Reviews Summary

Reviews are polarized, with many complaints about long wait times (often 3-5 hours), unprofessional or rude staff, poor cleanliness, and inconsistent procedures. Several report painful or unsafe donation experiences, including nerve damage and mishandled blood samples. Positive reviews highlight friendly staff and smooth processes when timing aligns. The consensus suggests understaffing and mismanagement lead to frustration, though some donors have satisfactory experiences with specific team members. Low ratings dominate due to systemic issues in efficiency, communication, and care quality.

Every single time I go here, Understaffed, long waiting times, machines broken, and only 1 person checking peoples vital. Been here since 9AM and it's now 12pm and I just started the donation process..... Better off going to the valley location where they have 3-6 people checking vitals, Fully staffed and machines working.

What a great staff! everyone here is on point! very kind and professional. The stick that was done on me had got to be the fastest insertion with no issues! Very grateful guys thank you! not that anyone should listen to me but I have a possible future feature request, It would be cool if Donors could get perks of increased pay if they sign a commitment to donate on a certain schedule, for instance lets say I agree to donate 100 times for an increase of say 10 bucks or something along those lines, the math

The lack of professionalism is mind-blowing here. I was a first time donor here 2 months ago. After being turned away for lack of staff several times, early in the day, I finally got in. Staff up front couldn't answer any basic questions, and were very rude for no reason. I haven't been able to donate again since then, for the last 7 weeks. Every time I go in they say they aren't taking donors. Every time i try, the staff ignore me, then act irritated and rude when i try to ask them a question. Even when I

I stopped coming 8 months ago because of short staff, started coming back hoping it would be better, it's not! Be prepared to spend 2-3 hours here and even more if there are a lot of new donors that they place in front of you, regardless how long you've been waiting. You'd think they'd at least stagger new donors, but they'll place 3 or 4 in front of you with no regard. I'll have to stop coming because I can't afford the childcare for only $45 a donation. Ridiculous!

This was 3 months ago so maybe she is gone but today something reminded me of this and I was that upset that I post this now. There was a young lady (I think short hair? that took me into her lil office where you answered questions and she told me to go out the room when I was finished and someone will call for you, she didn't clarify I needed to go to the next line for a blood test, so I go to the lobby where you first wait. So I'm waiting for an hour and a half and I finally ask her what's up and she kin

The new machines are trash. It's bad enough. The place is very slow and has a lack of employees and they've not hired in years. My donation time has now gone from coming into the building and being out 90 minutes to almost 4 1/2 hours. I had a five hour and a 5 1/2 hour donation time last week. These new machines are all allegedly supposed to go super fast and cut donation times down my donation time hasn't been cut down by anything more than a minute and every other donor I've talked to said the same thing

DO NOT GO HERE . The appointments online mean nothing. Unlike other plasma places (which also pay more) they do not actually even attempt to honor the appointment time. I even called ahead asking if I should come an hour or now early AND I was told that they would be able to see me at the time I had set in the system. THIS WAS FALSE. I drove over an hour to get here and when I arrived (10 minutes before my appointment) I was told the wait to even just be seen as a new donor would take 3 maybe 4 hours. What

5 good employees the rest are trash they have violated my rights and refuse to except responsibility for their actions when they mess up. the place deserves to be sued for violating HIPAA law and harassing their customers they are a medical facility the act like they're not and think because your information is in their computer, it's open to any other employees at any time even if you refuse to give your information, they believe they have the right to look it up as floor employees (actually happened when

To start off I'm a new donor, so I tried calling in first to see how it works. The person on the phone was very snarky and rude, but I shrugged it off. I showed up and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes, without a single person coming to talk to me or take my info. Someone new entered the building and they immediately ushered that person to the front of the line and started processing them. Now it's getting irritating. I waited 30 more minutes only to be told that they would get to me after they ?thinned out

No one at the front desk took like 15 minutes for someone to show up. Lady was rude and coughed without covering her mouth. Then loudly complained about her coworkers in front of a full waiting room. Before helping the full waiting room she called some to complain how busy they were.

They are screwing over new and return donors. I donated twice so far. Got my first 2 payments. My 3rd and 4th were basically switched to regular donor payments. At first it WAS 50. now the payment went down by 5 dollars over a week, and I haven't donated a 3rd time. This place is screwed. You aren't treated like they advertise. I've been screwed so many times by their weekly schedule. Their constant changing rules. I'm pretty pissed. I hate getting lied to and screwed over.

The csl on Monroe is completely understaffed. Watched 3 people leave because it was taking to long. What used to be like 1 hour is 3. People are getting tired of waiting. Corporate needs to let them hire more workers.

I referred a family member. Of course, you dont get referral credit until the 2nd donation. But with this result after 1st attempted donation I recommend she doesn't go back at all ever.

The app says they close at 2pm, the door sign says they close at 2pm, even the website and pre screening online says they close at 2pm. I show up at 12:30pm and they aren't open. Why? Just ridiculous the way this place is run. 2nd Saturday I have tried to go before 1pm and both times they are closed, but everywhere else, including the front door, says they are open until 2pm. I get it if workers don't show up, but change the hours. The valley location doesn't have this problem. I take that back, this locati

I've been a plasma donor for almost a decade. I've been to at least 5 different donation centers, most of them in the Kennewick, Washington area. I moved to Spokane 6 months ago. It is by FAR the lowest paying center I've EVER been to. I donated on my birthday, no bonus. I donate on Veterans Day (I'm a vet), no bonus. No donation bonus for (as an example) 8 donations in a month. Every other center I've been to does this. Then, there's the week starts on a Saturday. When the week starts might not sound lik

I so wish I could post photos of the payment options but y'all will see the level of chump they nickel n dime you with they have made so many changes recently it's not even worth walking through the front doors my payments got cut so bad I don't want to waist my time with donating anymore that and the fact that there is next to no staff at this location is sad CSL states that they strive to provide health and wellness to there clients but I've seen nothing but penny pinching scams plasma bottles go for 800

Closed do to no medical staff. What a waste of my time. There is an invention called a phone that you can use to contact people to tell them to come into work. Staffing problems are not my problems, they are CSL problems, why should I pay the price for your incompetence.

