Customer Reviews

I have donated plasma maybe about 200 times over the years. In that time prior to coming to this csl plasma, maybe had two issues with a bad needle insertion. Yet, 3 times Pamela has done something to my vein and something went wrong. Yet every other time the other workers did a great job. I have seen Pamela run around like a chicken without a head, fast movements, making multiple mistakes. She doesn't know what she is doing, may not be able to read or work the scanner machines. I will never go back here bu

The managers here are completely disrespectful and have no regard for the donors. Miguel is super disrespectful and way too young and immature to be working in a management position. I highly suggest to not go to this location and recommend Biolife for anybody interested in giving plasma. They also falsely advertise $800 for the month for a new donor which is not even accurate even though I typed in my ZIP Code. I didn't get any of the other managers names because they aren't even professional enough to wea

I have been reading some of the reviews Miguel is a good manager. I had some issues the other day was trying to login even though I had done the QR scan and answered all the questions in the morning when I got there I could not login it was chaos Miguel handle things very well

Donated 4 times already and will continue to do so. Not a bad way to earn money twice a week while working a job, in college, etc. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

Quick Easy never in there for more than an hour. The people are funny I would recomendaci?n over bio plasma

They still don't have any services for Spanish speakers who want to donate plasma. We hope they'll have that option for people soon. Nice place.

I am very pleased with our friend Mr.Googgle

The women that work there is desperate and will try to talk to any man that walks in there. Workers are unprofessional. I have seen multiple mistakes made. This place should be shut down.

The workers here are AMAZING , been coming here for awhile & I'm over dramatic when it come to needles but they do their thing in here!!! I hope the manager reads this ? Please give Marisol, Symone, & Cecy a promotion because they are so lovely & sweet & they deserve it always make me feel comfortable! Love Joe , Sariah & Miguel they are amazing staff I used to get my finger poked by them in Citrus Heights bottom line these people make the business & experience 5 stars thank you guys!!

This location is AWESOME! The Staff is great & friendly but the best one is PAM. She has Excellent Customer Service, very funny, outgoing and has an overall great Personality. She deserves a raise and a promotion. Keep up the Great Work Pam & Staff
