Did my first donation here today, went very smoothly! And they explained everything to me very well, Tiffany was especially great and extremely friendly! I was actually very surprised it seemed like everyone there truly enjoyed working there, that's pretty rare to find nowadays, definitely will be coming back

Have come here before and have understood the wait times can be long but it really took the cake this time, waited over an hour in line and left because i dont wanna risk fainting while donating because its been too long sine i had last eaten. There were many open chairs and what seemed to be plenty of staff on the floor but many of us in line expressed frustration that this had been a extremely long wait time.

Horrible location and horrible company. Claims to offer up 700 for new donors, don't expect that. No one actually gets that. You get 100 for your first two and 75 for the next 4 for total of 500. Besides their shady business practices this location is highly under staffed and very crowded. Expect to wait up to 3 hours before you can donate. Having as many donors as they don't would behoove them to increase their staff size.

Friendly enough employees but most seem inexperienced (had my veins blown out both times) and understaffed but thats almost understandable considering the horrible atmosphere and being inundated with shitty clientele. I watched a drug deal go down in their feces covered bathroom as the security does nothing about the transients that loiter throughout the lobby. The decreasing payscale and long wait times make this place maybe worth a visit 2-3 times and thats it , be prepared to waste your whole day though!

This company has zero respect for our time. I am doing my last donation today. Switching to OCTAPHARMA. More money, scheduled appointments so no waiting, much easier process.

If you are desperate for money, then by all means go and wait in line for 3+ hours! Friendly staff, but always understaffed! No reward program and pay a lot less than they used to. Basically comes out to minimum wage.

Cutting Donor Fees, getting rid of their rewards program. CSL is becoming a joke. 1 Phlebotomist on the floor with 20+ people waiting to get on the donor floor. I was the 10th person in line and waited over an hour to get on the floor. Hire and/or Schedule MORE PHLEBOTOMISTS!!!!! Visited 2/23 and watched a lady jump to the front of the line. She was 4 people behind me and casually jumped 13 people. Update 4/24/25 There are now less machines; 8 per bay down from 12. On another note they are taking 30% more

Yeah completely understand being understaffed but the fact that plasma is sold for thousands and thousands of dollars and they still have not replaced all the machines, thus causing wait times to be outrageously long, is insane to me. The poor staff! And donor fees seem to be continually going down. This place is going downhill, thinking of switching to a new facility.

Always short staffed. The wait to get on the donor floor can be 2+ hours. They recently lowered the donation amount on the 2nd donation of the week And, as of 12/31/24, they no longer do rewards. Donors are feeling as if we have to pay to receive a partial donation. They haven't been offering monthly bonuses either. The only thing they push for is, refer a friend. They can't even support the loyal donors they have. If it doesn't get better, quick, I'm going to bioplasma.

Very understaffed Management needs to figure it out but from what I see from the comments it falls on deaf ears 3 hours is ridiculous.. They post save a life donate today.. But by the time it takes to get through the process it's not worth it and neither is the money.. This will be my last time donating .. one less patient getting there plasma they need..

To counter the other review I've also been to CSL centers in many states and this center has the best staff members, layout, etc. but that being said its still awful because of the company behind these incredible staff members. Despite recording profits in 2024 CSL Plasma has been drastically reducing pay for all their donors in 2025. Not only did they reduce pay but they removed their entire loyalty program and removed the plaques of their loyal donors from the buildings of their centers. What's worse? The

New (used) machines and staff cuts over the last year = no longer worth it. You got to be there over 2 and a half hours, often 3, for 50 bucks or less depends on your weight. They used to use their entire donor floor but now they only use a quarter of their floor space from lack of floor staff.

Honestly i absolutely enjoy coming to this csl location 1) it's clean 2) the process is much quicker than any other CSL center .i literally come from Portland to Vancouver because it's that much better!!! Plus NIDAL (hope I spelt this correctly ) is an absolute joy . This man deserves a promotion he has the warmest welcome and has been kind and leaves individuals feeling joyful after interacting with his humbleness. LIKE I SAID THIS MAN DESERVES TO BE PROMOTED $$ FOR HIS IMPACT ON THE CSL center!! He makes

The people who work here are wonderful but they are often short-staffed and you may be waiting 45 minutes to an hour before even getting hooked up.

Have been in line for 2 hours already and still haven't donated. 2 people currently are actually donating while 20 people in line. I have donated for years and somehow each year it gets significantly worse and I already quit donating as much but it's a sign ill probably quit donating all together

*EDIT* after csl personnel saw my review, I went in to use the kiosk and it said I needed to talk to mgmt...some guy that thinks he's dimebag Darrel came out to tell me that I have to delete my pictures from the internet. Lol guys ur funny. I go to OCTAPHARMA PLASMA on fourth plain and Stapleton now. They pay better, there are hella bonuses, the staff is 1000 times better than anyone at csl and it honestly takes me half the time...seriously it's like 1.25 hours compared to garbage CSL is 3 hours on average

On 10Dec24 I was stuck here at CSL. Phlebotomist, Spencer performed the venipuncture and then walked away without starting my procedure on the NexSys PCS machine. He began sitting other donors. I asked another staff member if he was going to start the procedure and begin my donation. He came back over and gave a sarcastic thumbs up. Moments later he scrubbed another donor. He walked away across the other side of the donor floor and performed an adjustment. He came back to the same donor 5 minutes later with

Today I was a first time visitor in any plasma center ever (I'm not big on needles) and had the best experience I could've hoped for. Every staff member I interacted with from the front desk to the chair were professional, knowledgable, and friendly. Even with two of them being in training my confidence wasn't swayed- the trainers both knew the material and how to teach it effectively. Like I said, needles aren't my favorite thing so I hugely appreciated any and all catering to that. At this point I don't h

In the last year they moved all their chairs out of their waiting area, ended their rewards program, taken down the recognition plaques for their most regular donors, and decreased hours. Meanwhile their wait times have dramatically increased, there is no longer any indication they regard their donors as anything but plasma cattle. Many of your donors are disabled, the number of times I'm standing in line with someone who is an amputee, or has a walker and is now being forced to stand in your slow line is d

The staff are very nice and friendly. The facility is clean. I'm here on vacation. Was able to transfer to this location within 2 minutes and just went about my day. In my opinion, CSL Plasma is the best plasma company being that they allow me to travel and transfer to any other CSL Plasma center across the US. Thank you.

