I love going to CSL! I have been a returning for over a year. The staff is amazing! Today I had a pleasant visit being screened by David. He was so nice to talk to and welcoming. They really know how to take care of their donors.

I have been coming here for over a year and have had nothing but a good experience. Janesha and Chelsea is so friendly. Everyone should search out these two employees because they always have a smile.

It was the best experience ever. David was the best, too funny as hell the employee here they give a care about us. They put time and effort and everything they do. I have gotten too close to the employee Sometimes when I come into donate, it'll be like my next therapy session.

This place is a joke. Constantly being held up because the workers rather be gossiping than getting you taken care of, their system is constantly glitching. I've never had to wait over an hour for a bed at octapharma or biolife!!!

Had a horrible experience today going in the guy says he is a manager when i asked to see a nurse and they usually let me see the nurse but the guy who said he couldn't said he was the manager so he couldn't very unprofessional. And wouldn't let me see the nurse all because he was being rude about it the others usually let me donate and see the nurse no problem think he just having a bad day but u shouldn't be rude to customers. On top of that they wanna talk shit about people who are actually not the probl

Very rude workers we were just outside because are car broke down and the workers where all just standing around looking at us rather than doing there jobs there suppose to be there to do never will I ever come back to this location it's one of the worst ones in smith county! U don't gotta be rude and stare at people u should be inside working instead of standing around. Y?all really need to fix y?all?s staff problem or shut down all together.

Absolutely the worst customer service and appreciation. You can expect to be treated like cattle. They are extremely slow and you can expect your visit to take no less than an hour and a half to two hours to complete. They have absolutely no respect for you as a person or for you time.

David did an exceptional job at the vitals checkpoint. CSL is the best at educating their donors at every point in the process of donating plasma. I would recommend anyone who wants to donate to DONATE HERE!!!

The women at the front desk know nothing. Permanent address means Permanent! Lazy women. Went right down to Octapharma and had no issues. At Octapharma, they understood what permanent address meant! Lazy! Hope the people in the back are better than the women in the front!

This place is horrible due to the employees. Back in the fall, I was helping a lady who was trying to leave her husband due to domestic violence. She had previously donated at this place in the past, but it had been awhile. She had to set up a physical to be able to donate again. I took her no less than 5 times, every single time they told her she had "an odor". She did not have "an odor" any one of those times. I am an ICU nurse at one of the local hospitals, it is my job to know if people have odors.

Check in is quick, lines usually aren't very long when I come. Very nice staff. Some ?sticks? feel more painful from certain people. I do have to say, Chelsea is the best by far! I know it will be a gentle process anytime i see her coming up.

Keaira has great customer service and a great personality. Keep up the good work

David did a good job very friendly polite and made it enjoyable getting my vitals checked. All the staff that I know that work in the donation are great people too

Jamesha is always so kind and helpful whenever i come to donate. She answers all questions i may have. she is a great asset to the team

Friendly staff and on my first visit the day after they called me to check on me and my experience. Wish other businesses had that level of concern! Thanks CSL.

Janesha is very helpful and seems happy to help me with any questions I have, she is very professional and quick with everything she does. I love donating my plasma here at CSL Plasma.

The staff is always friendly and try to be as fast as they can, the front staff is awesome and very quick, the back staff always have a upbeat attitude and make conversation, I would recommend this to anyone wanting to donate plasma.

I have been coming here for 3 1/2 years and highly recommend it. David took my vitals today and he was very friendly.

I always love donating here at CSL Plasma, the staff is always kind and extremely helpful!! David, is always one of the most patient recipient techs here the Tyler CSL!

