The lady on the donor floor, with the long blonde hair is extremely rude. I was a new donor and didn't know the process or rules and she basically chewed me out, for doing something I didn't know I wasn't supposed to do. I did not know once I was seated, I couldn't use the restroom. I wanted to wait as long as I could before donation. I put my stuff down, the phleb said it was fine, went to the restroom and came back. Apparently, there was some incorrect information relayed. The lady addressed it. I underst
Edit: about 3/4 of the machines are working as of 1/6/24. That's progress! Amazing people work here. They try so hard and are so kind. I recommend CSL over Octa anytime. My missing star is because of the new machines. I know they're faster, but with half of them out of order, the whole process is slower than it should be. It's 16 out of 36 machines! And that's in just a couple of months since they replaced the old ones. Are these defective and need to be replaced but are on order? Do they need parts or ma
Particularly like two of the nurses. Staff generally humble, pleasant and professional. I'm a character and they don't typically give me a hard time, just roll with it lol. Would like to get more money out of them, but CSL definitely offers better overall experience to Octapharma and I've never had any issues with the stick procedure here. Also REALLY like Ryan, he's very good!
I donated on May the 5th 2025 and still cannot access the money on the card that I received my "pay" on. The card gives the error message "invalid account" when I try to use it or withdraw the funds that are on my account. When I went back to the plasma center, which is an hour away from my house, they just kept replacing the cards. A total of four different cards all giving the same error message. They got pretty rude with me after giving me the second card like I was inconveniencing them. After driving
Staff here were very friendly and helpful. My main complaint why I'm giving only 3 stars is that nowhere does it mention if you've had a heart condition you can never donate plasma here. I am extremely healthy and went through the entire 2 hour new patient process (my blood and physical exam was great), only to be told towards the end of the process (right before giving blood), that I could never give blood there. Heart attacks are more and more common these days, so I would strongly suggest you change your
I've been donating for 5yrs never had a bruise or anything till I came here stuff rough with the needles
Csl plasma never pick up the phone I drove from Durham to Raleigh on hold one time! And now I'm still on hold and when I was on hold last time I drove on hold from Durham to Raleigh if you know how long the drive is you know that don't make any sense, plus before I left the house to make that trip I set on hold for 20 minutes! They could let some workers go or they could put out a hire sign on indeed!
Drink plenty of water before donating like , ur pee is clear & I promise u will not have any blood return problems! Just make sure u can control ur bladder & time the donation up so u don't have to use the bathroom during, if u do ur part , they will do theirs, Lance & everybody on the team is super efficient & don't mess around, definitely recommend this place!
Extremely unprofessional, intentionally delay people who are doing them a service by donating plasma for a fraction of what they're going to make off of it, & then they got some of the most ghetto ignorant folks in there. I've been to 4 different csl?s over the years & never experienced the level of dysfunction they have at this particular branch. From the coked up nurse (which is ironic bc apparently they test donors but not employees) with that tacky weave ponytail to annoying security guard with her plas
unattentive staff! I set up an account and got blacklisted for having recent tattoos which is understandable. I came back today, after all tattoos had healed and waited an hour to find out the STAFF forgot to mark all tattoos... that were on my hand? they could literally see the tattoos they weren't marking down. Staff expected me to provide proof for tattoos they didn't mark down. Waste of time, rude people, and the plasma place 5 minutes down the road pays more.
I have been donating with CSL for over 6 months. I was stuck with the needle incorrectly on Monday December 16th around 5:30pm. While sitting in the chair my vein/arm begain to burn and sting the veins became raised. I informed a staff member about the issue. She then took her sweet time to walk over find a cart and come unhook me. I was pretty calm about the situation as mistakes happen. The issue I have is that when I went a few days later I was sent to the ?nurse? because of the huge bruise the incide
This place sucks , I've tried to go in as a new donor 3 times. I brought government stamped and issued mail for proof of address that wasn't good enough. I went in 3 hours before they closed and they turned me down that it was too late and to leave. The plasma clinic on the other side of the highway is better and pays more! EDIT . I've been sitting here for 2 hours waiting todo my new donor
Do not waste your time. Go elsewhere. The staff is incompetent and doesn't even know how to put simple information in a computer. I Waited for over 5 hours to try and donate. The guy up front deleted me off the waiting list for intake. I was patient and kept waiting. Finally was able to speak with another employee who realized they had taken me off the list. Finally go into the intake room and the guy is rambling and genuinely seems bored with life. I finally get through to wait for the nurse and they are o
Sat in the waiting area for my first initial check up to file for almost an hour to then be told the staff needed to shift? So ok sometimes there needs to be changes ok I can be patient. Another 40 minutes goes by and haven't been acknowledged so i left. Went to Octapharma, turns out they give out more per donation for new and returning donors. And it took me about 45 minutes for their ENTIRE intake process in and out within 2 hours.
