bruise ( not the first time this has happened and it hurts) kinda had feeling she did this on purpose as she stuck needle in then pulled it out some and kinda jabbed it in, then couldn't find vain on other arm, got home and asked mother who is a retained nurse if she could find vain on other arm in less than 2 seconds found and with out help of a tourniquet, asked if vain was big enough for their 17 Gage needle answer was oh yeah I coulda stick that all day long. The wait time takes

I came to CSL Plasma back in April this year to donate plasma for the first time and my experience was good but there are some things i wish were better. Some issues I had: 1.) I knew since it was my first time there that it would take longer than usual but what I did not expect was for the entire experience to take 4 hours total. 2.) The building had a ?hydration station? that was supposed to have water/juice but it was completely empty, there is only a VERY expensive vending machine if you need a drink be

Didn't honor express pass and are always very very slow check in experience.

Super awesome staff and facility

The skill of the phlebotomists is unacceptable. They are clearly less trained than they used to be. It used to hurt every once and a while; now it is truly painful from start to finish, (and I am sure it is due to skill level, since I had a nonpainful stick recently when stuck by a supervisor). Also, I have a bruise caused by the phlebotomist who last stuck me (I never bruised before, not once in the 2 or 3 years I donated prior to the pandemic). I'm told that I cannot donate and have to come in for them to

Today my experience was a great one. Everyone who attended to me were very patient and professional. My entire process was swift and easy. Plus they have excellent WiFi here too. The compensation is great too if you are looking for some pocket change. Highly recommended above all.

The nurse, Jessica, was very professional + has amazing customer service. She definitely left an impression on me that I will remember for a lifetime. My visit wasn't long. Short wait times. And the staff member, Christyl ( like crystal) makes the check-in very easy and pleasant. 10/10 for this site!

To save a life is always a blessing and CSL Plasma gives you the opportunity to be a part of the other life changers

If I could give this place less than a 1 I would. Don't get me wrong, there are a couple of really nice and professional people who work here, but for the most part it is very poorly ran. The wait times are exceptionally long because the staff spends a lot of time goofing off. Especially at the front counter. I have been coming here for about 18 months in and off and have never had a 100% pleasant experience. Today really took the cake, the employee checking my vitals didn't even speak to me, she was extrem

I hardly ever write a review online but I'm fuming and want to rage into the ether. ive just waited 2 hours to get a needle in my arm to start the 1 hour process of donating. 4th time this has happened all 4 times same team members. Lady with the Mohawks team, moves at half of the speed of smell and that's generous. If I see her on shift when I go from now on I'm leaving immediately.

Takes over an hour to even get hooked up then they don't even go by first come first serve just whoever they feel like. If octa pharma wasn't less money I'd definitely recommend them over CSL.

I've been coming for about a year now and will continue to. Taylor and Cristyl up front are the absolute best and always manage to zoom me through while still be conversational and nice. I'm not on a first name basis with everyone but for the most post everyone has been lovely. The biggest issue is them being really busy at times so there might be a wait BUT it's important to remember that it's not their fault ??

I've been donating at CSL since I was 20 years old, for the past 13 years. I've seen so many positive changes over the years, but one constant has been the amazing staff. I adore Mrs. Monica, Judy and Rodger and I've never had a bad experience. Amazing folks and an amazing opportunity to save lives too.

This place is really unorganized and the people in the back are not friendly. They are really rough with the needles. This is my arm 2 days after donating. They moved the needle around so much.

Staff at this location is friendly & helpful. Everyone always has a smile on there face. The process is quick & painless- although, your first visit will take anywhere from 3- 5 hours to complete.after that usually I'm in & out with in 1-1.5 hrs.

Check in staff is extremely rude. Staff in the donation area is careless. The individuals in the donation area do not change their gloves or wipe the beds and equipment when needed. Nasty Nasty Nasty.

The staff are always so kind and professional. Clean environment. They are very attentive to their donors and are swift and effective when it gets busy. Great way to make some extra change- especially my fellow broke college kids.

