Customer Reviews

Terrific, efficient and cordial donation process. Polite, courteous and--most of all--competent personnel facilitates every single experience. Recent staffing shortages have contributed to longer than usual wait times, but I don't see what people are complaining for when most of my fellow clientele (presumably) have??s with the ??. You won't ever hear me complaining. ?? Highly recommended! ??

My overall experience with octapharma plasma has always been nothing more than wonderful. The staff are very polite and do their job efficiently. Despite waiting depending on what time you're walking through the door, they are always accommodating. I highly recommend their center to anyone who wants to donate Plasma, or simply earn a little extra cash. Thank you Octapharma for making my experience simply the best. ??

I wanted to rate 5 stars but here's why I couldn't ! Positive first ,I get called by my first day so I don't feel like cattle like I was made to feel at CSL ! The staff is extremely friendly ,professional , respectful and makes sure I am ok while donating that's important to me ! This is a big negative for me , short staff issues makes the process extremely hard not just as a donor but as your companies working staff members they have to work 3 times as hard and probably are not compensated for as they sho

The line was the longest line I've ever seen at any plasma center. I was a new donor, so I was excited to hear that I would not be waiting in that long line at all and that I would go to the front of the line instead. Ok, so it sounded good to me! I watched the tutorial, answered the questions, and then i headed smoothly past everyone that was waiting in that dreadful first line and I stood at the front of the line

Anthony is definitely an all star MVP team player at Octa who makes the experience here a very positive and polite environment with out him it just wouldn't be the same here he's true soldier who takes his work and craftsmanship seriously he's amazing at his job and an amazing team member at Octapharma plasma.

Visited the Rochester NY facility. I got there around 4:45 pm almost closing. Techs were short handed along with check-in personal. After making it to the checked in holding area I noticed the one doing the checking in switched to the floor to help out. After an hour and a half of waiting in that holding area I was finally called to a chair to start. There were already four others there still waiting and eight more in process, with only the one tech who had been doing the checking in prior, all others had a

Slow. Takes. Longer than expected sometimes not open. Not enough employees. There's a couple good employees Anthony and Brittany in particular. Plan on staying at least 4 hours.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They're also very thorough, efficient and attentive in what they're doing. Very professional and welcoming at the same time.

My first experience was great all the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Brittney was very helpful she poked me and it wasn't bad .

Great staff! They take the time to explain the procedure before and as they do it...Late afternoon was my first time, it was pretty busy...mid morning, early afternoon might be alittle faster. Everyone is attentive to the donors and their experience. Thank you!

My experience was awful I had to wait 4 hours this was my first time here and it was one thing after the next. When I finally got to the chair to donate Britney blew out my veins on my left arm so then she said she could do my other arm I told her I wanted a supervisor to come over and do it to my surprise I was told she had to practice. I understand that they need to practice but no t when she already ruin one of my arms. I don't know if I will be coming back

I called ahead to ask about what I needed as a new donor, after the call, I proceeded to the center on public transportation. When I arrived I was told that there wasn't a nurse available to do physicals for two hours. So I had no choice but to wait, five hours later I was told I couldn't donate because my iron was two numbers low. Which I understand except for the employee doing my test was complaining the entire time she didn't want to be there, she is sick of standing and her back hurts. She barely looke

Line was long, but the service was exemplary. They make you feel at home and comfortable through the whole process.

I'm a new donor and I hadd to come all the way to Rochester location. And they was close due to low staffing and I. Already called the morning time to let them know. I get off work at 130 and I will be there at 2. They close at 5.

I would like to thank phlebotomist David from the Erie facility who is very professional and such a pleasure to have for my donations. I would also like to commend the facility manager (the one who wears red glasses) on her dedication to the people who donate plasma. I really enjoy going there twice a week and interacting with the awesome staff. Thank you, Bob

Staff was super wonderful but was a pound under weight and after spending 2 hours doing all kinds of questions and videos I walked out in able to donate and not given anything for my time?. Though was crazy one pound she be able to be over ride or something

Great experience manager with red glasses is very helpful! Hope they are able to acquire more employees soon to make the donation process more efficient.

