The reviews show a mixed consensus: many praise the friendly, professional staff and clean facilities, particularly noting efficient service when properly staffed. However, frequent complaints highlight long wait times, understaffing, and unprofessional behavior, including slow service, employee prioritization over donors, and poor management. Negative experiences often cite rude or distracted staff, while positive reviews emphasize comfort and appreciation for donors. Overall, satisfaction heavily depends on staffing levels and individual employee attitudes.

Customer Reviews

From the front house to the back. CSL has been nothing but welcoming to me. They remind me all the time and put confidence in each donation. The staff is openly friendly and are here to work. And they try to do the best that they can. I will always remember there bright faces.

This the second time they took employees while it was a line. She didn't wait in the line at all. Both lady?s that took her watched us in line and still took her infront of us

I been going at this same location since Dec 15th of 2024! I LOVE 97% of the morning staff. I like & prefer the staff to go ahead of me/line to donate, especially if they work or see their other employees need help. Ppl need to remember WE choose to volunteer and ?THEY? pay us!! We our all human & need to be more patient & kind. I love this location. I look forward twice a week to see them and of course donate & leave with extra cash. Thank you Westland CSL. I still miss employee TRU tho but I hope you know

I have a serious issue with ANY company that will allow their employees to be put ahead of any patients/customer. This CSL allows employees to go to the front of the line when there are as many as 16 people waiting in line. I have reported this to a manager twice and nothing was done about it. They're also cutting the employees hours which will put less employees on the floor then they have now. I've waited as long as 2 hours and now it will be worse.

People that check you in are very rude. Every time I donated, they left a bruise on my arm and then next time I would have to see the nurse and by then four or five people would be ahead of me. When I did get a chance to donate, they do not disconnect you when you're done donating you lay there for 15 or 20 minutes before they unhook you. That is absolutely ridiculous. This place Needs new management that knows what they're doing. They also need to train the people that stick you so they don't leave bruises

The woman who disconnected was not only rude but I watched her wipe her nose without changing gloves after and then the whole time she was finishing with me she was telling someone else how sick she was. No mask, nothing. And just handling people all day. And now I'm sick as well and have to miss work. Thanks CSL for actually managing to cost me money in the long run. ??

I stopped coming to donate because the stay here was horrible and ghetto so rude etc. I came back today after a few years and of not going. The team members are much better now was. Well at least this time they were lol

I strongly recommend avoiding this location and choosing a different center or even a different company altogether. I visited this center yesterday for the first time as a new donor and was unfamiliar with their policies. When I arrived, the security guard was very friendly and called over two staff members to assist me. However, as I asked the staff members questions to better understand the process, they quickly became visibly irritated. They sighed heavily, clearly expressing frustration, which made me

They are absolutely terrible with service it's sad who ever runs the place has terrible management and should not be in charge of running anything I waited 25 minutes to get screened and the lady was taking her sweet time caused a whole line to form they just need to do better and have more consideration for the donors we have lifes we have jobs to go children to pick up let's do better as people. To the workers I'm pretty sure you wouldn't wanna wait extra time for now nothing come on now ??????????

This is the worst plasma location I have ever been too. The employees are under trained and rude. Most are lazy as can be. This is not a one time thing. It's always like this at this location. I suggest going to ANYWHERE ELSE but here if you're looking to donate plasma.

I'm leaving this review for the donors. Essentially, I'm providing better customer service than you'll get from these people I've been to this location multiple times and every employee is mentally absent unless they're gossiping with their coworkers. They act like they don't even want to be there and their poor attitude towards donors just proves it. My guess is they dont make enough money for what they're required to do because there is ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY and no shortage of carelessness.

I usually have no problem here but I'm tired of an employee pressing down on the needle with the gauze when doing take down. It hurts and I've voiced that to an employee. Today one of the employees just snatched the needle out of my arm when doing take down which hurt so bad! But all he could say was ?my bad? and I barely heard that smh Also, the wait time to get taken off of a machine is ridiculous! I understand having new machines but it just takes so long! And phlebs switching from take down to sticking

This place absolutely sucks unless you have 4hrs to STAND around waiting for the employees to remember they're at work. Poor management, and understaffed. DO NOT put yourself through it unless it's a absolute emergency? octapharma is right down the street.