I have been 2 times and the staff at the assembly rd location are great

I've been coming here for a while now and they seem to keep getting faster and more efficient with getting donors in and out. They've also been friendly and have done a good job of keeping the place clean and sanitized. It's a pretty good amount of extra money for the few hours a week I spend here. I'd recommend it if you want to make some extra income and help others who need plasma at the same time.

I came back here after several years so I was considered new donor hop to frontvof line well pointless bc once I got to the chair I sat there over 30 mins and no one ever came to hook me me up they went to individuals who came in after me in the middle and back rows I got up and left the first time on my new vist the computers went down in the middle of my questionnaire so thats when I came back the next day and again a failure when no one came to start my seat time..unfortunately I drive over an hour to g

Staff is as always friendly! Lolita and Roger are especially friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I've been coming here for years, have tried other centers but always come back to csl assembly st!

I've been coming here for about 2 weeks now and I have enjoyed it so much! I have seen Mrs Judy and I believe roger and they have both been wonderful and super helpful! I can wait to continue saving lives and earning a little cash on the side :)

Every once and a while there is a wait. But usually I'm in and out pretty quick. I've never had an issue with the staff. I think his name is Lewis. And I thing he's new. But fully competent, had me stuck before I even knew he had the needle ready. Great jobs guys. Kudos Lewis.

Stick with what you know. Haven't had too many problems beside ignorance on different angles. Not sure how the instructions are taught, but only a couple seem to be able to stick at varied angles. I have great veins, but am a side stick. Was told it was my flow, when it was truly the fact that I was stuck too low...period. Was a whole fiasco, but I will not drag on. Would love to see more care put into the knowledge side of things. Other than that, easy money.

Always great service! Staff is always friendly and make the process run smoother. Everyone is always in a pleasant mood and they try their best to make you feel comfortable!

Walked in and was immediately greeted by friendly woman however she must of messed something up because the head guy of the clinic im guessing with a ugly grey ponytail started yelling at her publicly instead of pulling her aside. This immediately made me questionable about donating plasma. He was extremely unprofessional when talking to patients as well. He was very rude and raised his voice at me when I accidentally went the wrong way and expected me to know the right way my first time going. This is the

Y'all have to be the slowest people every. Came around 1:52 pm still waiting to be stuck at 3:47 pm. Y'all need to hire more qualified professionals people cause this is ridiculous. Y'all not really even that busy . Just slack. The manager Matt should of got up and help the plasma team in the back cause NO!!!!

Me and my husband have been coming since covid started and they needed the covid anti-bodies. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences everytime we have come here. The staff has been extremely friendly and if there ever was an issue to arise they have gone above and beyond to make sure it's handle for us. I feel comfortable and welcomed coming here and glad I chose to donate!, especially that I came to this location to do so the staff here really does make it that much better ??

Well I go regularly. I do think the staff is very friendly with some people who could use help with that. The staff who check you before you sit down often make you wait because they are busy talking about private stuff. The line usually is very long . When u get through it usually takes a very long time like 1 hr to 2 hrs before you get to begin donating. But mostly happy about the place. Just wished they would work faster. But if u go make sure u have time.

I've loved coming here. The staff are super caring and even when it's busy i always get in and out within an hour. definitely an easy and rewarding experience.

The staff makes the process as fast as possible! Lolita makes you feel comfortable upon checking in. And Amy, is the most fabulous nurse I've ever met! 5 stars and two thumbs up!

I first went to donate today. I had to use my cell phone to understand the word Should. The very ethical front nurse of course tells me goes through here for the exam area I think it was that area and the other nurse tells me you used the cell phone to fill the paper I told him that if I did not understand the word Should. He explained that I can understand English that the problem is talking about it, you have to ask some questions so I can't help you. I couldn't donate I got up early to go and that was ex

Not enough staff. Most of the time there's only 1 or 2 screeners so the wait time before you even get to the back could be 30mins or more. The screener I had the other day was on her phone while screening me claiming it was her supervisor but said I love you at the end of the call. Oh so that's how you end a call with your boss these days?

