On my 2nd visit to CSL I had walked to the wrong area when I was getting ready to donate, honestly it was a foolish mistake on my part. Instead of condemning me or becoming upset with me, I was met with a smile and understanding of my mistake, and this wasn't from just one employee but three of them. That really made me feel appreciated and also quite impressed with how CSL Plasma in Spartanburg treats those that donate. The environment is calm, clean, and professional. If you're a first time donor that's f
I have been going here for a WHILE now. Almost a year. I am a platinum member. But my experience today completely changed that. I had to go and see the nurse for a checkup physical. I've done it before. A few times. But this woman was trying to find any reason to make sure I couldn't donate. She had a friend in there, who she was 'training' but basically they were making smart remarks the whole time. Assuming this and that. Saying a mark on my arm that i got from my daughter was a bed bug bite. Saying i hav
This was my first and last time coming here. First of all, staff are not clear on where I need to go, and as a second time donor I wish they considered the fact that I don't know my way around the process completely. Once I finally got sat in the chair, I hear Nicole speaking to another nurse and cursing right in front of me and this other man while she was hooking him up. Every curse word you can think of VERY loudly! SO unprofessional. She was very rude and disrespectful to me and other patients. Had a ve
I love whe? my favorite person is there she is absolutely amazing her personality and smile makes my day better when I'm in a bad mood I just love Ashley she deserves a raise she deserves a raise because she also goes above and beyond for all of her donors WE LOVE YOU NURSE ASHLEY
Donated six times here and all of a sudden got put on PR due to a nurse trying to reinvestigate tattoos I already got cleared for before my first donation.Nurse took my phone out the office to other people and scrolled through personal pictures. There was no need to investigate into my phone over something I wasnt even in the office for.I was only in there to get cleared for a tetanus shot nothing more....very disappointed in management, because how can I come in and donate six times and now all of a sudden y
One of the worst places I've been to donate and the male nurse deferred me because he asked to see my my chart and i had forgotten about a visit to the ER couple months back but they're also going against your HIPPA LAWS if they ask to look at it they're not doctors!!!!! They have no right to have access to any of your personal information from your health care providers!!! It's against the law and they dont care
I went today after a six month lapse, and hoped things would be better. Apparently, I was new donor status again so the nurse took me out to the floor for vein verification and they told me to drink more water and sent me on my way. All I drink is water. I have told them I have small veins that roll. I think they just don't know what they're doing. I left there and went to Octapharma and donated with no issues, which tells me that I am correct, they could have stuck me, but chose not to. Think I'm going to
It's not right for people to drive all the way to donate for them to be closed. Google says they don't close until 4. We've donated here several times around the same time and they've always been open. I guess it's time to find some place else that's reliable and I suggest you all do the same. Editing to reply: It doesn't help if the phones aren't being answered properly. It's just confusing when there are people inside donating and the doors are locked as well. It was 2 hours prior to their original closin
Ashley the health nurse in the side the one who has beautiful strong eyes is a superstar she deserves 2 raises at once
After donating over 177 times all of a sudden my vein is too small to donate because they have ?new machines? almost seems like they didn't want me to donate smh wasted my time
if you read like the first seven reviews and combine them, that was my experience the past five visits I have been turned away once my heart rate was up once it was because I hadn't eaten in two hours and like the prior lady I had been there for 2 1/2 three hours waiting once it was because the lady in the back asked me if I was on any medication and I said no and then I stopped and I said no I'm on and I told her what I was on and she said well you And I need a printout from the pharmacy because you did st
I have been coming here on & off for about three years. My personal opinion, the ladies that take your vitals before going back on the donor floor intentionally go slow and take their time with hopes that people will get tired of waiting and leave so it's less for them to do. Then once you get back on the floor, those girls could care less, they huddle up and gossip about donors and about their outside of work activities instead of focusing on their job and the donors. Not all of us are crackheads off the s
Let's just say, the curly headed male nurse had no interest in answering my questions and rushed me out the door after discovering I was unable to donate due to an injury related incident 16 years ago. (literally said "You can go." In response to my question.) I understand I couldn't donate, but what bothers me is how I was treated when I just tried to ask questions. All the rest of the staff was nice!
