The staff is always nice and so helpful

This place is horrible! You wait extended times to do oats after screening simply because the staff wastes time socializing. Getting donors in and out is not a priority?guess they figure people have nothing better to do with themselves! Helping save lives feels good but not gonna sacrifice large amounts of time out of my life in order to do so.

Hmm. First time coming here I had no clue what to do. Staff seemed overwhelmed with assisting donors. If it wasn't for another donor (kind man who saw me standing there looking lost) who assisted me on what to do I believe I would?ve been standing there for an hour waiting. Certain staff members were professional (medical examiner). I guess for other staff members seeing the same ppl mean you can act and talk how you want is wild to me. But I guess that's ok or is it. Oh gosh they really need to fix their e

So I get to Kedplasma on Friday May 17 I answer my questions and wait to be call for screening only to be sitting there in the screening for about 15 mins waiting for Angela to call me she seen me when I came in and she started waiting on someone else that wasn't there to give plasma came in after way after me. Then about ten minutes later now she ask me I'm I Latrina I said yes she still didn't call me she proceed to walk off now Kim comes up and ask me have I been waited on I said no she tells me to come

Great place to go and donate plasma. Very friendly staff who know what they are doing. The money's good and the atmosphere there is great. Highly recommend to anyone looking to donate plasma

Donating plasma is made easy here. The staff has always been kind and professional on the days I have donated. The facility is always clean and organized. I will say some of the Phlebotomist need to practice on their sticks but as with any profession that will improve in time. I honestly can't say anything bad about KEDPLASMA. I enjoy donating here.

Just made a call to ask some questions on donating and when I was asking few questions I assuming I overwhelmed the employee since she didn't want to answer my question she just hanged up on me. I assuming that this company is not accepting new donors ?