Well I am glad to post another review and such a positive way I would like to thank Deanne the director of operations and just as well Anthony for doing a great job and additionally I would like to add that Britney the one with a y at the end of her name is always helpful always friendly and willing to go the extra distance looking forward to the new changes and great staff! Thank you so much for a great experience this week

Man this place is very understaffed, the staff they do have tries their best, works overtime and all. However we are here today and they said they will open at noon and still not open ... Didn't come tell us anything else and we are waiting outside in the cold. So now their starting to get unprofessional!!!! It's time this place gets shut down

The place is clean, with polite workers. They seem understaffed so the wait time can be excessive. As a new doner, it took about 3 hours from start to finish which wasn't bad. Overall, it was a very pleasant donation.

I had an enjoyable peaceful day at octa today Anthony Brittany and especially Michelle all made me comfortable and smiling Michelle is a technician with the injection

It's really nice the people are friendly from the workers to the staff's very helpful very welcoming I have a great experience every time I come in to donate ??

Looooong wait time. Got there at 7am when they open 7 people in front of me did not get out of there until 10:10am. They have a serious staffing issue. It's been like this for a long time over 5 months

Wonderful experience! The staff is wonderful and so friendly and helpful

Great staff and service especially the lady with the red glasses always there to help going above and beyond ..

Everyone was very friendly and courteous to me and to each other. They are very caring and professional . They'll go the extra mile to see that we are satisfied! Lately, they've been understaffed and overwhelmed but have still treated the donors with patience and respect. Antoni always keeps the atmosphere positive. When we see him there, we know we're going to be taken care of. Even when something is our own fault Antoni and Anna still caringly work things out. Great staff!

Always short staffed and slow. Why can't they keep dedicated employees?

The facility is understaffed causing some of the employees to be stressed and unpleasant towards donors there is only one nurse on staff who lives in Pennsylvania so new donors experience considerable delays in getting signed up I've tried 4 days in a row however due to a lack of nursing or appropriate person to give the physical I have been unable to complete my sign up process this is really frustrating and has caused me to walk away from the donor process altogether.

Wonderful quick experience! Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable

Long waiting line not enough staff and then they would close early it shouldn't take 4/5 hours to donate really bad center

Everyone is always nice and courteous. Wait is a little long at times but that is because there is so many people.

Will never go there very rude and disrespectful I will donate my plasma elsewhere hope the health department shuts them down for good

The lady with red glasses helped me in a time of confusion so I was at The end of my donation getting my saline back I was unaware of a new rule in policy that was put in place for if donors request to be unstuck to use the restroom that we are to get $25. I was unaware of that nor did the staff explain that to me i?ve been a donor for a long time coming from CSL but I've been here at the farmer for a little over a year. This is the first time I've ever ran into a situation like this I was under the impres

Finna pull up in a second to the BOOM BOOM room heeeeyyyaa ???

The lady with the RED Glasses is awesome. I truly like her and the company. Only complaint is my husband is still waiting for his referral bonuses 2 1/2 months later. Other than that awesome . Awesome customer service and timely. Veronica Boler

Very aggressive (physically and verbally) and unprofessional staff. This was going to be my first visit (I've never donated before). There was little support from management. This is not a safe environment.. ENTER WITH CAUTION and I guess be prepared to fight as staff may attack you if they are unable to cope with their days

Since octapharma has opened up here in Rochester NY I've come to meet some of the most amazing employees. One in particular is a young lady with red glasses who is the acting manager of the facility , and I must admit she is the most amazing woman and employee that I've come across since she's been here. She is very kind, curteous and very helpful. She aided me in enlightening me on the point system that I thought to believe that I was missing. I saw her today and allowed her to know that she was correct i

I had great experience all the staff were polite and professional I had a great excellent time there thank you

Thanks! had a great experience. Great staff as well. I had a horrible experience as a potential new donor at CSL so when I went in the other day to donate I was very unsure of what I would face. It was a blessing to walk into an environment where EVERY EMPLOYEE was kind and compassionate!!! Truly makes a difference in a person?s life?

Don't Go There Unless your looking for a #Headache.

Update: I have now change my review to a one star. This is because of my most recent donation Or attempt of a donation is a better way to say it because I never got to donate because they failed to check me improperly and I ended up waiting for 3 hours and I got nothing. They were severely understaffed and only had one or two people sticking which meant that people were sitting in chairs for 45 minutes not even doing a donation because they're waiting to be stuck. It is completely unacceptable I've never d

Anthony is a phenomenal phlebotomist. One of the hardest workers I've seen and is always very efficient and friendly. Other workers do a good job too.

