The reviews present a mixed but generally positive consensus. Many praise the professional and friendly staff, particularly highlighting skilled phlebotomists and improved management. However, complaints include inconsistent service, long wait times due to understaffing, and occasional unprofessional behavior. Customer Reviews

I was nervous with coming in today but John and Tiffany made my experience better! John made me feel comfortable and talked me through which arm I wanted to use, coached me to keep the blood flowing and gave a warm welcome. Tiffany was also lovely with the compliment and her good conversation, I didn't even notice the needle was gone. Great staff!

These people have the worst attitudes , move slow on purpose. The dude with the dreads that does the vitals just needs to do his job and be quiet , I sat in his booth for 10 minutes just listening to him talk.... BEFORE HE DECIDED TO STARTED! ???????Rude , unprofessional. I only come to this 1 because it's convenient for me. I would LOVE to see this place shut down.

Wait times are regularly 3 hours now standing up because they don't provide any chairs. All the employees are nice but there is to much joking around between staff members while you have been standing for over 2 hours. It's not comfortable at all. They recently changed the amount they pay by 5 bucks less to make room for heavier people. I just wouldn't recommend coming here unless your a new donor.

I came in today and I was very nervous but John helped me calm down and relax and made sure to walk me through everything. He made sure to check on me throughout the process and made sure I was feeling okay before leaving. He made the process 10 times easier. I highly recommend John and will request him when I go back. Thank you.

They are the worst company ever for if they stick you wrong or do anything wrong on there end they make it your fault. And then they don't take notes as there supposed to or own up to what they say. This location is by far the worst even firing there best staff member and run the others into the ground and they find other jobs because of the issues with CSL but more specifically the Roseville location.

I have been to this location 6times and every time I come it's a young man name Chris that works on the front lines taking vitals & temperatures he has great energy a people person and good at his job he makes you feel relaxed & WELCOME

Always crowded but that's a consequence of the location. The staff is always professional and kind. I do wish they would hire more techs tho to make it go faster

Good Evening, I was at CSL January 29th at 11am I couldn't pump anymore and started feeling sick and dizzy and I couldn't see, they called EMS to help me, in the meantime the nurse on staff did everything in her power to help me, I just wanted to Thank her, I wish I had gotten her name. Please forward this to the nurse and staff for their support and quick response ????????

Over the summer I was in a bad car wreck, upon leaving the hospital, I was let go from my job due to recovery time. It took 5 months for unemployment to assist in any way so I attempted to give plasma. I was turned away, rightfully so, because of the injuries I sustained from the wreck. The doctor told me to return around November to be able to donate. Today was the day I returned, Jan 6,2025 and was told I was banned from the location for lying about the car wreck. I was in a survival moment of life.

???????? Busy place for sure! BUT they typically have 3 or 4 people working the intake which moves people along well. The bullpen where you go after vitals is the longer wait but still not to bad either. Once you called back they get you hooked up fast & almost all the needle sticker people are nice & respectful & promptly get you unhooked. Lots of laughs. Everyone seems to work together well. NEW DONER PAYMENTS are very nice, usually $100 or so per visit for the 1st month. Only thing I think they need to

I have been at this place since 8a this morning n I only saw the video n nobody have came out n talk to me this place is horrible n slow I will never come bk here I'll go Southfield next time. These ppl do more talking to each other than get the customers in n out

After you give liters of blood they can't give you a bottle of water ?!?!

Key is the best!!!! She introduced herself and was so pleasant. She is THE BEST STICKER!!! No pain. No discomfort. Will ask for her next time.

Since when did they stop taking new donors at 1230 in the afternoon?

I was told I couldn't come because I might be pregnant, I brought proof and it still wasn't enough and I'm not going back because where did they see I was pregnant at , I took a test two months straight and every test was negative and I haven't been since last year , now I'm I have to do all that over again just for 49 fukin dollars

My first time going and my technician was John. I appreciate him being so knowledgeable and very warm when he spoke. He was able to get my vein which is normally a hard task for most. I called on him a couple times and he was very alert and quick to respond. I'm glad to have gotten John my first go around.

John has been phenomenal. Super friendly and can stick my vein the first time without needing assistance or without needing to do a re-stick (Ive been told I have deep veins, so it's usually an issue). He is great

Absolutely dreadful, expect to stay in line for hours when coming here 3 months later: still a dreadful experience, there have been days I stayed in lines for hours movingn30-45 minutes at a time, it's also insulting to see half of the facility not been used in more than half a year I've been coming here

The staff is friendly and greet me when I come in. Jon is one of the best phlebotomist that I've been stuck by. No pain and gentle as I requested. I appreciate everyone there even the cleaning crew. It's always clean and smelling nice.