This place is terrible the service is unprofessional and nobody never answers the phone when you call with a question but whenever you go to the place it's plenty of people free that can answer the phone that's doing nothing this place definitely needs to be evaluated
Donated here several times. Now I see what people mean in the reviews. Some of them are pretty nice. Most have horrible attitudes and act like they hate their jobs. Brought my son in to donate today. He had an allergic reaction to the iodine ( they think ) Took over 4 hours. After having him sit in the waiting room with no one checking on him. Went in to ask what was going on after getting a text from my son, man with the curly hair is very rude. (Zach) Could have been a lot more understanding. I see why t
I felt embarrassed, when they were laughing at not being able to find a vein. They were giving looks and faces, they kept gossiping and laughing. What says takes 2 hours took 4-6. Some of staff was nice enough, but I didn't feel comfortable. And I don't believe they tried their best. It was a ok, drink water and just come back in a week.
Wish I would have read these reviews before I went?Came in today as a new donor?. Went through several steps to get approved. Waited very patiently as they are understaffed. 2 HOURS into the process I finally get to a nurse who tells me I can't donate because I haven't eaten a full meal in the last 2-3 hours?.. WELL IVE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR 2 hours!!! Save yourself stress and go to BioLife. ALSO why not inform people of this at the START of the process. THEN when I ask can I go eat and come back to my plac
I like donating here. But as a custodian for a government building. I'm disgusted by the filth of this facility. In the bathrooms, there is a literal shit on the floor. The dust around the banister where they take the vitals looks like it's been there for ages. I think somebody should call OSHA because this is not OK. I'm gonna keep donating here because I need the money but I do think they need to hire a cleaning staff or somebody because that's not OK. I do not have photos as they say no photos.
I been donating for years. I never had high blood pressure I even check my blood pressure before I leave the house and it's perfect but the min I get there it's high. Plus I drive there but I noticed every time I come in they use a different cuff the brown. Then some use the blue one every time they use the blue it's high but every time I retake it's the same as the first time I took it. Then when they use the brown one it's perfect so I start checking my blood pressure every time I before come in and it's
Make sure when you do a referral that the person sticking them don't give them a hematoma so they can get there blood back. If not you will be kicked out for 56 days and neither of you will be eligible for your bonus. When it's completely out of your control. And don't even try to call or email because there going to tell you there's nothing they can do that it's out of the 30 days.
Used to be the best but good luck finding "friendly" anything and it takes too long. There is no reason for this other than slack employees. Restaff and get it back CSL, you lost a loyal donor and this is why I refuse to return. Not to mention I complained to the corporate and still have not heard a single thing back. Not very good for your loyal donors to feel shunned and uncared about.
The old white lady with short hair getting vitals; was very rude and disrespectful. I ignored her the first time but one thing I won't tolerate is intimidation? Having someone come to the office is a Privilege and not a need on my behalf? She needs to be retrained on her customer service skills? as I also work in the health field and her nasty attitude is not it? and no I don't need no passive feedback? I said what I said?
If I could I wouldn't give them any stars. The place if filfithy the staff are really rude, instead trying to help donate plaza they act like u just came off the street .The girl at the front counter had an attitude she acts like she better then u.she needs more training on how to treat a customer.would not recommend this place to anyone.
My partner and I arrived together. I attempted to donate here for the first time. Initially, the front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. They asked me how to spell and pronounce my name. I felt at ease. I made it through the video and read through the binder. While I was waiting to be called back it was like they did a staff switch, I went to the front to ask some questions like if I could possibly sit with my wife while we donate since it was my first time donating plasma. My other questions was if the
Called to verify hours, was given one time over the phone. Drive over 30 minutes, only to have the door locked because they decided AFTER the fact to change what time they closed. Inconsistent, or just outright lying, I can't tell.
I started donating here recently. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. The nurse Olivia was especially helpful after I made a mistake on the questionnaire and had to see her for a second time in the same visit. There is a much more inviting atmosphere than other places I have donated in the past.
Me and my fiancee had a wonderful experience here. The staff was wonderful and over the top AMAZING! When we first walked in we felt very welcomed there. Tiffany Smith definitely stood out with how helpful and just all around bubbly personality. Will be going back very soon to do our donation again.
I have been donating for 6mos, everyone is so pleasant and amazing. I think the pay scale is low for each donation. I was explained that the hospital pay $1000 for the donation. The donating should be $100 a visit. And the workers need to be paid $14-$16 an hour. This is a great opportunity to help & get paid. We I go I interact with the workers because I love them . All of the workers are awesome.