It use to be a good place till they let lazy people work there the environment is not good people act to tuff for nothing always got attitudes everybody I will never go there again ever and I don't recommend it

They play by the rules. They do resolve issues if you ever have a scab on the arm. And they very good when comes to switching arms to pull from. You will have your favorite staff member and some still getting the experience-up. I use my left arm at time and it can be hard to pull from the left arm. But I have one staff member here who can get right every time, and I'm so grateful for no discomfort. Thank you CSL plasma.

New machines that are faster? But 3.5 to 4 hour waits, not so good for me. Plus less money for donaters. Not for me anymore.

I was a first time donor and was told that if l donate (5)times l would receive 550.00 l only received 525.00 l called the number on the back of the card to get know where with them then l called the center where I donated at the employee was very rude and disrespectful l disconnected the call l called another number l was provided with to get the same response don't deal with this center or CSL period my first time had a bad experience with this donation if l could give the donation center a negative rati

FAR AND AWAY the most professional and clean Plasma donation place I've been. You cut the line your first time after tests and they give you another lass to cut either the screening line or donor line I still haven't used mine due to how efficient they are..

I arrived at 5:30pm today and have been waiting over 1 hour and 20 minutes and there are 14 people in front of me in line and they close at 7pm. I ?ll be here until 10pm. Thanks absolutely ridiculous

They are extremely bad at sticking people i have been so bruised for week and week and a half at a time due to them not knowing what they are doing.please always donate but be smart and safe and go somewhere else.thanx for reading good luck

You know, if there wasn't so much talking going on and the floater taking absolutely no responsibility I wouldn't be sitting here for 20+ minutes waiting to get disconnected. Horrible visit today. You need employees that come to work, not come to socialize and hangout. Do better. You're dealing with life saving medicine in here and it's being run like a trap house party. 0 stars today. ???? Also the verifier position is a joke, them can help disconnect instead of twiddling their fingers.

My first visit took over 3 hours so be prepared. JoAnne was wonderful and super helpful throughout the process! When she is working you know you get handled and aren't forgotten. The staff is nice and I can't fault them for coming when they seemed understaffed. After the first intake the process is more smooth. I love the regulars that draw my plasma. I have seen the people that draw blood handle stressful situations and handle it wonderfully! They care for their patients and the environment is calming and

I'm probably going to try out all other plasma donation spots before going back here again. Every time I go to CSL Plasma in Westland, the wait is horrendous and no staff member there treats your time like it matters to them. All of the staff is either arguing about breaks, or arguing about personal life all of the time, when in reality they should check that at the door when they clock in. Not much professionalism going on in their building. The wait time to get unhooked from the machine when done donating

They had a few good people working there - but they let them go so the whole staff can be racist unprofessional clowns ?? They are so rude they should be fist fighting - and that's why they have security! No other reason!!!

I'm writing this on an Anonymous page in the parking lot after my donation, I want to shout out personally MIMI!! She came all the way over to my section after I was sitting for almost 10 minutes to be taken down. I get no one likes to work, but when the centers not busy and I'm the only one that needs to be taken down. Please try to take me down in a timely fashion instead of gossiping with everyone else on the floor. Mimi came all the way from a whole other section because she seen me waiting for so long,

Bethany you rocked today!!! It was after hours and she went and got a manager to get me a new payment card while I finished my donation. When I first sat down in chair, the center was pretty busy and Bethany noticed I still wasn't set up. She thanked me for being so patient! Awesome, attentive employee!

The center is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Also, the other people who donate here are kind. My wait time is never super long. I enjoy donating here.

I'd give 0 stars if i could extremely rude customer service. Won't answer simple questions over the phone and an employee there left me on hold for 19 minutes for asking a question. I called back and got a nurse and she didn't want to give her name she didn't allow me.to speak to a supervisor and then she argued with me and hung up on me for attempting to make a complaint about the first rude experience. Customer service is the only thing required to answer a phone just don't be rude and maintain profession

This is my first time coming to this locationn, I'm currently in line to donate. I've been in line for about a hour. They have 7 beds opened, I'm the 5th person in line. I have never seen any center employees move so slow. Trust the reviews guys. I believe they could use some retraining, there's some great workers at the Roseville, and Pontiac location that can help this crew.

