I love goin to the grifols they are very nice n very helpful. These ladies name Jennifer and Deon they are very calm and very respectful when I talk to them.. they do there job they make sure when they poke your finger they make sure your ok cause the finger part be the hurt part ??. But that is a great place to go to and get help

The staff here purposely antagonize the donors. The moment I got there today and signed in they checked me in and sat me down. The room was a bit full so I understand a 5 or 10 minute wait to be stuck. They had me in the chair for about 20 minutes before I said something. At that point the room was half full and the nurses would glance over and smirk at each other. They drag their feet a lot here I noticed my first donation here and even then I had to say something to them about their sense of urgency.

Although it was crowded today nurse Jessica always seems to move at a great pace I swear this woman can run the front vital section on her own ... She is amazing and she is going to make sure she smiles at the end of every service and say "make sure you do a Google review to show how awesome we are!" Man this lady is smart beautiful and sweet lol please KEEP JESSICA

All the workers are really nice and make you feel welcome. The donation experience is quick and easy. Jessica is awesome, super friendly and very professional!

Jennifer is great she's very helpful and informative I asked her to help me download the app and she was on it... Keep her on the team and also Ms Kimberly she's amazing person and we need more like her thanks for ur support

I came in not knowing if i wanted to donate then I spoke with a lady named Jessica she explained to me the donation process and explained to me how the process would be safe. Thanks to her I will be coming back I had a great experience I hope you guys hire more people like Jessica it would def make the work environment a better place.

My first experience at grifols was amazing, the young lady Jennifer made me feel very comfortable, she helped me set up the donor app so I wouldn't have to wait in the line for a long time 10/10 I would recommend... Ask for Jennifer on your first/next donation

Staff was great! Did a good job with the introductory. Staff member jessica especially helped me out with learning how the process works.

Jessica is one of the most sweetest vital checkers I know, very polite & always welcome you with a smile! Great customer service

Jessica is amazing she was quick and efficient. And she was very pleasant to be around.

My all-time favorite plasma center. The employees here treat you like family. The center is clean the help is attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this plasma center!

Updated 11/26/24 Until today, I've had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and the new donor process has been seamless. But TODAY they called 3 African American gentleman who were AFTER me to get screened. It was an African American lady who called them back. After a 4th person was called back ahead of me, a white lady calls my name. Blatant Racism! As a combat war veteran who doesn't see race, it was sickening. The biggest issue here is the atmosphere here is like a prison. The retort is get i

I was welcomed well by all of the staff and they made sure that I wasn't turned away. They worked together to get me in the system,my physical,my donation, and my pay.I was in and out.The ladies in the back are awesome!!!They make you feel at home away from home.Lol.Im referring 4 of my friends so I can get that hot $200????????

Nurse Jessica gave me a small snack when I told her I didn't eat since this morning and I was able to donate she is a great nurse and knows her stuff

Ms Jessica and the rest of the nice ladies make donating comfortable. Would definitely recommend if u have an hour to spare

So this place just increased the amount of plasma you are required to donate to get your minimum compensation by 20%. From 800 ml to 1000 ml. No notification. No increase of compensation. If that isn't the biggest pocket padding scheme, and the staff are not allowed to talk about it at all. When questioned as to why the donation of plasma was increased the answer was that "the increase in donation time may be because you were not properly hydrated". I guess they think we can't read our machines or those

Nurse Jessica is awesome get your physical done by her and vitals.. I love this center

It's always good vibes especially when Jessica pretty self there??

Today was my first day at this location and the staff was very friendly and professional - they made the process smooth and explained everything thoroughly and I was very comfortable giving plasma. I do hope they expand their hours because they are closed on Friday and I can't make it in on Saturday & sunday Now they have appointments which is total B. S. I'm on time for my appointment and still waiting !? What the Hell!

Mean and rude staff. To me, it seemed like they didn't want to do their job, especially the receptionist. They really move on their time. And they turn a lot of people away that are eligible so before you go, make sure that they are actually going to see you instead of wasting gas

phlebotomists need to pay closer attention. I'm allergic to latex and asked the women who was d.c. me for a non latex wrap. Pictures don't do justice for how red and swoll it actually is. She also had to switch out the gauzes multiple times for not wrapping properly. Just be mindful.

Came in feeling down but the nurse cheered me right up Anyone donating at this location ask for Jessica

Great center.. nurse Jess ?? quick friendly service

I am here for cancer treatment and my caregiver is a donor. He went to donate on Delmar and they were closed due to a plumbing issue. How convenient. Pray that they get their issues in order. I'll be here for a month or so. We'll see what changes.

The recording was decent... however, nobody ever answers the phone. I needed 2 very simple questions answered, yet I had nobody to answer them before I drove 30 minutes over there for them to possibly tell me that I wasted my time and gas. Maybe a different one in a different city will answer.

As I was leaving the clinic I was stopped by the security officer. She advised me there was an unsafe seen outside and she wouldn't let me exit the building. She waited until it was safe and then made sure I made it to my car. ??% impressed with her. Thanks for going above and beyond Grifols!