I've been to centers in 3 different states and this one by far, is the worst! There is no order at all, people lined up almost to the door every time I come in. Last time, the guy taking my vitals held me hostage explaining everything to me like I'd never done this, staff talks way too much for having people lined up 24/7. JOKE! Definitely switching to bio life. I also went today and found out that their week starts on Saturday. Something they failed to tell me when I came in to switch centers. I

Racheal at the vitals check point is always informative, thoughtful and sweet. I have yet to not see her with a smile or positive attitude. She definitely makes the place inviting, safe, and fun. I have a background in small business and years of employment history. From my stand point as a customer I can full heartedly endorse her as someone I would want to represent my business. Who wouldn't want an employee that puts a smile on a customer?s face and leaves them feeling happy before standing in a line? Th

Only donated once, but when i did, i puled halfway through. But everyone was super duper nice and helpful, non-judgemental, and i still got paid :) thank u guys!

*update* 09/12/2024 I went in line & was first, meaning nobody else was waiting in line. Informed the tech that I have social anxiety & asked to remain quiet during vitals but I still answered the tech's questions. I was given the orange retake form for 15min but waited 30 min knowing my pulse is high. Get to the counter when called, then was informed that I was deferred so my retake was invalid but I had the orange 15min form in hand. So I ask that techs (however you call them) please do better when click

Always good. The extra spending money is great to have. The staff is great and Always considerate of donors. I've recommended CSL to many people.

I went in today and witnessed 3 people needing to get fanned and cold compresses because they had the phlebotomist Jessica. Everyone else is very nice especially Erica! Just a warning to NOT let Erica poke you.

It was my first time donating. I ended up spending 4 hours there, which is a long time, but considering the enormous number of people who go there, I was impressed with how nice and patient everyone there was! Not a super comfortable thing to do, donating plasma, but the people at this clinic make it as comfortable as possible. And you get paid! Which is awesome.

My experience with this location was a positive one. Everyone on staff was very friendly and made the time spent there enjoyable. My initial appointment was VERY thorough (for good reason) and took about 2.5 hours start to finish. The staff happily answered all of my questions and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I'm hopeful that my 2nd visit will go just as smoothly.

Been coming for awhile and always something nurse don't show up stuck out front to wait on Christmas time hard for everybody but sounds to me sense Larry gone everything went down hill sad but I guess i got to find a new center

First time giving plasma, and I didn't know what to expect. I showed up right at 7am, but I missed the sign for "First Time Donors" at the front (directly to the right when you enter the building), so my first time in-processing took longer than it should. However, everyone was very nice and quick to respond, telling me how long things should take and really taking time to be personable and friendly while explaining every part of the process and answering any questions I had. I'm sad I didn't make note o

I went in and asked questions before I intended to donate and the gentleman was very informative. I went back in on 7-20-21 for my first donation. The process is easy and my first draw was successfully completed. Every person I came in contact was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The center was clean and I felt very safe while donating. Expect to stay approximately 3 hours the day you first come in. The whole process was awesome and I plan to donate 2x a week. I was totally impressed.

To those who are donating for the first time, or if it's been longer than 6 months since you've been, expect to be there about 3-4 hours. The staff all seemed really nice. The donation itself was quick and easy! Got paid for it before I even left the building.

This place needs to give more attention to donors. It's decent but there's the problem of long wait time. I've donated 4 times already but on a couple of times I left before checking in because there were about 15 donors in line which means about an hour of waiting. On the other hand, there are at least ten available beds but they don't open them. I believe it's better to keep the number of donors increasing and the wait time decreasing. At another plasma donation center I used to spend about 15 minutes fro

My experience has been very good very attentive staff, and very nice, greeting you and thanking you for donating, i would recommend all to share the experience that has me going back .

Overall had a first great experience. The Initial visit takes much longer than the rest of the visits because they have to have you read disclosures, watch a video, and do your health background. Once you are donating the process runs pretty quickly, especially if you have hydrated lots prior. The staff was super nice and in great spirits.

Someone stole the money off of my card and then they pawn you off to the card company which doesn't help.

Getting registered for the first donation took a while, but as soon as that finished everyone was super quick! The stick was very easy and the donation went quick. My disconnect was also very easy and I appreciated that she told me what day I could come back so I already knew! All of the staff members I met were super sweet.

EDIT: They agreed to pay me the following day when I called in Short story is they'll scam you out of promised bonus pay, even if your name is on a plaque on the wall for loyalty. I've been consistently coming here twice a week since 2019. Multiple staff and management promised me on two separate occasions that I'd receive bonus pay for 8 donations in September. The app said it wouldn't count August 31st, which was in the same donation week. Management specifically said they'd include my last day of Augus

Past few times I've come there's only been 12 beds open out over 36. It's a clean facility but when the wait time is over two hours before even getting to the donation floor, the payout just isn't worth my time anymore unfortunately.

I am highly disappointed. I have attempted to come in now 3 separate occasions. Early, midday and a few hrs before closing which I called to make sure I could come in and would be seen since i had to have a physical because I have not been here for over 6 months. The first time I was turned away because I was told they had too many new donors, the second because it was a holiday and the man told me they were trying not to have a busy schedule because they want to get out on time and they had a long line? to

I would just like to compliment this location, for its above and beyond, dedicated, hard working and upbeat staff. My intake was quick, I was in a bed before I even knew what was happening. I want to especially give a shout out to Sariah. She was friendly in nature and really impressed me with her professionalism, as well as her ability to have fun with her coworkers in what can sometimes be a hectic work environment. She really made the experience overall just amazing. You're lucky to have staff as dedicat

I had a great experience on my first visit, the entire staff was very helpful. Everything was explained slow and clearly. Took a little longer than expected but they were pretty busy that day so I have no complaints.