New donor. Arrived at 9:30am.... it's 1:22pm and I'm still sat here waiting for my new donor profile/medical. They say to allow 3-4 hours for your first visit.... but I've been sat here almost 4 hours after only watching the video. Seemingly so many staff here but only one that can handle new donors...... but nobody has been taken back since I got here. Not a good system and a complete waste of my day. But I've been here 4 hours so far so don't want to talk out and leave. ??????????????
Worst experience ever this place is terrible I wouldn't recommend going all of the employees are rude ghetto and unprofessional long waiting time just for them to tell you you can't donate because they felt like it that day
A very happy donor - LPN went above and beyond. I was treated like family. Thank you!
Yeah CSL is a bunch of B.S. She used the wrong size blood pressure cuff, on me. Getting an inaccurate reading.
They seem organized but way to judgemental and turn someone away because they apparently smelled off and wouldn't give another or more detail reason they also seemed like they don't care to be here
After you get finished they leave you sitting for 20 minutes before coming to take needle out of your arm?
As a first time donor I hope you have time to wait, the first time it took me probably 3 hours through the entire process. On another visit I had to speak with a manager and it took 25 minutes for one to show up. There should be more than one manager on duty and she didn't apologize at all for the wait.
It's truly amazing that this csl location is still operating. Unnecessary waiting due to either staff not available or just plain waisting time chatting with each other. Nurses take their sweet time. Most employees are there to just make a paycheck. Unbelievable. BEWARE. When they discover who left a negative review and you return.... Just saying.
I went in to donate here for the first time. I've donated plasma before, just not through this company. The staff were very rude and completely disorganized. I did my research before I came so I knew what to expect and how long to be there... But these people had absolutely no idea what they were doing. I waited for an hour and a half JUST to be taken back for my questionnaire... But never made it that far. When I got up to ask how much longer, they said they had no idea and could be another 4-5 hours!!!! I
Only one nurse on staff at a time (at least they have a nurse now) except lunch hour there are no nurses. Went in as a first time donor with 5 new people in front of me. 30 min after I arrived one person was called back for the initial profile work. 30 min after that the nurse leaves for lunch. I asked the front desk how much longer until the next person is called back. I was told it would be an hour because the nurse left for her hour break and I should expect to be there another 3-4 hours for process
I used to donate here a few years ago when it first opened and this place needed some work. I recently started coming back here to donate and things are completely different for THE BETTER! I can tell that this place is managed well. This place operates like a well oiled machine. The staff are professional. There's no long wait times. Even when the lines are long you can get through the line quickly because they have a lot of staff working at all times. My donation experience has been pleasant.
After donating, it usually takes 40 minutes to get taken off the machine,I don't know why, and it stared to hurt a little after waiting over 30 minutes
Other than that I made 30 dollars extra, today I felt great the minute I walked in, I came in with I chip on my shoulder, and stress, I always love to save lives, but today it was about the money, it was about the flow of energy, the workers there Thurs morning were great care-givers! I just wanna say thank-you!
First time coming to CSL, have never experienced such unprofessional conduct at a donor center before.
Such a garbage location. Never properly staffed and completely discombobulated at all times even during early hours. You'll be waiting for 3 hrs max if you're new. It's not worth $80. Staff is rude and will never give you an honest estimate as far waiting goes it's a guessing game.
I've been here two separate occasions. Both occasions they were wildly under staffed and trying to keep the vibes good. I had an appointment for 1, was seated for 40 mins. Everybody that was waiting with me was told that they wouldn't be able to be seen today because of staffing issues. This is my second day back because yesterday was the same. I don't recommend this location. Staff storages are from higher ups being greedy.
So I made an appointment on the APP, but when I arrived they said it is first come first serve and they are unable to take any new donors. That did change and they took me in and I was super glad that it wasn't a water trip. A man was asleep in the waiting area looking like he was absolutely cracked out of his mind. I almost left BUT THEN I MET NINA SAMONE and she was my saving Grace! She was so sweet, kind and knowledgeable. It may sound strange but she made me feel comfortable. The first few staff people
Very unprofessional staff ! My needle was put in incorrectly. Could not get anybody to help. Needle was put in and out several times pump would not work . I ended up being in pain. They went in the second arm, same exact thing happened . I was in there 3 1/2 hours with several other problems. Nobody cared!
