The shittiest customer service I have ever experienced. Every single member of this staff has some sort of attitude and no consideration for confused customers when they're constantly changing things. All they ever wanna do is give you attitude and act like they don't have any clue what's really going on. The communication between staff is garbage and people get skipped or told different things. They need some serious lessons in how to treat people and provide a welcoming environment.

One of the slowest locations even with an appointment it takes an hour or longer just to get in the back then once in the back you get to wait even longer plus they take their sweet time to disconnect you from the machine I'm in there 2 1/2 to 3 hours every time

What's the pay rate here?! They just bought out freedom plasma in zanesville, it's 50/90 if you're over 170lbs right now 100$ first 8 donations. Thanks y?all

This donation center is an absolute joke. First off their is blatant racism torward white people from the staff. Second off they dont care about their client like other centers. You will sometimes be waiting for HOURS scheduled or not. My advice do not waste your time. Go to Octapharma or CSL on High Street. Girffols is incredibly discriminatory towards queer people, they will differ you permanently for your honesty. If you are LGBTQ stay far away from this place because they have no respect for queer folks. Not to mention their staff will collapse your veins 50% of the time and the other 50% you will be waiting for hours despite making an appointment.

The employees are very nice, but clearly understaffed. It is 1-2 people doing intake and Noone working at the front desk. The waiting room is always full, as new people keep coming in. They CANNOT answer the phone every time it rings because they are processing people. They are also unclear about the process. Do Not come before 8am without an appointment. You will have to wait until 8 to sign in.

I once gave a 5 star rating. I can't leave it at that, when I can't get a anyone that will leave the ringer volume alone, so SOMEONE can answer the telephone. I've been there. This place needs to be shut down! Unprofessional staff! Poked me wrong each time and blamed it on me just so I wouldn't get my first time client payout. Decided to give Biomat USA another chance and they have become my only destination for donating plasma! They work fast, they're all polite, they respect veterans and even give an additional $5 to veterans. Appointments are fast

The manager is completely unprofessional, you are told when you're screened that if you want to stop for any reason you can with no explanation, after having one vein collapsed because of multiple adjustments, I was re stuck and needed adjusted again, so I said I wanted to be done. The manager tried to make me stay in the chair by instructing the phlebotomist to continue despite my trying to stop, they continued and after more complications with the machine (being nobody's fault) I told them to stop again,

SO bad. Average donation time is almost 4 hours. They refuse to answer the phone. You will be in there (for hours) and the phone just rings with NO ONE PAYING ATTENTION TO IT. Absolute insanity. They have reduced their staff and the ones who are left are bitter about having to work so they go as slow as possible. I've been to several different plasma places in Columbus over the years. This one is the only one that wants people to make appointments. They are professional. Sometimes it's hard to get someone on the phone when you call. This location has the distinction of having more guys on staff than any of the other plasma places. Nice new equipment. Lately, if you go to this facility you can expect to spend 4 1/2 -5 hours of your day at this place. Absolutely ridiculous! It used to be that if you spent 2 and half hours there that was considered a long donation experience. I don't know what changed but spending 2 hours in the lobby just to be screened is insane. One of the worst most unprofessional places I've ever been. One week somebody is cussing them out threatening to shoot up the place yet next week they're back donating saying the same threats and garbage. They will continually miss stick you and blame it on you. One time while donating my girlfriends vein blew out and they ignored her yelling for help while saline filled her arm and massively swollen. They just don't have quality people running that place. Staffing is horrible. They can't keep workers and management seem to not care about the issues of the customer. Time is a big deal.They make you schedule an appointment but NEVER call you on time. Yeah I was there Saturday I brought two forms of ID photo on state issued ID in the code key card with my photo, then they're saying there's no match in the system and I'm like what do you mean by that in the lady was like I don't know this isn't very good help so I had to come downtown to my safe-deposit box to get my social security card to run all the way back out there and try it again. People are great and the facility is clean, but there is a bit of an issue. I'm realizing that there's honestly no reason to make an appointment as you're going to show up 10-15 minutes before your appointment and then wait 30 to 40 minutes after appointment just be called, so you're just waiting almost an hour before you even take the initial screening. The center itself is great. They have normal issues that effect all businesses at one point. But my issue is with the pay card company they use. Not only are you charged for every transaction($.50 each), their customer service is horrible. I had a fraud charge, they never gave me my money back. I even proved the fraud. The ATM($1.50 fee) didn't release money, now I have to pull teeth to deal with Paysign to get money I didn't get.

