Slow unorganized rude staff has no value of time not even for appointments

I've been going here for years love it.

Very nice pleasant place to donate love the staff

Nice people, very organized and efficient.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. Very kind staff however absolutely horrible management. It's clear and apparent how unsupportive the executive staff is of the team there. They do not have the support they need to effectively service the people. Clear issue with leader ship in this case and I am speaking from a business owner?s perspective. Same reason why coaches get fired for team losses.

I really like the new machines and the staff is customer service oriented I have only been going a few times but so far so good but of course things can always change I'll keep y?all updated 1-10 a 9 only cause creepy old white men there or a ten

I enjoy the service. Nice friendly staff. And my favorite worker is Ms. Pam B. She's always smiling and in a good mood. The whole staff makes me proud of what I do. Keep up the good work

Very rude and disrespectful not to mention they are slow the don't realize the person donating may have things to do its no reason I should come in at 8 and leave when they go on lunch break at 12 just doesn't make sense. Very playful and unprofessional and lack of intelligence. Then they will tell you on your second donation in 7 days your pay goes up not true it has to be between sunday and friday when the weekends the you start over at 40 and they are getting over with the fine print. They need to be rep

I don't mind coming here but once it's 15 people here and we all have things to do and the employees are laughing and joking when we have kids to feed and things to do it's very frustrating to know that u can't get to your loved ones on time and not only that they also have rules saying that we can't have music ?? but they dont even follow half of the rules majority of the time then gets mad at us cause we playing our phones or tablets out loud cause of there music is loud and the biggest of them all we can

You are ALWAYS here longer then two hours, EVEN WITH appointment! Once in a blue moon could be understandable, but this is ALL THE TIME! If you make an appointment at 9:30, there is no reason not to be seen less then 30 minutes later. Even with appointment you are waiting over an hour just to be seen by nurse. Mark needs to do something about this, this place only runs smoothly when boss is here. Which isn't a lot...

There pretty slow and unprofessional but every one is still really nice. Also if you are there for to long they will feed you and there is always a good movie on. As long as I don't have a lot to do that day I don't mind going here at all.

They require appointments now before a certain time. I made an appointment for 9:15 . It took me 47 minutes after checking into the kiosk to get to the bed. When I came there was only two others waiting. The desk in the back is so long. They're talking, showing videos to one another on their phones . When I finally get on the machine I'm super fast. I came before with more people waiting and got out of here in 1 hour. Why today and plenty other days does it take so long? At times they're too unprofessional.

Place is clean and tidy. However, the customer service amongst certain employees could greatly improve. It seems that certain employees may have a superiority complex. At the end of the day... we are all just humans.

Staff is rude. Wait times are very long. Every worker I interacted with was complaining about being there and complaining about donors. A very uncomfortable place to be. I previously donated elsewhere and had a lot better experience.

OMG the place is horrible, the level of professionalism is at a negative ten (-10). Sickining attitudes like no body want to be at work, ever.. the employees go in and out the build and don't temp check each other.. the place really on fumes.. I wouldn't be surprised if the Place got shut down some time soon...

Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. PJ is funny, always smiling. This center floor staff is amazing and some goes over and beyond for us especially Jasmyn and Cindy

One of the employees proceeded to remove a needle from a patients arm, and then attempt to draw from me using the same pair of gloves used on patients prior. Did I mention the fact I had to speak up just to get a glove change! Some employees at this establishment need to be filled in on patient safety and what sterile technique looks like.

When I first started at this center, The service was fast and professional. The wait time was not bad and you would be finish in under 90 mins. But now its slower and you would be lucky to get out under 90 mins. Its still a pretty good place to give blood, just wish they could speed up the process!

I have been coming here for 3 years now. And although i personally have never had any mistreatment or incidents occur while there, i have observed how some employees are treated vs others. I have witnessed some employees go above and beyond, while others do the bare minimum. I have over heard the unhappiness and the disrespect. From staff to staff and Management to staff. I have first hand experienced How management behaves under pressure. And i have to say it's really dissapointing. How un organized and h

This place i okay but the customer service, to say the least could benefit from additional training. The staff, mostly women for some reason are very rude and tend to be insensitive to the needs of the donors. often times during the cusp of closing the staff tends to suggestively talk down to donors whom may be taking longer that other donors.