It's great thank you for yall service

Wow wasn't there 2mins when A full blown yelling match between a donor and worker. Horrible experience even watch a regular donor move ahead....no he wasn't a new donor. I watch as they have there special picks. After sitting 2hr waiting. I decided to leave without donating even the employees where upset with co worker. Worst thing I ever witnessed. It would have been my 3rd time donating. It's not about the money . Really need to improve there core values as a company . And today is Nov 4th 2024 came bac

Horrible experience. The second time I went I was there for 5-6 hours before getting to donate

The location of this Octopharma is 30 minutes from my house. I went there Monday and was turned away due to no nurse being there to handle new donors. I went back Tuesday. My observations: 1. They were SEVERELY understaffed and the wait to be seen was long. I was treated very well! Ronnie is wonderful and so is Annisha! There was a another girl that was great, but I didn't catch her name. My only concern about going back a second time is how long it takes. The location is considered the city, so ALOT of peo

Everyone there deserves 5 stars. After checking in, the wait is not acceptable. I have left a couple of times after waiting 45min to a hour. Why isn't the other side of the room set up?? I'm probably going to go back the other place because their wait time is less than 5min.

underpriced bs not worth the time sitting there

When you come into the building, the greating is cold and unprofessional. I was asked to provide a release letter from my doctor. I did, but it had to be their release form. I asked if they could fax a copy to my doctor and they lied and said they did. Moreover, I was told that a doctor had to look at the release but they couldn't tell me when a doctor was available. Guard your health when being treated with no respect in their facility!!

The atmosphere is more like a visit too a well liked friend home !??

The staff was great I had a reaction and they quickly jumped into action got things under control they helped me with my breathing and cool me down and prevented a panic attack. I'm very grateful to the staff for their quick action they are very well trained. Thank you very much for helping me through a very scary situation. With much appreciation Thank You.

I've been coming here for a few months now and it's been the best experience I've had no problems the staff are always polite and friendly it's a very welcoming environment! I wouldn't go anywhere else and I recommend to New donors as well! Pam and Cory are my personal preferences for being stuck.

*new update* 5/5/25* New Phlebotomist lady (probably a floater from another location) lied to a client; stating he would have a final return and get half-pay for a bathroom break. Not true. Clients are allowed bathroom breaks. They return and get reconnected in the opposite arm and full pay.

If 8 could give zero review I would the only ones there that are friendly is Cory and I can't remember the girls name

Good pokers and not too long of a waiting time

Octapharma was a great experience very nice clean atmosphere. The customer service was great. Very thorough service Ronnie and Teanna were very helpful, friendly and thorough with their jobs answering all questions that I had.

Great if I can get in without a two hour wait!!!! If not longer. Ready to switch back to CSL. And from the app my payment is dropping? Not that I've been in three weeks bc the wait time is ridiculous. Staff is great. Awesome. But this isn't worth it.

My experience was nice. The first day was long due to the computer. But after that everything was fast. I go trwice a week. I never be there for over an hour and a half That's I gave them a 5 stare

It was great, everyone was really nice, especially the lady who did my intake vitals(my heart rate was high, so when I went back to retake it, and it was good, she did a little fist pump that I really appreciated), and the lady who did my physical! There were TVs playing movies, as well, which they didn't have at CSL Plasma, at least when I donated there, a while ago.

Place is good but the way they operate needs to fixed. Got people lining up outside @8 when they don't open till 9. Be prepared to wait upwards to 4-5 hours. I honestly believe if they do appointment only there wouldn't be so many people waiting.

I think the staff is nice and friendly and I love that they have seats for you to sit down I've been back 7 times already their building is also very clean

Great experience so far

Today's experience was good. Though I did need two needle sticks again, the first time was in the vein, it just had to be moved because I was in pain having it in that location. My first time at this facility , the person who stuck me first really needs to be retrained. I told her right off of she couldn't get the vein the first time then someone else can do it. Not only did she NOT use the vein I told here to, she missed the vein that she insisted on using, and then didn't tak me seriously when I told her

The staff is like family here. It's clean never no drama here alexus jones is the best she make sure she helps as much as she can when people needs.

I never know what the eyeglass policy is it changes from day to day I all thought it they are prescription and you can see the eye it would be find but that not the case even with a note from the dr but what it you need them for distance and you have sensitive to light that should be fine what would I know ..

