Good morning I just wanted to give a shout out to Cassandra. She is always so very polite and encouraging when I give my plasma donation. I would recommend anyone in the area of Waco's to make this their donation center home. She is always so very helpful and kind when I need some uplifting words. She is also very knowledgeable, and informative on the Plasma donation process. Come see her at CSL today. You can help somebody out in need and also having some much needed financial assistance for your kind dona
Considerate staff. Empathetic folks. Compassionate , warm , mostly gentle human beings are employed here. I am grateful to have interacted with the multiple men & women here. They're good folks.
Every time I visit, I hope I get Carlos. That dude is *good at his job.* Professional and concise during the entire thing with a consistent check-in at least once to make sure I'm doing alright during the donation. What stands out most though, is when he sets up the needle and tape. Smooth as a baby?s bottom, every time. Barely feel the puncture, and he's conscious of putting the tape so it sticks to as little hair as possible. Lastly, when he wraps my arm after the donation, he minds the elbow bend so I ma
All the staff was professional and courteous. Even when I seemed to have frustrated Mel, she calmly handled the situation and brought in the medical supervisior to verify. Thank you Mel for your professionalism and calm demeanor. Much appreciated.
Watch out for the screener with red hair. She used a small blue blood pressure cuff when they always used the maroon. My blood pressure was 274/130 and now got a letter for my doctor before I can donate! Her mistake ended my donating years with CSL! Luckily there's 3 more plasma donating companies in Waco. Plus I donate plasma... How do I have health insurance for a doctor!?!?!?
Carlos was very respectful and a fast worker. Hes always making this place run how its supposed to. Csl needs more employees like Mr. Carlos!!
Work there here si loveable kind very funny the money very good nurse good good Employees
The manger there is a piece of work. I haven't donated in a while so I had to start over. I went through the check up process, the front was nice, the nurse was nice as well, but as soon as the nurse walked me to the donation floor I was expecting to be seat first. But the manger on the floor that was directing traffic, made wait while other in line went before me. Not only when I finally was set down in the chair, the manger didn't call onto me to sit down, it was the staff. When I set down, she had a nast
Bro Look Out I Love This Place And I'm A Hustler So It's Easy Guaranteed Money Have Had All Good Experience s until this day. JUNE 21, 20 Fucking 21 for some STUPID ASS REASON there systems are DOWN and they still let people donate BUT everyone who donated does it for money at least I do that's it IDGAF about anyone in there I'm about the money ???? everyone is pissed TF off because nobodys money has hit there card or getting paid I donated at 8:00 AM when they opened. I'ma be specific I left at 9:45 the la
This use to be the best place to donate in Waco however things have changed. They have been down with 11 machines for weeks the wait time is ridiculous. They constantly bring new donors in front of you and put them first after you have been standing in line for hours. Csl your return donor's are just important as your new ones because without your old donor's there won't be any need for new ones.
I'm a doner here an I personally think the other doners that come here are rude and they act like they deserve better when they give the workers hell from additude to smart remarks and dumb questions, I noticed there was a guy who made a huge issue that he was supposed to be disconnected first he was the last person out of two ahead of him that needed to get done first, I think yall should put your foot down on these ignorant doners and tell them to hit the road with there additude Besides that all the wor
Update 08/13/2021: had a bad stick and got differed for 54 days because they couldnt return my blood due to a bad stick from nikki that then turned into there being a clot in line after waiting on Brooke to readjust. (Not brookes fault, though) Called corporate to file a complaint and shortly after was called by manager Christy to tell me i was deferred indefinitely..... Bunch of BS because she was mad for calling corporate!! Had a bad stick from Rachel on 06/24/21.
This place needs a new center manager! She's rude and needs lessons in managing. Wait time is pathetic and lacking smiles and friendliness in workers makes me never to donate my gold plasma with this company.
Great place and the staff is amazing! We were in and out in no time! Make sure you drink plenty of liquids aka water and you'll be plenty hydrated will help it take no time at all! And eating hard boiled eggs, nuts and raises for protein helps alot to.
A lot of staff isn't very knowledgeable. Mistakes were made (like forgetting consent forms) and policies were looked over. I've had much better experience at other donation locations, and don't plan on returning to this donation center.