Where to start? This location specifically should be inspected for health concerns?blood on the floors, in the bathrooms, staff not changing gloves or sanitizing equipment, etc. The staff have verbalized that they don't enjoy working at CSL and make everything about the process as difficult as possible. The new donor experience took me 4 hours. Nobody has consistent information, and they give donors incorrect instructions about payments and referrals. When you call corporate to make them aware of these iss
EDIT: To anyone reading this, CSL replied to this post with a number to call. I'm not able to reply to their message so I'm doing it here. I called the same day this post was made and someone listened and took my number to ?call me back?. It has been weeks and I have heard absolutely nothing. They just say call them to pretend like they'll actually do something about these issues. Original post; I have been a longtime donor here and used to love the place. I'm not sure what happened but their good staff ar
I am a frequent blood donor and have been wanting to try plasma donations for a while. I have a really busy schedule, so I called the clinic around 3:00 today and asked what time I needed to be there in order to begin donating if I haven't done it before. The woman on the phone told me new donors need to come in by 5:00. I did that, got checked in, then a man with a rude tone/scowl told me it's too late and I couldn't donate. I specifically called this clinic in advance to avoid being sent away, and they ga
The nurse for my physical lied and said she couldn't do my physical because of what I was wearing (romper). Said that they aren't allowed to see certain body parts to do the physical. I've never heard a medical professional not being able to see body parts in a professional setting, especially if the patient is okay with it. They should provide some type of cover up for these situations. I even had my own blanket I could?ve used. I sat there for over 2 hours, spoke to multiple people, had my pre exam done a
I had a horrible experience at this CSL plasma donation place. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a stagnant smell that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The head nurse is incredibly rude and dismissive. Watch out for the lady with the skull rings on her fingers, she will find a way to make you as miserable as she is - so pathetic.
All the nurses quit at the same time?..so nobody can donate right now. I haven't been able to donate at all this whole week. Went in Monday to find out there were no nurses, called Wednesday just for a staff to lie and say there was a nurse there and when I got there to door was locked. Yesterday I called and they said it was going to be one there today when I got here at 7am I was told the nurse wasnt here and to come back tomorrow. To avoid flipping out, I AM NOT COMING BACK!!!! When I first started donat
A family requires plasma regularly, they asked me to donate since I am in great health. First day I tried to enroll they had me watch a video before waiting two hours to see nurse. Sent me and 4 others home asking us to come back at 7 am next day The following day another two and half hours before leaving because the one person was at lunch. Today, I arrived at 8 am with two women in front of me. My name was put in the queue, the other two women left which would put me next. A few young men arrived walked
Terrible. Every-time I leave out of here I always leave out mad. They do not value patients time. They're excuse for everything is they are understaffed. Of everyone decided to never donate here, all of the employees here would be out a job. Respect the patients and value our time. And If being understaffed is the excuse for certain nurses not knowing how to respect or speak to people then maybe this location should shut down until further notice. I stopped coming for 2-4 weeks in hopes they would pick the
Posting again cause they got my last review pulled down regarding the employees not changing gloves and reaching in biohazard bins with the same gloves they use to stick people. Management is also terrible here and clearly there is a pecking order.
I love this place. It's way too slow, but they know what their doing. The place is clean. I drive from Fuquay-Varina NC to Raleigh NC just to go here. I recommend CSL Plasma. Just be ready to wait a while.
If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would. It's unorganized, unprofessional and just overall a horrible location to donate plasma. I donated here when the place 1st opened and a few times throughout the years and it's always been a pleasant atmosphere with friendly and professional staff. I must say over the last year you could tell things had changed for the worse but i kept coming for the few staff and management that held this place together. I no longer see the staff and management that
They hired a new floor supervisor who is trash and lazy as hell not to mention rude as hell. Don't waste your time because that's all they're going to do to you. Go to one of the other centers.
TL;DR - Nice people; ridiculous system. After 6 hours, over 2 days, I was ?permanently deferred? due being in Ireland between 1980 and now. *Per my wife, if you have a bruise larger than 2?x2? after donating, you can't donate again until it's small. Day 1, the camera to take photos of new donors was broken. Day 2, I called ahead to ensure I had all documentation they needed to register me. I was told ?something with your full SSN, no X instead of numbers.?* Day 2, - 90 minute wait just to approach an
My first time donating. I was welcomed at the door with a smile on security?s face. I absolutely enjoy the environment.