Staff is great and very professional but they have been closed either early or for the whole day multiple times the last few weeks at different random times which is very frustrating when you find out after walking there just to get turned away. I just wish you had a way to let people know in your CSL mobile app that their chosen location is closed early or not open at all.

Awful experience waiting in a freezing room getting ignored by staff. You'll wait hours while staff take their lunch breaks, but if you leave to eat you'll have to wait again or be denied. Not worth the time.

I want to start off by saying that they have been very professional as a center all the staff is pretty nice but the company itself is crooked and corrupt, they keep giving you less and less every year. I've been a donor for over 4 years and I initially I started out getting $80 a donation per donation and that's not a new donor rate but a return donor and now its 45 and then 55 on the second donation which is ridiculous because if you don't get there by Friday you won't get that additional 55 so if you don

I went to donate because I seen an add on tv about how you get $700 with in the first month of donating. Unfortunately it's a scam you get maybe $200 for the first month. Also I thought it was $100 every time you donate in the first month but nope you get $100 for the first 2 times you donate. Then you get $50 after the for the next 2 times you donate. I had the chance to asked why. She told me that it's to make it to where people keep coming back. I said wow well I am definitely not coming back because tha

I've been donating a while now my donations on Sunday and Wednesdays and so far I've had to go all the way out to the valley when I live by the Monroe location due to their lack of staffing so why don't they just close it on the weekends and not half staff there if we can't donate their Saturday or Sunday only Monday through Friday you can donate their enough staff what's the point of them having the office open on weekends if they don't have the staff riddle me that

I have been going for at least five years. I only have Cat, Sierra, Katie, and Lindsey stick me. They are the most friendly and cause the least amount of pain. I wish more of the phlebotomist could be like them.

I'm on the placket three times you have no idea how many times I've have been hooked up next to someone that's nodding off and they clearly look like they're strung out and on something I have no idea how they get past vitals that place is a mess I didn't realize how bad until I went to the other one but that plasma Central is now kind of disintegrating because of the new setup and management if you going to go go to the other csl plasma

keep in mind that most reviews are from disgruntled elderly people or someone who was denied for the service. They make it easy and flexible for you and you get paid. Highly recommend!

For the past couple of weeks they have had no staff working. The employees get so irritated by the management, that they take their attitude out on you even for asking a simple question or making a simple statement. Today I was yelled at by the lady checking my vitals in front of an entire building full of people. Very very unprofessional and the fact that the staff can talk and treat you like you're nothing and when you stand up for yourself, they defer you. Not to mention the giant bruise they had given m

I have no shame in publicly calling out this center. Besides a few people, I have never met such irritatingly rude employees at any establishment anywhere. The last time I went I had to get reinstated into their system as a return donor, AFTER 4 HOURS OF WAITING. Why the long wait? Because some troll of an employee (literally looks like a troll) decided to stop every single employee who was trying to help the half dozen or more returning/new donors that had been waiting for hours, going as far as saying ?

So I get being short staffed but you guys might as well shut down at this point. Having all us Donors wait for close to 2 hours is insane. I've been coming here for years and this is by far the worst it's gotten. I understand it's not any of the employees fault but it is whoever is in charge of schedules. Adam had it flowing so well Even during the pandemic it never had taken that long. Idk if y'all need a job fair or not but something has got to change. Granted I do get we get paid for it and have the cho

Just wanted to mention Marcus took great care of me today. One of the employees ?accidentally? deferred me and he diffused the frustrating situation with a generous solution. Thank you for taking care of your donors!

Don't waste your times. Multiple times they were closed during whole mornings they were supposed to be open. They can take hours to process you before you're even in the chair. Many workers are rude. You can only consistently keep doing this if you have a super flexible job or none at all. I've been there 3-4 hours before as a returning donor.

They're a joke. Drove 40 minutes at 7 am. because I'm basically a new donor, and that means 3 hours of MY time. I told the lady at the front desk who clearly didn't want to be there. I had donated under a different last name 18 years ago. She was able to find me in the system. Her incompetent manager refused my pay stubs and tax return as verification the social security number was indeed me with my different married name. They requested I had to bring in my divorce or marriage license. I have never heard

Finally got my permanent deferral lifted and went back. You will stand there for 15 plus mins waiting for someone to acknowledge you. Staff talk crap about donors and other staff and management does nothing to stop it. The pay has gone down, they got new machines which was supposed to be faster but the lack of staff they are barely open or turn people away. I switched to octapharma plasma on francis....the pay is WAY better and they don't have the weird sunday through Friday pay schedule it goes by how many

This place used to be awesome. I'm not sure if someone new is in charge and pissing off their employees or if after they realized CSL made US$13,310 million in profits for 2023 and refused to pay a higher wage, people are quitting? Who knows why, nevertheless, they are always closed due to "staffing issues." I've tried to be patient, but now, I'll be finding somewhere else to go.

This place has so many issues. One being generally the payment schedule. If you donate two days later and it's a Saturday, you don't get the extra money... it's stopped me from donating at times because it feels they like they don't want my plasma that bad. The lack of staff and increasingly slower pace is a major issue. They have also been turning people away at the door. So I planned to donate Friday due to their horrible payment schedule and got turned away due to their staffing. So now they going to

The staff at CSL Spokane are friendly and professional. My only complaint is the new lancets which are much too harsh. They HURT and leave a wound on the finger for several days. Not everyone has calloused fingers that require this harsh s lancet. Please go back to the former ones that were in use.

Great place and the staff is amazing .. any bad reviews are probably people that got deferred and are salty about it .. IV had no problems in the past two years. Professional and kind

I will NEVER go to this center ever again! I've been donating plasma for years and I have never had an experience like I did today. While being disconnected the lady didn't put the gauze over my puncture site and I ended up losing quite a bit of blood. There was blood and my pants and sweater when I left and not to mention that my blood loss was not recorded. The fact that they just let me walk out the door without monitoring me to make sure that I was ok is very unsettling. Zero stars!!!!!

