Griffles is the best place i've ever been to way better than C.S.L.Or Octopharma, shout out to my favorite person who sticks me Brandy Kerschner, 10 out of 10 staff is so friendly. Really feels like a family.

Personnel are very professional and knowledgeable at making sure you are pain free and the process of donating goes smoothly. The Mobile App is great to utilize prior to arriving and knowing when you are eligible to donate. Highly recommend the plasma donation center to help those who need your plasma to save lives as well as getting compensated for your time with bonuses.

Today was my first donation at Grifols in Terre Haute. I can already tell i'll be making Grifols my donation center. Angela was an absolute sweetheart! I have been going here for 6 years and have watched the evolution of the business. They FINALLY found a solid system and a way to get people in and out quicker and it's been working for a while. Now they lost machines and I waited 30 minutes just to find out I couldn't donate today anyway. Not being able to donate is fine?.waiting for 30 minutes is not okay. They have gone back to having you wait in the back before you are seated by a machine. Seems backwards to me. Disappointing for sure.

I used to enjoy going their to donate and to help others when i was allowed. I had a rough time in the year back in December because of personal issues I was dealing with, and they weren't understanding at all and permanently deffered me from donating there again due to it. Will I reffer anyone there, not anymore after that. Octopharma and Csl pays better from what I've heard anyways.

The staff are very friendly and offer quick assistance. I've had little next to issues with the newer machines, and what issues i did run into were resolved in an efficient manner without a ny negligence, always there to assist when they can. I would recommend coming to this plasma center.

I have been donating at the Terre Haute facility off and on for several years and have over 100 donations.... As long as I have been properly hydrated the donation process as usually been fairly painless and quick. Anytime I've had an issue with pay I've called in or returned to the center and they've made my payment right in a speedy manner.... As far as customer service, friendly staff and how good they are at getting you in and out they definitely rate at 5 stars. However..they have decreased their pay from 120$ to 110$. That's disappointing. We all know they will get the same amount if not more for selling the plasma, so why decrease the payout to the donors? Of course this wasn't a decision that was made by anyone at the donation centers, it comes from the greedy people way up the chain. It's just sad because I feel like they are going to lose

Good service get in and out quick the workers are very friendly

I've started donating at octa. Octa takes less plasma, even though I weigh more now, than grifols takes. The machines are also much faster at octa despite being the same machines grifold uses. I'm always hooked to for an hour and once almost two hours while donating at grifols. Crazy, crazy, crazy.

The most sweetest people u could ever be around they r so sweet and do an amazing job u couldn't ask for better if there's a problem they will do there best to fix it and very responsible and respectful I love them so much it's so clean better then u could ever ask for

I never gave plasma before I came here, I was nervous and hesitant.. but the staff really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt light headed the first 2 times I went, and they responded quickly and made sure I felt better by taking the necessary procedures. Was happy with my first initial visit but when I came to donate the second time was turned away. Apparently during my first visit they were supposed to inform me that I would be unable to donate without a piece of mail (and also have to keep the envelope too) so because of the staff failing to inform me during my first visit, I wasted my time and a trip over to donate for no reason as well as my friend who drove me over to do so. I had mail from the public defender that was dated and had my address as well

My first 2 donations went pretty well but the 3rd one was horrible. My saline bag was falty dripping everywhere. When I told them they walked over and shrugged it off before wrapping it in tape and paper towel. They told me to just keep an eye on it and tell them if it leaked through the paper towel. After a while it did and I told them. They told me I was close enough to the end of the donation it didn't matter. Saline dripped all over my arm the table floor and bed. Do not come here. This is the worst place in town. Update: came back after being urged to do so. What seemed to be the manager was talking about how they're times for new donors and current donors were too high by 10+ minutes on average. The times are supposed to be 80 mins for returning donors and 120 mins for new donors. She stated that the times were 87 and 133 respectively. She said they want 80 but I'm good with 87. This place is a crock. They don't even know how to put a blood pressure cuff on correctly. Went in today the first person stuck me and couldn't get a proper flow so she dug the needle into my arm for 5 minutes before she called someone else. Then they had to do a restick which took 30 minutes to do. By the time they did the restick the blood in the tube had clotted and they wanted to restick again to do a return knowing it wouldn't flow when it was clotted. So I sat there for 45 minutes with them stic

One of the better plasma centers I've been to. They pay well, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They stick correctly and even with hard sticks tend to get it on the first try. If you know your a hard stick tell them in advance and let them know that you would prefer to have the best person there to do it, and they will send them out. But most everyone on the floor is good.