John was super helpful and gentle. Made sure I was okay during the whole process ! Thank you John

The tech John is the best! He's very knowledgeable, and professional, and he greeted me with a smile! I hope you get a seat in his section. keep up the good work John.

The wait time can be long at times depending on the day, but the experience with John is always good. He always greets me by name and asks how things are going. Whenever he is my phlebotomist he is very good at sticking me perfectly. Barely feel a thing!

Today was my first time donating & at first I was super excited to donate, but after awhile, due to the long wait, I got restless and was ready to leave. By the time I got to the chair, I hesitated, as it was my first time, so I was a bit nervous. However, John engaged in conversation with me that made me feel very comfortable. He was gentle and well mannered & it helped make me feel safe and relaxed. Great job to the staff and all who assisted in my care. I will be returning :)

I Would Highly Recommend You Don't Come Here ALL The Employees Including The Security Guard Rude And Unprofessional

Over crowded and understaffed. Wait times are regularly and hour plus. It's great if you have audiobooks, podcasts and absolutely nothing to do. It's really great when you've been in line 40-plus minutes in the first line for screening and they keep letting people cut the line. And that's before you wait in the second line for at least another 30 minutes or more. Then you've got about another hour in the chair. I love wasting 2.5-3 hours after I've been working all day.

It's always a hit or miss. Just be prepared to spend at least 3hrs here. 4hrs if it's your first time or you're returning after 6+ months. It's better than Octapharma.

This place is great! I was helped by John and he was super nice. I warned him it might be a little hard to find my veins with how small they are but he found it with little to no problem, it went really fast when I was actually donating (the screening took a bit, but it wasn't too bad of a wait)

This place may get busy at times like every other business does, but the great staff here always make it an enjoyable experience. Passion is a model employee, the nicest person you'll ever meet. John is a good sticker, pretty cool, respectable guy.

Always a lack of workers! And the waiting line to be seen could be arnd 2hrs long on any given day! This place is so unorganized!

My experience at CSL Plasma since I have returned to donate has been awesome. All the employees that I have encountered are very professional and experienced at their job. Shout out to John, who is one of those experienced employees that knows his job. Thank you

John was so helpful and had such a good vibe that really helped me not be nervous! He was very gentle when sticking me and it was overall went well!

I just wanted to thank Masciyana for making this such a smooth process donating here very polite and along with the rest of the staff is very respectful and made the donation go really well! Literally all of the staff is very polite. Good music and great doctors.

Extremely slow. If you value your time, pick a different one because they wont.

CSL Roseville has a great staff that I've had the pleasure of getting to know. One of the employees, John, is exceptionally skilled as a phlebotomist and goes above and beyond for his donors and fellow co-workers. He is attentive, friendly, social, gentle with each stick, and very professional. CSL is very lucky to have him. I wish him well on his journey through life. Thank you, John, for all that you do! Stay blessed my friend.

Kiara..Excellent stick no pain... Friendly and pleasant personality Jon is one of the best .stickers .. No pain fast efficient and friendly.... Ryan on the take down was right there and ready. She thanked me... This was a great visit.

John was the shhhhhit! I have very small veins and some people won't even attempt to try it get the needle in the vein. He was calm , cool and collected and got it the first try. So if you have small veins. He can get you together.

John is amazing, he should be called the vein whisperer, because he makes my veins obey and it never hurt! Keep up the good work!!!! He deserves a raise and promotion! ????????????

Shout out to John,he is a great phlebotomist, one of the best at this center. Always does a great job and very personable..... He is great at his job and the center could use more people like him, always a pleasure to be in his lane.

John always makes my experience enjoyable. Very helpful, very good. At giving Friendly. instructions For a fast End. easy Donation.

He was awesome and did me right fast and no pain he's always a number 1pick for Danny!

I've been coming to csl for years and with new management Jessica and Jen this location has definitely improved over the last few months. There's still some people that need to go but I would like to say I really appreciate Jon for handling an issue that another phleb couldn't today and being completely professional about my restick. He's a great addition to the team

John John, it was a great Tech. Everything went smooth no pokes were felt he was attentive just all-around great guy. I appreciate the service. Great job John.

The staff here is amazing. Honestly, ever staff member I came in contact with was friendly, kind and helpful. I have anxiety and a fear of needles but the guy who stuck me, Tay, had a really general touch, I barely felt it

Keep you in line for hours, keep giving contradictory instructions... Like if I can't donate today just say that??? Don't make me wait 2 hours to hear that. Frustrating.

Worst staff lazy work ethics.;( longest lines 2 people behind 30 minutes and everyone is laughing about something not important. For them to make 2000$ off of my 35$ plasma donation.. but they have attitude of nit wanting to be here

Friendly staff ! Nice environment I have always had a good experience going to this location. Lines usually are not too long. They are under newer management as well and Jessica is amazing ! If you have any problems ask to speak to her most definitely.