They took my plasma and then said oh by the way, our system is garbage and we can't pay you. What a joke! And now they have switched to new machines so it's a circus that takes forever now. They also changed the pay scale in order to pay people less. So now it's slower, more work and they pay less.

After calling before going, I was told to come on in. When I went it (9/22) staff was instantly rude once hearing I was a new donor. They looked over my documents & made up an excuse regarding my adddress & after a series of irrelevant questions they turned me away saying they couldn't help since I am an Idaho resident. I've had no issue with that fact before & they recommended sending myself a piece of mail to a friends Washington address. I called the valley location & explained what happened & they were

This place is great. The staff have pleasant personalities, are funny, and easy to get along with. I even really miss some of the old phlebotomists that have left since I started donating. I've been coming for years and never had any issues that weren't from my end, not even a stick issue. These people know what they're doing, and and do a great job. This is my favorite donation center in the region by far.

They had me sit down for an hour just to tell me I can't donate because your employers aren't doing there job. I was deferred and they told me to come back on the 6th and I did. They just said that I would have to come back tmrw at 10 in the morning bc someone didn't turn in my deferral ticket, plus I didn't even donate at CSL yet and they won't let me use my referral code from a friend bc I was already in the system bc I got deferred for a whole blood donation. Just overall unorganized and confusing for ne

Their hours here make it where only people without jobs or Drug addicts can donate. The hours hurt the average person trying to make ends meat. Stayin open only until 6 on weekdays and its a joke on a Saturday you close at 4. You need to extend the hours if you want the actual working class to donate. "Edit", came back on a Sunday a employee who was intaking with 6 people in line stopped intaking and cut infront of everyone to donate. This place a is a joke filled with clowns with no respect for their donor

For the past few weeks they have not had enough medical staff for people to be able to donate. Went in today after waiting 45 minutes for medical to show up at 10:00 a.m. he was there less than 5 minutes before he threw a fit and refused to let anyone of the almost 30 people in line donate and left. Highly unprofessional and I won't be going back this is coming from a Platinum donor who has been donating twice a week for 2 years.

I've been a twice-a-week regular here since April of 2019. I've never been mistreated. I've always felt valued. I've always felt appreciated. Any visits that have been suboptimal haven't been the fault of any staff there. It's often rude, entitled, impatient clients that cause issues and have a ripple effect on everyone else's day. This is a top notch location to donate and I will continue to be a donor, and I highly recommend this center for anyone interested in becoming a donor themselves. A+++

My first time donating plasma and the staff at this location made it one of the worst experiences of my life. Several times I was neglected and sat waiting because of a lack of communication amongst staff. Then when it came time to donate the phlebotomist approached me with dirty gloves. There were a few nice staff members but the negative experiences with staff members tainted the whole experience.

I've NEVER had bad sticks back to back ever and I've been donating off and on for 15 years. Now all of a sudden after one clean donation two failed sticks back to back two months apart, had to let it heal for how bad they failed.

Way too much chit chatting here and not enough working. The lady who was screening would not stop talking about her personal life and it took her forever to do the screening because she kept getting side tracked. On the floor is even worse. They make you wait in line for an hour.. guess how many people were waiting to get stuck? TWO. Go to Octapharma or Biolife it's worth the extra drive. The phlebotomist even admitted their staff to donor ratio is horrible

The system didn't retain some of my answers from my first donations, so I had to redo the initial 64 questionnaire. Staff were polite. My only complaint is there isn't good signs to let you know where 'medical' is & staff didn't explain it well enough. So I ended up in a chair b4 I was let known where to go.. Also, when a line forms it would be confusing to new donors as is forms a round in the seating area.

I went in as a new donor on Tuesday and they seemed to have really sped up the process. From start to finish I was out of there in under 3 hours as a new donor! Wow! I was told by everyone that it would take at least 4-5 hours. Great job y'all!

I wish I was better with remembering names. All staff I interacted with here were welcoming and professional. I came in at a busy time and they were all doing their best to make it all flow smoothly. It had been a few years since I'd been in, and of course I had anxiety about the process again. Each employee was patient and kind, which really made a difference. Clean, sterile, bright facility (unlike the only other facility for plasma donating- YIKES). Thanks CSL plasma staff!

I absolutely adore the staff that work on the floor here, however recently there have been some serious issues with equipment and it seems like there is no management to come out and help? One day I started out 2nd in line then the thing that tests protein stopped working so I had to do a 2nd finger poke and ended up about 10th in line. Signature pads don't work on the regular. I sit outside for over an hour just to end up way behind in line. Would think there would be some compensation or something for stu

I donate here regularly and honestly this center is a mess. I have donated with other plasma companies before and in comparison this establishment is awful. They have a complete lack of organization, consistency, and management. The wait to get screened in a booth can be absurdly long, even though simply setting up a scheduling system would alleviate this problem and make the experience significantly better. It also doesn't help that everyone waiting in line has to stand when seating could easily be offered

This center, Spokane MAIN CSL.... is being unfairly SLANDERED by DESPERATE potential donors who needed the cash!! THEY didn't pass the simple few requirements or health screening and didn't get the money they came for. This collection center is the best organized center I've been to in three different centers!! As a new donor you can make at least 500 quickly in 16 days. With just five under 2 hour donations. That seems like 50 bucks per hour to chill out and enjoy the process. I like it very much

DO NOT WASTE YOUR WHOLE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!New donor and no one would talk to or help me sat for 30 min at the counter and nothing. Went back a few days later finally someone talked to me but still took 0ver 2 hours 50min just to get Checked out. Finally left was not going to wait alllllllll day. The place is a joke I went to do something nice don't really care about the money. They make it WAY to much of a pain in the a$$.

The staff there are always nice to me, most of them know me by name and take the time to say hi no matter where I'm seated. I have had an issue once and been turned away another because of whatever but they were always polite and helpful. They are professional and take your safety very seriously. If they weren't doing their jobs they wouldn't be turning away all those previous complainers. I've seen people get irate over being deffered and let's face it people, no one is forcing you to go there so remember

I've been going here for many years now. Extremely kind staff. However, for the last six months or so it seems like they are going through a management issue. It's sad to see the hard working staff ran so thin.