I stopped coming here because they changed their hours without any notice due to being ?short staffed?. Maybe if they had a better work environment, that wouldn't be an issue. Either way, their started closing before I could get off work so I started going to Octapharma. Octapharma not only pays better but there's a better atmosphere there too. The employees seem to enjoy working there, and I don't have to listen to them complain about their job while they check my vitals or hook me up to the plasma machine

I've been donating here for many years and it seems the service keeps getting better as time goes by. Like any place the wait times vary day to day but it's nothing like it use to be so that's a huge plus. If you're looking for some quick cash, this is definitely the place to go

They're pretty quick earlier in the day, bit of understaffing sometimes but they get by. I'm seriously just doing this for the money and this review gets me $10 ngl. Some of the staff are super nice too!

Fantastic facility with courteous staff. They work pretty very compared to other places that I've been to. They have a bad habit of closing early though. Call before you come to make sure that they are open.

Great staff very friendly I just think that the consistent donors should be getting more than what we are in my opinion

I have never really had any problems with this facility. I see people constantly get mad and leave BC their paper work or other Documents are not in order, which, a simple phone call will tell you what to bring. I do think the process could be a little quicker but they are paying you, not the other way around. I have never had any attitude from the staff and its simple to figure that you get what you give so you can't be mad when u speak to the staff like an ass and get the same in return. Monica is a wond

CSL is state of the art facility. The staff treat you with respect, kindness and professionalism. They are very attentive, informative and excellent at their job. There is no better place to go if your going to save a life and donate plasma. Also ots a win win because they compensate you for your time . I'm grateful there is a place like this here . Thank you CSL.

The staff is okay and they don't ever seem to be super crowded. However the security guard that they have is very disrespectful and rude. I have never been rude to anyone at this facility or done anything to be talked to the way he talked to me. He's done it two times. Therefore I don't know if I'm allowed to come back to the property or not but if not oh well. The positive side is there's no jerk encounters anymore. Find a new security guard.

Great place and great people. They treat you with Respect and answer any questions you may have. Everyone is so nice and they make sure you are comfortable.

"You get what you give." Once you go a few times, you learn how to go with the flow. Pros: Fast money, put onto your issued pay card directly after you donation. They often give out more money for donating multiple times in a month. About half of the staff is quite pleasant & you can tell they love people. Cons: About half the staff doesn't want to be there, seem tired or hungover. I weigh 130, so while my donations go faster than most, I only make $15 dollars for my first donation in a week. If it wasn't

Great customers service! The staff work with me patiently threw out my whole experience & also called to check on my well being after I donated! GREAT PLACE FRIENDLY SERVICE definitely recommend & they are saving lives!!!

Employers are great however wayyyy understaffed! I have had to wait 45 mins before even getting screened. And once donating there can also be long waits to get u unhooked and on your way.

I been going here for a while and it's a good experience every time clean comfortable and the staff is great never have to wait long I strongly say they are the best choice

Been coming here since August. Never had a problem an everyone is always so nice. In an out quickly. An they be helping out sometime too.

I enjoy donating here as the staff is welcoming and make sure you have a great experience! They are accommodating and work diligently to get you in and out! Their goal is for you to be comfortable while donating! Hard working professionals!

Very nice comforting staff. I have yet to have a bad experience. If you're looking to help out while making a bit of cash this is the place to go!

This location is so much more comforting and friendly than my location back home in Georgia. Coming to school here was scary enough, but the people here at CSL Columbia made me feel comfortable coming to a different location and continue coming.

The staff are always friendly and efficient and make donating pleasant. Wait times are generally short, and there's usually minimal waiting. The waiting area, restrooms, and donation area are always clean and staff are constantly cleaning to keep it that way.