They pretty decent. Good bonuses????. Sure wouldn't mind watching one of the many big screen TVs that always seem to be off??. Staff pretty cool tho??. And for everyone's sake, please don't come to donate smelling "impolite." ???????? People get deferred for that

They close at 7pm, but if you get there between 6:30pm - 7pm, they will make up reasons to get rid of you. I have 2 blood pressures cuff in my car. One goes around my wrist, and the other around my arm. I checked it before I go into the building. My pressure and heart rate were fine on both, yet the nurse tells me that I had to come back tomorrow because my pulse was 113. I immediately go to my car and check both arms with my cuffs, and it both states my pulse is between 87-95 respectively. I go back in a

The staff is very rude 1 they don't speak when you arrive then they take thier time to do what need to be done. I did not appreciate their service.

Went here years ago and now I bring a friend to donate there and it's the exact same! Rude staff and very unprofessional plus they were playing Beyonc? at a concert volume! Who does that?!

I can't say too much since I barely got thru the door here. But, Octapharma is a better place, in my opinion. You can walk right in off the street and become a new donor, if you don't have a social security card their system can work around it and the pay is better, from what I understood. Besides that the person I dealt with wasn't all that friendly with how he spoke to me, or the person in front of me. Maybe it was a bad day and their not really like that, but I'll never find out. I'll be back over at oct

Better than other places near by. But nearly impossible to get someone on the phone most days and payments have been backed up and slow and for a few days not even working at all. Still better than octopharma

The staff at grifols r very professional n respectful. A few goes beyond to make donating fun n less of a hassle like Jazz Stephanie Crystal Cindy and the best front desk person ever trice shout out to y?all all Of y?all the best

SLOW!!!! Be prepared to be there 2-3 hours at least! A couple of the workers are nice, but most act like they're annoyed that you're there.

Unfortunately for me I've not had a good experience here. My New Donor status was about a week ago and the majority of the staff behind the counter were very unfriendly and not very helpful. They seemed to throw off the vibe that I was bothering them. They kept pushing my paperwork to the side and didn't seem to know what to do or mostly just didn't care. Once I spoke up it got worse. When I was finally taken to the back one of the girls got attitude because I told the nurse how unprofessional and uncaring

I am a regular donor and have been for the most part since 2007. The better of the 2 centers in portsmouth.currently after the morning rush it's a in and out process. No long waits at any part of your donation. In 2007 it was way less $ and took up to 4 hours and not it's about a hour or so process from front door to exiting the back.

Great location, prompt and down to earth staff. Quicker process than I expected. Everyone seems great except for the person who had me sign in didn't take any information.

This was my first time donating plasma, and I really didn't know what to do... Everyone was very helpful and explained everything well. Before, during, and after I was asked if everything was okay and how was I doing. I noticed there were new employees being trained and they did a good job as well !

The staff is amazing!!! Very attentive, professional and caring. Reggie, Pam, Pamela and the entire staff are very skilled and very well organized. Keep up the good work guys??????

The staff, minus a few, don't care about how you feel during treatment. They just joking around and talking with each other. The place gets so crowded they defer people to not have to deal with them. And the level of rudeness on the phone when asking simple questions about the place is appalling.

If I could post pictures on here I would show you how terrible my arm looks they are unprofessional and bad at their jobs yeah the people are nice but nice doesn't cut it when my whole arm literally is purple and blue because the lady stuck a needle in my arm then pulled it half way out and left it like that!! then proceeded to ignore me when I told her it was starting to hurt. I will never go back ever. The pain I've been in is uncalled for.

For the most part thier staff is well organized ,very courteous and professional... I have been coming here for a while and really like scheduling an appointment to fit my schedule

18 phone calls.... Since opening until noon and not a single answer. Why even come to work. Let's hope call number 19 is the lucky one where someone wants to pick up the phone.

They are a highly motivated and positive team of workers. The staff is extremely pleasant, positive and caring. They genuinely care for their donors. They make donating relaxing and enjoyable.

I love them they are the best!!!!! Everyone I have met always makes sure that I'm doing good. Great job ladies and gentlemen keep up the good work!!!!

Their website does not include that a first time donor has to schedule an appointment as a part of their first time donor list. Making trip number 1 a waste. When at my scheduled appointment as a first donor, I was there for 3 1/2 hours. I was told from then on, I would not need to schedule an appointment to donate again, I could just walk in. Did a walk in my second time and wait was fine. Tried to walk in today only to find out that now certain times require an appointment. I didn't see any signs in the e

The worst place do donate. Don't believe those fake reviews. These people are rude and unprofessional. To file a complaint call 1-855-myplasma . The staff are always mean and don't let everyone donate.

I love the staff they are very friendly and they remember your face. They treat us like family and never leave you out on deals and promotions.