As much as I enjoy donating to give back to my community, this place sure makes it hard to do at times. I will go here and there will literally be only 1 single person hooking people up to donate while the rest either stand around or go in the back area. At least the people here are nice most of the time because it gets ridiculous with the amount of time you're left waiting with a single person working the whole room.
I've been coming and donating at CSL plasma for a number of years. I've been a platinum donor for at least 3 years. I can tell you openly and honestly that I thoroughly enjoy coming to CSL plasma Waco. And if all the phlebotomist, Mel gets me right every time. She's thorough, skilled and humble.
They have come a long way and have wonderful staff. They are like a 2nd family. Ive never had any problems with them.
I have been coming here since 2017. I've have some good experiences but most of them have Ben horrible. The turnover ratio is very poor at this location. They cannot keep valuable employees. You'll have 6 people on the floor, 2 managers/supervisors, 1 person that only can stick, 2 trainees and one person that's only processing the finished bottles. But they don't seem to care about anyone?s frustrations when they entered at a decent time but will waiting for hours due to their poor scheduling or lack retai
They hardly ever have enough employees because they let the employees constantly call in. They sometimes can't even stick donors due to lack of employees. The employees end up keeping their job even though they constantly cost them 100s of thousands of dollars in plasma. This place is very poorly managed and the employees don't care who's time they waist. Update six months later I drove 20 minutes. Just to find out they didn't even open today. This plasma center is an absolute joke. New update they chan
So many empty seats that could have people sit and wait instead of having us stand for an hour or so. Staff is sweet and courteous but seriously some of us suffer from back pain. Standing for so long causes the pain to increase so much. Also, need more staffing weekend mornings. One person to stick is sad and makes the wait super long.
I have been coming to this center since 2013 and I am here twice a week. Most of the workers are like family. They always take care of me and I can sense the same from other donors around me. I am highly satisfied with the customer service and the attention to my donations. I have never felt afraid when I donate. But instead I feel I am in good hands. Sometimes wait times are long but that is usually understandable considering the circumstances. It also helps when the staff takes the time to let you know t
Great place to go. Staff was very friendly. Clean facility. The wait was not as long as other facilities I have been to. The staff were going as fast as they could. They actually offer juices, Gatorade and crackers for all donors, not just first time donors. None of the other facilities do this unless you ask. This will stay my go to facility.
While there can be a wait if you don't get there on time, I've yet to run into a worker not cheerful and good at their job. As long as you follow their instructions it all goes smoothly. The money's not bad either: even a lightweight like me can get $2k a year for 3 hours a week.
I used to love coming to this place. Working in the medical field body hygiene should be up most important. The parking lot is constantly trashed in blood pressure cuffs are not being sanitized in between patients.
This center, as well as other plasma donation centers in this area, either don't want to fill staff shortages or simply don't care. CSL barely fills 2 bays on the donor floor due to lack of proper working equipment and lack of supplies, not just lack of staffing. And I really hate the fact that CSL-Waco has turned out to be this way. My first plasma donation was here in 2020 & boy, has the center gone to sh*t! Update: maybe they were going thru changes, or staff turnover, or a financial issue (like mo
Every single time I go, I wait for hours and hours while I see people standing around. It becomes very stressful to watch. Along with that, they have very inexperienced people actually sticking people in their veins, causing them to be deferred for 60 days because of their irresponsible ways. I don't feel safe or comfortable with the people working there.
The line is out the door and moral is down .,. Under staffed and some of the staff aren't working..
They are super nice and friendly. First time you donate takes a long time because you have to watch videos and answer a bunch of questions and get a small medical exam, but after that I'm never there more than an hour. Clean and organized too. I've never felt vulnerable or anything there. Good job guys!
overall experience was a bad one. each day for prior 3 days tried calling at different times to get a person on the line only to sit ringing for 5+ min each time no answer. this was just to ask some basic questions involving first time donation and restrictions. today take a trip into town(30min each way) get there and am told that i needed to have ate within the last 2 hours(no mention of this on site had ate 5 hours prior) leave to get a burger and come back. sign up and get taken back into a screening ro
So I came in to pick up a friend & I must mention I have never been here before. Not only was the young lady disrespectful but she talk as if she was another race. I asked her if my friend was there & all she said was "Yo need to sit in da waiting room." I did & I asked people who were also waiting how it work. They were more curtious & respectful & explained to me the process. NOT only does this place need better CUSTOMER SERVICE skills but a better vocabulary. Other than that the place is clean & well mai
I usually have no problem with the employees but there is one lady named Para who is really rude she deferred me today and I never have been but today was the first probably because she was rude that my pulse was high as if that helps. I hate when there is always that one person that ruins things felt like she really tries to make sure you can't donate.