John. Over at Roseville was very kind patient with me.Cause I'm a little particular and explain the whole process. As I hadn't been visiting in a long time.I had a great outcome. And I really appreciated his patient

Wonderful experience working with nurse Shaletta Smith. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and very personable. This location works quickly to get you through the donation process

This place has gotten better with the new management (Jessica). Wait times are shorter and my phlebotomist was John. He did very well and is very attentive, will recommend!

My phlebotomist technician was John. He was very professional, polite and his persona was great!!! The best part is he only had to poke me once!!!

Would not send my enemy to this donation center. I have been donating for well over 5 years.Been to many different centers this place is horrible. I have never had an issue with donating flow has always been perfect. They had an amateur rooting around in my arm with a needle causing me severe pain. All just to get differed and no paid due to a no flow. Employees of this center are bound to hurt someone they pay no attention and are simply there for a paycheck and it shows. Would give zero stars if was an opt

I had the pleasure with having Deanna. So polite and heartwarming to be around. She made the process very fast and pain free!

John conducted himself with utmost respect, displaying a pleasant demeanor and impressive efficiency. His dedication to his trade is evident, approaching his work with professionalism and passion. We need more workers at this plasma like him?.

Five star given only to John hes not even a senior Phlebotomists but hes the only one I trust. If you know this location you know who to trust and go to not everyone is polite and knowledgeable but John is fabulous I give himself five stars ??

I normally have no problem with CSL but Ms racist Morgan has pissed me off to the T she wrote false things on my chart to get me deferred cause she ain?t check her charts then today after a 3 weeks defferal I came here avoided her went to another bay she made it her best bet to bump Ms Audrey scan my bottle an tell me I'm not supposed to be here I told her yes I am she said with a snotty attitude no your not she then scans the bottle then says I'm not supposed to be here till the 25th I urged her that it sa

Got there 9 wasn't even stuck until 11 woman who stuck me had to fish around for a vein I will continue to drive to lincoln park instead where it's faster and they know how to stick and don't keep you waiting while there's 15 empty beds

When someone is taking my vitals, I don't think it's too much to ask that they talk to and acknowledge me instead of gossiping with a coworker who has done nothing for the half hour I've been in the building. He did not say hi, I had to ask if he was ready for my fingerprint and he barely nodded, no verbal response. Then the two talked about her life drama. I don't expect a lot but a little common courtesy would be nice.

This place needs to close down or bring is new management and better employees! They are always under staffed! Today I called before coming in to check and see if I'm able to donate today or tomorrow she told me today. I drove 30mins I get here unable to sign in so go up to front desk she said you can't donate until tomorrow?! Like are you kidding me? I called gave my name date of birth and you people couldn't tell me that over the phone and have me drive here 30mins! And had no type of care. Unprofessional

Been coming here for 4 yrs. Great place everyone nice, just found out amber is gone, we all want her back. She is good with everyone and knows what she is doing. Miss her

Horrible staff plays entirely to much lack of professionalism attitudes and rude horrible experiences long waits doesn't pay attention to clients leave you sitting for along time !

I only trust Don and Amber sticking my arm. This other lady made my arm bruise then tried to blame me and say it was my arm's fault. I never have issues when it is one of them. They're the best at this particular center.

Jay?Anna D was very helpful, handled her business very professionally & made me feel welcomed. Overall she's a 5*

They have no order. You can be done waiting for a take down. They'll go clean new machine or start sticking someone next. Then when I sit down the next time to get sticking. They'll be taking down people and wiping beds. Like how you switch up every time. If you raise your hand they yell "I SEE YOU!!" if you don't you'll just be sitting there and They'll give an excuse "O you done? Why you ain't say nothing " smh just pathetic

The staff is outstanding and we cracked up most of the time. Unfortunately the staff probably can't control the maintenance of the check in kiosks. CSL as an organization should try to streamline the process a bit better. The equipment should be in working order to facilitate a smooth check in. The staff does not need to have annoyed doners because of faulty equipment. I am a Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager for an Automotive Manufacturer. I understand the process of efficiency. The equipment in a don

This is one of the best plasma center in Michigan I ever donated to.

John Thomas and miss anitra both are excellent stickers being I'm a hard stick they do there job well and very respectful the whole CSL experience is great love the staff

I like it because everyone working is nice and friendly. -1 star because every time they put the IV in it hurts really bad. Other than that I just wish it was like $100 every time because I need a car terribly bad.

Jayanna has a good attitude with the customer she is gentle and she's very understanding and please give her a five-star review in my concern thank you.