The lady with red glasses is the best and the girl with black head band and mask with glasses she does physicals and all is awesome love the way she pokes

Absolutely love the environment and workers, Imani and Pam overall are my favorite go to's to get pricked. Pam is absolutely gentle with that big needle and Imani is very persistent and smooth with the finger prick because those things can hurt sometime lol. Anthony another great poker and adjuster for the needle. Overall only thing that NEEDS AND SCREAMS IMPROVE ME is the kiosk machines! My 78 yr old grandmother can drive from Rochester to north Carolina and back faster than those things lol. I know they a

This place is horrible. Lazy workers. Don't change gloves. On phones. Short staffed. About 36 chairs and only 16 used. I blame it on who ever is directing this place. They have no order of organization and it's very all over the place. It's ok if it's busy and chaotic but there is a way to have controlled chaos. This place lacks that! No flow. Rude Staff. Not following infection control protocol. Horrible. CSL is way better.

I came as a new donor and automatically didn't like the environment the manager Micale is so rude and seems like he's new to management and don't really knows the right and wrong things to say to people or his staff he talks to staff as if they are slaves and talk to donors like they have no knowledge and is below him I honestly think he needs more training before he continues

Very poor at trying to ask a question. Some people behind the desk are rude and see you standing there to ask a question and ignore you because they are too busy talking to other workers about personal stuff. The people that take the blood are very nice and explain everything step-by-step, especially Scott

This place is the worst place to donate ever. The people are rude. The girl Alexis thinks she's everybody?s boss. She's a very rude and highly unprofessional. The other girl that sits in the front like her little puppy dog is rude as well. They need to fire everybody that works in the front and start over, if I can this place, no stars I would

It was good and nice staff

Well, the mornings they don't open until 9am, and starting at 8am people start arriving outside and start forming a mass crowd of unorganized people. Some vaping or smoking pot or cigarettes. The crowd gets increasingly bigger daily.and when they finally unlock the door it's a little difficult. The people who are waiting to get in are becoming very aggressive and threatening. The staff is seemingly tired alot more often and some of the workers in the front seem to have demeaning attitudes while others are ve

East Ridge Location has been a great experience for Plasma fun. They are all attentive, very kind, very personable & all know what they're doing when finding less than cooperative veins. I wouldn't trust my finicky veins to any other place! Kudos to this whole branch ??

Good customer service very friendly

Great place when ur funds are low for the reason that u didn't have to much come in can get very busy need to fix broken chairs and not penalize for missing a week will that go back up im not sure

Went as a new doner Friday got all the way up to give blood, but they ran out of supplies...told me to come back the next day Saturday....came back to no supplies, no way to give blood again...told to come back later in the week on Tuesday....assistant supervisor was rude and looked confused on what to do....wasted a lot of gas and time for nothing

The people here are awesome jaylen Anthony Corey Imani and keyonia there always in point.. today is just taking forever the wait is long

Another joke is this place after having issues with the other one. I call this place and ask if they only accept certain zip codes I was told no that as long as I live less than 100 miles away they would take me, I'm 90 miles. So again I asked if I had to be within a certain zip code I was told no we don't go by that as long as you live less than 100 miles. So I take the 90 mile drive get there get all signed in, they give me a binder to read and tell me to come back up after I read it. So I sat there read

Everyone was friendly and kind, a little on the slow side, but I've only been twice now. Future visits will tell?

Definitely a must go and donate, though you get fees after the 8th donation, it's still worth it Nonetheless!

The people there are amazing courteous friendly and you're in and out of there an hour and 10 minutes. Brittany is the most awesome screener there, she is always friendly and helpful. Scott, Anthony, Corey, and Pam are the best phlebotomist

They got a huge place a bunch of beds more often then not not enough people doing needle sticks how ever today they have 6 people doing needle sticks With only 12 machines being used 1 machine there not using on the other side. Also there is like 16 more beds they could use if they would get more machines At the moment with 16 people ahead of me plus any new ones that walk in go to the front of the line im gonna be here all day for 75 bucks worth it you tell me??????????????????

I love this place amazing staff very nice to me never have too much of a long wait either

They don't staff anyone there ever was no one checking people in for 20 minutes the place is a joke they don't care about their staff enough to hire enough people and don't care about the donors. They just want your plasma and don't care how long it takes.