I took an 18 month break from donating at CSL because of their unprofessional nature. People would be standing outside early waiting for the center to open. The line would basically be wrapped around the city! Were the CSL employees prepared? NO! They would begin to prepare AFTER the doors opened!! Clocking in, signing onto computers, getting equipment, calling employees to the front for help that would never come. The people in the donation area would START setting up the machines. The whole check in proce
Please New donors... DON'T GO HERE...They are not about saving lives, but only a status quo...You wait 5 hours, just to get the people in, but deny Good, healthy people, based on where you live, and Not why you there to help others live. This is not a Life saving clinic, it's life sucking, The Cultures are already swarming around this place on the outside, they need to shut it down on the inside. Not an opinion, this is FACTS.....
2 days ago and today have been the worst. Too long of a line for them to have 4 rows of beds and for whatever reason they won't open the other side. What's the point of having all these beds yet somehow the workers on the floor either get sent on break or they slow down. 2 days ago, not only did the network go down for over 30 minutes they made a BIG deal about how covid it still going around. If they saw how it looks today, they'd probably be in shock. Maybe get people seen quicker, filling all the beds in
The staff is really friendly! If your nervous about being a first time donor don't be!! They walk you through the whole process and make you feel at ease. I will definitely refer family and friends here if they are in need of some quick easy cash!
I've had really good experiences at this CSL location. They are currently fully staffed and that's made wait times very short. The staff all seem to be well trained. Only had one experience where the machine wasn't working right.
I came to donate today. I regret deeply coming to this location. They butchered my arm, and when I complained about the pain (due to them pulling and pushing the needle into my arm, it seems like they had difficulty finding my vein) "she" started giving a seriously bad attitude. I had to pull the needle off my arm by my self, with the subsequent bleeding all over. I will never donate again, not in this place. I don't need the money thank God, I just wanted to do the right thing, but I did encounter a couple
I want to give a special shout-out to the Sr phlebotomist KAY-KAY she loves her job and is good at what she does. You can tell when she sticks you that she does so with care, when I donate and I am lucky enough to get her the initial stick is always painless. It's always smooth transition each time when she sticks me. She treats everyone with care and makes my visits pleasant which keeps me going back. KAY-KAY deserves a raise for her skill level and customer care experience. Also Shout to the other staff t
I use to come to this place every week or other now i've totally given up on all centers. I lost faith once cause my left arm was severely damaged with a hematoma and I've come back to donate several times up to 29 times and now they track what plasma centers you go to is seriously ridiculous some of depend on the money especially when one parent works parent works only part time with no baby sitter this makes me very angry and i won't be coming back I've wasted time and money just commute there. This just
Worst place to go to donate. Staff ain't hitting on 2 cent, nurse lazy, got ppl standing around, putting in wrong information. Trust the worst place so if you want to donate definitely not the place to go.
My experience the past month-ish have been amazing and welcoming! I was nervous with the past reviews made but they just aren't true! My bestie squad take care of me every single time even if I'm not in their section!
Been going here for a while, its not a bad way to get extra cash. But it's a hit or miss as far as the quality of the staff, and there have been multiple days where I showed up early but one or another has made you wait for a while. The place isn't great, but it's one of the few in the area.
I been done for 45 minutes and still waiting to be unhooked so I can leave. They're steadily hooking new patients up while those of us that are done still wait with a needle in our arms. Don't see the sign but they gotta be hiring.
I like this place. The process of sign up was smooth & being able to pay a few bills who's this method was satisfying. Worth an hour of your time if there are bills that you got.
Instead of making plasma donation more attractive they just lowered the donation incentives. Not a good thing
My son and I went on at 4:30pm in the afternoon to donate. The woman that approached us immediately referenced the time we can in and the time they closed. Basically letting us know she wasn't pleased about us coming in at that time. Apparently because she was concerned about leaving on time. She never greeted us nor the one bit pleasant. Next she said to go to the back room. Upon entering there was a computer screen that has a start button, which my son did. Mind you, there was no sign indicating not to to
I've came to this CSL location several times, occasionally the lines are long but they do seem to continuously move at a reasonable rate. The process itself is fairly straight forward. I do have small and rolling veins so I have to ask for a senior phlebotomist or I end up getting re-stuck. All in all a decent experience and a way to bring extra income to the house
Ignorant staff, and they don't know how to do their job. They hire the most ghetto and ignorant people. Don't pay well for your donation they are making so much more than they give as payment. You will not want to return here if you come.
I love the manager she was very outgoing the rest of the staff seem pretty good but over all they very sweet and cool ppl to me
Look at spending 2-4 hours just to get processed as a new donor, no point in registering and scheduling a time slot on the app. Phlebotomist strongly suggested I use my left arm to help her find her stick point, and was bragging about being experienced as a phlebotomist. We used my left arm as she requested and commented on how visible my veins were and completely missed the vein almost like she tried to stick me with her eyes closed. Now my arm is swollen.