Cls plasma on Roseville is closed early for the second day in a row please fix thank you

I was a little anxious about coming here and delayed coming a few months based on reviews. However, I see the staff is very proficient and confident in their abilities. Although they are not very attentive and seem to joke casually with each other; I wouldn't label it rude. They just seem to enjoy interacting with their coworkers. Nothing wrong with high morale. Update: lost 2 stars. They give an express pass for the second visit. I was 10th in queue but the express lane should've put me first. They contin

It's pretty good. The only complaint I really have is the wait times. Seth, who is RN , was and is very kind always. He also is very helpful and knowledgeable.

John is the Bomb he's very professional and a very good team player. He deserves recognition for his hard work

Deanna , Great Spirit she actually cares and makes small talk and it makes you forget you're getting poked lol . I'm afraid of needles but when she does it i fe nothing! Keep up the Great Work

John took care of me today and it was pleasant experience. I wasn't in any discomfort while donating.

I have been donating plasma now for about 5 years and today l came I to the Roseville Michigan Location as a new donor for the very 1st time. I don't like this one l been here for over two hours and still have not even done a physical all l did was watch the videos and they still have me waiting to see a nurse ?????????? l would have given them a zero but l had to give atleast one star to leave a review ... For me this location is a thumbs down for a lack of customer service and Professionalism ??????. The

CSL HAS IMPROVED SO MUCH LATELY, AS FAR AS KEEPING THE LINES DOWN.. EVEN ON BUSY DAY'S THEY KEEP IT MOVING PRETTY GOOD, AND ALL OF THE STAFF IS ON BOARD GETTING IT DONE...

Kiara explained every step, very pleasant and professional. This was the only time I felt absolutely nothing with poked. Good job Kiara!

Slow ghetto employees need to learn how to talk. And that nasty attitude of Charmaine?s to be a manager and you all let her run this place that's why you staff don't know how to talk cause your manager doesn't either. Will be reporting to bbb cause this place is a joke. Dragging feet playing with your employees hair while you have staff in line. The long nails on these girls can't even removed tape. I'll go to highland park before I come back to Roseville location.

Seth was very good and he was very understand very good at explaining thing also the process was so fast and smooth totally recommend

1 star is giving them too much

Senior Phlebotomist John, @ the CSL - Roseville. Is excellent. I have rolling veins and he finds them everytime. John needs a raise!

I've been donating here for five years. The staff is amazing! Passion has helped me on several occasions with care and kindness. Come here for the best money for your plasma!

I went here for the first time last Friday, and i was amazed at the level of professionalism from every staff member i encountered. I especially enjoyed interacting with the techs on the floor. They were funny, upbeat and positive. They made my experience as pleasant as it possibly could be.

I really appreciate the good energy an professional way shikera handle me God bless this beautiful human being give her a raise

I give 5 stars to the CSL staff for there consistency and most of all always make me feel welcome.

Dominique is such a wonderful person, very welcoming and helpful, the company should be blessed to have such an employee working for there company.

They are so nice to meet I love them and especially Mrs Anitra she is so sweet but everybody are so nice to me I want to thank them for doing a beautiful job and God bless you all ????

I was referred and was suppose to receive a bonus and had no knowledge of 7 day to redeem the establishment I attend does not explain anything and as well they hassle you into that they are right! Recommending other donar places 1 star from me

I been donating at this location two years and it's the same, two to three hours wait, I never had a problem with the staff until I donated last week. The staff bumped the cart into my foot, was rude when she apologized, had a attitude, used profanity, made me felt uncomfortable during my donation. I reported her to the manager, only a few staff members wear name tags; I couldn't say which staff member was being unprofessional, I had to describe her as a black tall girl. I asked for her name & the manager d

If I could give no stars I would. 1st, they mess up and I don't get my red blood cells back because the line pinched and no one cought it. 2nd. Because of this they make wait 2 months. 3rd. I call up there 4 days before I'm allowed to come back and donate to make sure I can donate on the day "they" said I could come back. They say yes. 4th. I go up there and they tell me I can't donate because no one sent my stuff in for whatever test to be done. They say I have to give a vial of blood and wait 10 more days

John was so Awesome made me feel Safe n Secured as well as an awesome plug up an STICK?. ??????????

John made me feel very comfortable and likely to come again he did an awesome job

I'm thankful for John very professional I do not feel a thing any time he poke. He the best

This place is alright. I went in to inquire about donating plasma. I get kinda squeamish around needles and was a tad worried. But your employee by the name of Brandi was great. She was extremely friendly and very informative and made me feel so much better about donating. So thank you Brandi for helping me out.

Worked with John was super sweet and understanding, very patient I would highly recommend going to see John!