My experience is always wonderful!!! Joanne is great and wonderful person who does a great job!! Staff is always helpful!!! Great job guys and girls

Mimi is such a warm and caring person. Keeps you totally relaxed while she gets you all hooked up!! There's only a handful of employees that seem to stand around gossiping and walking slow to take care of the donators . Front of store employees are awesome

i have never had someone be so rude to me when asking for help in my entire life. I will always refer people to another location. ?GG? is the rudest customer service person i have ever come across. i?ll be filing a formal complaint

This place has a relaxed yet professional environment. If anyone is interested in donating, I suggest CSL on ford. Marlene is an absolutely amazing employee and always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Be ready to wait over an hour no matter what time of day you go because the lines are so long. The staff talk really quietly so you have to really pay attention when they call you to be next in line. Much of the staff needs an attitude adjustment. They really should treat donors better and they really should not have us wait so long before it's our turn to we'll be forwards I'll turn to donate.

I went to the Westland CSL. It was super fast to get in (as usual), and they are very friendly. I love the vibe and also the music they play. I had a small reaction, i became thirsty and started overheating, and the Phlebotomist (i didnt get his name but hes one of the only phlebs ive seen there thats male) rushed to help me and bring me ice then fan me off. Hes one of the best phlebs I've had from CSL, when he puts the needle in I barely felt it!! They are all really good, especially in terms of pain. All

It took approximately 4.5 hours total for my daughter and I?s first donation. They didn't appear busy, but were short staffed. I feel very mixed feelings posting this review because about half of the staff there is extremely considerate and caring, open and honest, and were clearly doing their best. We appreciated THOSE staff members so much honestly and I wish I remembered their names. However, they've got a few on staff that were INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. One in particular, a smaller lady named

Most of the staff was friendly, place was clean. However, the professionalism of some of the staff and MANAGMENT leaves alot to be desired. Inconsistent with policies, and rules. Will not return to this location.

There never open unprofessional under staff

I came to CSL Plasma to donate for the first time today. The first thing I noticed was the super clean and organized facility. The check in process was fairly straightforward and I'm told it gets even easier after the first visit. The check in staff were very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. In the donation room, things feel both professional and laid back at the same time. The technicians are great. They talk and joke with the patients and really make you feel comfortable. They are constan

I've been here a few times, I've also been to other Csl locations. Today as I am almost finished with my donation I have a lady sit next to me. First time donor for her.. I expect to hear the usual name last four etc... and I then hear this young man (he said his name is VON I asked) Explains the entire process of the donation for first time donor l can honestly say TODAY IS THE FIRST TIME IVE HEARD IT EXPLAINED IN DETAILS with such care and kindness.. now I know also. Kudos to him ??

Man i feel like if we are helping save lives... Then there is no way that we should be standing up in line forever! We should be able to sit down in the bay before we donate, why are we not laying in the bay/ bed until its our turn to get stuck! The workers are cool but they could use and attitude adjustment have a wonderful day CSL WORKERS??.

I love this place. I love to feel like I'm giving back to my community. It's a nice clean and friendly environment. I really love Rina though! She had great customer service skills at the front desk as well as on the donor floor. I can't wait till she becomes a phlebotomist! She's gonna kill it!

You're slow. you're rude. you play favoritism amongst the people who come in. You're unprofessional. Worse CSL Plasma place I've ever been to in my life. Trash. Just like everything else in trashland.

Grate staff from Bridgette's calming friendlyness and Michael's amazing skill and awareness of the Machinery all they to Gena Excellent knowledge of the csl plasma rules and regulations ??

Looking at all these comments I am sure the people that work there are the ones writing the good reviews and giving them high marks. This place is just as bad as the one in Lincoln Park if not worse. It may be cleaner but the people that work there are 10 times more rude than the ones at LP. There is an older guy black that has a walking cane, he seems to think he owns the company. I wish I could give my whole CSL experience a 0 cause I would. If you can find better do it, these people do way to much. You c

This place is slow and time consuming. The time it takes for a donor to go from the kiosk to the donor floor is at least 30-45 min on a good day. And once on the donor floor it takes 10 to 15 to be stuck. Lack of employees on the donor floor cause back ups in the line and lack of equipment in the bay areas means less bays being used which results in less people donating in a timely manner. I'm just a donor and clearly don't know how to run a plasma center but I'm sure you'll get more money with faster resul

Went there Sunday. They were short staffed. I waited for an 1 1/2 hours. Got to the front of the line....next to take a bed. They decided to close almost 3 hours early. Told me I could go to Lincoln Park and donate there. They are supposed to give me $10 for compensation. This place is going down hill.

