I regret not getting the name of the lady at the front desk who assisted me during my first donation. She was exceptionally friendly, checked me into the system efficiently, and provided me with crackers and water to prepare for the donation. She thoroughly explained the process and escorted me to the waiting room. Lanita then continued the process with me. She was both friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel very comfortable. Its so slow ever time I come in its 4 hours to just to get to donate table I only come here ever 6 months for the new donate for the pay. You only takes 2 hours the most at Octapharma Plasma. This location is Top Notch. Facility is clean and fresh. Employees are all wonderful. Recommend downloading the CSL app. where you can see daily time slots and what times are best to come. Also recommend doing the questionnaire through the app on "360" to walk in and scan QR Code given at end of questionnaire instead of at facility, although there is rarely a line for the computer questions.
This place lied to me went there yesterday was there for two hours my 2nd visit after they only paid me 45 dollars. This place just scam u not happy

Can't even go here anymore. The workers don't like to come to work and the ones that are there don't want to be there. There has been a 50 people in line ahead of me the last 3 times I tried to go. Do not go here unless you have half your day to waste
I was politely greeted at the front desk and told to sit in the waiting area, watch their video and I would be called. I then sat there and waited, and waited, and waited. Numerous other people were called however I spent 90 minutes waiting until I gave up and went home.
Honestly I've been coming here off & on since I was 18 the staff is friendly & helpful some staff members I've gotten close to they feel like family.. sometimes I stop in & visit just to say hello and catch up the best center to donate with
Its actually ridiculous how slow it is in the morning AND at the end of the day. No machines set up ever unless the right employee is there which I mean THERES only ONE. you could be one of the first in that line and be waiting for hours. I use to come here years ago, back when I was broker than the ten commandments. The experience at this location was straightforward. Didn't really encounter many issues, and most of the staff members were genuinely cool. The only thing I didn't like (and it may have changed since then) were the extremely long lines. This place have gotten out of hand every time I have going to this location to wait there's people in their cars but the people supposed to be line , I had a guy threatening me saying he was going to shoot me twice just because I was first in line long story short they deferred me and him I told them what happened he even bumped me they told me to make a police report even though they already made a police report on me and the guy we both had to get off the premises I called 20 minutes later and she told me

Staff is polite. I got through in an hour. It was a good morning not crowded at all. It's been busy as well but they were short on staff and Dale and Allen did the thang and stayed on top of their game and worked hard. On top of the crowd of people they still maintained their attitudes.
Very unprofessional location. I waited at the front desk for 30 minutes while all of the employees stood there and stared at me and walked past me. When I was helped after 30 minutes they proceeded to tell me that they do not accept new donors. Very piss poor location customer service.
Shout out to Charles and Dynasty excellent with what they do and weather new person Asia she makes it there's no pain with it will going in whatsoever she knows what she's doing. It's also worth the wait because what people don't realize is that it's like a job if you're there three hours and you work $9 an hour 9 * 3 is 27 so you're actually getting depending on your weight you're getting either more or you're getting about the same for you to be having a job and getting paid by them.
The best CSL I've ever been to way better than the one in Roseville this one here actually has a system and everybody follows it they keep it moving You're not standing there for long or waiting for long they get you in and out everybody's doing something the best I've ever been to.
CSL in Southfield is a great place to donate it's definitely better than the other plasma centers. They're clean, friendly and fast. Staff is very helpful and considerate.
Only downside is sometimes it's a little slow I understand people are working at times it seems the people talk to much. Other than that no bad experience staffs actually very friendly (can't expect everyone to be happy everyday) very clean also

This is the only location. I've been going to for sometime now. Staff is friendly work fast paced. If you want to know if this location is having a slow hour. Just look at the location link. It will tell you daily when the best hours to come in so you won't have a long wait time. Typically for new donate it take 4hrs. Once you become a new donor. This is the worst center to deal with, the employees are hostile and pretty much hate their jobs and make no effort to hide this from customers while on the floor. As well as one of the floor techs had a deferral placed on me stating I was rude to her when I never opened my mouth and said a word to anyone outside of my name and last 4 of my SSN. This location is ghetto and needs to be revamped QUICKLY!!