I'm currently standing in line here and so are 8 other people's waiting to be screen , and there is 3 employees upfront but ONLY ONE PERSON WHO IS SCREENING PEOPLE. The line is literally by the door. One employee is standing by the front desk with NOBODY talking to her , just STANDING THERE instead of hoping on a computer and getting people in and out. The people who stick the needle in you isn't good at it and always have a attitude. I've never been somewhere that doesn't want customer's , instead they wan
the reviews tell you all you need to know...It was my first time going and I waited patiently for 3 1/2 hours just to be told after getting to the front of the line that i couldn't be taken because i hadn't had a piercing in my ear for 4 months. Very unorganized To be told to come back in March when I had been there since earlier that day to be taken. If I wasn't able to donate that day it should've been said before I was told to stand in line.
Started here earlier this month(June 3) and it was ok I got in and out after all the paperwork. It's now June 17 and now I see why the reviews are the way they are. I believe the vital machines are way off and the scale for your weight. I was just there June 15 and between now and the other day I've gained 10lbs when I weighed myself before I left home it wasn't even close to that! You have one person doing vitals with a long line of people waiting. And all the techs in the back are just standing around, go
A nice place to go to but I have had multiple minor issues that add up to get this low rating. They are very nice people but constantly hearing a fire alarm door go off in the back, nurses messing up sticking my veins and causing bruising so I cant come back for over a week, along with other long delays which may happen depending on which staff member is working cause for a frustrating experience each time I go.
Wait times are very long. Usually, only have on or two people doing the Vital check points. You stand in line a long time. CSL needs to do better and hire more people, if they want people to not walk away.
Intake took 4 hrs. This is one of those businesses that doesn't care how inconvenient or ridiculous the process is. There will always be people so desperate to need money.
Was very unhappy, I haven't donated at csl since March of 2022 and the only reason I came back for the 1st again within the last 3 weeks was bc I received a notification about earn an extra $50 when u return. The 1st 2 donations I was suppose to receive $20 and the 3rd donation I was to receive $10. I can in 3 weeks ago and I received my 1st $20 when I walked up after my donation and showed the manager my notification on my phone and she gave me my 1st $20 with no problem. Then I came in to donate today and
The checkpoint staff are EXTREMELY slow!! The line will be wrapped around Raleigh and there will be only ONE staff person in the checkpoint section. Other staff will look at the line, walk around, carry on conversations with other staff members, and never attempt to help get the line down at all. No apologies either. It's like the donor?s time is unimportant. Somehow they forgot that without donors, their jobs will be obsolete!! Very little pay and long lines too?!?Nah there are other centers!! A COMPLETE w
Best plasma center I've been to! Clean, up to date facility with well trained and friendly staff. Special shout outs to both Shana & Shelby. They were both very helpful, kind, and friendly. They helped make it a good/smooth process, will absolutely return!
I had a great experience at CSL Plasma. They made sure I understood everything. I started to feel lightheaded during donating and they immediately responded and made me feel better. Everyone was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Very clean environment. I thought it was great.
Olivia the nurse was absolutely amazing and informative. She took her time to explain some things to me that definitely were beneficial. Not to mention she was on her 13th hour!! Her patience with patients goes without saying!! Worth more than money could provide! She deserves that Mansion in Africa!! I'll be forever greatful for my experience with her. Thanks Olivia!!!????????
If you go might as well plan a day trip wait times are getting ridiculous.. one sceener, donors lined up out the door literally took me and hour and half to get screened. The only positive thing about the place is some of the people that work there that's it! Management won't even help get the donors thru. Watched them walk around and out the door!!!
I've donated for years on and off at different companies and I went very slowly. The staff always blamed diet, and hydration. Nikki, who works here let me know how to position my arm for the best flow. Now I am out before people sitting well before me. That should be a part of your repetitive videos and readings. 5 stars for Nikki specifically not everyone.
I give them 1 star & they don't even deserve that. I called in to see if they were open because the day before I came all the way across town to find a note on the door saying they are closed due to short staff. So after the lady confirming they are open , I get there & they say they are not taking donors bc they are full when I just called before I came. Second I referred somebody that constantly donates & I still haven't been paid for referral. Asked about it & no one seems to can help. The wait times ar
I've been twice and have had a great experience both times. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't have to wait either (although I did go at certain times that aren't as busy).
The people were friendly and I was put into the system fairly quickly. They explained everything and answered all questions. The actual donating process was pretty fast, they seemed low on nurses, but it wasn't bad. Nothing to complain about for me.