Janesha was very nice made me feel like family! Definitely 100/100 recommend!!! 3/23/25

I've had 11 successful plasma donations here recently when I go in there's certain people that cannot stick me and they have a attitude because they cannot stick me they have no professionalism because one person could not stick my vein they deferred me as if I'm a problem the problem is your staff your staff doesn't know how to treat people we were coming there to donate to help people who were sick and the least you can have is a little bit of professionalism when we come in to donate plasma everybody ain

Everyone was nice, however, I'm a returning donor and I give in 25 minutes, the rest of the 3 and a half hours was spent waiting. It took forever up front and only 6 in line but waiting for the bed took 2 hours. Then, the girl started to hook me up, asks my name then walked away, did something in Bay 1, then finally got back to me. Then when finished it only took a minute but the girl said" I can't tell you how much you get or your next donation time but don't worry. Well I worried and my money wasn't loade

Out of all the CSL locations in East Texas, this has to be the worst one when it comes to bed side manner. There are a few exceptions, but for the most part the staff here always seems to be bothered with the doners. More interested in what ever drama they're talking about with each other. Complete disregard for work place etiquette. The way I've seen them treat others is foul. Staff either needs training or they need to get better staff. Definitely not coming back here again

Never had a problem here, usually pretty quick in and out. David is great !

I'm a regular donor here. I go as often as I can, but recently I've been thinking of switching back over to BioLife with how it's been. I was here on Monday and got stuck in my LAC and it blew, no biggie, I'm a nurse and I know how it is. So I was restuck in my RAC. I usually avoid donating out of my right arm because there's a lot of scar tissue from donating for so long, so asked Chelsea to stick above where I am normally stuck on my RAC. She did great, Chelsea always does great! I come back today and I o

My wife and I went today everything was smooth, other than the employees acting like they hate being employed. Then we get to the medical physical assessment, to which we are both in relatively good health. My wife was denied because there was a scent of something that the employee, "couldn't identify" so a phantom scent. Then I was declined due to an ingrown hair within three inches of the puncture site, to which the employee said happens a lot lately due to heat rash. I asked if they were allowed to exerc

The pay structure is great and the process is relatively painless. Very friendly and professional staff. Only down side is if you go at a busy time, you will be waiting in line for at least an hour. The app is great, even shows how many people have been treated with therapies that were made using your plasma. It's a win-win any way you slice it.

Friendly gentle and fast. Love donating here always a fast moving line even if it's packed. The people doing physicals are very friendly and professional. I watched one of the lady's being cussed at and talked down and she stayed calm and collective don't change a thing you guys rock!

David did my vitals. He is always helpful. The staff is very friendly.

Well I will say this. Some of the intake eployees gossip about other employees. Are hateful about why you have a healing " scratch" on your hand or arm that has already been looked at by the "nurse". You wait in a long line standing when there chairs not being used. I go to help other people in need with the money I get. Also if my protein is low I am not deferred for 8 weeks like the others centers. After two years of donations I have never had a "fast past" but see employees use them all the tim

I have been coming to this location to donate for about a year now. Really has helped me out over the months. With everything I've heard and witnessed at this center I've kept my mouth shut and never complained, until now. It took everything in me not to address one of the rude staff members who mocked me and was talking sh*t about me under her breath to her coworkers in regards to me not being able to donate for the day. ?that's why your blood pressure/heart rate high now she said ?. This facility?s staff

The staff are very friendly and professional. David took my vitals my and he was very friendly and answered any question I had.

Jenesha is very nice and she actually does the full check they are supposed to do

The donation itself isn't bad, but standing in line for an hour and a half is another thing. Also talking crap and gossiping about other employees infront of the people donating is un-professional. If you're looking for the extra money I recommend, however you don't get money for referring other people in. At least I hadn't gotten anything. Its just a hit or miss on your experience.

David did my assessment, he was very friendly and professional. Great job

I recommend this place they fast ,they get you in and out, people that works there are nice too

It's crazy how bad this place is. No employee takes anything seriously. It's undisciplined and unmanaged. All they do is conversate with each other about bs. Totally fed up with this location. Get your shit together CSL

I did 6 months till I couldn't take it anymore being treated like im dope fein willing to treated anyway for money. No more of them upset my day and wasting hours of my time for that money they giving

Kimberly helped me through the new donor process today. I was thoroughly impressed by both her warmth and professionalism as she efficiently assisted me each step of the way. This was such a seamless/smooth experience. Thank you, Kimberly! ??????????