Great staff very attentive Carolyn is definitely a huge asset . Makes me comfortable always. Great attitude and service. Thanks Carolyn

WARNING: please do not waste your time at this place. Always an issue. Wasted more gas driving to this place than anything. Any little thing triggers them to say, ?you can't donate today, try in one week?! Not worth it over the extra couple dollars they offer in the beginning only, putting you through crazy loops! I 100% definitely recommend CSL! Donors at Octo. are looked at as numbers. I feel they should hire employees with better experience instead of hiring people w/out experience and trying th

Poorly organized. Waited 2 + hrs one day due to computer system didn't get past check in. 2nd day I still waited 2 + hrs at check in. Noticed and experienced lack of communication with potential donors. They probably need sometime to adjust since new.

The staff are always friendly and get you in and out as quickly as possible I've never had any problems with the staff finding a vein and they are quick to resolve any issues as soon as they happen. I would highly recommend them over the competition.

Very nice staff and a bueatiful a d Clean. Environment . I would recommend everyone to go there. Thank ya so much Nancy Torres.

The staff are so nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that had difficult veins. They are amazing!!!

The lady with the red glasses did great job , she was demure in the way she responded to my needs

It wasn't as long as I thought it would be, very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and sweet. I'm definitely going back.

great place staff is very friendly only problem they need more machines and have to cut down on the wait time sometimes 2 and 3 hours other than that great place way better than CSL Plasma

Staff made me feel very Comfortable Staff is very considerable and very nice and respectful. Yeah, I we'll go back again. Thanks for asking my I'll pay you.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Senior staff are excellent. Anthony is great with Cory running a close second??

Horrible experience. Staff is unprofessional, aloof, and extremely slow. They supposedly alternate between calling new donors and returning donors to the back, yet their list is NEVER in order. Your wait time can vary from an hour to 5 hours. It's absolutely ridiculous and the staff is so nonchalant they don't care. If you have a job or any other plans, forget it. Go to CSL instead. They may pay a bit more initially here but it just isn't worth it.

My experience was very professional every time the Rochester New York location have most of the best professionals that's where I go and that's where I get the best experience very humble people there and very professional everyone we need more locations octa ??????????

First time I've donated , process was simple, staff was very polite and informative, kiosk check in was very very slow, overall I was quite pleased with the experience!

They were friendly and knowledgeable but really cool n down to earth

I don't like to say it but I really dislike how this place is managed the wicked witch Lauren Doolittle and her names saying it all she is so evil she treats the staff horrible just because she has a little power she uses it to her advantage she don't care if anyone?s struggling she makes the staff handle her dirty work and sits in her office collecting money she don't work for on top of treating the staff horrible she treats the donors the same her staff is so nice and professional they are clean and gets

All in all it is a very slow moving process. My second time there they where unable to hit my Vien. The phlebotomist that did it was very cold and when I told her how painful it was, she didn't stop. She seemed to be upset that I was still getting paid, for her. Not being able to hit my vein. Now my vein is swallon and bruised I can't even go back until the bruise is gone I am a literal frustrated that I can't go back until the bruise and the swelling goes down. The one phlebotomist named Jessica was absolu

3 Stars for the waiting besides that staff is wonderful Pam, Anthony I give them 5 stars

I was so pleasantly suprised how nice the place was and how clean !!!! Immediately got greeted and EVERYONE was so nice !!! Am definitely going back. Compared to CSL I would recommend anyone who wants to donate plasma to come here over CSL. CSL was HORRIBLE and I'll never go back so if you wanna donate go here instead and you'll have a great experience!!!!!

Initially the phlebotomist gave me a hematoma,, but once she switched arms everything went smoothly.. also,, I found the staff very friendly and had no problem answering any of my questions

Staff are kind and know what there doing I honestly didn't feel the needle going in or the needle coming out so if I can give it 10 ?????????? I definitely would

Could use a bit more experience when it come to poking people I never had this many problems when I go to csl plasma machine everywhere kept going off ND kinda painful

Anthony is one of the best phlebotomist that works here, he is always friendly and very skilled at his job, and helps others when needed, if I had a choice I would select Anthony everything I donate. Other than that I love the friendly environment and staff here, unlike CSL who treats people like garbage. ?? to Octapharma.

The staff at this location are very tentative. The place is clean and organized and the staff explains the process throughout the whole experience.