They all seemed to know what they were doing. The plasmapheresis was a fast process for me, but then again I walked for about half a mile before I got there; that may have something to do with it. There were no wait times, and the lady that handled my screening was a funny woman, many a joke to be had. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
First center I've ever been to but it's been a great experience this far (6th time today). It's cool you get VIP treatment your first 2 visits so you learn the process. There's a couple girls up front that are great. In the back Dale and Larry are my favorites but Jerome is great too. There's a female supervisor that wouldn't know what professionalism is if it slapped her in the face. This is the only CSL I go to donate at. For the most part everyone there is friendly & nice. It does take some time b4 you get to go back to the donating chairs but once I'm hooked up it doesn't take long at all for me to fill the container up. I've never had anyone hurt me or poke me too hard when they put the needle in. My only complaint is sometimes it does take a long time (like a couple hrs) to get back & be able to donate. I wish they would figure out something to make things run smoother. Also if yo

Go to the location in oak park instead, the people here are real butchers when it comes to poking you. They'll short you and waste your time if you ask questions; and they still have yet to get new machines.

So I start a new job so I decided to give this place a try new donor go 1st they say not at all I was brought to the back by a nurse not only 1 but several people was served before me they walks right pass u like they don't know who a new donor look like been sitting back here for 10 mins still have not been hooked up bad service ain't the word more like terrible
I've been to this location a number of times with no major issues. The service is slow, yet I haven't been to another location to compare them too. Some of the employees are polite, while others seem to hate themselves or their job.
Always nice to me. It takes me about an hour start to finish. Just make sure your healthy and hydrated and it's a great way to help and get some extra cash. 200$+ a month that could be a pesky bill u hate paying.

Marcy and Kemesha are the only staff members that know how to stick you right. The others are always unsure about what they are doing to your arm as far as getting swollen and bruised. I stop going to the one in Highland Park completely. They don't care at all. Is it possible for Marcy and Kemesha to retrain staff on how to stick donors properly? Oh and teach staff members good customer service? I wish the staff had more Marcy's and Kemesh's

I had a horrible experience at this location I spent hours waiting to get screened I had to run out to my car to get my phone to call my son since they had me waiting in chairs for hours they werent even busy on top of that they made me leave i couldnt donate after going through all the screening the employees have horrible attitudes it was a bad experience go somewhere else where you feel appreciated i dont give it any stars good luck

Usually my experiences aren't bad because I expect the long wait time and lack of staff. However, the person that stuck me today did a bad job and I continuously no flowed, my return was 15mins and my arm is very swollen and bruised. I asked to be taken down because of the pain. Even with 440ml bottle full of plasma. I only received $5 for the stick and nothing for my plasma because I asked to be taken down. I am very disappointed and will not be back anytime soon. For 1: The Payments are different from what I'm used to in Arizona (25$) first donation for return doners / and (40$) second donation for return doners. Its 5 and 8 dollars less at this location. For 2: They only keep the line moving when the Managers are on duty. If you come on a day when there not there, expect to wait a while! FOR 3: The Advertising on radio stations say there is free Wifi but when you get there the signal is locked, and NOONE Has the code (Trust me, I ask everyone behind the desk EVER

my first visit here was great despite one of the female phlebotomist sticking my arm incorrectly before another male phlebotomist did it correctly on the first try and the sign on the door says they close at 8 but they were holding some kind of meeting and closed at 5, they also made no attempt to notify customers or post signs reflecting this they just unprofessionally sped up the process for anybody still there after their "new closing time". Not very helpful, no direction nor assistance to where you are to go. Didn't do their job properly and said my vein is too small? Which didn't make any sense whatsoever because for patients who are small that has dialysis the needle is no bigger for donating blood or plasma.