The whole experience was wonderful. I was nervous prior to going in but from the time the reception staff greeted me until I left after my first donation, all the staff was kind, helpful and very reassuring. The facility was very clean, bright, and welcoming. I will recommend this place to others for sure!

My first time donating at this plasma center and I really enjoyed my experience. I've donated at other places and I was really impressed with how organized this place is. The new donor process takes awhile but they try to make it as seemless as possible as you move from one stage to the other. They are through in their work and make sure you understand everything about donating. Staff here were all very friendly and helpful. Really made my experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place if you

Wonderful location, phenomenal staff. Always positive, patient and professional no matter how busy they may get. I have seen them communicate wonderfully with each other and really work as a team to cover each other's backs and help everyone move along smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend coming in!

I really enjoyed my experience. The staff was very nice (and patient), they got me right in for my evaluation, and made everything run very smoothly.. When they took me back for donation, they explained everything completely! I will definitely go back!

Very jovial staff on site it went very smoothly and they were all very nice. They made my first visit easy and welcoming. I am only shorting them the fifth star because the app and their computer system doesn't link up and after doing it all on the app I had to fill out the information onsite as well. I will donate here again.

Friendly and clean place. Staff is helpful about wait times and understanding. Good attitudes mostly all around. I do prefer this place to a lot of others. Guy who poked me the first time did a 15/10 job If I hadn't known it was happening I wouldn't have figured it had.

Great place to donate very nice people, I just feel they need to hire more people. If all the stations in the front were managed and all the tables in the back were being used they would have way better wait times, and could move a lot more people through the center. Just a thought.

The staff here are all extremely friendly. I'm uneasy with needles but the phlebotomists were really helpful and explained each step my first time. Definitely recommend if you're in a pinch financially and need a few extra bucks!

They are super friendly and accommodating! I forgot my phone charger so an employee let me use hers, and when I had abnormal wait times due to a system malfunction, they made it up to me without me even asking. I like this place a lot (:

The staff here made my experience pretty easy from start to finish since they had enough staffing available. I was told they recently increased their staff again and it really showed. Even though I had to complete the new donor process I never felt like I was waiting around for long periods to be helped through the next step of the process. I definitely recommend the Vancouver CSL site.

This is the 2nd place I've donated plasma and it's definitely faster than the first. The lines can seem overwhelming long sometimes but they really do get people in and out pretty fast. Know you're probably going to be here 2 hours. I live right near a plasma place but I feel like they're so slow and I much prefer this location so I drive the 15 minutes to get here. Great staff, very knowledgeable, they get you in as fast as they can!

Good experience here. Staff were professional, pleasant and even humorous at times. The first time process was faster than they indicated. I was confident in the staff ability and from start to end it all went well.

Great place. Staff is pretty great except for one of there employees Keinan. (probably incorrect spelling) He's always very rude and aggressive to me, but friendly to other donors and his coworkers. I will be avoiding him from now on. As should you.

I've donated at this plasma center on and off for several years. The staff is friendly, safe, and most importantly sanitary.

Just made my first donation, the process took about 5 hours from beginning to end because they were short staffed. All of the staff were very nice and helpful, and it the actual donating part didn't hurt like I thought it might. This is a good way to make some extra money if you have a few hours to spare each week.

What a great first and second experience!! The staff was very friendly and super helpful with all the information that they are provided. When you are a first time donor you wanna make sure you have some time to spare. It took around 3 hours for my first donation process. That included me getting signed up, a small physical, and getting the plasma removed. The second time being a donor it went faster. I was able to just check in and get my vitals and get in line to start the donation process. The after eff

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. An absolutely atrocious interaction with the staff. Horrible wait times. Treated with every bit of disrespect and disregard. Front desk lady named Veronica is a real piece of work. Called me a liar to my face and made me rewatch the 15 minute video I had already watched because she didn't believe me. This is after a relapsed (new) donor program where you'd think they'd take extra care of you. Staff all had horrible attitudes and talked amongst themselves more than they attended to do

Bad customer service, Andy is one sarcastic controlling individual, someone needs to knock her off her high horse. She runs things like she owns the place, everything is her way or the Highway. Corporate or her boss need to keep an eye on her, won't be coming back here. She needs to learn to stay in her place , and just do her job. She picks and chooses who she wants to be nice too. And rude, strict and controlling with others.

I went in early and the whole process for my first visit felt like around 2 hours - really fast as far as plasma donation goes, especially on the first visit (I went in about an hour after they opened). The staff were also friendly and easy to talk to.

Friendly and helpful staff! Made me feel at ease and comfortable going through my first donation, which can seem initially scary. It was a great opportunity to contribute to a worthwhile cause and help save human lives down the road. Definitely would recommend trying for yourself!

I had an amazing experience! They were so helpful and informative for my first donation. The staff made it easy and fast going and made me feel super comfortable!

If I see Gary working all my worries go away! He is such a professional and very outstanding at what he does. Gary Makes me feel so comfortable, he is so attentive and alert for everyone. Pretty much a guardian angel of this place. I do really like everyone there. Everyone is Very nice and friendly! The place is clean and I haven't had a bad experience at all.

I was really scared my first time coming in but the staff made me completely comfortable. They say with me and discussed each one of my questions in depth which made it so much easier for me to be less scared! In the end I was scared for no reason as it didn't hurt at all!

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facility itself was very organized and flowed well. I didn't feel lost or out of place. I plan on making this a regular place for me to donate, and would recommend you check them out as well.

This is my second time starting my journey donating. Each time everyone is so sweet and kind. For as busy as they all are you'd never know. Makes the process so much easier. Veronica is always ALWAYS the best and sweetest!

came back after a couple of years & was glad to see they updated their new donor process. can watch video on phone & answer health screening questions on app now. so much more convenient. happy to see some of the same people are still there. would definitely recommend.