The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I have been to other plasma centers and this one is new in the Rochester area and appears to pay slightly more than CSL Plasma. The rewards they offer are not as good, however, as offered by CSL.

The absolute worst,I was there when it first opened, it was great, Now,omg,3 hrs to donate ,8 people working donation area only 2 working, nit mentions was it a great marketing strategy to open across from a section 8 high rise?not mention I recognized 2 pan handler junkies, from the corner,40.00,really never felt so gheeto!,

Very nice staff and it gets busy but they check on you promptly and ensure you are comfortable at visit.

All I want to say is Jaylynns personality is awesome. Upbeat attitude from staff makes donating here a pleasure

Brittany, Pam and Teetee are all excellent. They provide you with all the information and comfort you need to make informed decisions. The team at East Ridge Octapharma are exceptionally talented at caring for their clients.

I was greeted and walked through the process with no complaints my first visit went by very quickly.

Other than the wait time it's always fast and efficient especially Corey and Rehka, they're my favorites

Very Friendly staff and informative n willing to give the patient the most comfortable experience possible.

Very ,clean environment, friendly staff, swift process. Wayyyyy better than competitors.

Seems cleans, the wait is a lil bit long only because they have literally 16 machines to work with staff was nice and patience

Great staff, very friendly and clean will answer any questions and concerns you may have.

Sometimes there are long lines but all around it's a nice place. The staff are very nice and helpful and I always feel welcome to come in and donate.

The staff might be friendly but the company is very SHADY, I have been donating for a while and I gave a referral for a friend and they didn't pay me and I contacted them number one it was really hard for me to get through to someone they don't make it easy for you to reach customer service and then number two they dropped the amount of money they pay per donation without even informing me I went to Center and it was dropped from $65 to $55 and nobody even told me there were no advertisements they had no in

I can say if it was not for Pam and Anthony i would not have came back to this place ever time I have a problem ?? they where the ones to make everything better and we need more people like that people that care thank ?? you

Walked in with an oxygen machine and they wasted two hours having me answer questions and take exams only to say because I have a machine I wouldn't be able to donate. Maybe tell people that when they walk in the door!

First time wasn't a good experience. One of the workers was rude.

Staff are very friendly

Staff was rude and instead of doing there jobs they were laughing and joking in a doorway had at least 8 people in front of me

Lexi Does A Great Job And Is Always So Quick Easy And caring ????

It is a good experience, and it's fast and everybody is so nice and pleasant.

As a new donor, I appreciate the quick admission as well as the information readily available for you at anytime. The phlebotomist that cared for me was very kind and gentle. Definitely recommend OPI!!

Made it through the first draw then wasted my time coming in to tell me I was differed. Could have texted me or emailed me was a waste of my time to bad for them.

Everyone is so friendly. Made my experience enjoyable. Look forward to going for each donation

It was a very nice experience everybody's real nice in there and they take good care of you when doing blood so I give it 5 stars

I'm organized not professional. Pick and choose favorites of who they wanna deal with! Only ever been 3 times.

It was a nice experience and learning new things about health and saving people lives its clean they have tv wen u giving blood they staff is very friendly

Waiting times too long. Under staffed. Penalties if you dont show up continually. Csl pays better.

I did not really get to enjoy it because they could find no blood they gave me my full Amount the first time.told me come back next to times poked me and gave me 25$ so I'll recommend csl plasma

I love the people that work there

Pretty nice people who work here and it is a brand new place they give you free bottles of water. The only concern id have is the unorganized line that forms at 9am before they open

Better payouts than CSL plasma Employees are stellar, a few remember my name and recognize me. Wait times vary

Made me feel extremely comfortable. Very clean facility. Nice staff.

Great Staff and Environment

It's super busy you have to wait till three hours before you donate and it take one hour. first time you get $75 second timer $125 and 3 time they u $30.not sure if going for the three time when it's take 3 to 4hr to get out of there.

The staff is friendly and professional and the number of beds has increased. The wait is not nearly as long and waiting time has decreased.

Cory F was. very knowledgeable and helpful. My first visit as a new donor was excellent.

I like the process here at Octapharma. It may be just a tiny little bit slower than CSL, but, I feel their process is more thorough, and that's how it should be!

Clean, organized, and quick paced. Was able to do start to finish as a new donor within 2.5hours and second donation was only 45mins

I love how they support you and give you precise details to make sure you're comfortable during the procedures.