I went for my first donation and everything went well until the Phlebotomist poked me-the poked did not hurt but my hand started to tingle-called her over right away and she adjusted my arm and the tingle went away. Over all everything was fine but now my arm is messed up, aches and hurts to lift-doc said nerve damage, I hope this heals! Telling my story just to make sure it is worth it, I know most depend on this money but others just do it to help-go to red cross if it is not about the money. I am regr

I donate plasma as several friends and family use the meds created from donors. This center is the best. Clean, usually quick, and the staff is usually having fun and there's good music playing. They treat us like volunteers - not like convicts doing time under a warden. That's BioLife - two different centers, both just mean and nasty. CSL is the spot.

Since the hours adjustment and since they have gotten busier, they have not adjusted their staff enough to handle the volume. Currently there are 12 people waiting in line and only one person doing the vital checks,. TheTmanagement needed to do a better job and pay attention.

I have been going here since they opened a few months ago. Yes it is a very clean well organized facility. I believe that all their equipment is new and up to date. The donation pay is slightly higher than competing plasma centers although they don't give frequency bonuses like the others. The staff are relatively friendly unless they start to get overly busy then they have a tendancy to be pushy. One area they could use a large amount of improvement is their focus on the donors while waiting to be screened

Downloaded the app registered read you forst appointment takes about 2 hours and reserved a time slot for 530pm. Figured I'd get there early and got there at 5pm. Got there at 5pm and people were lined up outside to get in since the door was locked and they have to let you in. They said theyd been waiting over 15 minutes. I was told they couldn't take me because the first appointment could take more than 2 hours and they close at 7pm. Waste of time

I would Give 0 stars! WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. NO APOLOGIES BUT CONTRADICTING ATITUDES. Security Guard & check-in guy are welcoming...NOT! Shut me down and kicked me out in 3 seconds because I was a 'NEW DONOR'. I CALLED 2X BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DONATE SO I DIDNT WASTE A TRIP OUT OF MY WAY! I ARRIVED IN THE 3 HOUR GRACE PERIOD that I WAS INSTRUCTURED TO; WAS STILL DISMISSED BECAUSE THEY HAD A "MEETING" LOL. SOUNDS LIKE THEY JUST WANTED TO DO NOTHING. THERE WAS NO LINE AT ALL! HONESTLY IF THEY CANT GET IT

All they want to do is talk , it's no way that you have all these people in the back and only one person know how to stick. Not knowing who was before who, putting people out of order and have people waiting. I'm literally sitting here watching 3 people at one station talking while only one person is doing there job when the other two can be sticking people. I'm for sure switching my location after today.

Ridiculous how long they take. Everytime I come in here they talking and doing everything under the sun but putting people on the machine I don't have all day for them to lollygag. It's annoying. The manager needs to treat them like kids and make a "no talking" rule. Help people on the machine after you get people set up?!?!!?!?

I am still standing in line behind 10 people. They only have one person in the back. If you don't have enough staff you shouldn't open. I'll let you know how long this takes. I'm guessing til around 2. It's now 10:51 I'm still waiting in line.

They are always slow and understaffed. I highly recommend going somewhere else or to another CSL location. Out of all the businesses that I've been to this location is by far the worst. If you want to go to a great plasma center GO TO BIOLIFE plasma. They are nice and organized and the staff there are really nice and helpful.

If you make appointment by the CSL app to save time. They tell you when you when you get there for your appointment time they are walk in only and have no premise over the app. So basically if 10 walk ins are there ahead of you (and we arrived 20 mins before appointment), you could be there for hours to wait. Especially annoyed after driving from 30 minutes away to be here at Westland location.

I've never I had an issue in there before every time's been pretty much quick and easy except for the first time I had to see the nurse and maybe 45 minutes of getting blood drawn and everything else was great from there. I also was just in there last month begining of February'21 and they bruised me so bad my whole forearm and bicept were the worst bruises I've had in my 32 years and I have played hockey for 25+ years and broken 15 plus bones.