Dominique light skinned with glasses is awesome great sticker has great comunication skills very friendly easy going had a great experience

John was a good person I like how he hooked me up to the machine.

I referred someone, did everything I was supposed to do, and they STILL screwed me out of the measley $50 referral money. Then had the audacity to say I didn't do everything I was supposed to and proceeded to tell me that I failed to do some things that weren't even on the to do list. It used to be $100 when you referred someone, now they make you beg for the measley $50. I will NEVER refer someone EVER again and I hope nobody else does either. It's not worth it.

I ALWAYS HAVE A PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THE PHELBOTOMIST JOHN THOMAS. HE DOES A WONDERFUL JOB AND MAKES THE DONATION PROCESS WORTH RETURNING TO THIS CENTER. TAMIKA HALE

Love this location. Chris is the best.

Always a good atmosphere to me

Waited an hour to have someone stick me, then she went with whomever she decided was first. Even when I voiced I had been waiting longer, no sense of urgency when busy. It literally took an hour for them to open another bay, in order to service others. Not saying it should be a speed racer pace, but have urgency when others are waiting to donate. Or having decency to appreciate what someone is doing is also key.

John was the man that took care of me today and he did very well I barely felt the needle. Everything went great

I always request John helps me. They have great staff but he's the best.

Staff is friendly and professional. John my phlebotomist is great at his job I request him every time I donate

John was so Pleasant and nice stick did not hurt my arm at all..

Jennifer sticking skills are amazing I didn't feel a thing, and she is very knowledgeable of her job

I was told I was not eligible to donate plasma and was not given a reason why I do not have any illnesses or diseases preventing me from donating plasma I do not have HIV or hepatitis a b or c I just don't understand why I cannot donate plasma and help those who need help the people with very rude to me when I asked why I could not donate they just told me I can't so can anybody help me or is there a number I can call to complain about the situation to find out why I cannot donate plasma the place I am talk

They don't listen threaten to send me home when I told the way my veins weee different and she couldn't just stick me how I wanted

I've been to this location for three donations, and each time the staff has been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to inquiries or concerns. My first two visits were marred by getting really dizzy near the end of my donation (totally my fault on both visits), and the staff quickly came to my rescue, and I did feel better within minutes of their attention. They also gave me stellar advice on how to prevent my symptoms from happening again, and the third visit went like a dream. It's great that I can ea

For my experience being at CSL I can say it was quite difficult I couldn't passed my blood pressure part because of me being Nervous !! but it took my 4th try passing it only because one of the nice staff helped calm my nerve !!! Thank you Antonio for helping me get the chance to donate my plasma .

It never ceases to amaze me that on extremely busy days these employees spend more time talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. It's like they don't want to go home. I've brought this up to management several times with no resolution, so now I just call corporate Everytime and give times and people involved. It's just a matter of time before Tiara and the blonde lady that looks like a bird is fired and gone.

John did an amazing job he went above and beyond to make sure I have a successful donation

Seth was very helpful got me in & out no problems at all my boy need a promotion

This place is extremely slow. Staff disrespectful. The lady that screens in the first booth takes anywhere from 15-20 mins doing a screen more so running her mouth(Regularly might I add). Last week the man took 45 mins sticking to top that he was the only one in the morning. But they are being paid to socialize more so than work.. how sway? where they do that. Some staff are regularly extremely extremely disrespectful, as well as LIARS! We deserve better in our community/local plasma location Can y'all plea

The Customer Service Was Great Everytime I Go To CSL Roseville I Get The Best Service .. An The Young Lady Passion Is The Most Patient An Very Intelligent Respectful Worker Who Greet Me With The Warmest Welcoming She Makes CSL A Great Place To Donate At Thanks Have A Blessed Day

Today this location locked doors 15mins before 7pm....I was told yall not suppose to do that....now these centers do whatever they wanna do...

Walked into a new patient appointment and was denied at the door before I could even say hello.Very rude staff and not accommodating at all to a new patient appointment.Do not go there!

I've been donating for several months now. Even though waiting seems to be a bit unbearable, I have not encountered a bad experience. Staff is always polite, willing answer any question you ask, ALWAYS assure you are ok. I have not been to any other CSL branch, or donation facility. I feel comfortable with the location on Gratiot, (near Kroger). The ONLY complaint I have is the amount we receive per session. I wish they would raise the amount. Even if it's just $5 for now and build it up. I appreciate the p

The people here is the most rudest unprofessional people I ever meant. If you don't like your job change professions. At first they was good I start going last November after that service got longer and ruder. One time I've waited 3 hours just in two lines. In the back all they do is talk it's a handful of people who can stick you it take them an extra 15mins after you get done to even take you done. This one female poke me wrong and got mad at me walking away saying I'm not redoing it. If you go to the fro

Prince is my favorite at csl he always greets me and supports me to do better with my health...