I've tried for quite awhile to like this place. This turned into merely tolerating it. Tonight they lost me as a regular. A few of the people here are pleasant enough, but aside from that, this place is an absolute dumpster fire. I've had an arm severely butchered, been shorted on payments more than once and was recently hit with the bait and switch regarding a bonus, which I never recieved. Would not recommend.

I have been donating here since I was 18yrs old. Out of all the places Terre haute has I think this is the fastest friendliest center. They stay on top of things there very out going and the staff are amazing I definitely recommend come to grifols

I'd say it's an okay spot. It is clean. However, I've donated at other locations and this is by FAR the most unprofessional and unorganized place I've donated at. They are usually understaffed whenever I go causing extreme wait times, it's not even worth the wait for $40.. they either need to invest in more space or more workers that have some professionalism. I'm tired of coming there just to wait 40+ minutes before even getting my vitals checked.

I have been to all 3 plasma centers and this is the quickest. They don't pay as great as the other but I'm always in and out in half the time and the staff and donors are all much nicer here!

This is the only place in town where I'm able to donate with no problems whatsoever. CLS won't take me because they refuse to stick me because I have 2 full sleeve tattoos and turned me away and said that I'm not able to return. Octapharma won't allow me to donate there because of past issues from dehydration and phlebotomist refuse to stick me and turned me away. I appreciate the staff who takes their time and patience to stick with me and not turn me around because of complications from small veins. Thank

I don't advise you to even waste your time. Your first visit takes 5 hours .. every other one takes 3 . They dont try to move quickly .. they dont care about your day and if you have plans . They're rude to the donors , I can't tell you how many times I've seen one of their workers being extremely hateful to someone . It's ridiculous . If you want good service and respect , go to octapharma . They dont even deserve one star but thats as low as it goes .

Terrible experience everytime i come here .. Heath supposed to be management but stays acting like a child. They definitely don't always pay you what they promised so be careful. They tiptoe thin line between pisspoor service and dangerous/reckless. If not your first couple donations don't go.. You risk getting injured for life here

We the lab tech was VERY unpleasant. I sat in the waiting area for over an hour. Had to use the rest room and was told by Christy the lab tech maybe I should use the bathroom in the lobby. Come on in and see the restroom in the lobby. This is a going issue with that lab tech. Maybe she should be reminded if we don't come. She has no job. And to tell me I should NOT use the washroom. Maybe she should make sure the one in the lobby is clean.

I went here about a year ago, my last visit I sat in the lobby for 3 HOURS and when I noticed people coming in after me were getting called to be screened before me I went up to the counter and nobody had even put my file in line to be screened. They apologized said I was up next. I was mad as hell i just wasted 3 hours. I got called back and my heart rate was too high to donate they let me wait 5 minutes as if that was gonna do something and sent me on my way with no compensation. I would highly recommend

They have made a lot of changes and not for the better the last few times my wife and I have been in there it took them 2 hours before even screening us and than come to find out they increased the men iron to 39 and I was at 38 so I could not go through and they do not even compensate you for sitting for 2 hours and driving 30 minutes away to come donate when you can't go through which is crazy The one time I could donate I got to the back and it took them 30 minutes to even stick me this place takes about

They take way too long to get in and out now they made a lot of changes and one time I signed in at 8:30 a.m. I did not get called to get screened until 10:30 a.m. and then when I got to the back it took them an hour just to stick me they should do a pay increase because it takes longer I did not get home until 1:30 in the afternoon so I spent my whole morning at the plasma center for 50.00 that day but imagine if it was a 20.00 day too crazy for that I can go to work and make 41.25 for the time I spent her

Had a terrible experience here recently and I don't plan on coming back. I have always felt weird coming here but being a college student here in town and needing a few extra bucks I put up with it. But the last time I went to donate drawled the line. I went through the entire screening process and was going through the donation process. The machine was in the process of returning my blood and for whatever reason, the phlebotomist who originally sticked me decided to adjust my needle. She pulled the needle

Great staff and management

Just watched you guys rip off a new donor, saying he got paid his donation bonus and that he ran outta time for the rest. He went in there once in July, nothin was taken from him, nothin was given to him, but 2 months later he can get 60 cuz it's his 2nd donation of the week ig, made sense to y'all, let's see how well it holds