I'll never set foot in your clinic again. I've donated with you around 15 times. On several occasions it was painful to be a pin cushion for some very inexperienced personnel. Last Friday I spoke with a team leader advising I was terrified of needles and asked for an experienced phlebotomist that wasn't OJT. Brianna came to the rescue and was great! Today I again advised of my fears and asked if Brianna was available. I was told I couldn't request a specific person even though I was told she was on duty an
I wish this place actually enforced their anti drug policy and drug tested people before donating because this place is crawling with crackheads every time I go. The staff is also rude they treat everyone like they are a desperate crackhead. If they drug tested regularly then they would lose 90 percent of their doners and the place wouldn't be as busy. I wish they looked at it this way, if it was less busy you would replace all the crackheads with people who don't like being around crackheads.
I love the nurse ashley, she is always so sweet and willing to go out of her way to help you, best ever!! But ya know I have never had so people either can't find a vein on me or bruise me asmuch as this place does,I hate having to wait in the lines just to not be able to donate cause people are not trained enough seems like everytime I come up here now I either leave with blown veins or they won't stick me cause they can't find a vein, it's ridiculous
DONT WASTE YOUR DAMN TIME. For a first time donor all I can say is your front staff (This excludes the lovely nurses) are absolutely HORRENDOUS, unprofessional, rude as hell, all of the above. First time coming called before getting there to receive more information over the phone no one said bring your social. Get to the place and the first person to speak with me yells ?UH UNH? while i state that i do not have my social on my person yet only a picture but i do have other identification. Continues to yell
I really like this place. It's clean, all the staff are fun to talk to and they know what they're doing. Yes it hurts a little, but honestly they never miss, no digging around in my arm ever. I wish hospital visits were as good as the nurses here.
The staff is very rude! Soon as I walk in as a new donor a darker skin tone older lady say rudely what do you need? like I'm new here I don't know! The staff is extremely rudeeeee! I will not be back at all! They are need to be fired!
MOST BUT NOT ALL OF STAFF ARE RUDE AND DO NOT MAKE IT A GOOD EXPERIENCE THE FLOOR HAS ITS MOMENTS OF GOOD SERVICE BUT MOST TIME ITS ATTITUDE AND IGGN YOU IF YOU NEED ASST IF YOU DONT LIKE THE JOB YOU DO YOU SHOULD FIND ANOTHER .....
I always have a perfect visit when I go. But today I got vitals checked by Mrs. Dori. She was nice and funny. And Mrs. Ranikka and Mrs. Lily took their time to find my veins and always kept making sure I was okay when they had to fix the needle.
Today I saw Me Me. She is very polite and informative. The way she speaks to us as individuals comes across as caring and she enjoys her job when it comes to helping others. Me Me made sure that I was aware of any surveys that I had missed. She is a jem.
The staff was incredibly professional. Kind and answered all of my questions. The process when you first donate takes between two to four hours. They explain that in the beginning. Will definitely be back.
I love it here!!!! Mya is the best she is always so nice and knowledgeable. She makes my experience awesome every time I donate and I would recommend anyone to come to this center they all are nice and very good at what they do.
I, started giving plasma in Burlington NC and I have to say both places are Great ??. Lines will be long around the Holidays and staff will be short sometimes. All, I can say is be patient because not only are you saving lives You are making money. Win Win if you ask me. All the staff is Nice and Helpful. I've noticed that Tiraney always has a SMILE ?? for you .
Haven't even ever been in this build and already got struck with the rudeness by staff. I called the Spartanburg location this morning 10-6-2022 at 9:59 am(so for any managers reading), whomever is working the phone needs to have a talking to and most definitely needs to either be retrained or sent to a seminar for customer service(or both). I hate when people act/talk/use facial expressions that are horrible and seem like they are miserable/offended for DOING THEIR JOB!!!!!!! Life is too short for people t
Only giving 2 stars since there are really nice enjoyable people that work there but everything else is a complete nightmare. I came from the Greenville location due to working in Spartanburg yet this is my 3rd day in a row I've been here and I've sat here over an hour today since the kiosk wouldn't let me answer my questions there. I completed them online but they were not able to scan it. Since I've sat here the last 15 minutes waiting to be seen by the nurse so I can donate, the first one just completely
I donated plasma for the first time last week and had an overall good experience at CSL Spartanburg. The staff was very friendly but could have more of a sense of urgency. It is a several step process with long waits between each. I made a mistake on the questionnaire, which could have disqualified me, but they corrected it for me. The process isn't any more painful than giving whole blood and the technician explained exactly what was happening. I think the compensation and rewards program is fair. It
The staff is extremely unfriendly. They make you wait an excessive amount of time after you're done donating before they'll even acknowledge you. The compensation is not worth it in the slightest. $20 for three hours of my day and my life gone? No thank you. Hire a new staff that will actually take their job seriously and maybe you'd have more business.