I've never donated plasma in Ohio and decided to give this place a go. I arrived at 11:30 and was quickly told they weren't taking new donors but to come back tomorrow at 7am. That was never mentioned on their website and no one would answer when I tried to call them. I wasted my time and gas to come to this place for nothing. As far as plasma donation centers go this is one of the cleanest and most professional ones I've been to. Everytime I've gone I was in and out in less than two/three hours, and the staff was friendly, for the most part. Some staff had bad attitudes but that's anywhere you go. 10 outta 10 would go back and donate again .

This place is very clean. The staff are very nice and helpful especially Breno. They make conversation and make the experience great. Their process is very quick and efficient. I normally don't have any issues, even though there is a constant turn over of new employee's coming and going. This facility is clean, but not always so organized. Giving 1 star is being way too generous to this place. My husband donates twice a week every week. Not only are employees ratchet and unprofessional, they're super slowwwwww! I get him to "Grifols" at least an hour BEFORE his "appointment" time. I can't count how many times he's still sitting there way after his appointment because employees are too busy talking and being lazy! And they NEVER answer the phone!!!!! I've seen him call over 18 times with no one picking up! Worst plasma center I've ever seen!

I always have a great time donating plasma here since June 2020. This plasma center is by far better than the other plasma centers i donated at in Cleveland Ohio. The employees are very kind, friendly & knowledgeable. This place makes appointments which is so much better than other plasma centers which are like waiting in line for Millennium Force at Cedar Point!

This was 1st donation within a year in a half or more since my last. I ended up getting sick and I was so humiliated but the professionalism, patience, and kindness from the staff that helped me during this time was amazing. Not acknowledged for 10mins straight, then given vague instructions to sign in using an old tablet that wouldn't stay connected so I had to retry several times...all while staff literally ignored phones and us new donors! I have been donating since the very beging of May, and I only had missed one appt. always on time or close to it. My donation days were Thursdays and Sundays. Well I started having issues with water on my knee which has been going on for a month now. It took three weeks to get an appt and looked at, and i am just awaiting an MRI. I had been going here for almost 2 years. It is well known I have an issue getting blood pressure readings using the machines but suddenly they started saying 3 times and deferred. I have been a donor with biomat since 2018. The extra income at times has helped but the MAIN reason I do it is for the people it helps. I work full time so I schedule when I can. That being said I am very offended and feel unappreciated by the staff at Biomatomat Whitehall Columbus Ohio. I called to see the compensation for new donors, they told me $75 first 2 times, mind you, I had called, went up there & still was told the same thing! Ok cool! On my second donation they only gave $25 & swore nobody would have said that....... the staff are unprofessional, the nurse was on her phone during the physical process & the front desk lady gave attitude, &another at the desk brushed me off to the side to talk to somebody else like rude as hell. Slow process, I was there 6 hours today. They say they have 5 employees out but you should be able to get a couple of Phlebotomists for a temporary basis. They are just too cheap. They would rather work their current employees to death and extend the wait time for the customers because they know they have basically a trapped clientele.

A lot of these reviews are dramatic, but there are some flaws with the staff and their urgency and work ethic that I could see rubbing folks the wrong way. Time is valuable but you don't get that impression going here.

This is the right place to donate. They are very pleasant to talk to, little to no waiting, extremely professional, aggressive incentives, and they provide a done right great service in totality.

I just moved to ohio from Indiana and was going to donate because I donated at a grifols in indiana which was a horrible place but based of the reviews on this one it seems like it is even worse. I think grifols needs an overhaul on management and staff.

They never answer the phone to set up appointments it does not matter what time or shift it is they are not always busy so why is it so hard to pick up the phone

why is there even a phone if staff NEVER picks up...or they do any proceed to hangup like this place is a whole joke!!!

Clean environment. Friendly, courteous and caring staff. The process is a bit long so I'd suggest clearing your schedule for the day.

Well this is the closest plasma center to where I live and after reading the reviews I will not be coming to you. With the horrible staff, long waiting time, and not answering phones nor treating people with respect I wouldn't dare step foot in the door.

This is the WORST place ever to donate they are very racist they have they're special friends that they take in front of you even with an appointment they won't answer the phone it's a waste of time they lie to you then laugh about it my advice go somewhere else!!!