Shannon is the best phlebotomist hands down!! Her sticks don't hurt, she's patient , works well with smaller veins and to top it off she is very nice. Even though this location is out of my way the customer service makes the trip well worth it. Cons - This place does take forever and a day to finish the donation process.

I like this center alot. I have 1 good vein and I can actually let any of the phlebotomist here stick me. Everyone is always polite. Even the security guards. The staff is also very informative and always able to answer any questions I have.

I went to CSL for the first time. In fact, this was my first time donating plasma after weeks of one of my friends trying to convince me to go. I got signed in and went back to get my veins graded. My wife was with me and was in the waiting room. She wasn't able to donate, so she was called to the front desk and was told to leave the building. I came out of the back room as this was being told to my wife so I asked the front deck individual if she could wait in my vehicle until I was done because she has no

Always prompt and never a line

CSL on Assembly are awesome. They are super professional. I am aLeast greeted by Ms. Monica or Mr. Roger when I walk in the door. Beth is super sweet and funny through the screening process. Last but not least my fave sticker on site is Kiara, always quick, and hygiene/clean about changing her gloves. She is a big asset when donating. Definitely promote her.

Donation machines are awesome way better then back in the day we can all donate safely

It is what it is. Some days the earlier you come, the better. Some days it's the opposite. Before the pandemic, I can't lie the experience was much better. Now they are kinda understaffed. Certain staff are better than others?..if you need quick cash donate here.

I love this place. Not only is it clean but the staff is great to chat with. I prefer csl over some other places because it seems to be a lot faster to check in and start the process of donating.

I've donated plasma in a different state at 2 locations and I expected this place to be the same, they are not. The staff is extremely polite(especially for it to be 6a), it takes me no longer than 40 minutes from the time I walk into the building until the time I leave. I don't have any bruising or scarring around the puncture area after I donate and ALL of the phlebotomists are fantastic. The staff is constantly wiping and sanitizing the chairs and other areas. The bathroom(womens) is always clean and sme

If I could give lower I would. My first trip in there will be my last trip there. The lady stuck the needle in sideways then twisted to get it back into the Vien. The first blood return blew my Vien and now my entire elbow is badly bruised and sore. I have great views and have donated several times. Then they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to stick my other arm to return the rest of my blood.......NOPE, I dont

Generally speaking I've not had too much of a problem donating here technically. However the place has the absolute slowest and unhappy staff this side of Wal Mart. Lines are far too long and move too slow. Gloves are hardly ever changed and their cleanliness policies are laughable at best. Been deferred twice this year for two month periods because their staff failed to put the machines together properly. Most recently had an issue with getting paid for a donation and had to wait over a week for their use

Been donating here for almost 10 years. HORRIBLE PAY, service over the years has been HORRIBLE. "THE KEY TO SAVING LIVES IS YOUR DONATION"- THATS A LIE AS WELL. Ive saved Alot of lives as a platinum donor here all year and prior bc the machines don't operate correctly, people can easily be deferred. The worst PLASMA CENTER IN COLA....Four lease sign that building please!! Ppl saving lives and are being deferred and unpaid. Trash to say the lease.

to start the computers of this blood donation bank need better maintenance, so that they do not cause conflicts when doing the health survey for the donation, those who handle the implements such as the bracelets to measure blood pressure in donors , they are not sanitized at any time, nor are gloves changed every time they touch each donor or handle the equipment that is used for each donation, an action that I consider very dangerous, since this can seriously break the hygiene protocol and spread diseas

The customer service was very scarce. The woman at the front desk was nasty and rude to me for no reason. All I did was walk in there as my first time giving blood and the front desk lady snapped at me about not having my proof of address, which I know now that I need, but she could have been nicer about it. There is also thugs loitering outside the premises and cops everywhere..Very disturbing. I'd advise you to donate at the other plasma place in Columbia with better customer service.

This was my first CSL donation center, in my total of 10 donations I have experienced the most kind and gentle of staff that works within the process of plasmapheresis. I appreciate the warm smiles and patience everyone shows each time I visit again. I recommend 5/5

?employees are rude are always lacking focus on their own jobs always talking down about donors there are some employees that care and do a great job but there's very few over all a 1 oUt of 5.