I haven't donated plasma in over 6 years, so I've forgotten the entire process. The staff were so courteous and helpful asked me through each step, and told me what to expect next. They even took the time to show me the app and how to use it. The stick was great and my entire procedure went flawlessly. I'm looking forward to my next donation!

I have been to the different plasma donation centers in my area and this location is the best by far. From the screening process, to the donation process and everything in between, the staff is the friendliest, fastest and the most intelligent. Kaela, Sarina and Ashley G. do an incredible job during the injection process. They are gifted phlebotomists and are able to stick me with little to no pain whatsoever. They have been really great from the very beginning and they truly deserve a raise. When i was new

My first time donating since 2014. Had the physical n signing up. I was nervous but everyone was friendly I finally relaxed, every single worker was so kind. Thank you to all who work at mill plain Csl. You are all awesome!

Honestly, this place is great! They are always striving to do better and make your experience wonderful. You are in good hands and can't go wrong here! I've been here multiple different times and haven't been back for 3 years (due to work and time) and it's still just as great, if not better!

WARNING! do not come here if you are not able to give 3 to 4 hrs of your time. Staff is painfully slow! 3 to 4 hrs is when they are not busy! Or during "green" time. Plan for 4 to 5 hrs when they are busy! Time is money, I would donate more if it didn't take so long to get through! Im sure alot more people would donate more if the staff picked up the pace! Or if they had more staff. It use to be quicker but now, it takes half my day away just to donate! It just not worth it anymore! I heard admin people com

They seem nice but CSL isn't my favorite place to donate at all. Everything was done rather impatiently and when I asked to go to the restroom between sticks (because they messed up my arm) I was told I could go and when I came back they I was deferred because I left the bed and had to leave the facility. Everything was clean though so if that's what you're looking for then great.

First time donating and overall had a great experience. Friendly staff, easy process, clean facility. Staff made me feel comfortable & safe for a first timer. Will be back.

First timer. AWESOME, informational staff-start to finish. Allow Hours for your initial visit. Don't wait too long after eating to donate, and Yes, drink plenty of water! New rate of $100 for 1st visit. (2/2022) Would give them more stars if possible.

Staff are very experienced, friendly and all around amazing. Wait times can be a bit long with the after work rush, but they do the best they can to make sure everyone gets through in a timely manner.

Very thorough screening process. I felt 100% in capable hands. The only thing that kept me from five stars was that you have to call multiple times before anyone answers the phone. Perhaps they should have a dedicated person for phones.

I just came back from my first donation. The staff was very welcoming, pleasant, informative, and efficient. The facility was very well laid out and clean. I thought it was a very good experience.

I have donated several times and have had a great experience on each visit. The staff is friendly and professional. Erin, Sabrina, Elizabeth, and Michael were all very helpful in getting me through the process. The wait times can be a bit long, but if you go early, it isn't a problem.

Veronica was so fun to do intake with. She has great communication and a personality that Made me forgot I was at a plasma donation center. The facility was so clean, and organized. Lauren made it painless to get set up and made sure all my info was correct before going further.

They are supposed to open at 7 but NEVER have beds set up making people wait excessive times in the am due to their lack of set up.

I've been donating here for about 4 or 5 years now. Took a 1 year break, now I'm back and it's still running so smoothly. Love the staffs friendliness, even though I know with the influx of donators they are very tired. You'd never know, they're just too stellar.

The staff are wonderful! They are very attentive to the needs of donors! I would recommend this location to anyone interested in donating plasma, especially those new to the process entirely. They have quelled my anxieties about being a new donor and have made it a pleasant experience overall.

Donated for the 1st time. Process from sign in to completion for my 1st visit including all the paperwork and video was 3 hours and 15 mins. Was told next visit will be faster. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy procedure.

Today I donated plasma for the first time at CSL, previously I had a pretty traumatic experience at another donation center 3 years previously. The man who greeted me at the door was so kind, the person who found me after I had not known where to go after reading my packet was also so nice and kind, I kept thinking to myself ?this will probably be the last nice person I see before everyone starts to seem like they don't care? and that point was never reached tonight. I am astounded by the quality of kindnes

Had my first donation the other day. Was told it would take over 3 hours, but I was in and out in less than that! Staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable all around (can't say that about some other companies I've donated with). Looking forward to going back!

This place is extremely slow when it comes to new donors. My fiance was there for three in a half hours the first time and then I went a different day and was there for almost five hours. Other then tje new donor process this place is great. We love donating just wish the first day hadn't taken so long. They definitely have staffing issues and need help but they are friendly and you get paid as soon as you walk out the door

Great staff, some of the floor staff doesn't seem to know how to insert the needle super well. But luckily there are other more experienced staff there to help them out. Otherwise, the whole experience is always pretty easy to go through.

Such an awesome, outstanding place! Staff is very sweet and patient. And they make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I recommend this place 1000x over!

This is a really good plasma donation center. Staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is will kept and i always see the staff just cleaning, stocking and helping donors. The only recommendation i would have is to do appointments. It makes no sense to have people wait in a line for a long time, when the appointments could be scheduled and donors arrive at the scheduled time.

This place was great! I went in and registered and got through the paperwork, consent video and initial exam within 1 1/2 hours. my donation took about 40 minutes and I was paid 50.00! which is way more then the other donation centers I have donated at in the past. At Biomat it took 6 hours just to register and here it was super quick. I also was happy that I was able to donate the same day. Other places I've gone to made you give a sample of blood for testing and then told you to come back a week later. C

Stay away from here. They are only able to stick you less than 50% of the time. They have untrained phlebotomists working there and some are really rude when they can't stick you. There's other places to donate and pay better. Enter at your own risk is what their motto is.