Not sure where these employees come from ornif they're even legitimately qualified but they are gross. And unprofessional to say the least. Had one older heavyset lady taking vitals, sat 4 people without sanitizing her station or changing gloves. On top of that, she blew her nose and set a piece of cotton down in front of her for the next donor To use after the stick to get blood sample. Again didn't change her gloves. There was a lady standing behind her in a jersey taking notes I guess on her performance

Slowest place ever, just wasting away to donate. Also they defer new donors, because their "lab" is backed up and are able to process their initial plasma donation you give as a new donor. Go to Octapharma they actually honor the new donor prices and their "lab" isn't backed up. Whatever that means

I went in at 3 to become a donor and they turned me away because of timing issues, but the following day when I called to make sure they could fit me in a man said it was all good and they would be able to start the process. When I showed up at 130 they turned me away again. 0/15 coconuts. No jam to count

They gave me nerve damage in BOTH of my arms on just my second visit...that was 3 months ago and I still have a burning sensation in my forearms... The needles were not drawing any blood and none of the nurses cared... I was like, "Is this supposed to hurt?" And they said no and then did it to my other arm. Will the burning go away?

Nice people but lately it's been taking as long as two hrs just to get in the chair! And no I'm not talking new donors. At this point the new donors get in and out faster than regular donors. It's getting to be really annoying!!!!

Always super slow. 90% of the workers here don't understand the concept of time and efficiency. It starts with the winners in management. Be prepared for garbage time.

I see a lot of unkind reviews. Yes at times the wait is long but they are understaffed. If you have somewhere to be then don't go in. Sometimes you might get a cranky staff member but they might be having a bad day. After all they put up with people who go in and don't have the time to be there and doing their best to get you in and out. Plasma donation is different every time. Show some compassion for the staff they are doing their best.

They waste your time, don't communicate anything, and then security will AGGRESSIVELY tell you you can't go back in, and gaslight you with "you know the rules, buddy" when its your first time here. Only because you step outside for 30 seconds after waiting a hour and a half (after being told to wait 30 minutes, after already being here for an hour). Spend 3 hours here, just to be unnecessarily harassed, and be told you have to start the process over the next day like you never came in. They fully need to re

Friendly staff. Never rude. I would give them 5 stars. However, the Monroe location seems to be under staffed whatever time/day I try to donate. Always rows of beds not being used while the waiting pit is full. It's a bummer because it could be a smooth operation with adequate staffing. And I think the staff would be happier if they weren't spread so thin.

They will make you wait for hours, talk to you like you're stupid when you did everything you were supposed to, "lose" your health screening, and disappear while you're redoing it. Just go to Octapharma. Never thought I'd leave a blood center that pissed at the people working there.

Absolutely wonderful experience as a 1st timer. Pleasant staff, all smiles and positive vibes. Walked me through each stage and so there were no surprises. Thank you for making me feel great and confident about my giving plasma experience.

1st time ever donor today. Staff was nice, made sure I had crackers & water. About 1/2 hour after I started the blood draw I got really dizzy. They were right there taking care, calming me down, explaining what was happening etc.. I was given a drink and allowed to sit/lay down til I felt better. Not rushed even though they had a waiting line.

There could be 3 people in the vital line and 3 people sitting in the chairs waiting to be sat to be positive poked, and your still going to be here at minimal 1.5. the staff don't care about your time only their work time. Saturday a ?slow day? it takes 2 hours just to get into the poke chair. Staff also lie and make allegations to get you deferred from center.

Over the last couple of months, the entire process is becoming increasingly more and more time consuming. There doesn't seem to be enough screeners, phlebotomists or lead medical staff to do the pre-screening and medical checks. Maurice, from the corporate office, called me to discuss my concerns. I'm less than pleased with that conversation. He comes across like he's sincere, however there are tones of condescension in the way he responds. He has no solutions to improve any part of the donation process as

Does no one manage the staff? Horrible customer service, they make you feel like you're wasting their time, inconvenient and rude as hell. No one expects a red carpet, just common courtesy. The older ladies just need a reminder that we're just as important as theyre. I'm just going to start responding to them how they talk to me and see how long I'm able to be a donor there. Once they get what they deliver they'll be the victim for sure. Seriously, management needs to either hire new people or correctly man

Totally bounced around from place to place regarding medical due to sutures with a complete lack of professionalism. First person said they would be okay then Jen said they wouldn't. Jennifer was very passive aggressive when I asked if there was any way I could extend my new donation opportunities for bonus saying I wasn't active enough and telling me to ask next time because she couldn't solve the situation! Have extreme doubts that she's a nurse like she said she was. You people pay very poorly for a prod

The last 3 times I've gone I've looked at the how slow both lines were moving and just walked out. Worst place to donate plasma. Plan on being there for 2 hours (at the very least) they don't pay their employees enough which is why they are always short staffed and they only give you $35. NOT WORTH IT

I would give zero stars if I could. The place is barely open and half the time when they are open they wait until after 10 o'clock. Don't waist your time go to the valley center and the employees are not the nicest either

Cat is amazing so helpful a ND kind she is the reason I come back

Waited 2 hours and got all the go medical to tell I can't do it cause of mild pancreatitis. I'm not going out of my way to get a doctors note for you. Don't waste my time or other peoples time, which you seem to be notoriously good at. Add something that disqualifies people and not waste out entire freaking day. You guys are a joke. The was ringing and a young female nurse came up, answered it and immediately placed them on hold, didn't even look at me and went back to desk, I was right in front of her, I'm

Plan ahead for your first visit! The intake is a long, educational process. I felt comfortable with the staff here and felt extra care from them during my first time donating. Would recommend. Only downside may be how crowded it seems, but possibly could be avoided by going first thing in the morning.

I was skeptical coming here after reading some of these reviews, but to my surprise the staff members were all helpful, not one was rude or passive (but everyone has bad days at some point, we're all human). The place itself was actually very clean- including the restrooms. I felt like it was overall a very safe and sterile place to be- which is SO important when dealing with needles and bodily fluids, blood, plasma, etc.