I have been coming here for a while i have enjoyed my experiences with CSL Plasma of Tyler . Thank you.

I was a really happy donor. Until permanently banned when I was told that if I needed to tend to an emergency personal matter it would be ok. And was rudely informed that I had requested disconnect too many times in the last 13 years. I am really disappointed in the way it was handled. I have referred people and did not get the bonus for ridiculous reasons but still kept donating. Smh

I donate here off and on, but this most recent time one of the workers here is one of the rudest, most cynical people I've ever met. This blonde haired, Tom Salek wannabe doesn't care about the people that come in and actively will bad mouth, and ignore the people that come in. If you can get literally anyone else, great, but if you see this person working there, avoid like the plague.

Thought itd be a good chance for some spare cash, the first time i donated, they blew out veins on both arms, didnt let me donate the whole collection and called me the next day to say i was deferred fir 6 months for weak veins. if you are a hard stick, do NOT go here. The nurse was fishing the needle in my arms trying to get a vein.

I really don't enjoy wasting an hour of gas just to be told ?hmm I think that's a bruise?. It would be totally fine if the people working there could properly identify issues but every time I go it feels like they're just ?wing it? until you get all the way thru the long line, then finally get sat down just to be told by a cut and dry legit professional that I can't donate. I've never heard the word ?I don't know? so many times in place like that. Especially in a donation center. Seems like the only time I?

This is my second location to donate. This is my second time donating here today. Wasn't impressed with the first visit nor the second one. The first one the Hispanic lady that poked me had an attitude and was rough.. she left a bruise, which they questioned why I had a bruise today. Today, after doing my questions on the kiosk, I didn't know what to do or where to stand to wait for the next step. One lady said ?you can stand by the red sign?? I'm like ?where??. Then another lady said ?now they know to stan

Everything was Perfect I enjoyed My Stay Thank You ??

David was my screener and it went great! Will be back

Donating at CSL in Tyler has been fantastic so far! I'm in and out within 1-2 hours every time and the staff are all very friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Some people are super sweet and considerate, even have fun chats with you, especially the people who are doing vitals or prepping you for plasma. Some are mean and are hostile, and two of them yelled at people just for waiting for people they referred to the program. Never referring anyone again. But other than that, the process is simple and I'm usually comfortable.

Everyone had a great attitude and was very helpful ????

This place is just ridiculously slow. It's not because they are busy. The employees have terrible workplace etiquette. There is a handful of them that actually work, like they respect our time. I've been standing in line for an hour and a half, 5 employees on the donor floor, and maybe 5 donors in beds. 15 people behind me in line, Make it make sense.

The staff are usually friendly when I'm up there donating or talking to them over the phone. But lately they have become very rude and come off with an attitude. I think some of the staff need to take a course in manners or find a different line of work.

Edit from first review. I finally was able to get seen and go through the process to sign up. If you are planning on signing up and donating in the same day expect it to take anywhere from 3-4 hours. What I didn't like about being new was they make you cut in front of everyone who has been waiting in line and boy howdy do you get some dirty looks and people start complaining, which I completely understand. After my first day I went back 2 days later at 7am and there was already a line, they only had 10 mach

?Helpful customer service? yeah right.

Yesterday was my first time donating and they were all very kind and very prompt with me. I arrived around noon. To my surprise there was not a line. They did the screening process and showed me the kiosk. Gave me a physical then sent me to give donation. Chelsea was amazing! She poked me and I barely felt it. She also helped me get through my donation (my blood has a lot of cholesterol in it and it was clogging it up and slowing down the process but she helped me get through it) it was even time for her to

This is the worst place I've ever been to it's either my blood pressure or it's either my heart rate if it's not my heart rate it's my body temperature this place is trash I wouldn't recommend going here

Very slow clientele yet I have waited over an hour for my physical health check while They are over shopping for air dryers and ozarka brand skillets online No one before me nor waiting after me for screening