Staff members had a horrible attitude due to a simple question. I was waiting almost 15 minutes for front desk to pick up the phone.
The donation process is great once you get to the chair. It just takes forever to get to the chair. You have 62 questions and then vital test and then a nurse and then whatever else before you get to the chair. It takes an hour to get to the chair and an hour to donate. There needs to be a better process to get in faster.
A++ Zero Complaints Good People work here!
Kaitlyn was on point getting me in and out of there. I like people who remind me of how I'd work if I was them. End of the day she was fast and efficient at getting customers in and out.
My experience with CSL has ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUSLY TREATED. BUT ALSO PERSONAL. THE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. IVE BEEN TO THE OTHER PLASMA CENTER AND THIS ONE BY FAR IS THE BEST!! FOR A PLEASANT DONATION I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!! NATALIE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND ??
Shana is always so helpful and quick. She is always smiling and can make me smile even on a bad day! She is definitely an asset to this company!
It was my first experience donating plasma. The whole staff was wonderful and eager to answer any questions I had. I didn't even feel the needle going in or out. They're very thorough in telling you what you're doing and what they are doing while they do it. Definitely going back! Glad I can help people along the way and also make a little money!! You guys are great! I really enjoyed my time being asked questions and having my physical done by Savetra, my MSA!! You guys are awesome! I wish all medical pers
First time donating and I got sick and had a slight panic attack and the staff and nurses were just amazing and so sweet! They made me feel welcomed and taken care of! They checked on me the whole time and when I had that episode they all rushed to me and took care of me!
Woman at the front had me sit around for over an hour, not doing anything, because of a temp. deferral I received a month ago. She didn't say a word to me after she told me to sit and wait. As far as waiting...It isn't like they were really busy either. They gave me a small compensation for my wait. The staff is often scatterbrained and the first donor process would be a lot faster if staff paid attention instead of busy conversing with coworkers all the time. Some of the staff is unfriendly and make it see
To be honest I don't mind taking that 40 minute drive at all... Cause for one the process isn't that long once you're already in the system and also the people are very respectful and always smiling. Me personally, I love seeing people that love what they do ????
The best Tiraney is so professional, kind, always in good spirit and always smiling. I give her 10 stars ?? she is a keeper...does her job well. CSL Spartanburg you have a fine employee with Tiraney..she is always uplifting ?
Tiraney was wonderful. She was kind and sweet very professional. Will definitely request her for guidance again. She's the best
I've been coming here for 3months friendly staff, able to carry conversations, funny. Ms.Shana super Woman holding down the VitalCheck and FirstTime donor counter. Mr. Tyrone,Erica am sorry I couldn't read everyone's Name tag ?? and remember the names, EVERY EMPLOYEE, you guys Rock! Thank you for being who you are! And for making my experience Grand, evertime I step foot into those CSL PLASMA doors!
It's great to do but when you've been a loyal customer and you have to sit for 4 hours and get $20 it's not fun or worth your time anymore. My husband went in at a good time and spent hours there and he pumps fast it was mostly the wait and he got $20 when he usually get the $35 or $40 what happened to this company?
Great staffing, love the warm welcome i receive by walking in. the timing is great they will try there best to get you in and you out making Sure your as healthy as possible Nurse MEME is the real MVP love her perfectionism Over all 10 out of 10
I always have a great experience when I come to the center. Mya was great at checking me in and so super friendly. The staff on the floor has always been professional, friendly and keep upbeat attitudes.
Love coming here. Especially on days Denisse is working. Have never had a bad experience here yet.My husband and i have been coming here about 9 months. I always recommend CSL to everyone i know.
All of the people that work there are delightful and are great at their job. Anyone who says otherwise has other issues. Great opportunity to earn some extra cash and speak to some kind people who help you accomplish that. 10/10
Elizabeth is an amazing nurse. Every time I come to CSL plasma Elizabeth is always kind, gentle and amazing with me. She's very patient and she always has big beautiful smile on her face like always??!!