Wish there was a way to give negative stars... LAZY staff... no sense of urgency to help after waiting for hours.. empty beds and and u still wait..just for them to make it seem like are bothering them. Been coming for a while but our relationship must come to close

I switched from octapharma to grifols. The wait time is much less, the staff is professional, I get through the process and into the donor bed quickly, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get disconnected, the staff will talk and joke, but they keep a close eye on the donors. I love it at grifols! I see the staff change gloves between donors.

The new appointments have extremly donor problems. Late appointments are never available, so it's hard to get your second bonus. And the empoyees don't seem to give a damn. I've been here for 35 mins and still have not been in a booth, and I've been first for 15 mins Even when I get released I've had to wait 45 mins to get an open bed. So if Grifols cares to keep donors they need to change the rules.

Everyone is piolite professional compassionate, friendly, staff is wonderful. Some of the kiok though run very slow. Facility is kept clean.

Cindy is the absolute best She stuck me right and got me in and out the bed in 30 mins (I typically donate slow) And I do honestly truly like the entire grifols staff But Cindy did her thing in my lil vein today sge deserves this shoutout lol

I wish I could give negative stars, because I WOULD. The unprofessionalism at this facility is UNMATCHED. I would suggest any center but this one. They are so used to the bad seeds in their area that they treat everyone like they are doing them a favor. And it's been this way since 2012 When after YEARS of donating, NO RESTICKS, OR OTHER ISSUES, I was told I was deferred for "unsuitable veins".. at the moment I didn't care, because I never wanted to deal with unprofessionalism. I continued to use octapharma

Today Sunday 7/22 I arrived@3:45 for a 4pm appointment. I was not taken into to a screening room until 4:55. Then in the waiting room a 430 appointment was bedded before me. This is ridiculous, dont my time mean anything?

They are very careful take pride into their work respectfully kindness with every person come here always with and joy

My girl donated before and i decied to come back cuz i never had a problem but now i do she came in and they couldnt find her file and now she cant donate and she drove from all the way from vb...the time and gas to get there is awhile and us its our choice but when we called and asked if she can donate and she said she has before and it has been awhile and tgey still said she can donate...luckly my grandma lives close by and was able to give her gas money...she didnt want to donate at the vb center cuz she

Love my BUDDIES AT THE PORTSMOUTH location!!!!! To me they are extended family! Only BAD thing about this center are the rules- NO TV to watch while donating. Which makes for a LONG and BORING donation!! Other centers in this area allow their donors to watch movies but not at GRIFOLS!!! Management states TV will not be on in donation area.

My experience at Grifols has been really good. The staff are overall friendly and treat me with respect. Gteat place to donate.

Not bad staff is cool they try to get you out pretty quick...love the nurse Donna shes special!!

Been coming here for years and it's gotten alot better always good employees friendly and sociable

Good staff workimg on the floor but up frount one bad seed lady for customer service...if not for that I would give a 5 star.

I like to come here on my spar time because its quiet and the people that work there make you feel good about donating. Great place.

The experience was great since I started here the people are pleasant, still a lack of communication, but overall great

Celebrate International Plasma Awareness Week Plasma is used to make life-saving medicines. Help us spread the word about the importance of plasma. And help us celebrate the giving spirit of plasma donors? and all who make donation possible. Thanks for making the world a better place#Grifols

The staff are friendly and ALWAYS professional; just wish the fees were a little more. And it would be great if there were programs for Hep B !!!!

I always am well taken care of. The staff is quick neat and clean.

The people there are ghetto, don't know anything, and act like your a problem for coming even tho it is there job. I called to ask what was needed to donate and when I got there I was told I was misinformed. I left and then came back, they had attitude problems.PLUS THEY DO NOT CHANGE THEIR GLOVES.. FORGET IT...... I walked out

I have been coming to the center for the past few years and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff has always been pleasant and friendly, they actually greet you at the door by name.I would totally recommend donating at this center.

Great place to donate. Very nice and professional staff. Always kind, clean and enjoyable to be around.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The process is relatively fast and it's a good experience.??????

I used to donate here a few years back and recently returned for some extra cash for a light bill and bruh...I didn't think this place could get anymore unprofessional then it was back then.unprofessional and super ghetto staff who are more concerned with the personal happenings in their lives and flirting with male donors. I used to work at Octapharma last year and in know there is no level of training required when hired at a plasma center. they actually train in house but these thots in scrubs at Grifols

Everybody Cool, the customers and staff know how to make me smile even when Im down. S/O to yall.

Grifols has a professional staff. They make sure that donors are always first. Plus the staff really make grifols a better environment to donate.

My time at the center is always pleasant and most of the staff are friendly. Great place to donate!

Love the employees that work here. I never have a problem when I come.