Tried to refer someone and I was told they just needed to be there 2 hours before close. Got there right at 5 like they told us the cutoff was, and they told my person that the cutoff was at 5. Obviously we told them it was 5 and it was two hours before 7 when they close. Then the employee changed the statement and said ?well actually the cutoff is 4:30? claiming they were busy and short staffed. Then they said ?actually just call before you come in? so they aren't very professional with the whole walk in

This place is always understaffed, and the staff that is there is incredibly unprofessional always talking and goofing around wasting peoples time and it can make you nervous having someone stick your arm while have a stupid conversation with another employee. They wait until multiple beds are open to get more people in a bay instead of just going one by one which is faster and they will walk past you and ignore you sometimes for 30 minutes I actually fell asleep one time it took them so long to get to me a

I won't ever go there again. My first donation and first physical there. I misunderstood one question and the white guy there that's a little thick with short brown hair, I didn't see his name tag, he was so rude to me. He gave me attitude for misunderstanding a question and he scoffed at me, rolled his eyes and left the room all because I misunderstood a question. I got up, told the front desk what an a-hole that guy is and I left.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have come there four times to donate. Each time I've been given different dates of when I can come back and donate, or they've been extremely understaffed. The first time I went I spent 20+ minutes just to get told my tattoos knocked me out till the first day of October. The second time I came in, it was 4:00pm and they were "no longer taking donations." The third time I came back, I got told "Oh well actually you can't donate until the end of October." I asked them wh

Always short staffed and phlebotomist stand around talking instead of helping. Was getting no flow in my arm so the machine started beeping letting them know I need assistance but nobody came, over 7 minutes of asking for help and being told to hold on give her a couple minutes I seen one of the off-floor workers so I asked her for help she literally stopped me mid sentence of asking for help to tell me to stop chewing my gum and to spit it out and she walked away. Very disrespectful and rude. Have complain

Was a great experience, and David was very helpful

Changed my mind. They are horribly rude. Have given me several bruises. Lines normally make the wait over 2-3 hours. Go to Octapharma came for the promotion but I will be staying with this company just because of how friendly and nice the staff is. The waits suck sometimes but they are always so friendly and working quickly. You don't see them standing around. Chelsea does a great job finding the vein every time and makes it painless to insert the needle!

Always courteous and friendly. Love going here. All the employees are so much fun, but they take their jobs seriously and are willing to help whenever you need them Jks

I am a full-time caregiver for two Tammy himes and Joel Himes and I work my self to the bone every day for them for little to no pay because they can not afford to pay much although they both have busted there butts off for this beast system and they both deserve more than what they got they served their country and have lost a lot for doing so me being a platinum doner at y'all's facility and Tammy himes Joels wife had went there today to donate were not only denied but I was accused of making a disturbanc

Chelsea and Julia are two of the best employees I've ever meet here. Not only do they welcome me each and every time I visit but the way they handle there job is amazing. I never feel it when either of the two stick my arm and for that reason I'll continue to come.

Overall, it was a good experience. My only real complaint is that they were very busy when I was there and, while they were respectful and helpful, the staff on the donation floor didn't seem to be hustling to get people in and out as quickly as possible. After many donations, I've learned that the staff is great, but they are chronically understaffed. Hope they get more staff soon!

Jasmine is the best.. she's always polite and considerate?. Never had a bad day and if she does she doesn't let it effect her job?.. y?all need more of her spirit in the place?..

Staff here is super friendly. If you go during the not peak hours there is hardly any wait. Some very experience phlebotomists here if you get the right one. Sometimes I literally never feel a thing.

Everything but the wait time is fine. I am currently in line as I'm writing this. There are currently 40 people in line and the wait time looks like it could be 4 hours for the person at the end of the line. The problem stems from not using the facilities to it's capacity. There are 3 aisles of machines and they are only using 1. It just seems like a business would want to process as much as possible to make more profit.

I'm only here visiting family and thought why not donate while I'm here. BIG MISTAKE. I've never donated at a more inefficient CSL Center. Whoever is managing this center could do so from the comfort of their home. Nothing was done by management to facilitate a timely donation. Just a bunch of phlebotomists twirling their fingers while simultaneously wasting peoples valuable Time. I was second in line for over an hour waiting to be called to a bay; only to wait an additional half hour on the bed, just to

Very clean place. Nice staff. And they even give you snacks.