Had great service today at CSL Plasma! Mya checked me in so efficiently! She is always so friendly! Mackenzie finished off my donation with her easy smile ! I will Be back next week!!?n
Great experience everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I was scared at first, but there's nothing to be afraid of at all. Savetra and Eugenia are some of the names I remember but they all were wonderful!!
I love it here at CSL and my visits are always wonderful! The staff are super kind, extra friendly and amazingly patient. The facility is always always always clean.
I had my first visit today and the staff was very professional! I am not good with seeing needles and I am hard of hearing and they were very patient with me! I did good until the very end when the salien was going in, I got nauseated and lightheaded. They got the nurse and came right over! Took my vitals, gave me something similar to Gatorade and stayed with me till they knew I was ok. Seems I had not eaten enough and it happens to new donors Alot!
I love these folks! I always get treated well and I appreciate all their hard work. The staff is top notch. Thank you Shana, CJ, Anitra, Katrina.
I enjoy knowomg that i helped save a life. Staff is pleasant and nice to talk with. I only have one thing negative to say is when they close early they should change the time on website.
I have been going to CSL plasma for a couple months now and have enjoyed every experience. The ladies that work there are all super friendly and informative. Mackenzie, Jessica, SK, and Denise are all sweethearts!
My very first visit went so quickly and smoothly. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about their job.
Wanted to say Denisse is awesome! She is always precise and gets my vein every time. Her work ethic is professional and she is always nice to me.
Savetra was the only person I asked who knew how to tell me where to get $5 extra bonus. She is always nice to me when I visit and takes time to answer my questions.
Updated 8/24: I RECOMMEND OCTOPHARMA OVER THIS PLACE!!! Not sure if its a new manager or what but she got an attitude when I was trying to figure out why I was being differed. Even the days don't add up, but the differal may have been from Biolife, but she didn't know how to explain herself, she just kept trying to tell me it was my fault and I'm supposed to count the days, but my app and a phlebotomist told me to come back today. I only go off what im told since yall are the Company and She represents CSL
I just wanna express my appreciation to the lovely ladies Mya, Antria, India, Sk, Myanna, jenny, Katrina, Jennifer, and lastly Che'Mari they are some great workers at CSL Plasma to be honest I wouldn't come donate plasma but they make me feel right at home and comfortable and nothing more then being comfortable. Kristen is the best MSA TOO!
They accused me of being someone I am not. Now I am permanently deferred!! Made me so embarrassed because I am not that type of person!! I guess I am supposed to use the bathroom on myself while I donate plasma!! I will never recommend them to anyone ever again!!
Don't go late in the day on Saturday or Sunday, 1 vitals check employee and 5 people in line. Other than that they're pretty efficient. They do seem to take longer than necessary for the screening process every time. 6th time donating and fastest I've been in and out was 1 1/2 hrs, and I only take 30 minutes to actually donate.
Turnover rate at this facility is high. I rarely have a pleasant experience at this CSL, however I have donated at 2 other CSL's and they were actually run like medical facilities, so there's potential, I guess? This place has a few really unprofessional and poorly trained phlebotomists. I'm a tough stick and only a handful of phlebs have hit it no problem over the 3 years that this has been my "home" center, and most of them have moved on to better things. They let people train on you and the immature "pl
I just wanted say that you guys are the best and I never have a bad day in here with Mya and Me Me she is one of the best keep that spirit live and the same for her co-workers !!!
Update January 2019: we have become twice weekly regulars at this location in Spartanburg. The majority of people that work there know my husband and I by name as soon as we walk through the door. Always a very good experience so far. Very friendly employees. Some of the phlebotomists are gentler when inserting the needle than others, due to experience. At this location, the only things i can see that needs improvement is: 1. Interview attendants: they should STAY at their station UNLESS RELIEVED, inste
I have been coming here for a while they are now letting there employees jump the line in front of donors after i have been waiting in line 45 mins or more we also have jobs an stuff as well if we can wait in line they should too an the new manager or whatever Gerrard was fine with it then the staff an "manager"finds it ok after a donor brings it to there attention to talk about them nice leadership there
The people who work here are friendly, professional, and efficient! I enjoy donating plasma here, I had one time when my arm wasn't flowing and they quickly attended to me in a kind fashion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I love coming here. The staff are very friendly and they make it as painless as possible. India, Denise, and Mckenzie are awesome.
