I can't rate this center highly enough. Compared to another company's center that I used to visit, this place is heaven. The entire team are efficient and personable. I never imagined donating plasma could be as enjoyable an experience as it is here. With life being as hectic as it is these days, it's nice to know that I can come here, relax for a little while and trust the professionals to handle everything. The facility is clean and well maintained. There's an abundance of front, rear and street parking.

Nobody answers the phone very often if you have to call and reschedule. They don't make you wear headphones like they used to for your phone, and believe it or not the sound carries, but they seem to be lack a dasical about it unless you say something loud enough, and even then they don't completely remedy the situation. They just move you instead of makin g the person turn off their phone. Which to me plays to the person that was causing the interruption in the first place. They need to exercise their aut

Have had no issues getting in and out in the mornings, but they do have a serious understaffing issue in the afternoon and evenings. The last two times I donated after 2pm I had to wait an hour after my donation was complete to be unplugged from the machine. All the employees have been very nice, and I understand staffing issues aren't their fault, but I hope reviews bring this issue to attention so it can be addressed.

I understand that beggars can't be choosers, and that's exactly how it feels at this Grifols location. No matter the day or time, the process moves at a glacial pace. I've tried coming at different hours in hopes of a quicker experience, but it's always a 1.5 to 3-hour ordeal. This place consistently takes over an hour just to get you on the machine. Then another half hour to get you off after you are done, sitting there with a needle on your arm for no reason. Horrible waste of time. If you donate for quick cash, this is not the place. 3 hours for 40$ is not even minimum wage.

I use to donate about two years ago and returned two years after - if you can commit to coming twice a week it's a decent amount of extra cash to have. I had slurs about black women thrown at me and none of the staff did anything. It took me defending myself after having to be called so many things and told many negative stereotypes about black women for a manager to calm the situation. Compared to other plasma locations I've been to in the past Grifols is 10/10. I've been donating at this location consistently since June 2024 and I've never had any issues or complaints. When you sign up, they offer a new donor bonus for completing 4 donations in 30 days. After my first 2, they callled and said something was wrong, but wouldn't tell me what over the phone. Said I had to come in so I did. Apparently I hadn't eaten enough protein. So they tested and it came back the same again. Then they never called and said I was good after a retest. There's a floor worker there named Dalilah or however it is spelled that is rude and seems to hate her job! Rude staff, first vist took an hour just to get the physical done, then a little over 2 hours to actually start donation. Showing up on time means you wait for an hour but get there 3 mins late and they get all pissy like you aren't getting ripped off considering you basically get pocket change for your plasma compared to the actual market price.

My experience here at this location has been wonderful. The New donor process is a lot smoother and quicker compared to other locations. Staff is very friendly and responsive. Miriam helped me when my QR wouldn't work, she was prompt, respectful and very informative on my next steps in the process since my QR code was not working. Used to be decent but now it's just horrible. The wait time is ridiculous. The excuse is that they're slow in the back or not enough staff. I've been coming here for maybe 5 months. My friend told me about this place and we would come together and donate plasma. During the first few months, wait times were horrible. I was constantly leaving after 4 hours!!!! I came from the competitor in Van Nuys and I have to say it's night and day. This facility and staff are on a different level. It actually feels like a professionally-run, hygienic medical facility. The other place felt gross like the DMV. When you first walk in there's a noticeable difference, it's clean, spacious and their kiosks work. Still garbage. Don't get excited if you get there and only see 2 people waiting instead of the usual 20. The staff will MAKE sure your there at least 2 1/2 hours minimum. So regardless of how many people you see they will make sure your there all day just like they have to be

This is the best plasma center to come to in the valley its a clean center, everyone is very professional, they adhere to safety policies at all times. The center is strict and is appreciated because some centers in my experience don't take as much precautions. Today i was helped out by Frances in screening she was very friendly and is excellent at her job. The staff are always a friendly face

Everyone here is friendly and are constantly making sure we feel ok, in addition there's hardly ever any wait specially during the morning. And it shows employees love what they do in the way we are treated and how they work together and how get along, thank you for your hard work.

Every donation takes as long as the first time visiting anywhere, they truly have zero respect for others time and have the nerve to throw around the word appointment as if they have the slightest clue on what such a word entails. Your "appointment" will consistently finally be acknowledged by reception, an hour after the time scheduled, after which you head back to wait up to 45 minutes additional to begin the 30-1:15min donation process after which you'll likely wait another 5-10 minutes to be removed aft

They used to be really nice and friendly, but every time they switch up their check in procedures and have issues they take it out on us. I came to my appointment in time but because now they require you to also use the fingerprint machine to check in and it wasn't working properly for me and a few others, the lady calls me over and says I missed my appointment and they had to reschedule me. I told her I checked in on time but the machine wasn't working. Instead of checking out the machine or asking more de

I can't emphasize Enough how horrible the customer service is and how disorganized they're app is for setting up appointments. Furthermore the app is always out of service not working I've been trying to set up an appointment for two weeks already and the system is still down plus I tried calling but nobody ever answers. In closing The situation gets worse because you end up having to request an appointment once you arrive at the facility only for the staff to tell you there's nothing available. So avoid

The staff is very good. Always get the vein 1st try. Good extra money and doesn't take too long. You do have to time out visits to be able to go twice a week. Debit card is easy to use. I use it for groceries.

