I was nervous with coming in today but John and Tiffany made my experience better! John made me feel comfortable and talked me through which arm I wanted to use, coached me to keep the blood flowing and gave a warm welcome. Tiffany was also lovely with the compliment and her good conversation, I didn't even notice the needle was gone. Great staff!

These people have the worst attitudes , move slow on purpose. The dude with the dreads that does the vitals just needs to do his job and be quiet , I sat in his booth for 10 minutes just listening to him talk.... BEFORE HE DECIDED TO STARTED! ???????Rude , unprofessional. I only come to this 1 because it's convenient for me. I would LOVE to see this place shut down.

Wait times are regularly 3 hours now standing up because they don't provide any chairs. All the employees are nice but there is to much joking around between staff members while you have been standing for over 2 hours. It's not comfortable at all. They recently changed the amount they pay by 5 bucks less to make room for heavier people. I just wouldn't recommend coming here unless your a new donor.

I came in today and I was very nervous but John helped me calm down and relax and made sure to walk me through everything. He made sure to check on me throughout the process and made sure I was feeling okay before leaving. He made the process 10 times easier. I highly recommend John and will request him when I go back. They are the worst company ever for if they stick you wrong or do anything wrong on there end they make it your fault. And then they don't take notes as there supposed to or own up to what they say. This location is by far the worst even firing there best staff member and run the others into the ground and they find other jobs because of the issues with CSL but more specifically the Roseville location.

I have been to this location 6times and every time I come it's a young man name Chris that works on the front lines taking vitals & temperatures he has great energy a people person and good at his job he makes you feel relaxed & WELCOME

Always crowded but that's a consequence of the location. The staff is always professional and kind. I do wish they would hire more techs tho to make it go faster

Good Evening, I was at CSL January 29th at 11am I couldn't pump anymore and started feeling sick and dizzy and I couldn't see, they called EMS to help me, in the meantime the nurse on staff did everything in her power to help me, I just wanted to Thank her, I wish I had gotten her name. Please forward this to the nurse and staff for their support and quick response ????????

Over the summer I was in a bad car wreck, upon leaving the hospital, I was let go from my job due to recovery time. It took 5 months for unemployment to assist in any way so I attempted to give plasma. I was turned away, rightfully so, because of the injuries I sustained from the wreck. The doctor told me to return around November to be able to donate. Today was the day I returned, Jan 6,2025 and was told I was banned from the location for lying about the car wreck. I was in a survival moment of life.

???????? Busy place for sure! BUT they typically have 3 or 4 people working the intake which moves people along well. The bullpen where you go after vitals is the longer wait but still not to bad either. Once you called back they get you hooked up fast & almost all the needle sticker people are nice & respectful & promptly get you unhooked. Lots of laughs. Everyone seems to work together well. I was told I couldn't come because I might be pregnant, I brought proof and it still wasn't enough and I'm not going back because where did they see I was pregnant at , I took a test two months straight and every test was negative and I haven't been since last year , now I'm I have to do all that over again just for 49 fukin dollars

My first time going and my technician was John. I appreciate him being so knowledgeable and very warm when he spoke. He was able to get my vein which is normally a hard task for most. I called on him a couple times and he was very alert and quick to respond. I'm glad to have gotten John my first go around.

John has been phenomenal. Super friendly and can stick my vein the first time without needing assistance or without needing to do a re-stick (Ive been told I have deep veins, so it's usually an issue). He is great

Absolutely dreadful, expect to stay in line for hours when coming here 3 months later: still a dreadful experience, there have been days I stayed in lines for hours movingn30-45 minutes at a time, it's also insulting to see half of the facility not been used in more than half a year I've been coming here

The staff is friendly and greet me when I come in. Jon is one of the best phlebotomist that I've been stuck by. No pain and gentle as I requested. I appreciate everyone there even the cleaning crew. It's always clean and smelling nice.

The wait time can be long at times depending on the day, but the experience with John is always good. He always greets me by name and asks how things are going. Whenever he is my phlebotomist he is very good at sticking me perfectly. Barely feel a thing!