I went there today to donate and they said I didn't qualify because my ID didn't match my SS card. My ID has my first, maiden, and last name and my SS card has my first, middle and last name. I had my birth certificate, my insurance card and not one, but two, blood donor cards with me. I drove over 30 miles to get there, wasted my time and gas, just to get turned down over my name, which is good enough to have been employed by the federal government. Oh well, I will find another center that will be more th
Even though the website says their team is committed to making sure you have a great experience is bs. They don't do that had a bad time with unprepared staff.
The staff was prompt, kind, and courteous. They got me in and made me feel special. They made sure I understood the process and explained every step of the donation to me. Best donation experience ever.
Find a more professional an courteous place to donate 20 bucks for a couple hours time donating plus the attitude of some of the staff has some individuals looking to donate as where.... I'll donate else where ?? 630 Chesnee Hwy Unit 3, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (needs new staff especially with a few of the individuals supposedly checking vitals )
CSL is always quick, efficient, and friendly. Two ladies in particular have been excellent when helping me; Savetra and Dori! Please visit them soon
They are very uniprofessional at this place. I was having a confidential conversation with one of the nurses but instead she wanted to keep talking in front of another person. It made me feel very uncomfortable.
Anitra is the best at getting me checked in!! And she is so helpful and nice!! I just love her!!
Mackenzie is cool , Ivan is my dude , and Rita always has a warm smile for me. SK knows her stuff too
Cleared my name in court over a situation but still deferred for life. I didn't know you needed a clean background to donate plasma? ?? so I took the 5 down to 1 star.
Very unorganized! Staff talk loud and ghetto about inappropriate things! Wait times are rediculous while staff stand around. Paula has a horrible attitude and argued with me. Wish I could go to the other one!!!!
Me me she make me laugh she does a job well real well and she love her job I know if she love her clients that's good how you do that ????????
Always a pleasant experience. Been donating for about two years. Zach was great during my re-evaluation today.
The employee Mya that works here in the front is a great employee. She really friendly and polite. Csl needs more employees like her
Everyone was really helpful getting me set up for my first donation. The process was well organized. It looks like it will be fairly easy to donate now that I'm all set up!
This place has horrible reviews and im 100% sure its because salty people not getting the big bucks they think they deserve. Workers here know what theyre doing and are always very pleasant, only thing that bothers me is they go from patient to patient with the same gloves, but other than that this place is gr8.
Savetra is always a burst of sunshine. Even a bad day gets better with her always smiling, greeting you and positive. She rocks!!!?
Rude staff ! Had me sitting there for a hour and a half ! After taking my ID ! I have donated there before in the pass ! Now you tell me I'm out of area after sitting there all that time !
Very rude and some of the staff don't know how to put a needle in id recommend octapharma great staff and pays more and very respectful to there donors the nurses also walk by you when the thing starts beeping and just let you bleed out and this could really hurt you and keep from donating for awhile to octapharma don't do that they come right to you
Will love the fact if the workers will actually work and not talk so much amongst each other and be more professional and pay attention when putting a needle in someone arm
I gave for the first time today and they made the process 100% clear and easy. Everyone was extremely nice and talked me through everything that was going on .
Since I been going everyone has been nice but my favorite person that I like to stick me is Molly cause she takes her time n it don't hurt
Mya is an awesome and friendly worker....she is always smiling and very helpful...we need more people like her working here ..
I have been donating since college. The blood pressure machine made red marks on my arm from running so long and I had a scratch that was healed over might I add. They told me I could not donate because of the red marks that their blood pressure machine caused regardless. But when asked about the time I had wasted because of their machine they were like, "oh I'm sorry, it's the policy on bruising" well, what about my hour and 30 minutes wasted! Will NOT go back there! The ONLY REASON FOR 3 STARS IS BECAUSE
Very rude at time especially the nurse! The phlebotomist does not change their gloves between sticks! Center definitely needs a do over !
Mya is the best! I love every time I come to this center I have the most pleasant experience.every phlebotomist does their job professionally.
Every time I come to donate everyone is extremely friendly and professional! Me Me is always smiling and willing to help in any way necessary.
This place is a ripoff! I donated plasma on a Sunday and received $20. I then donated a second time the following Wednesday and again received $20. You are supposed to receive $40 on your second donation plus their $15 bonus. These people are selfish, greedy vampires. They pay you $20 for your precious plasma which they sell for hundreds of dollars to pharmaceutial companies. No thank you!! This place is ridiculous.