I'm a regular here, and they always have friendly staff, a clean environment and decent wait times. I actually prefer this location than any other CLS plasma location in SC. Management is very friendly and attentive to your needs. A+++ ??

The staff is always great I've never had a bad experience if your looking to do good in life come join the rest of us up here.

Rude. Un professional. Sloppy . Phlebotomy was horrible. Gave my daughter a hematoma her first and only visit bc they deferred her forever saying she had weak vain and never checked her vein ! Terrible customer service a complete waist of gas and time. I'd never refer anybody to this dump of a "plasma facility". Go to octa pharmacy.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever received. The staff treat you as though they're doing YOU a favor by accepting you for a donation. The staff that processes you (takes vitals, checks hemoglobin) are the worst. I donated and had a bruise. I went back a few days later with my daughter who donates too. I was deferred for the bruise and I waited in the lobby for my daughter to finish. That's when I was approached by staff and a security guard. There are ZERO signs on thr property stating yo

I LOVE coming to this location because I am usually in and out within an hour. The staff is always friendly and Kori is the best!!! I've been coming here for years and wouldn't go to any other donation center.

They have very good customer service and knowledge about the job! Also I loved it when they're shorthand, the Management jump in to help!

I was a first time donor over a month ago. They have made my experience so easy and welcoming. The staff is wonderful and pleasant to interact with. Very clean place and very sterile.

This is the only place I'll come to donate! Monica and Latesha upfront at the perfect combination and theeeee hardest working team members anyone can have on their staff! Kori, Kierra, Kita, Padgett, Mrs Matty, and Nichelle are the best! These dedicated workers are the backbone and I wouldn't come if they weren't there. Come to CSL, you won't be disappointed.

Like others, I wish ZERO stars were an option! My daughter visited this location as a first-time donor. She arrived at 9am. She is still waiting for the physical at 1:40 pmm! She is being overlooked and when asking for help, she is just told they are busy. Oh, other first-time donors who arrived with and after her have already completed the process and donation over 30mins ago! When I tried calling the center, with my daughter still sitting there, nobody answers the phone. It rings for 4-5 mins before disc

CSL has had its challenges over the last few months with staffing however their working on the problem. I've always been treated with respect and processed in a timely manner.

?? slow. Slow.slow. This my 3rd time coming and still ain?t gotten past sign up. ?? they will leave you waiting for HOURS.

This is a horrible csl...manager mathew doesnt take donor complaints seriously. I complained bc my tech stopped working on me twice after I'd been waiting almost hr to be poked. She stopped to take 2 donors down bc they were finished when they couldve waited just like i had been. Manager said she did the right thing...

Clean facility, nice people, and easy extra cash! Updating my review...I've been going here a year now, at this particular location and I really have no complaints, still clean, still have nice people, and still easy extra cash.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was a smooth and great experience though my vitals didn't meet requirements. Would recommend this place.

I can honestly out of all the plasma centers I have been to this one is the most professional! They try to work with you and make sure you understand everything that's going on. I like how they also keep peoples health and safety in mind and make sure your donation process won't have negative effects on you. Trust me when I say I've been to plasma centers who just didn't care , people got hospitalized. Thank you csl for your diligence.

I don't understand the negative reviews either. It takes time to get through the whole process from check-in kiosk to the end of the donation. I agree with the reviewer who said "you get out of your experience what you put in". A call to the center or a visit to their website will tell you everything you need to know about what to bring if you're a new donor. Yes, the check-in kiosks can occasionally act up, but that's mostly from the abuse some choose to inflict on them. It's not rocket science people. Tho

Super weird vibes from this place. I went once for the initial sign up and donation and everything just felt off. Everyone was just unprofessional and when it came time for my donation they didn't tell me where to sit and made me feel stupid, then the guy who was taking care of me "tried" to stick me and then missed and just sent me home (paid fortunately) but I just felt weird about the whole experience. I also found out that CSL pays the LEAST out of all plasma places. I used to get paid $45 for the first

I have been coming here for years and love it!! The FOH is Wonderful and always so friendly!! It's a good location also...I suggest you try it if you never been!