Went in as a first time donor and waited over an hour in their lobby and two people who arrived after I did got called back ahead of me. Went up to see if there was a problem and it turns out they hadn't put my name on the list. Told me to come back the next day and they'd make sure I was helped first thing. Went back the next day and even though they'd initialed that I'd done the first steps they made me start from the beginning again. No one was at the front desk either day when I first arrived. Very poo

I like donating at the Center, the people are friendly. Scott is great. Brandi and Rachel are the best stickers there. They are both friendly and expert stickers. It can be challenging cause they end up fighting over who gets to stick me. I'm used to hotties fighting over me, I just wasn't expecting it at the plasma center. Anyone who needs money, should take the time to check the place out. Just about anyone should feel comfortable and relaxed while donating, the people working there are some of the best.

I've been donating plasma on and off at CSL since I was 19 years old. Let me start by saying that the CSL on Monroe is horribly understaffed. Almost anytime of day you go in, you will be there for literal hours. Today there was one technician doing vitals with a line of about 15 donors waiting, and there was 2 people on the donation floor for about 10 people donating and 10 people waiting to donate. And this was at 830am on a Sunday. The process of donating plasma is already uncomfortable and the added wait

Will happily was 3 hours of your life for nothing.

Im a first time donor standing at the reception desk and not one person has acknowldeged the 3 of us. Its been a half ahour. I should not have to call the facility, interupt a screener or stop an employee to be acknowlded and helped. One of the donors just walked out. This is ridicoulous. Your front sign says " We want you to have a positive doner experience". Really cause this isnt positive at all!!! Do u want my help or not?

Ridiculous process of going through my doctor to start donating again. My medications history and mental health history has nothing to do with me donating. Should not make me have to jump through hoops to start donating. Have been here 3 times now and can't donate yet again. Was never a problem before...

People seem like they discriminate. Went in twice because I'm diabetic they refused and I'm controlled they refuse to let me donate.. I asked them over the phone specifically and they said as long as I wasn't on insulin that I could donate and I sat there for 5 hours to go through the process they wasted my time and then they said oh you're on too many medications this is twice they've done it to me. The first time they said your A1C was too high and I was controlled this time they discriminate

Completely untrained staff. lacks professionalism. Will hurt you while you donate, will not follow procedure and will threaten to defer you if you say you're uncomfortable. I'm not sure why this is allowed in a medical facility but this is disgusting and my husband shouldn't come back every time he donates with some kind of issue.

Heather who works on floor .is always a pleasure to be around.she has helped me many times and I always see her helping everyone else with all aspects of the day.i think they are very fortunate to have such an amazing ?? employee

I have been donating there since 2014 and it has it's ups and downs depending on which employee you are dealing with. Sometimes in the vitals side of things or the ones who do the sticking can get distracted rather easily. Though it has gotten better than it was back when I first began. There are some employees that I would feel as though apart from the business I could be friends with because their demeanor was of such that they were very able people. But there have been times when certain employees get ab

Kat is the best vampire on the floor! You can definitely tell she isn't on the floor, because of the long lines, and negative energy. Can't wait for her to be back and to able to have her back, so I can continue to donate.

Used to be good. Most of the good staff have left. The entrance screens go slower then the tine donating, as if the people who are very slow on the floor get put behind screening booth and are even slower there/talk to much to other staff. Been standing in line to be screened for 30 to 45 mins and its not even busy!

AGAIN?! This place has some the MOST bumbling, ineffective, inefficient group of people ever. They have a line of about a dozen or more of people but only two staff members to do intake? Edit: This location is just awful, I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT GO HERE! I have had nothing but problems here because of your terrible staff because they are undertrained and have given me bruise after bruise. This place is so terrible that you literally have to go to the next city to even get decent customers servic

I have been going for almost a year now and I went to the valley one and was miss treated and discriminated. Was told that cuz I live in a camper with just a generator for power but no water that I was homeless but tried telling them that where I live at I pay rent to park it there and that my P.O. Box for a mailing address wasn't good enough so they told me I couldn't come back till I fixed that and that they don't let homeless people donate. I felt really discussed of that and how they treated me and my h

The employees don't wear scrubs, only lab coats. They dont clean the beds in between donors (personally I think that is nasty, that's how you get scabies) and most employees treat donors like children.... I could go on. Update Have been back a couple times. Most of the staff is still rude. I made an honest mistake and got attitude from one staff member. Go to OCTAPHARMA it's waaay more pleasant, imo.

I have not gone here, NEVER WILL, but my niece has. The nurse that did her donation was the worst ever. She had horrible bruising. The nurse missed the vein. It has been a couple weeks and my niece has still got pain in her arm. And the time before that the nurse pricked her finger so hard I could see the cut left. This nurse needs to be retrained.......or fired.

Amazing staff! Just donated (got sick. First time donor) but the staff took care of everything and made sure I was ok before I left. They're also giving me a call tomorrow to make sure all is good. I highly recommend these guys if you donate! You'll be in great hands and if you're nervous they definitely lighten the mood a bit.

Very horrible. Waited 2 hours with rude staff lady by the name of Evelene who is known for being sexiest against males and racist to everyone. My friend was ready to donate taking him to the room and said he stunk for the second time. Yet my friend didn't stink. Two hours waisted and was treated like dirt. Those who go to the Monroe CSL say stay away from her and even the staff say they do not like her.

Ben, Tim, Reina, Sarah, Dave, Valentine, Rust and Tyler are always so friendly. There are many other friendly team members there, but I can't name all of them. In a place where people are shoving needles into your arm it is very important to build the relationships. I would recommend you request one of these people, but Tim, and Dave because they rarely stick anymore if your new due to a good first time experience. If you unfortunately get someone that is a robot and doesn't small talk it's hard to feel com

I had all my documents when I arrived but instead of my SS card, I had my W-2 for proof of a SSN. The lady at the front desk checked it for me and said all my documents were fine. I had to wait 40+ minutes just to finally get called back and told that since my W-2 did not have my middle name written out, they could not take me today and told me to come back with something else. That is something that could have been told to me right away and I would not have wasted any time!