Chances of wasting your time - 50% Chances of being treated by competent staff who is in a uniform and is groomed enough to actually handle patient care to not infect people they work with - 0% Chances of being haggled or harassed by bums in the parking lot - 80%
They discriminate people who don't speak English. After spending 5 hours waiting for attention. The manager refused to attend a not English speaking person
Great staff and location! Always clean and proffesional setting every time! Donation bonus structure is the best around! Always friendly and fun environment!! Even on busy days they always thank me for my patience!!
The services for me is good when it comes to certain staff but this one staff member lou she's very very and I mean very rude very unprofessional and all because any other time I go there all the staff says if you need anything just let me know well when she stuck me on Thursday October 5 she acted like she ain't want to stick me asking for my first and last name very rude and then just sticking me and walking away when I was done any other staff would say have a good day the amount I'll be getting and when
First time donor here, very very disapointed, before donating the place took my pocket knife and stuck my name to it to hold until my donation was completed. I left that day without retrieving my sentimental blade. Called the next day to make sure it was still there before i returned to pick it up. Lady on the phone said it was still there. When i got there they told me they throw everything that is not claimed away at the end of every day. The blade had my name on it. They could have reached me. W
First terrible experience. The worst part is that I couldn't even donate my plasma after two hours of processing. People were friendly and everything was fine (as there is a long wait) until I met the nurse. I had an episode of Bel's paralysis in 2007 and she freaked out when I said that and she asked me to bring a letter from my doctor to make sure I can donate. She did not want to hear my explanations and she was not interested in asking questions. They don't have a doctor or the like that I can talk
Their hours on Google are wrong. I walked in at 7:25am (but apparently they open at 7:30) and the line was almost out the door and there were already people on the donor floor. They are SO slow and always understaffed. Super disappointing as my other CSL experiences have been wonderful.
One of the worst experiences Ive had. In my last couple of donations I've had to wait 20-30 minutes AFTER my donation was complete to get bandaged up.
Overall experience was okay, people were very friendly and helpful, service was great, if you are coming in for the first time make sure you have nothing to do because the processes will take up to 2 hours, be prepared and patient. The best part is you are getting compensated for your time.
When you call the lady on the phone will say "Bring your social security card as well as your license. But, I just showed my license & was waited on
Everytime I come here they leave me in the chair, needle in my arm 20 minutes after I'm done. But stand around and talk.. Everytime. Every. Single. Time.
I've been donating for years and service is bad I've taken a lot of people here to this location and haven't even got my money for it even when I call corporate I don't feel like they appreciate me or saving Life
I love coming to CSL they are very professional I never had a problem they they are very greeting when I walk in they greet me when I'm getting ready to leave their personalities are awesome I never had a bad experiment with CSL and I will continue to always come here and I hit post
I visit the location on Capitol and have nothing but Love for the staff. Customer Service is usually hit or miss. They've always HIT. Patience on my part definitely helps.
Clean facilities and friendly staff! My first donation was difficult because I was not properly hydrated, but staff were polite and helpful. I go to the Raleigh NC location. Beth the MOS is lovely and cheerful :)
Although the staff try their best, the facilities and customer service consistency is NOT there. I started donating at another spot across town.
The people at the center are great at their jobs and so helpful. I have a fear of needles and everyone has treated me with kindness and made sure I was comfortable.
They just lowered the payout incentives by as much as 20%
I've been donating here for a couple months now and I honestly think I just donate to talk to people. The employees are funny and professional (with the exception of a few funky aspirin attitudes like 1 or 2). Donating here helps me keep both my cars tanks on full, pay the internet, and funds my food habit. *shrugs*. Don't knock donating either. Smart people make money everyday and everyway. Use my name if you decide to go. We both get a bonus. Ching a Ling.
You would have better luck joining a gang. This place is the more horrific and inhuman stain on this community with some of the worst "health praticitioners" ever!
Went downhill takes forever to get through. Use to be easy 45min now it's an hour before your even seated in a chair. This is my last time till they get it figured out.