I've been donating for almost 11 years now. Never had anything bad to say about the staff or building. Long wait sometimes but always good staff and decent service. Clean building. Friendly staff.

Staff iWorks hard to make a positive donor experience, times can change on how long it takes but if you come during non-peak times you can get in and out in about 75 minutes! Love coming to CSL Plasma here and have been for over a year now.

Very friendly staff and since other locations have opened up, this Assembly St. location still is my favorite to visit. You're in and out in a hr and a half or less. Would recommend to anyone this location for the staff and other donars have a friendly welcoming spirit that makes you want to donate over and over. Been coming to this same location for over 9yrs and I look forward to helping others out that need my plasma & with the CSL Plasma app you're able to see exactly how many ppl you actually help out

Some days are really fast but yet there are some other days that you just wait in the exact same spot in line for an hour. Like today, I have been waiting in line now for 30 mins and it looks like it will be another 30 easily becuz they only have 2 stickers and they are moving at one speed- DEAD STOP!

This is my 4 the Donation. The staff here are very polite to me. The center is very clean, And organized! Its MUCH better than Octapharma. I would recommend my friends and family to CSL.

When you visit this place and other plasma places in the area, (specifically Octapharma in W. Columbia) you can easily identify the differences in quality and care. I went three times to CSL and each time, I couldn't finish with the donation. I got lightheaded, dizzy, and almost passed out once. I do have deep and rolling veins so it does take some precision. Any and everyone will try to stick you, whereas Octapharma will identify a specific person who is proficient in needling so I don't have to get pricke

A great place to come if your ever in need of some extra cash. The staff is amazing also they get you in and out.

Its extra money and its a good cause. Bring an extra phone battery and some headphones do cancel out things you don't want to hear. The sign in booths seldom work, but there are ways around it. Give yourself 3 hours of your time..(that's stretching it).

Mrs. Sharon is suppose to be the sup pulled my needle out left me bleeding then called someone else over to clean up the mess. She was doing way too much had a nasty attitude and needs to realize she is not above making mistakes a simple apology would have been better than her nasty attitude

The staff are sometimes hit and miss. But I think of it as a regular store business type thing in that aspect. What I don't like is the lowball payments. If you're not donating enough to be considered for the monthly specials, they're supposed to pay you by your weight. When I went the other day they paid be $25, I'm in the bracket for $45 because I weigh more. I was so upset.. Donating plasma is good, but I recommend you go to the one of Decker, I've never had issues there. This one was just closer at the

I absolutely love the staff! Sweet lady's at the front and the nicest lady's and a few good men out on the donor floor! 10 put of 10 recommended!

I have been coming to this CSL plasma center for years, and I have always been treated with respect and safety has come first in every situation. All the employees are professional and make sure that a positive environment is displayed.

Assembly st. is the most professional CSL donation center I've ever attended. The employees are fast and friendly. Ms. Judy K was extremely helpful!

The staff has been great to me. Just have the required documents, no children in the building, and no sitting inside without donating. Mrs. Monica at the front desk will direct you and the staff is very professional.

I have coming here for last 3 years. Really helpful staff. They are always asking if you need anything or if anything is wrong. They take all the suggestions and complaints seriously.

Staff actually Held conversation with me my whole donation. People at front desk are quick & easy. No problems what so ever.????

I really love coming here, staff members are great and friendly, the service is great, I always come in and out, like jiffy lube.

Even though I wasn't able to make my donation today because my protein level was 2 points too high, my experience today with Beth and Judy were exceptional, thanks for making me feel comfortable.

The employees are great. They all speak and thank you for coming. It's always clean. I love it.