Very clean and professional and Mrs.Denisse definitely keeps a smile on everyone?s face and keeps the experience exciting.
My visit is always good their awesome and they get you in and out in a timely manner and everyone is respectful
Absolutely treated like less then human. The first step is to get vidal checked, I had a small bruise from work and they would not let me donate, after waiting 2 hours, went back a week later had to donate, had to see the nurse, went to a room and intrupted 3 nurses hanging out and talking. The nurse said nope . Again turned away. The staff that does the collection is often bored to death and very unfriendly. Changing labs.
The Spanish lady that does the sticking will flirt with your husband right in front of you she is heavy set I will be going to the DO about her and have the cameras rolled back someone?s zodiac sign is none of her business since she feels the need to tell all the men she gets along with them cause she is a taurus Nasty fraternization Is fireable
Rita and Mack and S.K are my favorite they get the job down and always polite and always on time thank y?all great experience ??
This is Dennis Kennedy. I'm on my grandsons google account. This place is a blessing. The $ is great & there are prizes every week in a raffle. The people are great. Free Wi-Fi. And "THIS IS NOT AN AD"
Came here recently, I was helped by Myanna she was very nice and respectful. I was in and out in no time.
Got deferraled for a tiny thumb tattoo from yrs ago but I know people that have donated with fresh tattoos and that wasn't a problem
Definitely recommend donating here! Everyone is so friendly and they make sure you're comfortable at all times specially Ivan, he is wonderful!
Tiraney is an awesome receptionist and she's very very kind and has a warming smile??
1st time donating. Staff was friendly and professional. Read some really bad reviews on here. I had a really good experience and I will be returning.
11/8/22 Such a friendly staff..Since I have met Anitra it has been a pleasure??
Very nice staff, the people on the floor were quick to provide care and were very caring. I felt better and i felt safe.
the in-processing cart takes forever and actual giving of your plasma takes a good while too, plan to be there at least an hour and a half. And the workers used to improve their bedside manner and customer skills.
CSL is always staffed by a friendly crew and they always make sure I'm comfortable when getting set up on the tables
They Are So Rude They don't check on you or worry about you if you have your hands up for help the lines go very slow because they would rather talk than get you in and out and also when you are done you will still sit at least 20 mins until they notice you are done or have your hands they show they do not care and also be nicer to the men than women
They was kinda rude 2 us but some nice 2. I did what they told me 2 do but they wanted 2 be rude and act like they was better than everyone.
Amazing place. Best plasma center around. Me Me is an amazing woman she will get you set up quickly. She's very professional and friendly??
Been coming here for almost a year and it has gotten slower and less efficient every month. Donation days are manipulated to accommodate what ever there reason an make inconveniences for patrons.
Terrible customer service. The staff is rude every time i donate or attempt to I've had at least one staff member be rude. Hope all donation locations aren't like this location. I will never waste my time trying to donate at this location EVER AGAIN!!!!
Today was the best donation I have had in a long time . No wait..... Meme was the best and so personable. Awesome donation painless
I have always had friendly service and a good experience donating. The staff here is great.
Let me start by saying my friend and her bf went in to donate they refused her because of a bruise on her neck. Okay that's fine but then went to act like they could still do it and asked her cause of it. She stated it was a hickey (clearly embarrassed) the lady states oh we still can't. Her boyfriend continues to get his..but they stop telling him he has no veins...no...veins...so they turn them both away...mind you my best friend is white and her bf is black. You claim a guy has no veins. Are you kidding
I get treated kind everytime I'm there. Reception and the donor floor is great! 10 stars.
Been donating for many years love them. Elena is awesome and always friendly. All together they work hard
Liked it alot. The stafe were friendly and educated. Would recommend to anyone in need of a quick $50 no matter your wait
I've come 3 days in a row and they will NOT open the door. Employees walking around inside but not letting us in when it's 28 degrees outside. Hours have not changed on website or doors. So unprofessional recently.
This is the only plasma center that I will ever go to the lady that stuck me with the needle was awesome I could not even feel it going in my arm sk is a awesome employee at csl plasma..????
Tholis P. was the best and deserves a raise. She was the most gentle person while sticking the needle.
Lines move quickly, but the pay isn't as good as other plasma centers, for the most part it is usually painless. Staff is friendly and professional.