I really really don't wanna give them any stars. The staff is very rude very. they do not ever pick up the phone I wonder how other businesses and doctors offices get in touch with them. This is a business they're supposed to pick up the phone, but they do not. It is just really not a friendly place to be! I found another one closer to my house. I will be giving them a try because I do not like these people rude just rude.

Have been going here now for over a year now and have had a great experience every visit. They have recently improved their waiting area, that being shorter wait times. Scheduling has never been an issue and the staff here are informative and very friendly. Have recommended this place to many and will continue to do so. Nice friendly staff. Not much wait time when I set my appointment which is great. The long-time staff members are great, and they get to know you by name and understand how to solve any issues. Overall good experience since I have been coming to this center, just one suggestion, would be to let the donors complete the questionnaire on via a website before arriving, as I think a lot of donors would like that and it would cut down on wait time, which sounds like the main issue.

Everyone is always efficient, and kind. Whenever they stick me with the needle i don't even feel it they're very mindful, very demure.

Disappointed. They did not do enough to notify donors of the change in hours for this Sunday. I was even permitted to schedule a slot online and the portal showed available slots up until 3:45pm. However, they closed today at 1pm. I needed this money for food today. Nobody messaged me after scheduling my appointment and checking in via the app to tell me that they would be closed. So I'm standing by their locked door wondering what the best way to drive home would be without running out of gas. Sucks

It's a nice and clean facility. The staff are friendly, helpful & professional! 9 out of 10 Only because they don't give you any snacks before or after. So bring in snacks if you know you get weak.

This center does not keep their word and honor bonuses. I told several people I should receive a bonus on my card. I even explained to manager destiny if I don't receive a bonus my children will not eat. She walked away and said "I'm the manager and it will get done when she gets to it". Unfortunately she never did it for me. How could you truly punch out after someone tells you they really need all their money in full. This is so unfortunate as I've been coming here for years and never was treated this

So fed up with this place. Came yesterday, was not allowed to participate and asked to come back today. Expressed my concern with coming back on Sundays as it is hard for me to get here on time due to center being several miles from work and occasionally arrive within minutes of closing and doors are shut early. Last Sunday arrived 30 minutes before closing and center decided to shut doors at 1pm instead of 4pm with no signage. Anyway, sure enough I arrive at 3:59, but grab the door and it's locked. I

I've been donating here since 2018. This plasma center has been a positive experience for me. Max time I spend here donating is 1 hour and 15 min. Pretty quick for me and all I do is watch movies on my phone and relax. People who work here are very pleasant....shout out Jackie who is super friendly and helpful

Horrible staffing rude dirty businesses area bathroom dirty and disgusting. The staff don't communicate with anyone not even each other given the wrong information multiple times and They never answer phone calls even when there not busy. Whos running this place? Missing money from my account and they basically told me to f off and figure it out myself ????

I've been going since the beginning of the year. Clean facility. Friendly staff. No problems being stuck. You get $40 for your first visit of the week, $80 for your second. It doesn't pay as much as Octapharma per visit, but this place is by appointment, which means I'm usually in and out in about an hour. With the other place, I have to wait much longer and, with my schedule, the time I save is more valuable to me than the few extra bucks I might get at the other place.

I've been coming here for years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. It's good to know that your short time here is being used to help others. Highly recommend!

They will do anything to convince you NOT to donate. And if you're actually able to they take way too much. The financial compensation is not enough for the AWFUL experience I had at this facility. I've been going to this location for about 4 years and the staff is incredible! Always friendly and make every experience a good one.Wait times have drastically improved and the facility is very clean. I highly recommend this location :)

The first visit took forever! I got there at 8:30a didn't leave until 4:30p. All my other visits have been super quick, from home to home on the bus it's been two hours or so for each visit. Staff is nice and quick to respond if you need anything. Plus, getting a few bucks, kicking back while watching some movies or television (usually a sporting event), and helping people in need is not a bad way to spend an afternoon.

I thought this place was better than other donation sites, but they're just as bad as thers,more picky and pay less. Nevermind, not staying here.

They are severely under staffed. Waiting over an hour after my appointment to even be looked at. At the location in Orange County my friends entire donation process takes less than an hour. The staff here have always been really lovely! Since they've offered more money for donations it's been so much busier, I haven't noticed any increase in staff.

I've never experienced such a bad experience. I came to my appointment on time and I go to the bed where I donate and was there a hour and 15 minutes before I said something to the person helping. Then I get my plasma donation finished and they take another half hour to disconnect me. The workers are all just talking and talking and not going with any sense of urgency! I generally have a pleasant experience socially at this location. I like all the nurses and phlebotomists. I don't always have the easiest time donating. I am told I have small veins. *shrug. I also feel the whole business model is exploitative of donors and employees. All things considered, I have a pleasant mental association with this place and have been donating consistently for a year and a half.