Terrible service makes death jokes at beginning after signing up

Absolutely outstanding!!!! From the beginning to the end you are treated absolutely wonderful the staff is informative courteous kind gentle friendly. I would love to give way more than five stars if possible. I hope you cherish your employees and staff they are wonderful ??

Today was my first time donating here, and everyone was so nice, the whole process was excellent, from the time I walked through the door all the way until after my donation everything was just great, I give them 5 stars if I could give them more I would.

The website said they offered $1000 for new donors, I go in & the woman at the desk wasn't friendly & barely helpful. I find out they pay $150 x 2 then $45 after which doesn't add up to what the website said. I asked about that they said they didn't know why it said that but that it was a mistake. As I walk out to my vehicle there's an employee in a scrub top & jeans yelling on the phone that was stumbling, walking & seemed drunk. The employees don't appear to be very professional & the center wasn't very b

I was rejected due to my medication. I wasn't made to feel bad or embarrassed about it. Handled professionally though I was a bit salty about it. Staff and environment was nice and clean. Easy to relax because the staff was laid back. Can't comment on how procedures would have been but I think I would have returned if I was approved. They raised bonuses for the first month to $100/visit. Totally worth it if you're approved. There's a bus stop right out front of the building.

If you donate here, expect your payment to be lower than you are told

will u be opened 2morrow? Sunday post storm

I literally had the same type of interaction as every one else first i called to ask three questions and they hung the phone up after the first one then i called back to ask my other questions and they hung up on me again before i could ask the third question, so i called back again with the third question just to have her go full angry black girl on me, i asked to speak with her supervisor and she confidently put her on the phone, and after talking to her manager I see why she was confident. Her manager li

If you are white you will be treated badly!!!! when I gave my sample for being a new donor the nurse didn't close the line from my arm so blood got everywhere and she didn't stick me right because I had to get adjusted Also if your white there going to make you wait last for everything I won't come back after today

I've been donating for the past year, my experience have been pretty good. Very loose staff that tends to make lend to people calling them ghetto. They get along with each other, they are very slow and most of them think this job qualifies them to be medical professionals.

I've donated at 4 different places over a 10 year period. This is a really good place to donate. Yes there are bad days and bad people. Overall this is place is my top choice MOST of the time. I've never really dealt with any racism here either. Everyone gets grumpy once in awhile. I hope this helps.

Very efficient in their job duties. They get you in and out in a timely manner. Much better process then the previous centers I've been to. The only thing is some of the staff professionalism.

Staff is always nice and there is never a long wait. On my first donation everyone was nice and explained each step along the way. Ive had some issues with my blood draws twice, staff never gave me any grief or shamed me. Im pretty positive it was my fault for not being hydrated enough. I used to go to csl but interstate pays more and takes alot less time to complete.

The receptionist doesn't do her job. Don't understand why she is still employed. Never answer the phone so how could you schedule an appointment? Makes no sense

Horrible need a new training system, short staff want you to wait while they pick an choose who to unhook from machine well beeping over 25 min. Yelled an told me u see we short staffed, hot mess

After getting checked in i was turned around because the staff claimed i had an odor on me which is funny because i literally showered before i came here . So definitely not wasting my time here anymore. Good luck and just lost a customer

This place is staffed by the laziest, slowest people. They are rude and it takes 3+ hours just to donate as a returning donor. There is a security guard wanding people for guns. The staff doesn't wash their hands and don't change their gloves between donors. This place should be shut down because it is just not safe to donate there. Homeless drunks and drug addicts are gladly accepted there so if you want a chance at catching a life threatening deasease I suggest you donate asap but leave your whole da

Having been to every donation clinic in the St Louis and Springfield area, I can say that this one is the only one that gets my repeat business. For me coming from st-charles is worth driving all the way into the city. I'm a young white male & for no reason have I ever been treated differently because the color of my skin, all of the workers are very courteous, race is not a factor here if you are a decent human being. I would say most of the white people here that complain are white trash, or racists who a

This place is super ghetto. It's taken as much a 3 hours at times to donate. The phlebotomists are generally fine (some way better than others) the administrative staff is a joke, and seemingly would be happier anywhere else than at work. The waiting area is full of ignorant people, loud talking on their phones, and making the security guard earn his money. If your only option is to go here to donate, sure do it. Otherwise, avoid this bloodbank, and go elsewhere.

I went to donate plasma today for the first time.. The lady at the desk was so rude and unprofessional... I have a special needs daughter that can't be left alone and the lady told me that she couldn't be in the building with me because this building is for people that are donation plasma.. My daughter was going to sit with one of my friends while I was there and the lady wouldn't allow it at all.. So I left.. She was very rude and unprofessional... She needs to be reported..

I don't know about others experience and no I'm not anyone's friend or family that works at Interstate Plasma I only said that because I read a review that stated any good ratings are coming from the workers friends and or family.. anyways I've been going there for years have even had to start the process over because I would wait a while before coming back... But each time I had no problems .. Any place you go takes time depending on how many people are before you.. But if your there when donations are do

Nobody there knows what the other is doing or saying. Have SS card, state picture ID, piece of mail with current address, and live within 100 miles of address on ID. Don't let someone else there tell you that something else will suffice for any of this info. Because I was waiting for a new social security card I was told to get something from the SSA with my social # on it. I spent half a day doing that. When I went back the girl behind the counter was gone and the new girl wouldn't take it. Even if you cal

The staff is friendly most are welcoming. However there are a few employees that need to be terminated. They are clean and efficient when I do go, I spend about an hour to an hour and a half.