This place has totally gone to hell. No one at the front desk..no one doing intake, hour long lines... employees fighting on the floor. How is this an acceptable way to operate a business. Left today after waiting in line for half hour and not moving.

Hi I referred two people to your location and didn't not get no response no money for my service I appreciate if someone let me know y I didn't get my reconstruction off my two people 7-29-2024

John was really did a great job on my stick A+

John was very professional and a pleasure to be around i wish I had him as my phleb every time I visit altogether I had a great visit thanks john

Someone told the staff that I was homeless and they took the person's word for it and told me I needed an up-to-date proof of postage. I got what they asked for and was told that postal mail more than a week old was not acceptable, so I had to wait for mail to show up at the right time and immediately went back when I got off of work. They accepted the postal proof I brought and I waited for 3 hours (The usual wait time, unless you show up at the crack of dawn) and was shorted on my donation amount. After c

My experience was overall great there were no complications and definitely a difference maker. (Ask for Amber and Antonio????).

Never had a problem with the work that the staff is paid to do. The pokes and disconnects are little to no pain. They are unprofessional though. I saw two coworkers start arguing in front of everybody when there was a huge line of donors. Compared to other donation centers I've been to, this one has equipment atleast 5-10 years in the past. The wait is also always super longer then any other donation center i got to by atleast 45 minutes. I give it two stars because if you ignore all those things you will g

Shout out to Deanna, she is very nice, funny and a good part of the team.

The staff are rude, ghetto, loud and very disrespectful!!!! They treat you as if this is your only source of income!!!! They only care about their paycheck ...not the people who come and stand in 3 long lines just to get on the donors floor and be treated like a nobody!!! I had my first really bad experience today where this female almost brought the ghetto out of me .....I asked her "why did the machine take so long", her response was "why are you asking me", I was really shocked by the response because it

Worst location . All staff do is laugh and play around they make too much personal conversation with donors. They are understaffed and take forever to remove the needle from your arm when you are finished. They have an entire section that donors can utilize so that things can go faster but they never use it. The lines are always ridiculously long. Some of the kiosks move very slow or don't work at all when trying to sign in. The new staff members stand around instead of learning the process. One of the staf

John was great , I got very small veins and he was able to stick me and it let me donate.

John is a wonderful worker with a great attitude I love coming here when John is working great job sir

Antonio C. was so professional and so nice. I felt very comfortable and I'm excited for my next visit.

Dominique provided me with great service, and always does when I come. 5 stars!

My visit's is A Warm Welcoming, Professional Staff members,I like thanks ms.AniTra so fast in pleasant phoblomy,Can't forget Lew these two make the center ????

This location is much improved!! Especially as it compares to octopharma plasma whos so slow in gotta cousin still waiting to sit in a chair... Anyway HERE theres motion. Everybody here for the most part is busy at all times. Even if there's a big long line it moves faster than one might think. A year ago this place was trash and i refused to come.. It was so bad. Got my arm hurt and everything. But now. Ive been back for the ladder 3 months. And it's been all good. NICE JOB GUYS

This was my first time giving plasma and sadly it was my last. The staff was nice however after giving the plasma my arm was very sore. The pain kept getting worse for 5 day when the bruises stared to form. I couldn't move my arm without having horrible pain. After a week this is what it looks like it still hurts but I can tell it's getting better. Everyone has different experiences sadly this was mine.i still don't know how the bruises got all over my arm.

John is one of the best

Shaletta Smith was nice , quick and very helpful John was very nice and took his time

The last time I was here. The guy messed up my vein, because he didn't know what he was doing. I got deferred for what he did. I didn't understand it, but ok after the deferment time was up. I went back and they told me not only was I referred temporarily, but I was deferred permanently and can never come back. That's CRAZY!!! Now why would I get deferred permanently for something that your staff was at fault for?!

This is possibly the coolest and friendliest staff of any business establishment I've frequented. Of course the wait can be long, but they are accommodating with anything in their control.

With antonio C. Right now and he is always fast and efficient and super likeable. Very good with people. The best of the best. ????

They have a very nice staff. The person that stuck me was especially kind. I believe her name is jamyai. Thank you

Thought they were nice and respectable.... The actual blood drawing was quicker, then the wait to get back, was there three, two and half hours... For my first time... Going again, thinking about doing it twice a week...

Roseville CSL is the 2nd Best CSL in michigan next to Westland CSL they get 4 stars ?? sometimes the wait is ridiculous, but when you number #2 in the state you gone draw a crowd.

