This is discrimination and it needs to be addressed. Couldnt donate because i have a gang related tattoo. Tango Blast which is a prison gang that once your released(12 years ago). It stays at the doors. Ive donated at multiple centers and this was never a problem. When i was at the kiosk. There was a dude on the phone. Giving vivid descriptions on how he was going to rob his drug dealer. Everybody could hear him. Including 3 workers checking people in. Not a word was said to him but yall are going to police

Love this place ! Better than any other in our area!! I am just worried at the fact only two people are sticking ppl .. don't get me wrong they are the best ! Only problem is the lack of staff .. I couldn't even get my bonus on time like I always have ..

I don't ever leave reviews but the way this place has declined is starting to bug me. They used to be fully staffed and now they have no one working. It should not take 5 hours to give plasma. The white woman in charge of the phelbotomists who likes to pick on and bully people, she fights with people there for no reason when theres trash and bloody spots on the floor but mostly everyone else there is so nice.

Rude staff. I was a new client and I moved to this area recently. Was invited to donate with a friend so I came. The rude male who started my intake said my address was invalid though I moved to this area. Do not recommend this place. Staff would not answer why my address would not work though I live on private property and in a house.

All staff members are great Sara is awesome never felt disrespected all staff members are very respectful I feel right at home when I go

By far THE best place. Absolutely love everything about this place, especially the staff! Kayla J. really made my day when she encouraged me as my weight dropped. EVEN THOUGH it was just a couple pounds she acknowledged it. Great attitudes, great vibes.

I would like to say this is the best place to go donate hands down the staff is very skilled and the energy is amazing ?? clean ?? they get you in and out and miss Sarah is very hands on she and others will stop what they are doing to assist our needs, this place is awesome ?? will be returning thanks for all yall hard work .

Great staff very respectable. Nice & clean as well. Just a bit slow in the rush of traffic. Good luck to If they are promoting fast passes I was next but had to wait over a hour because they didn't have enouh consideration on how many passes can be accepted consecutively. It creates a poor experience for everyone else who got there. It be nice if they considered only allowing 2 consecutively. 6 is a bit excessive & just inconvenient for everyone else.

This is by far the slowest and most unorganized Plasma donation company! For one this center is extremely understaffed and the employees that they do have are very slow and unprofessional! The wait times are excessive! Once you do finally finish donating, the employees just stand around gossiping and laughing while looking at you instead of unhooking you from the machine. Believe me there are better plasma donation companies than this one. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! ?????????

OMG I love love this place I love Erica I love Garfield I just love them they're so sweet and it's clean and they get you in and out they got their own section of beds and when it's time for you to get off that don't let you wait 20 minutes they'll get you right off love it there

Wer do I begin. I been going here about 6 months. Fast quick very professional place. I feel blessed when I walk in and workers know me by name. Best plasma in Houston in my eyes. I've gotten to consider alot of the workers as friends. Great team , keep up the good work guys.

I visited this place for the first time. I received a great experience. Cassandra and Jessica took care of me today. They both took the time to explain everything to me. Very Professional! Also, the nurse was great too. Can't remember her name. Thanks. I will be returning ??

Honestly was a good experience. I was in n out fast only reason I low rated was because I finished & supposedly they don't allow people to sit in the lobby even after donating so I'm currently standing outside waiting for my ride. As a female they should understand how awkward it is to stand outside with cars passing you slowly or even honking.

The trailer trash thinks she funny. One of the techs made a mistake and thought I had a fresh tattoo...it's scared and has been for over 5 years..and it was documented. But policy said it should of been inputed with color...ummm. your staff does that ...qo I was told to show proff I've had it...hello it's in your computer...a week later I come back and the trash manger tells me just take a pic and put a date on it..so I do she takes a photo of my phone . The manager was rude, got offended when I asked my husband why he had to get re-stuck. I myself am a medical professional and am ashamed at how rude she was. I hope noone else has to experience this. Everyone else was super friendly and quick. Update:03/23/23: I want to take the time and thank the manager for taking her time today. She went out of her way and delivered outstanding customer service. Today was my second visit and was very pleased with the service. (Rating updated)

They're usually fast but there is only one slow ass lady working the vital station and she would rather talk to everybody then do her job

I transfered (10 other people i know ) from aldinemail location to pasadena. why is it that they pay less ?. when they make about 5000 dollars per 800ml we donate i see that the this center discourage people over 30 mile just turn down a black brother for no reason just cause his house is over 30 miles he made the commute. When they told me what they pay it all made sense of why they discourage people from donating cause they really are taking advantage of the people in pasadena yes i know is a donation b

I went in there today they had me go through everything I passed all tests then some man called me in there and said I couldn't donate cuz I had a tattoo on my face and I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I made my first KEDPLASMA Donation about an hour ago and my experience was really nice. The folks are nice and the equipment is new or like new. It didn't take long and the money was put on my Card in under 30 minutes. I have donated about 100 times with every other local plasma donation center within about 25 miles of this one and this was the best overall experience I have had so far. I did have a minor problem where the bandage started to leak but when I walked back in the door they got me fixed righ

Very rude service only one of the employees treated me and a friend with respect. All other employees were rude especially a blonde female with red lipstick, since we walked in she had a face and when we sat down she had told my friend that since she couldn't donate she had to get out.

Place is horrible, they're suppose to give you $75 for your second donation and two weeks in a row they've gave me $45 only and when I call up there they say it will be in there by the end of the day. And it never is. They suck at poking you every time I go there I leave with a bruise and my arm hurts because they don't give a shit if they hurt you. 1/10 never donate here

So I tried this place, they stuck me then proceeded to dig around in my arm when I no flowed then did the same on other arm leaving me with golf ball bruises on each arm, on top of that the only piece of mail I had was a bank statement as proof of address which is required so not sure it was them but no coincidence my bank account was hacked that afternoon, stupid of me to use a statement but shame on them for using it to steal. Karma is something and they face it coming. Will never enter those doors again

Would not recommend only few of the staff is friendly but the other half gets really nasty attitudes when asking questions and when I was waiting for a friend to be disconnected I was asked to leave that I can't wait for my friend that drove me there which seemed odd cause never once was I told anything but they seem to think it's ok to ask people things in a rude way

I'm editing my initial review, they stuck my dude twice. No flow despite blood return, initially told no payment but he spoke with a manager and since he was new they gave him courtesy payment with fair warning no flow next time will be no payment

There service was bad they got cocky with us after we asked simple questions it was a girl Name Kayla and another guy I just don't know his name I wouldn't recommend coming to this place

They don't know how to stick. Spent over 2 hrs with a needle in my arm and they tried to blame my diet when they just couldn't stick properly

This is not a good place to go you will get deferred three or four times and you won't be able to go there no more instead of the machine the machine messes up they'll defer you not the machine this place is no good do not go that do not pay well if the machine messes up you'll get thrown out that's not right take the machine out not the human being the machine is the one that messed up that's what happened to me they threw me out instead of the machine