Today was my first time donating & at first I was super excited to donate, but after awhile, due to the long wait, I got restless and was ready to leave. By the time I got to the chair, I hesitated, as it was my first time, so I was a bit nervous. However, John engaged in conversation with me that made me feel very comfortable. He was gentle and well mannered & it helped make me feel safe and relaxed. Great job to the staff and all who assisted in my care. I will be returning :)

I Would Highly Recommend You Don't Come Here ALL The Employees Including The Security Guard Rude And Unprofessional

Over crowded and understaffed. Wait times are regularly and hour plus. It's great if you have audiobooks, podcasts and absolutely nothing to do. It's really great when you've been in line 40-plus minutes in the first line for screening and they keep letting people cut the line. And that's before you wait in the second line for at least another 30 minutes or more. Then you've got about another hour in the chair. I love wasting 2.5-3 hours after I've been working all day.

It's always a hit or miss. Just be prepared to spend at least 3hrs here. 4hrs if it's your first time or you're returning after 6+ months. It's better than Octapharma.

This place is great! I was helped by John and he was super nice. I warned him it might be a little hard to find my veins with how small they are but he found it with little to no problem, it went really fast when I was actually donating (the screening took a bit, but it wasn't too bad of a wait)

This place may get busy at times like every other business does, but the great staff here always make it an enjoyable experience. Passion is a model employee, the nicest person you'll ever meet. John is a good sticker, pretty cool, respectable guy.

When someone is taking my vitals, I don't think it's too much to ask that they talk to and acknowledge me instead of gossiping with a coworker who has done nothing for the half hour I've been in the building. He did not say hi, I had to ask if he was ready for my fingerprint and he barely nodded, no verbal response. Then the two talked about her life drama. I don't expect a lot but a little common courtesy would be nice.

I been donating at this location two years and it's the same, two to three hours wait, I never had a problem with the staff until I donated last week. The staff bumped the cart into my foot, was rude when she apologized, had a attitude, used profanity, made me felt uncomfortable during my donation. Always a good atmosphere to me

Waited an hour to have someone stick me, then she went with whomever she decided was first. Even when I voiced I had been waiting longer, no sense of urgency when busy. It literally took an hour for them to open another bay, in order to service others. Not saying it should be a speed racer pace, but have urgency when others are waiting to donate. Or having decency to appreciate what someone is doing is also key.

John was the man that took care of me today and he did very well I barely felt the needle. Everything went great

I've been to this location for three donations, and each time the staff has been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to inquiries or concerns. My first two visits were marred by getting really dizzy near the end of my donation (totally my fault on both visits), and the staff quickly came to my rescue, and I did feel better within minutes of their attention. It never ceases to amaze me that on extremely busy days these employees spend more time talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. It's like they don't want to go home. I've brought this up to management several times with no resolution, so now I just call corporate Everytime and give times and people involved. This place is extremely slow. Staff disrespectful. The lady that screens in the first booth takes anywhere from 15-20 mins doing a screen more so running her mouth(Regularly might I add). I've been donating for several months now. Even though waiting seems to be a bit unbearable, I have not encountered a bad experience. Someone told the staff that I was homeless and they took the person's word for it and told me I needed an up-to-date proof of postage. I got what they asked for and was told that postal mail more than a week old was not acceptable, so I had to wait for mail to show up at the right time and immediately went back when I got off of work. Never had a problem with the work that the staff is paid to do. The pokes and disconnects are little to no pain. They are unprofessional though. They are understaffed and take forever to remove the needle from your arm when you are finished. They have an entire section that donors can utilize so that things can go faster but they never use it. The lines are always ridiculously long. Everybody here for the most part is busy at all times. Even if there's a big long line it moves faster than one might think. A year ago this place was trash and i refused to come.. It was so bad. This was my first time giving plasma and sadly it was my last. The staff was nice however after giving the plasma my arm was very sore. The pain kept getting worse for 5 day when the bruises stared to form. I couldn't move my arm without having horrible pain. After a week this is what it looks like it still hurts but I can tell it's getting better. Everyone has different experiences sadly this was mine.i still don't know how the bruises got all over my arm.