Excessive force applied to wrist when as Employee named Davis asked me to keep eyes open. They have many rude intake personnel, and no one smiles during a majority of the visit. The CSL plasma in the valley is a much more enjoyable place to donate and I would highly reccomend that center. As many times as I donate and help this company stay in business any kind of appreciation or good service would surely be expected.

I came into csl plasma being referred as a friend on your new refer your friend program and I haven't got my cash redeemable points yet and I have donated six times and talked to seven people at your location. The last person I talked to was Sarah and she was pretty rude not wanting to give her name to me before we started talking, I told her after several times of asking her her name that I would like to know who I am speaking with before I start discussing my concerns. She finally gave me her name and I v

Hey all my relations, this is a super fun place to go if you like donating plasma. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait so there is plenty of time to make a new friend. The staff are entertaining, and good at what they do.

Great staff, amazingly clean, hardworking employees. Everyone is friendly and does everything they can to help. I saw a post that said that they don't wear scrubs and I wanted to correct that person, they do wear scrubs and even if they didn't that changes absolutely nothing. They out pay Octapharma and have a staff that actually care. So if you want to donate life saving plasma, go here

Everyone here is professional.... but professional to the point of being cold. They aren't friendly at all, and even reprimanded a staff for making a joke. I'm writing this while donating... and now they're talking about their personal lives and gossiping about other staff. If you want to donate somewhere thats friendly and professional, please go to the one in Spokane valley. Clint T1 is the only professional and friendly one, I'm not saying they're bad but yeah...

If you are a donor, you might feel like you are at the DMV in the movie Zootopia. Very poor donor hospitality. Often no one at the front desk, and service is slow/ you might be altogether forgotten on a list somewhere. Overall sub par for a donation center, but that's not saying much.

The staff was very responsive. I am only able to donate out of my right arm and unfortunately it's only 1 vein; with that said I knew the risk I was taking. My vein was infiltrated on my last visit. The kicker though, they couldn't put my blood back, meanwhile I started to feel really light and my legs were tingling. As soon as I mentioned my symptoms the team sprang into action, elevated my legs, and cold packs on my chest and neck. 30 sec later I felt normal. I was deferred because I did not want them try

They don't tell you even if you call and ask that you cannot donate if you have a negative Rh factor. That means if you are A-, B-, or AB- that you cannot donate plasma. I waited for 45 minutes to be told that I couldn't donate because I failed some test. They never did explain the 'WHY' behind it.

Payments are being delayed for the cards that they give you, but they aren't telling you that before you donate

First things first, I came in 3 separate times just to get my first donation because I was denied for small things (such as my drivers license having my full middle name but my 2nd identification only had my middle initial so they denied me, which required me to get a new social security card and wait 2 more weeks till I could donate). Everyone (more specifically the females who work there) is extremely rude. Everytime I donate, it takes a long time to get through the process because everyone looks too dist

Been going here 15 years and today was just unacceptable it took 40 min per person to even get into a chair they had full staff no excuses waisting everybody time so they can chat with eachother and on top of I the close when ever the heck they fell like went here today they were closed before 5

Just go to the Spokane Valley CSL. This one will destroy your veins and threaten to permanently defer you if you don't like it. Avoid Phyllis at all costs. She's mean and not good at her job. Whatever you do, do not let her stick you. Request someone else. Unless you want hematoma, pain and attitude from staff go to the Valley location. It's better.

Slow, closed way too often, rough with your arm, just not a good place to donate. If valley is closed just wait til it to opens this place is not Worth it

Don't go here if you have a disability. Because i couldn't remember the exact date of when I had piercings and when I went there. They said I no longer can go after I told the guy either 2013 or 2014. So just put in 2013....the jerk put in 2014 so now I cannot ever donate plasma at these centers not to mention they wasted 2.5 hours of my time.

Clean facility and friendly to get people processed in as quickly as possible. I was delighted to see that they contract armed security to help protect us along with patrol the parking lot. Thanks CSL for making Plasma donation a safe and fulfilling experience.

The most unhealthy unsanitized stab lab in Washington state..the employee Lindsay was seen coughing all over the medical equipment that they stick into your arms. Yuucck !! Also I heard she was at a local trap house shooting up between heR toes and so who knows how many folks she's infected with only GOD KNOWS WHAT DISEASES STAY SAFE OUT THER PEOPLE

This branch sucks! They take hours for each step of the process I've had to wait four hours before, its the longest I've ever had to wait at a plasma Center. Their machines are outdated and slow, the technicians are rude and unhelpful all in all I would give them a negative if it was an option.

Awsome staff,...would be nice if the music could be played alittle Louder??

This center is absolutely content with making things as stressful as possible. The employees seen perpetually in a bad mood and take it out on donors. Bad scheduling, rude employees and no matter what you say it never changes.

Very friendly.??two years ago. Now apparently Marcy has gotten too mean to be inside so they keep her in the parking lot where she can drop f bombs on people out of management earshot. Not to me, nope. I witnessed it today. Wow Marcy. It's not enough to sit in your booth and whine to everybody who has to deal with you about Crystal and everyone else that gets under your skin, now you accost the people who give you a job. Again, I wasn't the one. I just watched.

I have donated at other centers in my home town. Honestly, I have been to CSL 4 times in the past couple of weeks and each time I have been treated professionally and kindly by staff and donors are nice as well. I plan to make this my plasma donating center for a long time to come.

The security followed my husband into the bathroom and start harassing him as he was taking a #2. How disgusting is that!! He tried to look under the stall door. Definitely not okay.

Never had an issue with this place til today there employee named Sara is very rude, stuck up, and in my opinion should no longer work for csl. The lack of common courtesy from this individual is disturbing, tried to initiate small talk about how nice today is only to be disrespect to my face... and with the googly eyes for her on her supervisor face when I made a complaint, I can tell nothing will be done... we all have bad days gotta leave it at the door step

I started donating on my 18th birthday and I absolutely love it there everyone is friendly to me and they all know I have anxiety so they try and make the process as smooth and calm as they can for me and they know I don't like to talk a lot while I'm on the bed because I usually have headphones in to distract me because I HATE needles and so they just ask me questions they need to and finish getting me started.