John is one of the best that do it respectful and knows how to do his job best sticker in the building

Absolutely incompetent person tonight missed the vein the first time and then dug in my arm with the needle rather than pulling it out and trying again and when I tried to complain about the needle placement I was ignored and told I was the problem and it couldn't possibly be the needle placement. I will be trying the sterling heights location to see if their phlebotomists are more competent.

Employees are rude as hell after donating for over a year with tattoos I was told I was deferred for life at because they never put in that I had tattoos. Had a vein blown from one of the staff members and nobody did anything kept telling them my arm was hurting and they did nothing.

Worst place ive ever went too. 2 weeks in a row the machine broke down on m3 .I went yesterday and my machine was beeping for 45 mins. And the guy kept just comimg over sticking the needle futher into my arm then walking off just to talk to a coworker and when one of the ladys told him to help me he said he didnt know what to do. So i waited 2 hours and 45 min in the bed not including the 3 hour wait in line. Just for 50 bucks its bs do not go there also its filthy, my arm was bleeding when the needle was

Excellent service, so friendly and Passion specifically was Amazing. Love her. Love this CSL location!

Just would like to say a great experience with passion ??she was very experienced, she was speedy and I like that's ?? two thumbs up for passion ????

John was very nice and he didn't hurt my arm like others did

Jayanna was very delightful and great job John

Ms Passion is the best,She is respectful, loveable, always nice, one of the best work that there I feel safe and comfortable to come to CSL this is one of the best plasma to go too,

The most horrible plasma donation place I have ever been to. Staff are completely rude and they will try to defer you every chance they can. They will roll their eyes and sigh when they actually gotta work and they will lie to your face. Their blood pressure machines aren't calibrated, kinda ridiculous. Will never be back. Octapharma treats you 100% better and are more professional. Would give this place a negative if I could!

Pretty empty on some days. Front desk staff acts kinda clueless sometimes but overall nice. Some months they give bonuses. Everyone is kinda nice. Phlebotomists are usually pretty ok. WAYY better than oak park location.

John was very helpful and did a great job on my arm poke!

Well I first called every real person you ask a ? Switch you per-records not good. I get nerves and go ask? All look lost like I done something. Wrong. I feel they should be more welcome. And ready to help on any? .

Tay and everyone else is really nice they also make the pric really comfortable and make sure I'm comfortable

This WAS a much better CSL Plasma center maybe 3 years ago. Now, I don't know. Profession has decreased, a lot of procrastinating & I completely disagree with staffs that are in personal relationships. Which has caused their work to be less effective. The rest I'll keep to myself. ??

The staff are very nice and they don't make you seat in the cold of you are with someone

I had a great experience at CSL plasma thanks to the staff member John he is really cool ,kind & professional

John, Did a great job on administering the plasma process...I felt very comfortable

I had my first donation the other day. I noticed that its a pretty large facility with three aisles of beds. Tons of people from all walks of life. A lot of complaining about wait times but anyone who looks around can see why. Prime area for bus stops and detroit just a mile away the volume of donors is going to be pretty high. Yeah it was a 3hr wait but for that high of a volume of donors I don't think it was too bad at all. Just be paitent and you'll be on your way.

John specifically made the experience 100x easier and painless

this isnt directed to the facility and staff, but the system in general. first, they need to pay more... a percentage. when companies pay up $1500-$2000 for the amounts we give (880ml) at a time, its unbelievable to what the donor gets. second, the payment method is ridiculous. id rather just collect a check once a month for my donations vs. the amounts of money the card company takes for transactions. i checked today, i was negative- $4. thats insane. it makes me feel like i owe blood now

Really like this location.. they may not move the fastest some times... but they care and it shows in today's world that means alot..

Overall it's a nice place. First time donating will be like a 4 hour process of screening and tests. But the second time you just go in fill out computer questions and donate right away so around an hour total.

** WARNING OTHERS TO BE CAREFUL WHEN COMING TO THIS LOCATION ** My husband's last visit here, turned into a medical, emotional disaster! He currently has a blood clot, after staff blew his vein out. Two hours after his donation, he needed to be rushed to ER by EMS. He lost feeling in his fingers, had tingling as well as pain in arm/chest. The vascular team told him his vein is damaged, he can never donate again. Currently it has been eight days, the clot is still there. The vacular surgeon said, within a w

Senior or actually regional and corporate management should look at the aspect of this facilities customer service practices. Most employees, even the management at this facility are rude and have no sense of urgency or respect for clients time or consideration for their service. Process line 40min wait, waiting for med staff 30 min, screening personnel rude and make unjustifiable decisions to prolong the donation process. Kristy was rude and made errors as to the blood draw/ screening process. Others in b

Employees are extremely nice . Everyone who gave a 3 star or less are just impatient people who don't like to wait for long periods of times

Jayanna D was amazing. Very friendly and fast.

