Was going here for years and got deferred because a male employee caught an attitude with me (which everybody agreed with). Other than that all other staff are friendly.

2 people running the floor who have a combined maybe 3 months of sticking. No way should this have been allowed under any circumstances. Not having an EXPERIENCED plebotomist as a lead every day should be just as much reason to shut down as having no nurse. Both myself and the person next to me were unable to finish our donation. I infinliltrated from a bad stick. And had a reaction when he was in there for over 2 minutes messing with the needle. Asked for a cold towel when I started not feeling well. And

The people are friendly but it needs to get faster. There should be better incentive on me coming here. I showed up every opportunity last month only for regular pay. No additional money. That passport thing is a joke for additional money. My GF had most of her entire book stamped her first donation with nothing different than mine, and I only got 3 stamps. My biggest complaint is it needs to be faster

There's two people there that don't know how to wrap someone's arm, stick, or unhook someone. I feel like they should go back into training and learn how to wrap and unhook and stick people this is now the third time this has happened to me. The first time I bleed through the wrap, the second time I bleed through the wrap n had a bruise from hell n this time I had blood starting to come through the wrap until I rewrapped it myself n also prolly gonna have a bruise as well. Not to mention when I was getting

I used to love donating here, but the ladies just sit at talk. I've been done for 10min and haven't been unhooked bc they talking and being loud.the one in the pic more rude than any of them

You could get done donating 30 to 45 minutes but it'll take at least 30 minutes to get your blood back because they got new bowls 45 minutes

Used to be great but now the company is being greedy Changed policies and now taking too much from me making me sick. Will not be back P.s. response, I contacted you through it already, but I'm still waiting for a response from my last week's concern. Corporate does not care about us donors, they are greedy, they lower our pay, take away bonuses, now they are taking more out of the donors (too much to the point that I've been sick and week all day) This used to be my favorite place, the staff is wonderful,

Everyone is friendly call you by name.. and if anything goes wrong they are all there for you ..

The staff is so so friendly. The place is clean. They want to get you in and out. They do their best to make sure your comfortable. They seem like they really train their people. Definitely coming back

Had a rough start here but the center manager seems like he truly strives to give patrons a good experience and actually called me to talk about how he could make it better. After that its been smooth sailing.

My appointment was for 9am. I arrived at 8:40am and was told to go up to the kiosk. I answered my questions and went and sat down. a girl came in after me and sat down. At 5 minutes until 9am they called the 9am appointments up to the kiosk and then a girl went straight to the back to be screened before me.... So I finally get seated in a donation bed and they had problems with my first stick clotting so they restuck me again and in my first return they had to stop it and restick my other arm. Worst experie

They are a great, clean place. Offer nice bonuses. The only issue I have is that they usually play a movie and lately they have been playing music instead and I hate that. I dont listen to that kind of music and it makes me angry that they are trying to force me to listen to it. And then they tell you that you cant use both of your ear buds, you have to have one out. Well that means I can still hear your terrible music!!!

NO MORE PAY CARDS! I have been going here for years. The staff is friendly, the wait time isn't terrible and the pay out is decent most of the time. There are usually bonuses every month. Only problem I have is the pay out card. They recently switched from Citi Group to "Pay sign" or whatever it's called. I wasn't a fan of Citi but at the very least I could transfer all of my pay out to my bank account. This new card won't even let you do that. I know the only reason they switched was because the Higher ups

BEEN HERE 2.5 HOURSSS !!!! Extremely slow!!! Barely any people yet they are slower then a turtle! They take their sweet time getting to people!!! All they do is chat with one another. Not to mention when I gave the lady at the front my SSN and ID, she walked away leaving my identification out in the open and there was a guy looking at it!!! Had a bad experience with a employee that should of never said what she said and definitely will be contacting corporate office and my attorney Monday morning, I been donating for a long time there and this is the first time having this situation with a employee that don't be long working there. They should of took immediate action and don't plan on ever going back ever.

Professional yet courteous and personable. They understand that your time is important to you too. They really take the time to clean the chairs and armrests also, and I do appreciate that.

I donated plasma after days of being turned away because they were too busy, and after finally getting in I haven't received my money. I've called and been told they put the payment through to my card but still nothing.

Takes forever for the money to appear on your card which is problematic when you're low on fluids trying to buy some food after donating

While having a needle stuck in your arm is not the most pleasant feeling, the money I recieve monthly from donating supplements my income. I also like that it helps people. I wanted to give 5 stars because the staff is amazing with the exception of one...I think her name is Rachel. She has terrible bedside manner. Lurkes around the place scaring people with her unkempt appearance and constant bizarre stares. Very rude and makes me feel very uncomfortable#pleasebathandbrush

Very slow and barely answer the phones used to be a lot better but have waited almost two hours to get screened with less then ten people ahead of me and a full house of staff also are underpaying new donors etc just not worth it to return after your not a new donor anymore

Called Monday to make a appointment for me and my husband for Friday go In Friday they never put me down been calling. For 2 days and no answer when I know there's at least 2 people at the desk just sitting there not a good way to run a business nor keep donators so with that being said we won't be returning to biomat

Didn't get my bonuses because they were busy and could schedule an appointment Sunday came in today for my second donation in 7 days and no bonus and millssa that batch that runs the place better not hung up on others like she did to me my wife told me about csl plasma and they are very clean and fair unlike other6places such as biomat

way cleaner then michigan. they value their customers. they pay well. it's a friendly environment. and the staff makes it pleasant on your visit to come back again.

Whoever this rude as hell patricia worker thinks she is should go find a different job where she not needing to give good customer service!

Neil's Lundgard a trusting soul does this not only to help the community but to make a little extra ash there are several better options out there they never adhere to their "bonus" when they call and offer.it to him tribune doing an article on this place in next few weeks anyone who had. Problems getting paid or sold $1500 Worth of plasma for &30 call better business bureau we have the offer recorded just to prove they bait and switched very said to make so much off of people yet give them a pre paid card

The staff is sanitary always they're really nice and they have fun Ruffles and stuff I enjoy my visit all except for the poke

All the staff I've encountered in the 6 months plus have been very polite!! They really make sure to take care of u.

In my opinion the staff is great. Facility is much cleaner than most. And they are most defiantly kind hearted. Over all a great place.

These have got to be the laziest people ever. You can never get in. Unless you're part of their fan club. Never taking new donors. Gotta be here at 7am. Get there 7:05 they're full. This is the worst one to come to the one in Mishawaka way better csl plasma

Me donating plasma not only saves life but it helps me to make ends meet.... I am so happy....it's like having a part time job, on average for 2 visit s a week I spend about 3 hrs total not including travel time. Averaging around 65 to 80 dollars per week Thanks

I tried to donate today & was told with my zip code I was too far away, you have to be within 60 miles. They didn't even consider my address which less than 60 miles away. Why does it matter anyway? I drove 55 minutes for nothing.

June 2nd of 2022 hispanic woman at front desk very rude to me when I came to her with a problem I was having but the rest of the staff was great.

Wait time is too long very under staffed and they like to take their sweet time getting to people. Wait time till you get a bed is about a hour and a half. Go to somewhere else.

Horrible experience, they didn't accept proper US documents regarding my social security number ( DD-214) and the receptionist was quite rude. Do not recommend.

The workers at the front desk are rude they make you sit like 2 hours before you even touch the kiosk....need better organization and move at a faster pace!