After being turned away once for getting there too late, I called ahead and told them to hold me a spot due to me working more than 80 miles away, they were finally able to see me. Not sure of the lady who was up front last night, but she is awesome. Keisha maybe? The phone interactions I've had with them were professional as well. Savannah explained everything she was doing and made eye contact with me. The lady who pricked my finger was outstanding and was joking with me even though it was very close to c
It's always an enjoyable experience visiting CSL. Aricelli and Alicia are exceptional employees. These young ladies are always upbeat, humorous, and professional. You know folks got nice smiles when you can see it in their eyes alone.
Pay is really low compared to other cities. If you're between 110 and 149 lbs, you get $15 and $20 per visit, alternating. Next weight category is $20/$25, and then $30/35 if I remember correctly. Your first 4 visits are really worth it though, new donors get something like $60 per time. They also have the requirement that your donating days are fixed every week. If you donate on a Tuesday and Friday, you will not be able to donate on Monday the next week (I believe you can change days by skipping them, but
Most of the staff are friendly. Due to short staff and often router issues, (not on the crew), you can expect to wait for 2-4 hours. The plasma process normally runs between 35 mins-1 hour. Depending on your personal flow. Once I'm in the back to actually donate, it takes me about 30-40 mins. Great place for extra cash and adds up.
Completely under staffed I had to wait long because the employee used the wrong cuff tell me my pulse was too high. I could have been done quickly but do to her inability to use a cuff properly I had to wait hours.
Made a bad review last month. All in all, this is not a bad plasma center. They're pretty squared away. They do what they can do to take care of us. They've picked up speed to in the past couple years. Most of the employees are pretty good spirited people as well.
Clean and modern facility is the only nice thing I can say. Signing up to be a new donor took me 2 and 1/2 hours with it being mostly me sitting around waiting for the next step. Not even considering the hour it took for me to donate once signing up. This was on a Thursday afternoon which according to one staff wasn't very busy.
I have enjoyed my experiences donating with CSL Plasma. Occasionally there can be a bit of a wait, but from what I have observed I am confident that staff members are not deliberately trying to make life difficult for donors. Staff seems to do their best in moving everybody through the queue and donor beds as quickly, effeciently, AND as safely as possible; bear in mind this is a facility that deals with sensitive materials and they cannot afford to be careless. Staff has been able to find my veins and "s
When I returned after years of not donating I was blessed with a great staff and nurse. My "first time donor" experience was nothing but amazing. Since then, I've had rude women who find a slight black mark on my arm and say, sorry, no bruising allowed. I wear my walmart vest in, I come in after doing overnight shift across the street. I've been turned away twice due to a bruise to close to my vein. Funny how, as they turned me away, I'm looking at this man, knawing away at air and he's pumping just as fast
I just went to donate and because my zip code wasn't on their list, I wasn't able to donate. I live 20 miles from the center. Zip codes from towns twice as far were on the list. When I called their corporate office to see about getting it added, it is completely automated and doesn't even allow you to talk to a person. Called the center and just gives busy tone. Lady at the front desk made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by being there.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT, OR GAS AT THIS LOCATION!!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! I have gone in repeatedly & been told they don't have the staff for new intakes EVERY FREAKING TIME! I called ahead & was told to be here on Saturday at 7am & I would be seen. I stood in line from 6:30am & walked in totally prepared with my docs & was told no again. Again their excuse was they don't have the staff. The manager is a worthless twit. Looked like a sketchy tweaker. Didn't give two sh**s that sever
Came in for my first time sat for over an hour even asked the staff for help got crazy looks other ppl walked in and immediately got helped
Worst Plasma center ever. The new center manager has the audacity to be down right disrespectful even after the center management called me fat and over weight and was harassing me. Sam the assistant center manager and the new center manager (Alicia) are absolutely great examples of what CSL Plasma does NOT represent. After 7 tears of being a return donor I hope CSL corporate office is aware of what goes on here. I warm everyone to stay away from CSL Plasma in Waco. Furthermore to say I was vulgar for repor
The employees are friendly and helpful. They are short staffed most days. But work hard to get you in and out. All in all your doing some good and the pays a big help. Thanks csl. Good job guys
Very easy and safe place to donate blood plasma and earn some extra money or help make ends meet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When it comes time to start donating, the staff makes sure that you understand the process so that there is nothing unexpected and that you are safe and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I would definitely recommend CSL Plasma to anybody looking for extra income. Your donations here will help you and help others by providing needed medicine from the plasma don
Tbh I love this place the first place I started donating at 18 I'm 23 but it's always something like this morning people want to donate. There are technical difficulties is what they told us. 10 minutes is all it will take to fix it. It's been over 20 minutes. Idk what's going on but hopefully this won't be a problem again.
