Very poor communication on payment. Make sure you pat attention to what they say they will give you. I was told 45 and 85 Made donations after I made my 2nd donation I was informed I would only be getting 45 instead of the 85. Instead of making the situation right.. They chose to lose a customer instead. I will not be going back to their facility! As a customer I feel Deciceived! 1/27/25

I did not realize freedom plasma was apart of immuno tek plasma, which is where I donated while living in north Mississippi. I thought the people at this and the other location overall seemed very pleasant. My first visits started a bit slow, though things happen. I have not donated in over 6 months.I'm grateful I am back donating and I have high hopes and feel good about this location. I appreciate the pre scheduled appointments that we set up ourselves.

Ever since Grifolds took over Freedom it's horrible. Don't waste your time coming here. Donations went from $45 and $100 to $45 and $80, now it's $45 and $75. Just pathetic considering how much they get for OUR plasma. They get thousands! Grifolds needs to go out of business ASAP!

After 4 times your pay drops Down to 45 75 which everywhere else you're allowed to donate for a whole month and get and receive 100 as your pay there you only get four donations and then your pay drops down to $45 which is a extreme difference never go back and once you're a new donor it doesn't resurface and you become a new donor again it doesn't happen

Today 4/2/2024 Freedom/imunotek changed new donor fees with no warning. I began mid March and expected to gain the fees that were shown at that time. The poster stated that I had 45 days to complete the new donor cycle only for me to be told today at the Freedom Stonecrest location that it would be substantially less because the company changed the fees on 4/1/2024. This establishment is 99.4% of the time "understaffed" because of turnover, callouts, firings - the punctuality here is average at best, you are told, show up more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and you must reschedule; yet they are allowed to take minimum 30 minutes, usually an hour to 1.5 hours, just to screen you!!! Well after 2 days of going through it with them about the proof of address they pre approved everything and had me go through the whole process today. Just to have the lil nurse girl take half a second to put a light in my eyes and say your eyes arent dilating. You have to get a doctor's note signed as to why. Turned me away. Watch out for them gang stalkers. They are real and they are into messing up your whole existence.

This place has completely turned around. The executive manager has weeded through the staff and has found a professional group of employees. Please train everyone on how to wrap an elbow so that we can keep mobility. The criss cross wrap is great. Many still wrap straight around the elbow much too tightly. Not sure what's going on but the last 2 months Freedom Plasma has gone downhill bad. Employees that are there work and do a great job but they can't keep Employees and seems management can't manage. You have an appointment you come in and you're 13th to 16th in line. Takes 40 minutes to over an hour to get in a bed and longer to start donating.

Really disappointed in this place! I've been coming here for a good 5/6 months no issue and the one time my total protein failed I'm ?permanently? deferred because there new ?doctor? says he refuses to keep patients who fail after fail. Really wanna speak to someone higher up because I highly doubt that is true. I've had this happen before and was able to pass the second time. Completely insane!

Best place to donate. I've been donating for years and have seen it all. Freedom compensates the highest, I've never had an obnoxious wait time, (I'm looking at you BioLife!) Staff is super friendly and professional. I do hope their website improves soon, I seem to have difficulty making my appointments online but they let you make the next few using their table before you leave after donating.

If my review was based on my first visit in June, I'd give a zero. The person incorrectly inserted the needle, then tried to push it way up and blew the vein. I found this plasma center by accident after trying several other over the years and I must say it is by far the best I have ever been to. Great place to go and make some extra cash while helping others out. The staff was friendly AND competent, the place was clean (it's brand new) and the process overall was simple. I was turned away because I donated at Immunotek in Fort Pierce, FL about 5-6 years ago. Apparently I'm ineligible to donate here since immunotek owns them, and it'd be considered poaching a client. Despite the fact that it was half a decade ago and this place is their sub branch. Yet I have never had an issue with Biolife, CSL, BPL, or Octapharma plasma centers. Took a bus and walked half an hour to get here. At least give me an excuse that sounds like common sense.

Hands down the BEST place to donate plasma. They are super fast and efficient. The entire staff are all super friendly and in about 20 donations so far, no bruises whatsoever and it only takes about an hour and a half. Love this place and their entire staff ??! Highly recommend it!!

I used to donate here, then had a kidney stone last year and was "temporarily deferred" which is actually permanently deferred because they have no idea how to actually end a deferral. Ive been told to keep coming back and go through the whole process as if I'm a new donor just to be stopped right before being send to a bed. The disappointment with Freedom Plaza is the new donor pay change that was unfairly made retroactive. The 100/130 was changed to 100 that's ok going forward from the change date but to make it retroactive is disappointing and deceptive. Your drivers license and State ID has a star on it. All 50 states require you to show your social security card, birth cert and photo ID to get a stare ID or DL. THIS PLACE?? doesn't recognize this required STAR as proof you are who you say you are without a social security card. 1.) If the wrong social is typed in it won't match your ID. Very disappointed in this place. I was given a form for my doctor to fill out because my red blood cell count was low 3 times. My doctor filled it out but didn't have a stamp with his address on it , he attached a business card, they wouldn't accept it, told me togo to another doctor that had a stamp. The receptionist was so rude. I waited 3 hours to donate just to be told I couldn't because of an ?address issue? , and while I was waiting I heard the staff talking nothing but negative things about the donors . They were hateful, seemed like they hated their jobs and were truly disrespectful. INSTEAD YOU SHOULD GO TO: CSL plasma, Octapharma, or Grifols

If you're 2 minutes late for your appointment, they'll turn you away... because the hour and a half wait to get screened is somehow dramatically impacted by two minutes. This place has no respect for people's time.

2 hour wait+ everytime even with an appointment.. then over an hour wait to be turned away for a low hematocrit, complete waste of time. Maybe that's normal for the industry, but I'd recommend somewhere else as a new donor.

so i?ve donated a bunch here but last time i went they bruised my arm because my vein rolled. they said i can't donate again unless their doctor looked at my arm. however the doctor never shows up or shows up with no notice or schedule making it impossible for me to ever donate, even though nothing is wrong with me.

So I have donated at a biolife & Ked plasma in the past. All I can say is Freedom Plasma is the best overall from the employees (ALL ROCK STARS), to the administration (yes Wayne, I'm speaking about you), my wife and I get in and out and the reward is above average. I am an honest person who my medicine list with was told because I take two Anxiety medication I need my physician to sign my paperwork stating I ok not Suicidal. I went and had my pcp sign my paperwork.I turned it in yesterdayThey said okay fine a doctor will call me to see if I would be able to be eligible as a donor. For the one plasma center in st.Petersburg Florida its a problem with not answer the phone and the people dont know how to draw blood its only two to three people that know how to really draw your blood.