Edit wait times have improved still no logic to anything yet Re.edit: lines are to the door just about all day every day btw octa and BioLife treat you better, I've never in my life felt so worthless they treat you like a cow to slaughter there not a single thread of customer service skill or understanding. This is by far the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of walking into. -100000000000000000000000/100 don't go here unless you want an infection a blow out vein and to be disrespected

I was nervous about the process and donating my plasma but Jeremy from reception really made me feel comfortable from the start and helped me feel more prepared. Julia made the physical process as painless as possible and talked me through what she was doing. Thank you Jeremy & Julia I look forward to seeing you next time!

Used to be a great place to Donate, always enjoyed coming in and interacting with staff, been donating for over two years at this location and have been a platinum donator for over a year, this past year things have become more strict and moody. New management seems stuck up and it reflects in the staff who don't seem to enjoy working here anymore. This year has seen more issues than previously. Am starting to look for a different plasma donation center as CSL has lost its glow. The floor staff are still gr

Another bad stick! Bruising costs me time and money. Unprofessional. Go elsewhere. Pay isn't more than Bio if deferred and can only donate every 2 weeks.

Everyone ( almost) is so nice and fast. My only complaint is Zach. He's rude and just unkind. I've spoken to other staff about my issues with him and I'm not the only donor who has these issues with him. Even staff has complained about his behavior. If I see him taking vitals I will wait for someone else to be available. Not sure how this young man still has a job here.

The Tyler CSL staff is always friendly and professional. They are well trained and I feel safe and valued as a donor. Keep up the good work!

This is my second visit to CSL and not sure it is worth it. Currently standing in line and have been here since 7:45 this morning. Current time is 9:24 and still waiting in line with 6 more people in front of me. Very under staffed and only using a very small amount of the beds. Would not recommend coming here unless you have around 4 hours to wait.

I don't mind waiting hours. I've donated here many times. The issue here is that the tech rushed with sticking me. Then after the blood was not flowing fast called for a supervisor. Didn't wait for the supervisor. Moved the needle around two different times. Then the supervisor comes and moves it around. They didn't tape the crossover tube back down and it falls almost pulling the needle out of my arm. He was the same tech that missed my husband's vein about an inch from where it should have been stuck. The

I went in for my first time and Jeremy made me feel significantly less nervous as he went through the vital screening process with me, which I greatly appreciated. The staff is very nice and professional!

Always in and out! Great staff

Horrible first time experience. I got there at 7:40 am took them about 20 minutes just to come to the new donor area. After the 76 questions, getting in line 3 times to get skipped by normal donors multiple times, finger-sticked to the point my whole finger is bruised, only to go stand in another line and wait to be skipped again. I got to the table only for them to say they could not find a vein and threaten to permanently defer me if it happens again. After two and a half hours of wasted time I was sent a

This place is ridiculous. You wait forever in line to get your tests done just to wait even longer for a seat when there are multiple available. At least at bio or octopharma you can sit and wait for a seat. And they at least don't hurt you when you go to the other places. This place it's a hit or miss when they stick me.

My husband took his DL, SSC, and state farm bill and was turned away due to not having a utility bill. He returned with the trash bill and was turned away AGAIN and told it must be electric or water (the electric and water are in my name, not his). He then provided a mortgage bill and was finally allowed to donate. The website clearly states "Proof of residency would include, but is not limited to, a piece of mail postmarked in the past 60 days with your name and address clearly written on the envelope, cu

This was my 3rd time donating, the process is usually pretty smooth. But today I sat down in the chair to donate, was walked by several times and ignored for 15-20 mins. Some of the staff members are unprofessional and lack personal skills.

Horrible staff go anywhere else

CSL was fast and convenient. Chelsea really went above and beyond. She answered all of my questions was efficient, pleasant and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

David was awesome very friendly

Everyone here is always very nice and helpful. Especially Sammy! She should get a very big pay raise.