I have deep veins. I told them this, the nurse as well as the medical professional or doctor on staff. The nurse did wonderful leaving barely a bruise. The doctor in the other hand with a SMALLER needled really hurt me. She had to stab me twice (once in my hand?) And still couldn't do it right. Now, separate day, another doctor from same facility with a serious issue with understanding of customer service as well as how to be timely and effective instead of being disregardate of my emotions and how frustra
The staff was slow but somewhat nice. Not enough employees to help with the flow of people.
I have been here twice. I work in the medical field so naturally I pay closer attention to to the safety precautions the staff here take, or neglect to take to keep everyone safe. From the initial encounter to get my vitals done, to actually going back and donating, I never saw one employee change their gloves between patients. They would stick one person and move onto the next without every changing gloves. This was just the most blatant of many OSHA violations.
Everyone is always friendly and do their best to expedite the process as best as they can. They play music which breaks the monotony. The app makes it so much easier and faster to screen before you arrive. Just walk in and get in line.
I recently moved here from Utah. I was donating plasma in Utah and it usually took me around an hour and half from start to finish, even on busy days. I have gone to CSL twice so far as its nice to have a little extra money while attending college; however both times have taken me four hours or longer. The actual donation part is the same as in Utah (roughly an hour), however I stood in a long line to get my vitals taken (25 minutes) and then another line (2 hours) before waiting to be seated at a machine a
Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Short staffed right now, so the wait can be a bit long, but it will get better. The staff should be getting some real promotions as they work long hours. Very family first feeling
This company is poor at communicating and the payments should be more they deferr people to quickly and always never prepared for work sometimes you have to wait and hour or you wait time and gas because they're closed due to staff not coming to work especially on days before a holidays it's poor management there and some workers are rude and come in with attitudes and as customers we are there to get the little money that they give and it's not much as it is and everyone has problems but this place needs c
This place is so nasty the staff are rude never consistent in thier attitudes. I know of three people that has gotten a staff infection. They don't pay you what your plasma is worth and the time you have to wait is rediculous. I would recommend doing this to anyone. Really doesn't deserve the one star but it's as low as it can go!
This place has gone down. When you come in to donate you have to wait 3 to 4 hours in line before you Even get to donate. They only have one person checking us in. There is not enough staff here and the manager yells at her staff in front of everyone. They get treated like a number and not that actually work here. It's not appropriate. It's not worth the wait
Everyone is very nice. Been coming for several years. They are short staffed at the moment but they are hiring new people. Love the people here. ? keep up the good work.
The staff is always friendly, and the waits aren't that bad once you get on schedule. Place is really clean all the time and pays well, with lots of promotions also.
horrible. first the nurse (yes thats right only one) finally decided to come back from her 2.5 hour lunch break. in the mean time people are filling up. so, ive been sitting there for over 3 hours and finally the nurse comes back. very poor nurse. no management skills at all. 7 people have been sitting here for hours. well, new people start walking in and they get seen first. never going back. once again HORRIBLE. p.s thats not all just suffice it to say, stay away from waco, tx.
I was told that I could donate. I went up there and they told me that I needed my medical discharge papers from 8 months ago before I could donate. I asked 3 people why I wasn't told this before I came up there and was told that only a nurse could answer that. The nurse had no answer for it. Then after I drove all over town getting my records, I went back up there just to be told that I was permently deferred. Simply because I had an asthma attack in September of 2017.