In the 3 times I have been there I've had a decent experience. The first initial set up of your profile takes the longest. I never had an issue with anything other than when I was inside the initial intake room, I thought my conversation was going to be confidential. As the nurse was asking me about ear piercings another nurse popped her head in because she thought the question was to be separate from the prior. Other than that everyone was really nice, after getting all checked in they move you to the fro

I went for my first time today and it was quick and painless! The staff was very speedy and efficient. Very informative and one of the best customer service experiences I've had in an establishment in a very long time. I highly recommend going there ??

Very clean place with nice employees. Everything is efficient once you get past the first donation. The first donation takes a really long time to get registered. Other than that it's great.

Love coming to this locating evryone is so nice and im usually only there for an hour at any other location its really packed and there for more then 2 hours

Well today was a total waste of time. I wish they would tell people ahead of time the list of medications that they don't allow. I admitted to taking kratom daily and they refused to allow me to donate. So yeah if you take kratom of any sort don't waste your time trying to donate. Oh and my permanent deferral didn't happen until 2 hours after I arrived and began the process. That severely sucked! On the other hand staff were extremely nice and professional! Wish I could've been able to donate but ???????

Get in here, man. This donation center is legit my happy place. There's a positive vibe and energy waiting for you to complement the life saving that goes down. It doesn't take as long as it's perceived to. In my opinion time is an aspect to consider, but not the main focus- is the watched pot boiling? Just come prepared to entertain your brain during the wait - talking to people is a grand idea IMO. Doing better now, but for a time CSL was the only place I knew to provide human interaction. You should see

Really wish we would've read these reviews first. As with the rest of the reviews here, my girlfriend and i felt like none of the staff is professional or seem to even be qualified to do this kind of work at this specific facility. They wore their gloves everywhere, touching everything, not changing them when getting a new person in their booth for pre-screen where they prick your finger and check vitals. We made sure, double checked, read EVERYTHING we were provided because this was our first time donating

I like the staff at CSL Plasma. It's a lengthy first time donor experience, but that's to be expected with paperwork and video and physical. Plan on drinking lots of water before and after you go - also eat a balanced meal with plenty of iron and protein w/not a lot of fats. No caffeine or nicotine is good the day of either. After your first couple times I'm told the process can be as quick as 35-45 mins. Well worth it for getting paid to help out people in need, seriously!

Excellent facility, immaculate. Outstanding, well-trained staff. Everyone is so friendly and works very hard. I've been going to the Mill Plain location twice a week since August 2018 and have NEVER had anything less than a good experience. Donating saves lives. No better way to spend your time.

I was so nervous to donate plasma but I really needed the money and I liked the idea that it helps people. The new donor process is a bit long but the entire staff is friendly and thorough, and they helped relieve my anxiety about the process. After the donation, I got the money immediately and will be back to donate again frequently. I recommend having a big meal before going in, and I love the Vancouver location, its clean!

Reading some of the other reviews, I felt compelled to add mine. A lot of the reviews here say things about rude staff, or long wait times. Here's what I have to say about that. The wait times can be long, especially your first donation. My first time took me about two and a half hours start to finish. That's because of the screening process in setting up an account and what not. After that my longest time was about an hour and 40 minutes. Which is a considerable amount of time, but the time of day you come

The staff is great. The people that work the donation are cool. Willing to make sure you're comfortable to be able to donate. Front end staff are really friendly. Just great location.

I had a pleasant experience as a first time donor at the Mill Plain donation center. All the staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. They explained procedures very clearly and were extremely attentive during the donation process. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking to introduce themselves to the great contribution of plasma donations!

The phlebotomists are almost all friendly and kind. I have a needle phobia I'm trying to conquer and they've been as helpful and accommodating as possible. The pay is worth it and the process and system are efficient! I have a consistently positive experience.

My wife and I used to go to CSL plasma in Indianapolis, IN and they took great care of us. As of the CSL Plasma here in Vancouver, WA, not so much. HORRIBLE service starting from the moment we came in. It took them 15-20 minutes for them to finally assist us, no one was in the front and they had to jump from their booth to the front desk to try to assist us. Then after filling the paper and watching the video we had the screen process and the woman had to jump back and fourth in between the booth to assist

Today was my first donor experience, and everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. The process does take some time but honestly, I appreciate the thoroughness of your system. I would definitely recommend them to my friends

I came here to donate plasma for the first time and was amazed at how smooth the process was, paired with how friendly all of the staff members I interacted with were! The whole process from start to finish was about three and a half hours but it honestly didn't feel that long at all. I look forward to coming here again!

Deserves 4 stars for sure. I mean that in a good way. Its not always ideal. Sometimes there is a longer wait line...sometimes there isnt. People who leave bad reviews and complain for most part (not all)are just mad cause they went at a busy time or there was something about them that made it so they couldnt donate and want someone to blaim. Is it always perfect? No. Is there any company ran ny humans perfect? No. Im friendly to the staff and they are friendly to me. Many know me by name. Im usually greeted

I was talking trash about Biden, they learned I voted for Trump & they started targeting me accusing me of things I didn't say so they could defer me, I would suggest people to not use CSL ,they are disrespectful & very unprofessional

I donated years ago in the Gresham center, then my work hours changed so I stopped donating, :( My friend referred me to the Vancouver site. My past records were found. I had already downloaded the app so after vitals were taken and physical was done, I was directed to the donation area. The floor Staff were wonderful and very professional, and then Viola!! all done and on my way Thanks CSL

Kaela the plebotomist is excellent! She had the machine set up before I even got on the floor and managed the most painless stick I've ever had. The facility is clean, fast, and all the staff are excellent, but I was wowed this time.

Staff was extremely nice! Donation process took only 40 minutes getting set up to donate took a little longer than expected but they kept offering snacks or drinks which was nice as well!

Fairly quick process. Staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Great promo going on right now. Facility is also well kept and clean!