I always have a great time there. Equipment needs calibrating. Folks like me could use a pay raise after donating for over a year. But not complaining.

This place is horrible, the employees talk to other employees and laugh loud, I just never felt comfortable in the building at all, witch is why my heart rate was always high. I will not go back at all.

This place just doesn't want to work they suck their teeth every time someone walks in the door and look for the dumbest reasons to deny people I had a red mark from scratching my pale skin wasn't even an open wound just a red line

They tell you you can make 850 but they dont say the time limit then they drop the price to almost nothing. They overshot my vein and told me i couldnt come back for weeks also tell you to refer someone and you will get point but then they keep it saying thats its your fault not theres this place is a joke i eill never return here again

Clean facilities with caring staff. Short wait time in between peak times. The best plasma donation center in Tyler, Texas! Would 100 % recommend!

First of all CSL plasma is unorganized and it seems like no one is in charge. They really need to implement a scheduling system because the lines are getting ridiculously long at all hours. Their login app is down and they're not even notifying anyone that it's down. This is the worst plasma center I've ever been to.

Great hard working people who care about getting the job done right. Salem the center manager and his assistant are the ones who keep it going. Great job CSL I'll always come back.

David solved the technical issues we where having

The stay is incredible always professional and very friendly. Would not choose another facility over CSL. Tried other facilities but do not compare to CSL.

It was a little confusing for me at first when I got there but as I went along to learn their program now it's faster quicker and the staff were totally awesome they will answer your questions. Keep up the Great work

An absolute joke my gf has been waiting for over 3 weeks for a protein test to be examined. Whenever she calls she is told try again Monday. Almost a month now we have been dealing with this.

The two times I went i had a bad experience. First time got stuck and had a bruise for a week, second time I went I was stuck in a spot where there wasn't even a vein completely ridiculous never going back again.

Donating Plasma is not for everyone. Staff is caring and patient. I have small rolling veins and have not been able to complete a full donation and the staff has been very understanding.

I have been a member of biolife since 2018 but haven't been allowed to donate in 2 years bc they said my veins were too small I walked into csl and requested a vein check. They agreed with my I have great veins and were eager to accept my donation

The staff is so friendly and always willing to help only thing I wish is they had more opportunity for the deaf and Spanish speaking employees if you cant understand them they cant help due to them not being certified in that language

Everyone I've met is friendly and make me feel comfortable. The process is quick too. No complaints so far ????

Everyone is friendly that you encounter but the wait time is ridiculous. If you had to set an appointment like Biolife the wait time wouldn't be as bad.

Professional, clean, and the staff is friendly and caring. They made me feel comfortable for my first time donating!

This place is really clean compared to some other centers I have donated at, very nice people and I think they are really quick getting you out. Very satisfied donating with this center

CSL Plasma turned me away because my permanent residence address is an RV Park since 12/03/2019. Their current policy is they cannot accept addresses from RV Parks, hotels, or motels because of risk that people move in and out of them. They should put that on their eligibility requirements so people don't waste their time going there just to be turned away. ??

Tracy was very sweet and informative about the entire donation process. Had a positive experience with all staff involved in my first time donation today.

Sometimes busy but the staff is great and they're close to my home. Just gotta catch it during the slow hours.

Salem is the supervisor. I heard him make a comment about wishing he could be off at 2. I spent about 3 hours going through screening process to be told by the supervisor ( named Salem ) that I had " no veins). He literally spent less than one minute looking, presumably because he was ready to be off work. He then tells me to follow him to the front. Then he walks away. I had no idea at that point what was going on , neither did the girl at the desk. She had to walk back to get him to see what the problem w

Super fast and very friendly but don't bother referring anyone. Suppose to be 150.00 for referral but now says its points. Not even worth it

Nice place with nice people, but one of the young guys there gave me nerve damage in my arm that also effected my neck, from him moving the needle around in my arm for a good 5 minutes after it came loose & didnt take the needle out immediately. so watch out for that.

It's Sad That Returning Donors Have To stand In Line For 3 and 4 hours because y?all don't rotate new and returning donors. It's Not fair that we have to stand in a line for long periods Of time .. I would not recommend this place it's ridiculous and sad.