I came in as a first time donor waited at the counter before anyone saw me she walked up ?rude? and said ID, SSC, or proof of address. Nothing else. And I told her I wasn't aware I needed to bring all of that and she just looked at me so I walked out. Very rude.
MacKenzie was my first success stick and it went fast and well. Hydration food and good people equals saving lives ??
Jesly , Denise and Savetra does a good job staff-are always friendly need more staff at check in and on donation floor staff very professional
Mackenzie took me down today and was very fast and Ronika was a great stick!
My experience with MeMe was exceptional. I appreciated her professionalism and customer service
Phlebotomy floor is clean, the phlebotomy technicians are professional , many of them insert the needle with little or no pain , however there are a few that would make a hab proud and be in harpoonists
I've been coming here for a few months and it keeps getting better, I like that. MeMe and the girls who draw blood are awesome.
Iam here now. Been coming here at least once a week for a year. I enjoy talking to the workers here and find them to be friendly and funny :)
Everyone was very nice and courteous. Took a while for first time but next time shouldn't be too long.
Nicole is extremely rude is told me because I made a grunt when she sticked me next time don't donate this is extremely rude an unprofessional
Nurse Ashley is the most amazing person
They are friendly and helpful the process isn't long and they make you feel comfortable
I sincerely appreciate the employees at this establishment, especially KS! She's very patient and thorough.
Good overall experience. Mya is a pleasant young lady and an asset to the organization.

The wait is a little long but the staff is pretty funny and sassy. Wish they give more money for people who come often
There nice an they get you in an out pretty fast but the money is definitely not enough being they take it out of our body's.
I've been donating here for a while and it is always a pleasant experience. Everyone is so sweet!
The staff likes to horse play, take breaks after only doing 1 at vitals station very rude and not passionate about there job like you hear over and over on the intercom it gets worse and worse with every visit they say that we save a life every time we donate we'll that means they take a life every time they piss me off and i walk out the staff needs evaluated
I enjoy coming to the csl plasma center in Spartanburg the service is great. ma Denis and Ms mc kenzie are wonderful and keep me smiling
Mya and Ivan were so polite and wonderful! Thank you for a great experience!

I've been a donor at CSL almost2 years..the staff is very professional and very knowledgeable about the process..they are very courteous from the reception desk to the donor floor..
Greenville location is more organized. Been waiting over 30 to an hour minutes to do a simple transfer and intake
The people are great. I think is always a fun experience.
Great facility! Everyone who works here is very experienced. Love coming here
Friendly staff but after your 5th time going they cut ur pay n half and they say donate 8 times withn the month you get an $80.00 bonus but its really not a bonus
The staff is always friendly and professional no matter how busy they are.
I didn't get to donate but Anitra was very polite and informative. 1 million stars
It could be faster if they don't stand around and talk long periods of time.
MeMe is awesome! So friendly and helpful! Best CSL location I've been too
Savetra is always kind and caring. Happy and vivacious. Its definitely always a joy??
Ronnikka is always kind and very pleasant. Amanda is very helpful to the center!!

Sk did a great job sticking me today, always good service here
Very professional and very polite. Rita was so helpful today. Big hugs ??
Only wish they had raffles or other events to earn more while donating. That would keep lots of folks from falling asleep. I go in after my 12 hour shift.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Makes you feel very comfortable.
Just like any other CSL. I do like the improved check-in process. Much more convenient.
Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. CJ is awesome. Always smiling and professional
The staff they are nice I have a good experience every time I donate...
Discriminative towards trans individuals and all the staff does is complain the whole time.
Ms Anitra Is One Of The Best Staff And She Is Friendly And Professional
It's ok..just takes awhile sometimes cause don't have much help don't guess..BUT,i don't get but like 18 bucks so yeah not even worth my time..
Every time I've been everyone is always so nice and helpful.
need alot of help very unprofessional alot of the people need more training on sticking alot of the phlebotomist here will cause bruises
Ghetto loud and unprofessional..messed my veins up on both arms and blood was everywhere. I wouldnt recommend anyone come here honestly go to the other one.
This place is an absolute JOKE, a lot of the staff or absolutely rude!! If I could give them zero stars, I would
The center is completely disorganized and understaffed. The lines grow longer and other employees just stand around doing nothing.
Molli and Sharita was excellent help. Great experience for this to be my first time
The rudest most unprofessional staff and management I have ever met in my life they try to get rid of you like they don't want you there
Great Staffing service...... Respectful and Caring... Great Place ???????????????????

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