Wouldn't recommend they pick an choose who they want. To give service to gave me the run arround for mail but the person with me had out dated mail an they didn't even look. at his mail guess if your a nice lookin fella you will be easily excepted no questions ask out dated mail are not

Staff was unprofessional and they deferred me over bs. They literally find any way of giving a reason not to donate. Sucks to be them, I've donated several times in the past and I have good blood I am willing to donate. I'll just go to a blood bank with more professional staffing and an easier process. 2-3 hours is insane. C'mon man get it together ??

They make u feel comfortable there especially if it's your first time

The staff was rude, and stated they couldn't give out procedure details... Called to speak to a supervisor, she assumed instead of doing her job and looking into the matter. Very unprofessional and rude. Protocol is different for everyone...

I don't like the way your give 3 different closed days google says one thing the grifols app say something else and when you call the automated system says something else so I'm not sure when there actually closed

I just moved to Missouri from Indianapolis where I've donated for over 10 years. After driving over an hour to get some extra cash to buy a window AC for my new place, I was deferred for scars on my forearm that happened in a workplace accident 5 years ago. They said it looks like self harm because it's on my left arm and wouldnt let me donate after driving over an hour and waiting another hour. I also have a big scar on my hand from when the old plate glass broke out of the frame so are they gonna say I se

Don't go here, apparently if they can't find a suitable vein to draw blood within 10 seconds they kick you out. Dude didn't even make an adequate effort, just wasted my time.

Great service and very professional

I experience that you only can Go Twice a Week. Making 50 dollars. On your 1st Five Days. After 5 Times it Drops Too 35 Dollars. Every Second time u go it's Low.

This plasma center is much cleaner and less busy than the other centers I've gone too. Staff is reasonably nice and pretty fast. No complaints of this place.

The lady who looks like Edna from the incredible is really rude. I'm tempted to wear a cape into this center just to make her mad.

they literally hire anybody these women be in there with the worst attitude they stab you aggresivly then wANA call the po po when you about to retaliate shut thenwhole place down

Ramesha is amazing. She's very friendly and informative. Walked me through everything and made sure to check on me. I would definitely recommend this location.

Very courteous staff, professional, in an out, no problems. They put your compensation on a debit card before you leave the premises.

They cannot stick people who have veins that role or all small...anything close to difficult they dont know how to deal with. Its ghetto as hell and you will leave with your arm damaged. Guess what...never had that issue at the CSL plasma center in south county...

I been calling to get my sample results for 3 weeks. They never answer the phone.

Came here as a returning new doner at 2pm one day they didn't close till 4 and still told me I could?nt donate .. pure bs and SUPER SUPER SUPER short staffed

Anyone who goes here is just desperate to get it done. The WORST possible place to go for plasma donating. Staff is always half sleep, uninterested, off task, and slow. The most trash business hours of any business and worst payouts

Since the beginning donating there have had no problems with staff I still go 2 days a week.

My 1st visit today everyone is so nice and on top of their game! : )

Very slow and ghetto they have the don't care attitude some workers don't know how to stick neither I had to edit this review this was 4 years ago I am not and have not been in years

Money isn't much and the card changes every time you use it and call to check your balance it changes other than that nice staff easy money clean place

Everytime I go I be in and out

The most disrespectful and unprofessional.

This place is nice and clean with a friendly staff. Been donating for over a year at another place called Csl Plasma and this place is amazing compared to Csl. Ever need a few extra bucks this is the place to go

Staff needs more training and to have more respect. Train ing person likes to yell at people

This place is Very Unprofessional The Old Lady In the Front is Very Unprofessional... she told me to set A Appointment After I already Set one It was my day to come in and she still told me I had to set a Appointment And Wait

Slow and unorganized and after a d hour of people passing me off and ignoring me and others told me I couldn't donate because of scars that were 5 plus years old.

Didn't like it,staff tried to be courteously but were very lazy,no prompt service at all Very disorganized.....

Jessica is the best??

Hey I got an idea you sniveling little whining cry babies why don't you go find some other place that you can make a $100+for an hour of your pathetic life

Decent customer service. They have seats so yu dont have to stand while u wait

They have the rudest staff. Most of the employees don't acknowledge you. They have no professionalism or home training.

Faster intake than the other donation centers that are in St. Louis county. Great staff and very efficient!

Every one r awesome were like bff great people. They recognize me an my son

Only have one size of needle and would not take me. Isn't there machines that look for veins? SMH

I feel like im in the hood when i donate here. I also feel like there is a lot of racisim

They cant even attend to the phone. But I'm supposed to trust them to look over them as i donate?? Thats a joke thats not funny

Just based off the report how haven't they been reported to the bbb ??????? I'm a still see for myself

The place takes WAY to long to even call you in. And the staff have that "I don't care"l attitude