It's a good branch of CLS's. But they should be set up like the ( Secretary of State ). Like (take a number) or (phone appointment). Some people can't stand in line for hours at a time...

The staff is wondering!! My favorite is amber she is a sweet. Kind and wonderful worker

It was a little wait but ms. Meashia helped me out today, she did a great job. She got me in and out with no problem.

This place has alot of rude , hatefull and racist people working here .example: heart rate 101 and being white disqualified. Heart rate of 100 is accepted. Coughing , sneezing and higher than a kite being black is ok .beds are not clean , i watched them let the blood pressure thing fall in the trash and they left it their ! They do not use sanitizer on the tables or beds or anything for that matter .trying to get a hold of corporate but even this is a joke ! People , unless your have zero other choices or i

Been coming here 2 years. As of lately theyve been short staffed. The workers that were there were over workedand stressed. My last visit I arrived at 7:45 and didnt g?t sdated until 10:00.They need to.hire more staff.

So i donate last Saturday and the girl that stuck me left the needle hanging off my arm didnt tape it right then another girl comes over and adjust it and shortly after had a big knott pop up on my arm so of course it left a bruise and now i cant donate for a week careless people that work here recommend the sterling heights location

John is my go to, he never misses and my donations are always finished super quick

John is a good worker. He is so helpful.

Jay?Anna and John did great very patient and kind!

I came in today and my donation was running a lil slow ms Anitra re adjusted me and everything went smooth

Understaffed, badly managed. Many workers seem indifferent and badly trained. January 2, 2020 still VERY badly managed (really bad) and chronically understaffed. Most workers are polite but some are VERY rude.

Passion is a great employee she get you in and out, plus you greeted with a beautiful smile

Not bad at all, sometimes it is a little busy, but that is how csl plasma has always been, there are several different locations, so if Roseville is busy, I just visit another location that day

This location is very fast!!!! I recommend Jon foe the pokie!!! Very friendly and painless pokes #nodiddy

John is the MAN always honest and helpful great sticker too????

Right now it's 6/17/17. So this is current. Why does this company make almost 100 times as much as we get paid for our plasma, yet they can't maintain a stable operating system for their computers? This has happened twice already. Don't pacify us with pizza anymore, we as donors need results and the due diligence we expected to have upon entering this establishment.

The reason I give 3 stars to this place is because although the staff Is amazing to me and I've never had a problem...the last time I went a tech named shelby I believe did not know what she was doing..she stuck me in my arm multiple times in the wrong spot, my machine was not working properly because of her sticking me incorrectly..I have not been back since then and probrably won't for a while...

John is an amazing person definitely knows how to do his job

This place is disgusting! The staff is rude and uneducated! They deferred me for having a tiny yellowish bruise on my arm but let the bum with bed bugs crawling all over her thru! They infiltrated BOTH of my arms and then deferred me again for NO reason! What a joke! U try to give back and all u get is discouraged. This nasty ass place should be inspected!!

My arm hurt when she pulled out the needle that never happened, all the other bed reviews are true, I'll be taking that extra 10 minute drive to go to other CSL.

Passion is a very down to earth and kind person. Treated me with the utmost respect and care.

Ms Anitra is a really nice person and she takes her time I love the job she does

John was very helpful and polite, made me feel comfortable.

The only other plasma place I have been to, was Octapharma & they were awful. I personally enjoyed my experience at the Roseville location & the friendliness of the staff. I look for certain employees each time I go back. *Krazy Kelly*

Has very hard workers , due to corona virus this center has always kept safety of the donors #1 priority! Very happy with the staff and shout out to the PHLEBOTOMISTS WHOM DEDICATE THEIR LIVES TO CSL ! THANK YOU DST?s PHLEBOTOMISTS, RECEPTION, AND SECURITY GUARDS ! I appreciate you

Everything's great !! Staff is nice...people are nice I feel safe and secure donating there... It's nice to have a couple bucks in my pocket but I go there mostly to save someone's life I'm proud of the things that I'm doing thank you

Best plasma location is Roseville! Nice employees, CoCo is phenomenal honest employee thanks.

Jay'anna D was so professional! And just overall friendly and sweet!

They do not follow there own rules. There week starts on Monday an ends on Sunday F.Y.I. they'll cheat you on your pay. I would like to give the a half a star but it won't let me.

Great experience thanks for smooth experience

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I been going there for almost a year and they are great.

John was cool made me feel comfortable saving lives!!

DEANNA was very kind, and the stick was pain free. Awesome

I had a great experience at the CSL Plasma nurse Tye, is great nurse she walk you through the process with a smile

Kamiya is such a pleasant person ...she is so wonderful...love her...