The last time I was here. The guy messed up my vein, because he didn't know what he was doing. I got deferred for what he did. I didn't understand it, but ok after the deferment time was up. I went back and they told me not only was I referred temporarily, but I was deferred permanently and can never come back. That's CRAZY!!! Now why would I get deferred permanently for something that your staff was at fault for?!

This is possibly the coolest and friendliest staff of any business establishment I've frequented. Of course the wait can be long, but they are accommodating with anything in their control.

Roseville CSL is the 2nd Best CSL in michigan next to Westland CSL they get 4 stars ?? sometimes the wait is ridiculous, but when you number #2 in the state you gone draw a crowd.

Absolutely incompetent person tonight missed the vein the first time and then dug in my arm with the needle rather than pulling it out and trying again and when I tried to complain about the needle placement I was ignored and told I was the problem and it couldn't possibly be the needle placement. I will be trying the sterling heights location to see if their phlebotomists are more competent.

Employees are rude as hell after donating for over a year with tattoos I was told I was deferred for life at because they never put in that I had tattoos. Had a vein blown from one of the staff members and nobody did anything kept telling them my arm was hurting and they did nothing.

Worst place ive ever went too. 2 weeks in a row the machine broke down on m3 .I went yesterday and my machine was beeping for 45 mins. And the guy kept just comimg over sticking the needle futher into my arm then walking off just to talk to a coworker and when one of the ladys told him to help me he said he didnt know what to do. So i waited 2 hours and 45 min in the bed not including the 3 hour wait in line. Just for 50 bucks its bs do not go there also its filthy, my arm was bleeding when the needle was

The most horrible plasma donation place I have ever been to. Staff are completely rude and they will try to defer you every chance they can. They will roll their eyes and sigh when they actually gotta work and they will lie to your face. Their blood pressure machines aren't calibrated, kinda ridiculous. Will never be back. Octapharma treats you 100% better and are more professional. Would give this place a negative if I could!

Pretty empty on some days. Front desk staff acts kinda clueless sometimes but overall nice. Some months they give bonuses. Everyone is kinda nice. Phlebotomists are usually pretty ok. WAYY better than oak park location.

This WAS a much better CSL Plasma center maybe 3 years ago. Now, I don't know. Profession has decreased, a lot of procrastinating & I completely disagree with staffs that are in personal relationships. Which has caused their work to be less effective. The rest I'll keep to myself. ??

I had my first donation the other day. I noticed that its a pretty large facility with three aisles of beds. Tons of people from all walks of life. A lot of complaining about wait times but anyone who looks around can see why. Prime area for bus stops and detroit just a mile away the volume of donors is going to be pretty high. Yeah it was a 3hr wait but for that high of a volume of donors I don't think it was too bad at all. Just be paitent and you'll be on your way.

this isnt directed to the facility and staff, but the system in general. first, they need to pay more... a percentage. when companies pay up $1500-$2000 for the amounts we give (880ml) at a time, its unbelievable to what the donor gets. second, the payment method is ridiculous. id rather just collect a check once a month for my donations vs. the amounts of money the card company takes for transactions. i checked today, i was negative- $4. thats insane. it makes me feel like i owe blood now

Really like this location.. they may not move the fastest some times... but they care and it shows in today's world that means alot..

Overall it's a nice place. First time donating will be like a 4 hour process of screening and tests. But the second time you just go in fill out computer questions and donate right away so around an hour total.

Understaffed, badly managed. Many workers seem indifferent and badly trained. January 2, 2020 still VERY badly managed (really bad) and chronically understaffed. Most workers are polite but some are VERY rude.

Right now it's 6/17/17. So this is current. Why does this company make almost 100 times as much as we get paid for our plasma, yet they can't maintain a stable operating system for their computers? This has happened twice already. Don't pacify us with pizza anymore, we as donors need results and the due diligence we expected to have upon entering this establishment.

The reason I give 3 stars to this place is because although the staff Is amazing to me and I've never had a problem...the last time I went a tech named shelby I believe did not know what she was doing..she stuck me in my arm multiple times in the wrong spot, my machine was not working properly because of her sticking me incorrectly..I have not been back since then and probrably won't for a while...