Quick, friendly staff

Never had an experience to share. The front desk lady gave me every excuse to turn me away. First I needed proof of residence. I brought a letter , didn't have a date. Brought another letter. Couldn't have the yellow postal sticker on it. Next time my last name was misspelled. This time it was an issue with my ss card having a W in my name and my ID didn't plus she said I lived in a boarding house and that ie unacceptable because I'm considered a transient. Every reason she could find she found

I love the staff there. They are best around. They made you feel comfortable..

Excellent experience, they made it easy and relatively quick. It is a great feeling being able to help somebody in need out and they do an excellent job at cal plasma.

Terrible. Consistently and constantly are advertising for new plasma donors and I thought I could use extra money so why not? Go in there wait 30 minutes, give them my drivers license and ID info and when they checked my arm out they said my veins were "too small".....?! What? That is simply not a thing if you have hired capable and qualified phlebotomists. Very disappointed that I wasn't able to donate. Unacceptable.

Great place, very professional. Gets you in and out as soon as they can. Great staff helps with any problems or concerns.

I want to share my donation experience about CSL PLASMA ON ASSEMBLY STREET. COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA. I've been a donor for quite some time. Past and present. The folks at CSL ON ASSEMBLY, have by far been, and are by far the most determined, dedicated, skilled, group I've encountered as a donor. They're true to their craft and genuinely concerned about u as a person and a donor an

I was deferred permanently for taking a few antibiotics in the medicine cabinet, and telling them about it. Pretty unfair way to treat a 3 year veteran. Honesty may not be the best policy here, but i wasnt surprised it happened....at csl, almost anything is possible

I have been multiple times and have always had a friendly and professional experience. Highly recommend

It was a wonderful experience the people were courteous they were nice and they were very professional I would recommend them to all my friends

They are very friendly and most of the time you can get through pretty quickly. Will continue coming here as long as I can.

Not a bad experience today, would certainly recommend. The manager Joyce was quite helpful in directing me where I needed to go.

First time coming and it was a clean, efficient process. I appreciate Crystyl for her assistance in the first-time signup process. Amy was also very helpful!

I can't seem to get anyone to pick up the phone. I've called many times for two different places and the line eventually just dies. I am just trying to get some answers! I guess I'm gonna have to pop in..

unprofessional people working in there got asked me to leave because i turned my phone off while watching the video and started the video over and then went and told the otber people she worked with and started laughing. Unprofessional ghetto attitude people shouldn't work in a health related facility. Just because you think you have a tiny amount of authority doesn't mean you should act like an immature little girl.

Clean, fast and efficient location! Friendly staff. Had a wonderful experience and will continue to refer my friends and family!!!

I go to CSL plasma on assembly street all the time and the employees are quick and nice! They will get you in and out and are very professional. I enjoy my time at CSL.

I love the staff and have been coming here for many years. Feels like family.0

I have always been treated with nothing but respect, and the staff here are always helpful with anything and everything. I highly recommend anyone that wants to do something great for another human being, to come to CSL Plasma center and donate to save lives!

What bothers me the most about the plasma location on Assembly Street is how they treat the individuals who are participating donating plasma. The staff is disrespectful and inconsiderate. Do they not understand what it means to be medically professional. I think not and the way they treat people would make you not want to go back to be a donor. I would spout names but they know who they are and their supervisors should do more about teaching their staff to treat people with respect and dignity you have no

Very friendly & well informed staff way faster than the one on decker.. p.s. ms Joy got my heart she just doesn't know it yet ??

Great donation center, & the employees are very nice. They don't really give you a hard time unless you give them one.

This place deferred me for life and wasted my time 4 times with no compensation, I was deferred because I got pissed for being deferred for a scratch on my knuckle and not bleeding, very rude staff, can't save a life with these people because they take it away from you, hope nobody catches a disease as they are not very sterile and do not care what anyone says about it, I hope state shuts this place down!!

Nice & clean facility, staff are great. I have been donating for a few years & the staff treats u like family (they are all concerned ??)