I really like coming here, Cat is very amazing and has such a great attitude I enjoy interacting with all employees I'm thankful that I have a nice place to come and donate. Thank you all so much for everything!

Takes forever to donate! Other places I have averaged an hour total and here it can take up to 4 hours! Entire facility always reeks-full of stinking and dirty donors and beds are not wiped down between donors. Bathrooms do no have garbage cans so the sinks and floors are full of garbage. Parking lot full of loitering people and have witnessed multiple arrests as well. Broken glass and drug paraphernalia are a common sight on the property. Atmosphere is similar to the welfare office or a county jail. CSL ne

So because a inexperienced worker (Beth) was using the wrong medical instrument on a veteran client which is me, and that client with a routine level of consistent understanding down to science, let the incompetent worker know that they we're using the incorrect medical instrument, the client is now being punished for a minimum wage thinkers negligence? Beth needs to be retrained! If you try to make a complaint against her you will be threatened by another worker. Screw you guys I'm going to octapharma

It depends on what phlebotomist you get, some are way to aggressive or don't know what they're doing resulting in a blown vein. Some of them are really good though and leave no bruising or swelling

Almost all of the employees are sweethearts and more importantly they always keep it ??with me ??. Unlike other plasma centers I've been too CSL treat every1 the same.

This plasma center is great, went into my first donation today and the staff was helpful and answered all of my questions right away! Very clean, professional and nice environment. The only downside is it took me three hours to get out on the donating floor because of how busy they were.

Rude staff that can't document correctly and sometimes not at all and then say it's your fault. Not to mention I know several people with STDs that donate their. This place is pretty gross with who they allow to donate and don't don't proper medicals obviously.

So... I noticed a employee is not wearing a mask through this COVID. I dont like confrontation and so I posted something on their website like "hey, how come I am required to wear a mask but this employee who is unhooking people is not. I dont know what that employee does outside of work. That puts me at risk." I wasted 3 hours of my life signing back up to be reasured they are taking the proper risks only to learn a few of their employees DO NOT HAVE TO WEAR FACE MASKS. If you cant wear the proper P.P.E (p

Staff don't know what they're doing. Bruised both my arms. Wasted my time going there.

I got a permanent deferral because the supervisor said she heard me use racial slurs I'm a very god fearing person I would NEVER!!! THIS IS THE WORST DONATION PLACE IN SPOKANE IF I WAS ANY OF YOU I WOULD GO TO BIO LIFE OCTAPHARMA IS JUST AS BAD!!!

Yesterday my husband went in there and donated and air bubbles were going up the tube and he was screaming and yelling for help afraid for his life as he was feeling more and more dizzy and the blood was spilling into the plasma bottle, he had to start screaming and yelling for help until somebody ran over to help him. And it was not right away because they were too busy bullshitting with themselves especially Devon. He almost died. Immediately after he came out to my car I had to go inside livid-upset an

I have been donating plasma at CSL centers for over 10 years and this center for 2. I left this morning beyond livid. If I could give this place no stars I would. Roger yes i'm calling you out..... Roger took my blood and then set it off to the side on the COUNTER as he took my vitals. About 5 minutes later he decides to spin it and proceeds to tell me that I have low protein!!! I have NEVER had low protein in my life as I eat a VERY HIGH PROTEIN DIET FOR MY WEIGHT LIFTING!!!! I asked to speak to a manager

I am giving 2 stars because most of the days it's a fairly decent experience. Then about once a month or more you have to deal with Dave H. And he is so rude, condescending, and demeaning. Get rid of Dave H. And this location will improve a lot.

Don't go here and if you do don't make a complaint! I made one against Beth then they proceeded to defer me until I contacted them and when I did I was threatened and was told if I ever make a complaint again I'll be permanently deferred! This place is pathetic

I was sat down for a medical approval and waited two hours before I spoke up to some one. Then some one gave me a card to wait for medical. Two hours of my life wasted to do some ones over sight. I know we get busy but look at the person waiting for TWO hours.

I live in an Oxford house. Because of this I was unable to donate - even after going through the intake process. Extremely frustrating, especially as I've never touched a needle in my life and have been sober from alcohol for years. Made me want to drink...??

The employees are hard working and I think they do an amazing job for how busy they get and ya it take a couple hrs your first visit but that's to be expected with what has to be done to donate.

I have been here for 1.5 hours and have not made it to donating. I was first in line and first in the door at 630 am. I'm still waiting for a screening......... Ive given them my info and watched a video. Nothing else............ Not sure I will stay with this location.

I love the staff, everyone is very nice, if you want extra cash for Christmas money. You should try it out.

I love coming in and being recognized feels good... i can tell the work place is a small family also

I came here last night to donate I had never been to this location before I normally go to the one in the valley cause I live close to it but when I got off work yesterday they were closed so I came to this location I had such a good experience the staff were very nice made me feel very welcome I had Liz stick me she was very nice had a big beautiful smile on her face and did an amazing job the place is very clean and alot bigger then the one in the valley and alot more organized I'm going to start coming t

They don't answer the phone

Not so great. The place is kinda grungy (Valley Location). The beds are not wiped down between donations. I was 26th in line for a screener the last two times so I switched to Octapharma. Now it takes me half threw time to donate.

i've been donating scene 1982 and 8 years of those here in Spokane the one on 3rd before it moved to Monroe i've never had any problem with staff all of them are rock stars so if you have a problem with them it could be you

The best plasma center I have ever been to. The employees make it great. I am always treated with respect and dignity by very professional CSL employees. I highly recommend CSL PLASMA SPOKANE and its people.

Siri provides good vibes while I'm donating! Thank you Siri!

The staff is very rude, and talks among themselves behind your back. Also waiting over an hour to be seen by the first person then another half hour by the second person and 2 hours to donate.

Due to errors made by a staff member who apparently no longer works there, I can no longer donate. Never had a problem before. Won't try and donate there ever again.

Jennifer is one of the rudest staff members there. Very inconsiderate and rude. Not only have they lost my respect they lost a doner as well.