Long, excruciating, gnawing of teeth waiting period. Kiosks are always broken and staff shortages for an entire city and surrounding counties. My energy drops while waiting long periods of time no matter If I'm early or not. My donating time is 30 minutes or less unlike waiting to get to a seat to donate, it's more worse than going to check out in a one lane Walmart line! On top of that they decrease your pay if you don't donate how they want you to, I have no issue helping others who need plasma because
The wait time is way too long (3-4 hours), especially since they allow the "new donors" to cut the line. The staff is friendly but there is so few of them. As a business, this place is ran horribly.
Where do I start with this place...??Majority of the employees are rude and always on there phone . The wait in the lines take longer than the actual donation process, they only have 1person doing vitals while the rest just standing around talking . Also they don't change there gloves after dealing with other people blood and plasma which is disgusting! The whole place needs a new set of staff and managemen. ??
I've been in this office 3 times. Customer service was not good. I think they would be fine, MOST just need more training. With new systems staff seem unsure of themselves.
They make you pay for replacement cards even when it's not your fault...... complete rip-offs!!!!!
For the most part the staff is good and a few are truly awesome. The facility and parking area are clean. The wait can be long sometimes but be patient and don't stress about it.
Not organized at all, slow as hell, non communication between workers, some workers not all don't even know what their doing literally and shouldn't even be working. I smiled at a nurse and she mugged me if you don't want to be at work don't bother coming in it's that simple.
I remember going here awhile back. The waits were long, the facility is gross at times, and the employees are rude. Usually went here when they were running a deal. Wasn't worth waiting over 2 hours for only $20.
Staffs can't do their jobs correctly. Now months later, I can't donate because they didn't submit a report. All of a possible latex allergy. I have to see their CSL doctor to be released before I continue to donate. 2 donations now thT I am having issues with CSL Plasma. Ridiculous!!!
I want to try it for a second time. I thought maybe they have changed They've changed a little, but the stickers one guy jabbed the needle hard in my arm and it bruised so bad I tried to do the left arm on the next time and they did it again so I will not be going back. That was back in 4-2023.
New donors be prepares to wait 4 plus hours. The workers have no sense of urgency. What should be a 45 minute registering and screening process took me 5 hours. All because they move so slow.
If you can produce a finger print and use the kiosk, I watch people move through the process fairly quickly. I on the other hand do not have finger prints. The time it takes to get to the donor floor is much longer than the time it takes to donate.
Worst plasma place I've ever been to.... liars!!!! To the reply: I have reached out and made a formal grievance or a complaint.... and the manager has never called me back!!!
Was told to leave cuz I had by grandson is with me in the waiting room. I thought that a waiting room was suppose to be a Waiting Room. I guess NOT! It's not a very friendly place. They don't even care if the baby got hot.
Lauren was great, friendly, and helped me with every thing I had a problem with. Great personality I give her alone 5 stars. Awesome Place to donate!!
They work hard n are respectful to others to keep d lines goin faster and shorter I think they are professionals n good to people they just need more help in d front to screen people and the ?? is good for us THANK U EMPLOYEES N STAFF FROM CSL PLASMA KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Ive been going to csl for years now and most of my experiences have been negative First off over the years i have heard and seen with my own two eyes how some of the employees treat ppl there and its terrible Alot of the employees aren't professional and they can be rude at times to me and other donors and i try my best to be patience but somtimes it can be difficult Not to long ago one of the employees made fun of a guy and called him retarded which is really sad that anyone can even put someone down like
I have been to CSL centers all over Texas because I travel and this place in Waco is absolutely the worst by far the staff is rude and always complaining the wait times are ridiculous now that there are 2 other centers in Waco the is no reason to use this place
Overheard a comment about me being a real white one, was talked about in whispers in front of my face about my tattoos when taken back to check my viens. Was lied to even after i made sure to tell the truth about my history. The reason I am not allowed to donate is because I fainted while giving blood over five years ago. No mention of this being a problem until I sat there from 9:30 till 12:30.
Great for getting a few bucks in your pocket. The free wifi is descently fast. It does take about an hour if it's your first time here. There's paperwork to fill out. You have to watch a video. Talk to a nurse. Etc. But once you get past all that, on a regular visit you can be in and out and instantly paid in your CSL Plasma debit card in about 45 mins. So you can easily get some cash on your lunch break.
Excellent ppl great experience. Get paid well. Never have to wait.