Used to be a regular and donated for a month as regularly as I could. Then they lied about me running out of Covid-19 antibodies when in reality an article had come out the same time explaining how covid-19 plasma does not help with the defense of the virus. Co-workers usually get along but that last day I went they almost ended up in a fight. Line was almost out the door and they are beyond short staffed. An normal hour time frame always turns in 45 min to an hour longer

Donated at a few places before, CSL definitely has the nicest staff! Low wait times and the employees are well trained.

Staff is always friendly and works hard to get the job done, even when they are busy!

This CSL is very professional, and very good at getting you in and out. Never had any issues and highly recommend this location.

Very nice and respectful staff members as soon as you walk in. Cleaned and sanitized equipment. Highly recommended.

First donation in 20 years! Everyone at CSL was super-helpful and informative. They made the process efficient and easy. I'll be back soon to donate again!

I've been donating since 2014 and the Assembly location has been one of the best locations I've been to. Amazing staff from the lobby to the donation floor. Great experience all around.

Best center EVER!!!!! I would never go to another csl plasma location ever again. Friendly staff, clean, professional, friendly and supports the community with back to school supplies, trunk or treats and so much more!!!! Highly recommend!!!

They ripped me off twice! First time they made me wait an extra 2 hours! then they PROMISED me to pay me extra compensation for the extra time well I never saw that extra! I went in again (2nd donation) they lied to me once again. When my donating was over the employee told me when I can donate again and my compensation $35 another employee even checked again and yes $35 well when I got home I only had a payment of $20 when I called and asked she said thats what Im suppose to be getting paid and its my faul

Great place. Super nice people. First time here and haven't had any problems

I love this place every time I go there fast friendly professional andOf course the money is great

Great staff welcoming. I had a rough experience at one in a different state. This is the place togo.

Always great friendly staff. Everyone is always great and makes the plasma process so easy! Iv been with csl since 2017 and never had any issue!

I called in advance because I'm not from South Carolina and I just recently moved here so I called to ask what I needed so I could do things the right way I was going to be a first time donar so I wasn't really sure how it work I've gone with a friend not to donate but just to accompany her this CSL clinic is in North Carolina and the experience was way better, this location is the worst by far I got turned away because the lease I provided had hand written initials and signatures although it clearly had m

Great place!! Judy K keeps the process very entertaining and is also very entertaining!! Amy was also super helpful! She is a great nurse!!!

I live in Sumter, so this place is about 40 miles away. I went up there with a proof of address, my ss card and a picture id. They turned me away because apparently the proof of address has to be 30 days or newer. Today, I went up there again this time with several current items. I even called and asked if it was ok and they said yes. When I got there, again they turned me away saying it can't be from social security, dmv and it has to have a date on it. I've been living at the same address for 8+ years and

Wasn't able to donate. Had to get cash app money for gas service went down. Never coming again

I have a great experience everything I attend this plasma center. They are professional and courtesy always. Always thank me for my donation. They make you want to donate. I refer everyone to come and try it. Thank you everyone at csl plasma.l love coming.

The first time takes a while, but after that it is only 1-2 hours. So if you have some time to spare. And want to make a difference in someone's life, check them out... you even get paid for your greatly appreciated donation!

Almost always busy and understaffed. Full of ghetto hoodrats. Will turn people away for any reason they can think of. Rude and incompetent/under-trained staff. If you do get through the screening process it's like winning the lottery. Staff member inserted needle wrong, gave me a large (2+ inch) bruise on my arm, and then I was deferred for having a bruise. Literally penalizing me for their own mistakes. Just wanted to help people and make a little extra cash on the side, but this place isn't worth the time

I've never had a bad experience and after I learned their busy times, so I can avoid them, the process at most takes an hour.

Great staff always friendly they know how to stick which is key for me will refer this location to everyone

This location has always been profession and nice. Sometimes the lines are a bit long but usually don't have to wait very long.

The staff is so kind and they work so hard. They need more staff, but the people they have are terrific!