I'm a returning donor, the staff was great all the way from Amanda getting me set up to the nurse Tiffany doing my physical and the floor staff was really informative and explain the whole process, felt comfortable and they made sure to answer all my question. Would highly recommend

Used to be a quick process, ive gone in the AM, PM, midday, doesnt matter, they only have one or two people ever at vitals and 3 people actually sticking. They either are short staffed or the scheduling person needs to get retrained. Techs are great, never stuck wrong, i just cant keep devoting 3 or 4 hours when octopharma takes half the time.

I donated for 5 months. Lots of waiting in line and it didn't seem to matter what day or time. Most of the employees are not very skilled with inserting a needle into your arm and it's painful. You are not paid well for your donation except for the bonus you get on your last donation of the month. Today I would've gotten $100.00 but I was told I could not donate due to a bruise on my arm that I received from THEM on my previous donation. Unless you are desperate for money, don't waste your time.

Had a great experience as a first time donor! Seamless and easy process. Everyone was kind and helped me through each step, look forward to my next visit!

The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Everyone was very nice, answered all my questions and helped make the process as pain free as possible. I look forward to returning.

First time donor of plasma. The whole process was very organized and everyone on the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and answered all of the questions I had. The experience was positive overall, I felt very comfortable and will be back to donate again.

The RN and staff are not welcoming. With out people donating they wouldn't have this job. They need to be more passion about there titles. Why did they become a staff member here in the first place? Is it just a job to them or what. I personally donate to help others.. Am very disappointed with the service I experienced. I would not recommend anyone to donate here. I would rather give them a no star but that's not an option.

This was my first time donating. I was very nervous but everyone here was so friendly and understanding. They made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the process. Thank you all for for making this a pleasant experience.

They are very clean. The reception area is Very respectful kind and amazing. But when ir comes to the donor floor. Its like a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY. The employees there today were very hostile towards each other. Talking badly about other employees behind their back. Talking badly about the company they WORK for!!! There was an incident between employees today where a man with dreds was talking respectfully to another employee about where to put the hazard bottles and things and it escalated to where he as

What I saw was a manager not saying names was sleeping with his staff. The nurses hit on me wanted my number.they spoke in foul language. I have donated many times For the cause of donating not for the money. I really feel like the place needs a lot of changes. Not one time I've been there that I wasn't hit on or saw inappropriate talk and behavior by staff and mostly a certain male manager. Maybe you can figure that one out. I really hope you guys pull it together do some in house clean up with your staff.

My entire experience was awesome. Way better than my last at another donation center. Quick n painless and everyone was so friendly. Definitely recommend to friends.

Everyone was super friendly and able to answer all my questions (there were a lot) on the floor they explained the whole process and how the machine works, they even gave me tips on how to make the process faster and make sure I'm feeling ok by the end. Great experience, will be back.

I was apprehensive to donate, but the staff made me feel at home. They are always eager to answer your question with a smile. The lines can sometimes become long but thats to be expected with the amount of donors coming through the door. It amazes me how they are able to handle as many people as they do. Good job csl staff.

I donated plasma at the Vancouver location. I originally noticed the cleanliness of the establishment. The staff was also courteous and very informative. I actually did the new patient intake this morning, but I've been there about 10 times a few years ago. Lately, due to covid, there are way less people donating plasma. Really not much of a wait at all. Then, it takes about an hour to donate for myself. The first 8 donations are all$100 except the 2nd which is$125. If you Google csl coupons you can also ge

Great greeting upon entry. Thorough first visit to get set up. Took time, but this cannot be rushed. I was always made to feel comfortable. Look forward to doing it again.

Had a alright time donating. No problems with the staff. They were very helpful and understanding if I had any questions. Will be going again.

As a 1st time Donor of plasma I was greeted by a smiling receptionist who walked with me through this whole process, All the staff seemed genuine ly happy to see that I was there . They were very professional, I absolutely will be back again. The compensation is good as well.

Not as great as octapharma from the few visits I've had but its certainly fine, just be sure to pay attention to your own needs as they do not communicate very well passed the registration phase.

This place has gotten so bad that I'm surprised anyone comes back! Seems like they find enjoyment in intentionally wasting your time and watching you get pissed while standing in line! Don't bother calling to ask a question or anything, they treat you even worse over the phone! Fyi, if you visit a doctor at all for any reason, they expect you to bring them all your paperwork so that they "can make a determination whether you're deferred.", even if you just went to have something routine like a basic office

My first experience was a 5/10 experience. The wait time was long- lines were long but after my three hour intake the draw went smoothly- though I will note that staff could have been more comforting and attentive. Hygiene wise- I was surprised at how dirty it was, the bathrooms are cleaner than the actual donation floor, and the staff keeps their gloves on the ENTIRE time without changing them between doners. Yuck. Total time spent: 3 hours 45 mins Though I didn't have the best experience, I did go back t

I've never had problem with staff. They deal with people all day, and there are PLENTY of people who make me want to kick their face in who visit this location. People get impatient, upset, and blame it on the staff, because they can't be doing anything wrong. Put on your big boy/girl/trans/etc. pants, and don't get upset when the wind blows the wrong way. Also, they get payed minimum wage, and they have a high turn over rate because they are underpaid. You wouldn't want to work there either, so grow a thi

I had a really good experience with the staff, and donating plasma. They were really nice and helpful. It is nice how much they seem to care. I encourage people to donate besides getting money it helps people in need. It helps create medications, so that people have a chance for a life.

Literally most unprofessional ?buisness? I've ever seen. Staff lady Edna likes to complain about every single one of her peer workers along with complaining about all the clients. Poor communication and huge lack of knowledge here. Myself along with about 20 other people have been waiting for a full 6 hours now and still have not gotten anywhere. Highly recommend going anywhere else BUT here to donate plasma. They even treat their return donars like dirt.

Good atmosphere, quaint environment, helpful and informative staff. Not much needs to be said other than it's a very nice place to go for new and continual donations. Highly recommend!

CSL on mill plain continues to be one of the most streamlined and professional places to donate plasma. I've found all of the staff to be welcoming and professional without being stuffy. Drink lots of water the day of and before and it should be a seamless process

It's location by far the worst. I've been in line for over 3 hrs. This will be the last time I come to this location.