Great location, as yet seemingly undiscovered. No wait, courteous, attentive service. Rather than long lines I'm accustomed to in Waco...

Staff members are talking way too much customers are complaining about one individual that's considered harassment and discrimination and you would think they would kick them out for doing that to that one individual it would lead to less threats to the single individual and harassment and discrimination they should be fired for continuing to let it happen

I'm getting used to donating plasma. Donating fees seem to be different than advertised, but nonetheless competitive. A nurse hit me wrong and bruised my arm. It kept me from donating the next week. I guess I can handle that, because there was no pain.

David screen was good

David was very helpful

Today the general manager is not here not is one of the floor assistants salim, so there is no urgency. They are moving slowly. When management is here is normally running fair.

Took three hours to get through today. Their employees don't seem very happy so they're always training and complaining.

Nice staff for the most part, if it's your first time be ready to spend at least 3 hrs there

It is good and friendly ppl who work their and they are very professional and courtesy to the visitor and I would recommend it to anyone who donates plasma....

Sammy did it ! She ran a whole 3 steps to get me right in. ????

This place was super professional and fast I used to donate in FL for several years So I'm familiar with the donation process And this particular location is great at how it's run

Good money, just wish some of the people doing the sticking would follow all of thier procedures. And put the needle going with the vein, not off kiltered.

Super slow, they would rather chat with each other than actually deal with people.

Just walked out without donating. Sat down and they started putting on guy who was after me on the machine and then they opened up another station and starting putting two more people on that sat down after me. Ridiculous that you can't even remember the order that you sat people down.

This is a pretty good place to donate some plasma, and make an easy dollar at the same time. The people here are nice, and the process is very quick.

I dont ever have a problem here other then it takes 2 hrs every time im here. I think they need more people working.

You cannot donate here if you arrive after 4pm

I like the environment and donation time is definitely faster than other centers. I'm glad Tyler has more than one plasma center.

Not worth wasting your time with. Very unprofessional staff.

Overall very friendly staff. It is faster than other plasma donation centers in the area. Highly recommend.

CSL plasma is one of the best to donate. Efficient and clean with updated equipment.

Very professional and wait time actually really impressed me. I dont get impressed often btw. Good job guys

Always a pleasure to come and donate. Salem, Robert, Chelsea, and Gene and etc. etc. are a treat.

My husband and I gave our first plasma yesterday. The staff is real nice, polite, and friendly ??!

People are really nice. Great place to pick up extra money for things

Go to biolife. These people are very rude and disrespectful and treat everyone like dirt. And it takes 2+ hours longer than biolife ever has

This is the sorriest, worst plasma center there is , I DO NOT , recommend this place , they need to be shut down!!!!

Everytime I've come here the system somehow crashes and everyone whose already donating can't get paid out. Really need to fix that so it doesn't continue to keep happening.

Nice and clean very helpful friendly staff

Very great service the staff is very nice. A big waiting area as well.

This is Kevin.. Brandis husband and I was turned away because of a tattoo on my chest they didn't like... what does my tattoos have to do with donating plasma.. who can I talk to to get something done about this...

Slow and understaff hrs just to get in a chair .they need to be more organized and faster.

I love it?? they're so sweet and fast. Great customer service

Loved donating here! The time it takes to donate is much faster and very easy ....I recommend this place to donate plasma for everyone

Great people and they are very friendly too

The lines are terrible. Waited over an hour and a half and still never made it to the donor floor.

Was pleased with my first visit to CSL Plasma, they are friendly and skilled

This place is run really well. I come here twice a week.

Very friendly and caring staff. Clean facility.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN! THEY ARE ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED ON THE DONOR FLOOR WHICH MAKES THE DONORS HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER! SOMEBODY NEEDS TO CALL CORPORATE ASAP!!!

Not Such A Good Experience.. To Strict On Certain Things

Not worth it.

Staff is very helpful, informative, and friendly!

Nice people, will definitely be going back on a regular

Just don't let Christina stick you and you should be okay.