My donation was ridiculous got bounced around having to redo everything from my questionnaire to my screening to waiting in line the new rules are making this not worth the money the amount of time I wasted today was ridiculous

Rude disrespectful slow stood in line for 3 hours finally just left and went to the valley location the main center needs to get it together management needs to change or workers need to be hired!

If your getting your vitals checked don't go to Beth she will 100000000% use the wrong cuff size and suffocate your arm she's untrained and unprofessional

CSL plasma off of Monroe is a great one Zoe and Taylor are great and funny so is Clint always have a pleasure coming in there and watching the employees and talking with them keep up the good work and thank you guys

Staff is awesome and the wait time as a new donor was only an hour! Of course I just came at the right time of day, but they were on top of it!!

Rude receptionists maybe get some customer service skills or hell some common decency!

The nurses make that place so awesome they r always smile and they make it A LOT easier to get stuck with a needle since I don't like needles.

Want in was trying to pay pill but I didn't to meet the requirements so the ladies I had told me to lie now I'm banded from donating for there because of there people don't know how to do there jobs

Really nice staff go there twice a week and only have had issues 2 times With them sticking me in the wrong area

I can never find anyone at the front desk to help. Had to call from my phone just to get someone up there. Other then that is pretty chill.

Best place to donate! Staff is great especially Sarah, she is friendly, professional and completely on top of it! Way to go, makes donation a breeze!

Absolute worst place to go. You go through 10 steps then they say something different when you come back. Register lady extremely rude.

You know I like this place when the only 2 people who know how to stick are working otherwise nobody knows what they are doing, this new lady stuck me and completely missed then when I was clearly in a lot of pain and had a big tingling feeling in my arm and I told them to turn the machine off they wouldn't listen to me making me sit there in pain when something is not right at all and I come here frequently so I was really disappointed that they didn't recognize that I was in a lot of pain and made me sit

Went in as a new donor and made a quick $100. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Can't give them any stars if they're never opened because they don't/can't hire enough staff

I don't get how you can turn down someone from donating but all the other people can come in who are returning to donate plasma dont have to wait. It's not even 2pm and you say you're full for the day. Won't be coming back here again.

Rude. That's all I'm going to say. I walked in the door for the first time and a lady at the desk looked at me, never said a word and went back to what she was doing. I waited for another minute and walked out.

Bro this place is so understaffed it takes 2 hrs to just get your vitals checked and the people that are ?working? just stand there and talk their heads off while they have a full line and they only fill two rows of chairs when they have more and the people in the back just stand there the whole time instead of doing their job

CSL plasma is not the best place to donate I donated 07 21 2020 the first nearest couldn't find a vein so she called somebody else over they hit a nerve which made my wrist felt like it was on fire there is permanent nerve damage and they claim that's part of the riskI wouldn't go to CSL plasma anymore they don't pay you enough for permanent nerve damage I will be seeking medical attention and a lawyer

I accidentally said blood instead of plasma and one of the guys there decided he'd snap on me for it and talked to me like a child. Lmao god forbid I say the wrong word. Anyways never coming here again very rude.

I have great rapport with just about everyone here. For the most part the staff is great, I will say there are a handful of people that work there that are rude and unprofessional but All and all it is a great center !

All these people talking crap about Csl they must be talking about the one in the valley because the csl on Monroe is very clean, has very nice staff and only takes up to 4 hours on your very first donation.

I was appalled at the way I witnessed a manager talk to onof the employees today! Tasha at the Monroe clinic, get some skills in management behavior!!

Everyone is very friendly and ready to help you in any way possible I've never had a problem with anyone at any csl centers I've been to

Got there at perfect time, line went faster then expected, staff was amazing as always!

Love the one on Monroe, staffs super friendly, I mean staff have bad days like every other human but to be honest everyone's usually cheery and happy??

Just depends on who you get. Everyone in the vital area are super nice. Most of the ladies that hook you in back are awesome.

Long waits, good money

I been going there, off, and on for years, the other day I waited over three hours and only received 31 dollars it was my second donation of the week WE USE TO GET 25 FIrST donation 50 dollars second donation NOT WORTH MY TIME and HEALTH FOR 31 DOLLARS RIP OFF

Staff is nice and seem to recognize you more time coming in to donate.

I think they could use more staff other than that they are very professional

Currently standing in line waiting to get someone's attention

I dont like to get my poke on but its not a bad place...could be a little bit quicker with the waiting to donate process though.

they permanent deferred me because that my vein are not good and that in one of my arms they said that there is a tenant under the vein but there is no tenant under there they also went in the side vein and made my veins leaked in my arm and gave me a big bruise

The majority of people there are good but there are a few female workers that are extremely rude and do not do their job properly

There are certain employees I wont let near me. Overall, decent people.

Wait times are way to long. Especially when their is plenty of staff and few donors.

i have learning disability and the stiff said that thay dont care thay were being mean and telling me to sin things i did not fully understand

You'll get your money, but the process is terrible. Rude staff, always understaffed, humongous wait times, super uncomfortable. Try somewhere else first.

Ridiculous how online shows less then busy donating times but yet is taking 3 hours to see a new donor.

I donate & I think the staff does a great job educating clients on how to make donating a pleasurable experience.

The morning female manager is so rude, I don't know why anyone would go back after being talked down to the way she treats people

So far they have been great. Teaching me how to have the experience I can.

I wish they'd change the tunes in here lol otherwise, always a good time slinging blood

These people are so disrespectful and rude it's not even funny, I would never give them my plasma and neither should you

The live hours is a lie less busy then usually and it's 14 people in line smh

Love this place, been going here for almost 5 yrs now... and my homie Clint you da man...

I got differed for asking to talk to a manager. They are rude here. The valley is better.

Jo is a friendly great professional nice lady great experience for me

One of the best plasma center's I've ever been to! Great staff and great managers!

The staff works really hard.

Friendly staff! I enjoy going twice a week!

It's very a warming nice experience ??

Kind and talented staff. always enjoy my time donating.

Sat in the lobby for over an hour before anyone said anything to me. Gave up. Came back next day. Same thing. ??

Hard working friendly staff, been donating for 10 years, this plasma center is the best.

Nice staff and quick process, Decent donation payment.