I had a really good experience and the Vancouver location! The staff were very personable and friendly, giving plasma was not as scary as I had thought! They couldn't get a good flow through the left arm though had to use the right arm which was totally fine it's just a little nerve wracking at first but you can do it!!

I just moved here from Philadelphia and have been donating for a while now. This was the fastest new patient process I have experienced. The staff was very polite and the center was super clean.

Fantastic experience, all the workers are great and very personable. Enroll process took a little longer than expected but the staff was friendly so I didn't mind it.

the first time that I went to CSL plasma was the first time that I ever donated plasma and I was kind of nervous, but the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The only thing that I would recommend changing is trying to make the new doner process go a little faster other than that My experience was really good.

I have donated here many times. The process is easy and they work hard to keep a flow going to make sure to get to everyone in a timely manner. I would recommend if you are thinking about going through this process. This is the place to go

Posting for Christopher Atkinson: Although the initial donation takes a long time, it's worth it. Problem is that later in the donation process CSL communication is severely lacking. Came in to donate and was turned away because they are waiting on a protein test. That would have been useful to know before waiting time and gas to come donate. Definitely considering whether or not I will be back.

Very good experience! Staff was very professional, attentive, and accommodating. I will definitely try to make my goal of returning twice a week!

Nice and easy extra cash. Everybody is friendly here, as opposed to the PDX location. Shout out to Kaela. She has the lightest touch and poke! At the other end of the spectrum is Eric, who should consider gently sliding the needle in, instead of jabbing it as hard as he can, and not slowing down when applying the gauze and removing the needle. I always grimace when I see he's on the floor. 4 stars instead of 5 for not removing the cuff immediately after the needle. The cuff creates extra pressure, and is

Reception was kind and very helpful. Facility was clean and employees very pleasant.

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to donate plasma. It's a great way to make money on the side and helps save lives. Plus new donors get a lot more money in their first 8 donations (completed in first 45 days) than returning donors. But returning donors still make a good bit of money.

I'd like to be able to find out who's above this location and make a complain on workers (heck they may not even work here anymore) not following protocol, so on my yearly reviews I've always have been brought to the front of the line. Well today they magically say they have never done that and won't do it and the one medical staff argued with me and had me so upset.

Really frustrated. Drove an hour to the mill plain location where my iron level was too low. No big deal. Drive the hour home after they told me I would only be deferred 24 hours. Drove an hour to come back a week later where they told me after 2 hours of waiting in an empty lobby while they were laughing and talking all together, was told I was deferred for a few months because of a tattoo I had professionally done about 9 months ago. Jesus.

All staff are amazing! They're friendly, helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend and I'll be back for more donations.

I have received terrible service from this location the staff are inattentive and show no care for their donors they took 45 mins from the time screening was done to seat me despite the floor was empty and there were a plethora of phlebotomists on the floor highly displeased with this occurrence as donor staff laughed pointed and giggled as the line grew from 4 people to a whopping 12 individuals waiting to be seated after screening do not use this location unless absolutely necessary this will be my last u

The staff were all very nice and informative. The place was very clean. I was a little nervous at first but they maid me feel very comfortable.

Had an amazing donation experience and the process was quick and painless. Thank you CSL!

Been going here for years now, Andy?s my favorite, but honestly everyone there is great!

My first visit I had great staff to help answer all of my questions and explain the process to me very well. I enjoyed my overall experience.

Very clean facility with a friendly and helpful staff. High regerds to Elizabeth, an excellent member of the medical staff. Everybody kept a great attitude even with it being very busy at the time.

There are some employees more attentive and friendly than others, all of my experiences have been very positive, you're nice to them, engage and ask about their day, they return it, the ones who don't? Who cares. It's a plasma donation center, most people go to get the money, it's not your pcp, or a doctor's office. You're not going to get special treatment, but you're going to be well taken care of and get the money you're going in for.

I went here to donate. Basically, because my son had cancer and I watched him go through plasma like water. I like donating and volunteering for many things in regards to cancer. The employee, Linda, was rude and treated me as though I was a child. She forcefully tapped me on the shoulder and said, "Nah-ah. Pay attention." While pointing her accusatory finger. Had she approached it any type of a professional manner, I would have gladly obliged her request. Thus, I sadly felt I had no choice, but to le

Just started donating again after a 1 year break. Still the same great experience as before. All of the staff are friendly and helpful.

DON'T COME THERE. At least 50% of the personnel are silly. When someone disinfecting the spot for a long time with iodine, the yellow mark remains. Next time you visit them, they tell you it is a bruise and don't accept your plasma.

Donation process is fine but it takes much longer than other donation companies. Very understaffed and wait time has consistently bern 1 hour to 90 minutes just to get on the donor floor. Go somewhere else if you wanna donate

Completely terrible every time I go there. Its like the employees have nothing to do when there's donors brand new and veteran standing there waiting to be called up or called back or even to get a bed. The length of time it takes to even get stuck is scarier than the needle

I enjoy coming to donate and interact with the staff. If i have any questions that need to be answered they are very knowlegable. The staff is always nice when i come in.

The team members are awesome and they all work efficiently to get you in and out quickly. The compensation is competitive too! Definitely recommend!

The Vancouver CSL plasma location was fast and courteous! For a holiday, I was in and out in no time! The entire team was super informative about the process. Looking forward to all my future donations!

Awesome staff, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this place if you're looking to help others and also make some $ while doing so. Great job CSL staff!

Was sent home to get as card my bad. Then refused service because my i.d. had maiden last name and legal last ne matching as card which is legal in all ways. And accepted by all govt. Medical agencies stores etc. Never a problem . But here. Won't come back unless starving. Rather donate at red cross.

The new donor process went by fairly quickly! Staff were kind, and Axel did a fantastic job with the needle stick! I didn't feel a thing.