I go to CSL twice a week and it's a quick and easy way to bring in a little money for myself(I am a stay at home mom) The staff is always very nice and they give incentives to keep coming back
Inaccurate blood pressure monitors i always check my pressure in my car at csl its normally 140/80 or in that range went in to kiosk 1 guy before me in line he was done in about 7 min with his vitals then my turn for vitals protein is good checked my bp it said 194/117 so my bp raise that much in 10 min? No way of course i was told i could not donate be careful i wont be going back
There is a black woman that wears glasses and is extremely unprofessional and needs to be replaced and a black man that works customer service told me to my face that I would have to wait for someone else to take my vitals cause he's not gonna do mine today ! Also nobody seems to know about bonus points that work there ! The man that works customer service told me I had to wait 30 days before I get my bonus and I know that statement he made to me is untrue ! They need good new workers working vitals a
Kiana and cici is the best. Great conversations every time. Makes me forget about the pain. The staff are respectful and i always have a fast donation because of them
This establishment is very unprofessional. They allow donors to disrespect employees, employees are disrespectful. The turn over of employees are like a revolving door, They get you in then tell you these possibilities you can have but still doesn't apply the rules to the center. Liars and deceitful.. passing ppl inaccurately, telling one donor they can do this but another donor can't. Allowing donors to lie on employees without backing them up. Terrible establishment do not donate......there's other places
If I could rate 0 stars I would this is the worst plasma center in the history of Plasma centers..... First of all they pay you the least amount of money of all the plasma centers in Raleigh for your donation and most of the time make you wait a very long time to make your donation. Secondly they have very unskilled phlebotomist inserting the needle in your arm....Most of the time causing bruising which obviously is painfull and additionally results in you not being allowed to donate until the bruises they
I felt unsafe here. Ended up not donating plasma because of the lack of covid precautions. People wore masks but not covering their nose and some not covering their mouth. Around 20 people in there not regarding social distance spacing. No displays showing how to correctly wear a mask. No hand sanitizer when you come in. No sneeze guard for the front desk where it is hard to properly socially distance from. It was shocking to see a facility where they collect bodily fluids disregard health precautions. They
I love coming here because the staff is so nice Ci Ci Ashley and Malik are always super helpful! Always clean and quick! Thanks CSL Raleigh NC!
I really enjoyed this place ; I'm going back today; process took a while but the only thing I didn't like is I have to go through all that extra work ; and then see if you're eligible ; they need to see if you're eligible first then paperwork next ..
I was rushing to get there before it closed. Walked up to the door as the employee was locking the door and she wouldn't let me in. Only me. I drove 50 mins. to get there. Will be looking for a new donation center
The people were very nice here but they dont know what they're doing. My arm is severly bruised because the lady who stuck me with the needle couldnt find a vein and she kept moving it around in my arm. Im going to the hospital to make sure there are no clots or internal bleeding.
The people that work here are great. I've been coming here for a few months and they make me feel comfortable donating every time I come
The customer service is terrible. I was a new customer, and when I got back to room where they draw the blood, I waited there for an hour while a bunch of staff just stood around doing nothing. And when they finally did stick people, he go to people that haven't even been waiting as long as I have. I will never come back to CSL Plasma ever again, I'll be going to OctaPharma instead.
The place is nice and clean however some of the staffs talk way too much... After setting up everything she atood there talking and had the needle on her hand talking for 5 minutes before finally sticking the donor
Excellent staff! Clean facility, I've been coming to this location for a few years and it's always been an excellent friendly environment. Efficient and respectful staff!
Always understaffed n always in here forever... Been here over an HR just waiting while I see at least 10 open seats with at least 20 ppl in line behind me. This may b my last time coming here to this center. It use to not so bad
Is yall guys open today I tried calling
Lady working the front desk 3/15/21 @ 4:45pm was rude. Made sure to tell us that they closed at 6, so we knew how much of an inconvenience we were to her.
This place is great for taking a 45 min process and making it an hour and a half to two. Then they'll nonchalantly tell you there very busy as you watch staff goof off
Sat there for 2 hours went through the process and everything only to find out that I couldn't donate because I'm a cook and I had two small burns on my forearm. No racial slurs intended but I am white so when I get burnt it's going to be red lol this place needs to get it together. It makes no sense to me. No wonder people give this place a bad review
My first time on 7/11 everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable. Back on Friday for donation number 2!!!!
CSL plasma is a great place. People are friendly and knowledgeable. If your worried about the needle don't be. The staff makes it virtually painless
I've had a fantastic time every time I go to the Raleigh csl center! It's always clean and the workers are so nice!!
I've never seen any business decide they will unlock the doors when they're ready, instead of when they say they open, until this CSL. I'll just drive a little further to the next plasma location.
Very fast pace and very friendly! Love donating here and will continue to do so! ?? Michaela is very sweet and she
Excellent staff, very welcoming and friendly. Always good at explaining everything as they do it. Overall great environment ??
This CSL is well staffed super clean and easily accessible. Everyone there is super professional... I have nothing but praise for everyone there.