This place is great.. There should be more kiosks to help move the process along quicker. And mabye some seating areas outside. Alot of ppl wait for their ride after coming out. Nowhere to sit but on the steps in people way
Staff is always fast and friendly. Even when they are short staffed they try to accommodate as best they can. To let donors know they are valued.
The staff in back & medical doctors are really nice & good at what they do The front desk need to work on how they treat people, after your 2nd donation their Attitude changes for the worst The front desk makes me not want to go back Gonna check out other location to see if they treat my family better
Mangers should be on top of there Organization of their people. It's taking way to long because of only 1 person sticking people and or one person releasing people. Other then that it's not bad .
For your boy Carlos hard work
I had a wonderful experience here I did my exam with no problems because I was considered a new donor the young lady that stuck me was so gentle I never felt a thing this is the best plasma center in town
The customer care over the phone was amazing. I spoke with Blyss and she had an answer to every question! I will definitely choose CSL because of her kindness.
I got there at 6am i didnt seen til 9am. Employees on phones and everyonr that walked threw door got seen before me. Not happy and wont refer it. Got put in a room for 30 minutes while she had a very long talk with someone on the outs
CSL of course is a good benefit if you need money but they have too many plasma places opening in Waco Texas for them to steal be moving as slow as they are and always saying something has a problem with self if it's ain't your blood pressure it going to be our if it ain't your iron it going to be something else it's always something every time you go and I don't see why I'm having problems with my blood pressure at CSL when I have donated at the new Octoplasma for almost 3 months did not go to CSL I'm havi
Really throw new ppl on the floor and don't care if they stick you wrongly. They will ban you for exercising your right to freedom of speech. Better off going to octapharma or any other place but here.
Most awesome ladies especially Adrianne so sweet & great at her job truly
Nothing..didn't like anything.they never have enough people working....we stand in lines like today for over forty minutes... Waiting to go to the floor... Some of the employees seem to be always mad grochy even short and rude..but you got to take that sh** coz guess what they are the ones sticking you...perhaps they should pay them more or whatever...that's not our problem..if y'all can't handle the volume don't open till you can don't keep taking people in and having us standing around for an hours...be
It is a nice facility and the people are nice if you're nice to them. Had no issues with anyone there, was a pleasant experience for my first time.
Terrible attitudes by most of the workers. They do not have any sense of urgency. This center has such a huge turnover rate, they can't seem to keep any employees. Don't come here.
Im a new donor and i have tried to donote several times. And im always told there not taking new patients. Its actually whatvthec1st review i read told me. .. Soo i would sayvits true .....if u are new dont bother ...and waste your time . gas . etc
In line to get screen is long. No drinks or crackers aren't on display ever time. AND STILL IN LINE TO GET HOOKED UP
I was publicly embarrassed by the staff today and I cannot stay quiet ... Today I went in to donate, I did the kiosk thing then proceeded to the line .. Whilst in line my friend had text asking to come pick her up so she can do as well , as I did .. So I leave and grab her and return swiftly as I could which was only maybe 15 minutes 20 max down valley mills to la salle ... So we return and I proceed to the line not knowing that I was supposed to go back to the kiosk to relog ...so im standing there and th
I have been coming here for a couple of months now and I look forward to it each week. The staff here are amazing and very helpful. I definitely recommend it to everyone out there!
Always a great experience. Friendly staff. Anyone know what time of they are opening today
I don't have no complaints nor problems with nothing about this CSL. All the staff are hard workers and execute the jobs to the fullest.
One of the staff members today was making fun of a donor to another donor This kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated at CSL I didn't get her name but she is a heavy set woman Caucasian and wears glasses She's worked at CSL in the past but I guess they hired her back recently She was slow to do her job and was trying to cause problems
The staff is so cool and friendly. Place is always clean and everyone always have agood time staff and donors.
Mkenzee Is the best receptionist at CSL Plasma she needs a raise
Do not go to this place it has horrible workers..Especially a women they call lady. They need to fire her always starting fights and have major attitudes..
Nursing staff is rude to new donors. The place is nasty, especially the bathrooms and they are extremely under staffed. Go at your own risk.