I donated for the first time ever today and my experience was amazing. The staff was friendly and on point with everything! Keep up the amazing work!

Horrible staff - older lady with short black hair and the accent didn't even ask if I could be put on hold. Just pushed the button and walked away from the phone. I was on hold for 15 minutes. This place is way understaffed and the employees don't know what they're doing, they're too busy mingling and talking about their personal lives while there's 20 people in the line waiting to be screened and only 2 workers screening at a time. They will take breaks even though there is work to be done instead of at le

Went in as a new donor, all of the employees seemed very knowledgeable, nice, and always in motion from donor to donor checking on everything. It was a clean and comfortable environment.

The tall guy at the front desk was very disrespectful. He also treated us like he didnt want to be there. He was also talking with another patient about my address where i live. Patients confidentiality is important.

After a long break from donating I went back the other day. The experience was quick and was welcomed with the new donor benefits. Great experience.

Had a good experience. Staff where friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and clearly communicated what was to be expected when I come to donate

Awesome good experience :-) I can't believe some of the negative comments Wow!!!.....I've never had a bad experience, been donating 2 months now and ya u might wait sometimes a little bit but give me a break people are lineing up like cattle to get paid duh!! Lol and ive never ever had anyone miss a vein..lol.....and I will say I've never been uncomfortable getting poked.....all's I hear on here is a bunch of cry babies who were giving participation trophies there whole lives which has made them really soft

The crew at CSL is amazing you can tell that they care about one another and they also make you feel like you are one of them as well there are some good amazing people working here !!

No stars the staff is refusing to help my friend and they are very rude. They asked for dental records but they said he can not donate at all because they said that he did not let them have a releace of info when he can not give them the dental records cause he does not see a dentist. do not go here they find anything to not take people or pay them. Fr. Seamus Moran McGrath

I went in for my first donation and everything went really smooth and was out at a great time, all the employees I interacted with were nice and professional

They were really nice and to get things going smoothly. The donation process was not that painful and used only one arm so I could still use my phone.

Excellent customer service! Was an amazing donation. Staff was friendly and nice and were laughing along with me. 10/10 going back!

First two donations went well, no issues. They deferred me a week later when I came in because of a small tattoo they already knew about was 2.5" from the ditch in my arm where they stick you even though they can still visibly see it's not bruised or anything wrong. Heads up for this inconvenience to anyone in the same situation, tattoo has to be a minimum of 3" away from that area.

The process was simple, the docs were kind and helpful, and everyone keep me informed of what was happening at all times. This was my first visit and I'll definitely be back.

Quick, easy, and professional. First time donor, took care of everything in a manner that made me feel comfortable. Hygienic and knowledgeable staff

Had an employee in the back stick me wrong and after my arm was swelling he told me that it should be fine without making any adjustments and when I said it has never swollen like that and its already brusing(not normal for me either) he said that it was already there... so wouldn't they have checked out a bruse and then not let me donate if it was bad or not on that arm if it was small? There is a system in place and yet he tried telling me I was wrong and then did not adjustment my stick ever so I had a b

Incredible staff that puts an emphasis on customer service! Quick, clean, and efficient process makes it easy and comfortable to donate regularly.

Currently waiting to be helped. I came back today after failing my iron blood test and they had me watch the video again (which I don't have a problem with). The issue I have is that I have been waiting for 45 minutes and counting for a single person to say anything or to help me.

Make sure you don't have a tattoo that is less than a full year old, you will be denied. Be careful with drug related tattoos as well. I was told they turned someone away with a pot tattoo. It will take a while.

My first visit was today. The first time takes awhile to get through the process, but it's painless and the staff are all quite friendly.

Very quick and easy process as a new donor. Staff was polite and pleasant and didn't act like they hated their job :p

Staff was super friendly and helpful through the whole process of my first donate made sure I was super comfortable the whole time.

The people are genuine, sign up process takes a while but is straight to the point which I appreciate. Could be a little cleaner, but all the medical equipment is starile so I'm happy.

CSL Plasma is a Great Donation Center. Very Caring and thorough staff. The Donation process was very fast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend CSL Plasma to Friends and Family. Thanks Mike R

I am new to plasma donation. Also very hesitant about getting stuck with needles. My first donation there the phlebotomist did NOTHING to alay my fears. He was actually rather rude. Being as you need a min. of 2 donations before they can send the first one off, I went back. The second donation, the phlebotomist was nicer, but that donation took in excess of 70 minutes and left me with pain in the donation arm, and a severe bruise that lasted 2 weeks. Going back today ONLY because I need the money, and they

Great plasma location I have used all of them and here and biolife are my favorite.

They need to train Workers. Tried to donate today and even after informing the lady she was using the wrong cuff(I used to work there and know the cuff sizes) she still used the cuff that was wrong size

I've had horrible experiences at other plasma centers, csl in Vancouver has the best staff Bubba, axel and Eric are always awesome and upbeat. Never had one problem donating here.

I am a regular plasma donor and highly recommend CSL Plasma Vancouver, WA. Caring and professional staff with a great sense of humor who always make me laugh who go above and beyond to assure that all plasma donors are treated with respect and professionalism at all times. I am always thanked for my donation by multiple staff members when I depart. Will continue to donate plasma at this facility on a regular basis.

Great staff, clean place, good process. Only dropped a star because they often have people waiting to get taken back due to short staffing.

Had a wonderful experience at CSL Plasma on Wednesday, the staff was wonderful and very polite and they didn't have to stick me continuously like has happened with previous donations at other donation centers. Thank you for a whole wonderful experience!

Check out their competition they pay better. The card you get from them for donating has fees for everything. Not only do they screw you on pay but they get you on trying to spend your money. Talking to an attorney to see if this is a class action thing.

My experience as a lapse donor was really nice i really enjoy my experience with all the staff and they seem to remember me even after a year of not donating. Really recommend coming here

Just reduced the pay out you get weekly

The staff and facilities are all first rate. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I am definitely going to be a regular donor.