Very unprofessional, talk to much (horse play), takes forever to get to donate. They move very slow !!!! Stay away
I love this csl because they are fast and professional I don't have to wait long and the process always going smoothly The staff doing great job
have been coming to csl plasma now for around three years now and have seen quite abit of turnover with the really nice people who work here. am so Thankful that that The Lord LED me to this. thanks for everything that ya'll do. GOD Bless and Thanks.
I've always had a wonderful experience at CSL . The staff is friendly and always endearing. Excellent service always.
Beth and nashawn make my day each time I donate very good spirited people I wish everyone was just like them both thank you and thank you Csl Again I really love coming here to donate on my off days from work wonderful staff starting to get to know everyone by name THANK YOU CSL.........
If the phlebotomy crew knew what they were doing thus center could be decent
The people here at CSO are amazingly nice generous and majority of the time their sticks don't hurt
Very nice and friendly. Its a clean place. Mrs.Tanee really stands out she goes out her way to help to help you even with any questions...
This location, 3514 Capital Blvd STE 100, Raleigh, NC 27604, is the slowest donation center in the world. 30 minutes to get screened (1 other person in line) and then sat in the donation chair for 45 minutes before I was hooked up to donate. After donating, sat there for another 25 minutes before being disconnected. 2.5hrs and I normally donate in 45 minutes on average.
friendly and knowledgeable staff, always clean. I've never had a bad experience
Great place to go donate plasma, friendly and fast service. Very clean and professional. My first time was quick and enjoyable.
I had a great experience nice service especially the lady that helped me very fast and friendly
I love the staff and CSL Corp need to pay the employees more money they have bills and high rent to deal with
Awesome place, staff very kind, friendly, and caring, I would trust with withdrawal of my blood any time
Friendly professional staff and the pay is fair too. Come on over they will treat you with care and a little extra cash in your pocket too
The staff are always friendly and answer any questions I have. Great team of employees

Omg these ladies work so hard and are so patient. Thank you all. I mean it from the front to the back they all make sure the service is top tier. Marry me all of you
Other than being very cold (I am sure it is a requirement), I found the facility very clean, orderly and the staff friendly and helpful. Also, this was before COVID-19.
At this center I get in and out on time the staff is nice and kind to me and this center is especially clean.!!!
I've read the reviews and I've decided not to go to this office.
Great e experience. The staff is nice and respectful and I just love si si
Ci-ci and Corina are so friendly and welcomely. Darnell Stick with no pain at all.
I have donated for over 30 years. This is one of the better centers. Polite friendly staff.
Csl continues to produce outstanding customer service. Quick, friendly and easy.
Outstanding groupe of people I really enjoy everyone they're very nice I just started doing this for the first time in over 20 years I'm enjoying it
They always friendly I have no problem with this place in and out fast cash
And to be clear it only took a while because it was my first time ; now everything goes easy and fast ! I love it ( lachrista Williams )
still not a fan of the needles but the friendly staff keeps me coming in to donate. they work hard so they can get you in and out the door
Very nice staff, very clean facility, very helpful staff, very relaxed atmosphere. I love it!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
They never pick up the phone and when they do they rude ash
Everyone is very professional and kind. In and out no playing and you're paid. Always recommend. ??
Might turn out to be better but right now Grifols is a way better option for plasma in the raleigh area pays better with a coupon every donation but csl jips you of your money but says they give you a chance to win a tv every donation which you aren't going to win just an excuse play you out your money
Worst center extremely slow always understaffed do not recommend no matter what time I go they always understaffed
This was a first time experience. I really appreciated how nice and thorough the staff was throughout the process.
There seems to be little regard for the Donors time. Extended conversations amongst the Phlebotomists, Nurse not showing up on time, machines not setup, etc.
Had some issues today. But everyone was great ??
Good customer service and very nice worker's ?? I'm very satisfied with the worker's and service ??
The staff is friendly, the facility is nice and clean, highly recommended!
Csl plasma has been the go to spot friendly atmosphere nice pay rate clean building nice staff no complaints I would recommend
Customer service is the worst I've experienced, very unorganized
Horrible customer service everybody joking and laughing and I'm waiting 5 hours ??
It was quick and efficient. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind
Horrible. Run as fast as you can! All liars. Will give you a giant hematoma!! Dangerous. Save yourself. Unprofessional and rude.
I absolutely love the clean environment as well as the lovely workers! It's a pleasure to give plasma!
Pros- The staff is friendly and helpful. Cons- Grifols and Octapharma pay more to donors
First time itll take 3 hours after that and hour and a half at most, good pay out, and competent staff
My experience today was great I was comfortable and satisfied..
Came back after a time away and the process went very smoothly!
This is a great center everyone is kind and there are no long waits.

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