I stood in line for over an hour after getting screened looking at over 7 prepared beds ready for people the workers wouldn't even acknowledge the growing line, they are way understaffed all the Decent employees have left, they never change their gloves and and are quite rude
Most of the staff is very friendly ! It's the wait to be seated in the donor Area that takes the longest ! Could use some improvements
Apparently this place is in need of some new staff because the people working there are rather rude and unhelpful which is disappointing for new donors who aren't even able to get information out of the few people in there. I guess the management doesn't care enough to run the place properly
Staff told me I had hep c and I followed up with my doctor and did not. I can only assume my plasma was contaminated. Kinda glad I will never have to go back.
Slow some days, but the staff is kind, efficient, and professional. They make sure to take care of you.
Love this place!! Great staff, have a few personal favorites who are always working very hard and so welcoming each time I return!!
Staff gets irritated rather easy when you ask one question and the first time i went there it took over 5 hrs cause the skipped over me and my husband had to go thru the new process twice cause they "didnt see him waiting there"
This place is getting worse. The help Is terrible. The management is terrible. I have been coming here for 3 years now but I will not go back
Great staff very nice and professional. The process was smooth and I didn't get bruised when I got poked so that is a plus
I've been here a few times. Always clean and proper Every time I've come in. Never had an issue. Thanks
I went to donate today and apparently they had a problem (refused)with sticking me and it embarrassed me I've never caused a problem in this place and staff is always acting like its a problem to do there job and they act like kids If you refuse to do your job then you need to be fired and as long as I've been going there management still cant hire a decent crew They need to do away with the whole staff and start over new smh Cooperate will definitely be contacted and my negative experiences will be shared
Friendly and helpful people working there. Need more people cause some days the wait is really long.
Very nice and comfortable
ALWAYS understaffed. Requirements to donate depend on which employee takes your vitals. Hopefully a new plasma center will open in Waco. CSL is literally the worse of all the companies I have donated with!
Incredibly slow and comes up with new issues each and every time I walk in the door. The doctor on staff is incredibly unprofessional as well
The women n men at Csl are not good But great at what they do. I have NO komplaints.
Most of the staff tries but they are seriously understaffed and the wait is always LONG.
CSL IS JUST PART OF MY WEEKLY ROUTINE GREAT STAFF FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL IT HELPS SAVE LIVES AND GIVES YOU MONEY IN YOUR POCKET
One in three times I'm stuck wrong. My veins are very vascular. Not worth risking nerve damage
The pay is horrible!! The wait is long like 3 to 4 hrs wait. not good pay at all robbing people..
I screener 2 phlebotomist per every 50 donors never fully staffed unprofessional, wait time causing donors to move to another center even commuting to next city
Most staff are kind and efficient doing their job in the fastest and most skillful way possible.
Today was the quickest I ever got out of there as a New donor. Even with them being short staffed.
Rachel was the absolute best and made sure that I was comfortable while Donating??
There's no reason anyone should have a 5 to 6 hour wait as a new patient makes people not want to come back but they have to drug his street people
Well don't believe the payout my 4th and 7th donation I received 50 and not 100 like promised
I love coming to donate but the mangers are so rude and they do to much talking not enough work
Most of the staffs are nice In friendly they really knows what they're doing.
Staff is rude not trained to stick you well will have your arms soar
Very easy going environment pretty quick in and out visit as well love the staff
just always seems unorganized and disfunctional but they do try their best!
got stuck bad only once , scared me a bit , but other than that great way to get gas in car.
Love it when i go donate everyone is in good moods and lauging makes donation go smoothly and enjoyable
Great customer service and first time donating plasma was a fun experience took only 36 minutes for me
The center is clean and safe the employees are very outgoing and assures safety!
Not a bad experience and doesn't take too long. Worth it if you need the extra money.
Not worth it always drama amongst staff rude untrained staff will not recommend to anybody a real joke....
Been coming here for years and never dissatisfied. Mary is the best????????
I have no problems whenever i visit...?? up to the staff
I tried to give plasma but they said they didn't have time to register me and I should come back another day
I look forward to the friendly staff, they are fun to joke with.
CSL dating connection! (nah people here are pretty laid back ,thanks
Rachel was very helpful nice n respectful ! Thank You Rachel!!
It's a great opportunity for me to come up every other day
They allow dogs to sit on the chairs in the waiting room.
If you need the money don't complain about how long you have to wait...
What happens if you have high blood pressure will you able to donate?
The wait times are far to long and you have to stand the entire time
Is there another plasma center in Hewitt ?? Does anyone know or even another in Waco period??

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