It's never really super packed in here like other locations. Cedric is the best! He's the one who sticks me every time with no issues, machine never beeps or stops and it doesn't hurt when he puts the needle in. He deserves a raise gift card something. I just watched him stick a whole side and everyone is flowing perfectly fine. He's fun and has a great personality. He's also always at work and very professional.

ive gone to this place about 4 to 6 times since i moved from pa to mi. everyone here is always so friendly and nice. very professional, some will joke with u to get u to laugh. ive never had an issue with anyone that works here. i would 100% recommend anyone to go to this one

They stand around and gossip when they are on the floor, donors are left sitting there or standing waiting to be set up. 3 new ppl to 1 person training. 1 person taking down and it's not even busy.came in early due to I still have my day going on but it's now stopped due to this center. I've been standing here for 30 mins waiting to donate n there are only 5 ppl donating right now. 3 of us waiting. This is unprofessional and I am in the medical field as well!!!.

Everyone is always so friendly and smiling. Wait times aren't too bad. It's not a fast process, so be patient but it's worth it.

Go alot faster if the staff would quit talking and start working. Been standing here for 30 minutes. 6 beds open 8 people behind me and they wanna tell jokes and giggle. Clean facility and the best around but they off their game today. Kinda disappointed.

Four people in front of me. It's taking over a hr to get hook up. Then there's 10 people behind me. So this place thinks people want to wait in line for over a hr then it takes 45mins or longer to fill the bottle. 50 bucks is not worth the wait.

Dammit! I wanted to be the first one to give a review! Anyway, five stars! The place is clean and the staff takes their work very seriously. I came here because I was discouraged with multiple failed attempts to get plasma taken at Octapharma Redford because they are unprofessional and gave me the run around. I'm actually glad I didn't get through. That place is dirty and the staff is unpleasant. Nobody should ever let them handle needles EVER! That place should be closed down or sued hopefully. Anyway,...f

My experience at the Westland Michigan CSL plasma center is always awesome the staff there nice polite courteous fun to be around and extremely professional easy to talk to and very cooperative professionalism at its highest level it is an honor to go there all the time praise to the CSL plasma center in Westland keep doing your thing

It's a shame how rude these people are they yell your personal information out for everyone to here and when I went it wasn't to clean to me. Not only that they tell you don't lie about donating elsewhere like I never did it was my first time why are you calling me a liar and you don't even know me they made me feel so uncomfortable I said I would never go back their you black folks take a lil reception job a little to serious as if they are really somebody. Their clowns to me???????. Everyone has a differe

The heat from the exhaust system on my semi truck that I was working on made my arm red, but they could have used my other arm... I am healthy I exercise all the timethis is very upset and I use this money to pay my child support

The most unorganized place I've ever been, they have no type of system. They tell ppl to sit in the chairs and then forget about them. The staff talks about whatever on the floor they are loud and ghetto. Oh and when it comes to take ppl off the machine they never go in order. I waited and watched 5 ppl taken down before me because they choose who they want.

I tried to donate at the Westland location and was going to be a new donor. I stood at the counter where it said ?New Donor? for about 5 minutes. Someone finally came over. She told me she couldn't take me as a new donor because she was the only one working there. I'm not sure what she meant because I could see at least 2 women. She told me the process would be 2 - 3 hours and I'd have to come back.

Some phlembotomist think that they can be rude to everyone at this location like they don't work in customer service. Stop gossiping and do your jobs.

Horrible the employees obviously do not care about their jobs at all. I finally get back to donate and I look over and not surprising at all there is a whole in the tube and my plasma is leaking all over the ground great no employee around to even watch what's happening. Finally she comes over and makes an joke about it, really not funny there goes my blood plasma all over the floor. Now I am told that they can not return my blood cool whatever I didn't need that or anything but the worst of all is a get de

Cedric is great. Don't even feel when he puts the needle in my arm. He always makes me comfortable when I'm there and jokes a lot. Great place and nice staff.

It's a clean and good place but the employees and management don't take things serious takes 4 people to train at once? Talk and joke around and let people stay inseat waiting to get wrapped up. Staff need to be up on their game??

I am highly upset. I recently donated one time and when I went the next time, I got flagged to see the nurse. They continued to tell me that I can no longer donate for the rest of my life, this includes blood and organs and of course plasma. They told me I had been diagnosed with a disease/condition that puts me on the National deferral list , however as I was reading the paperwork it did say it could be a false positive. Then they told me to follow up with my primary care physician. Of course I was very u

I will never ever refer anyoneTo CSL Plasma againI've donated over 45 times myself and the person I referred have still yet to receive our rewards its been over 3 weeks. The staff was rude about it and of NO help what so ever. All staff members should be more than willing and have the knowledge to help a client if CSL really cared about their donors.

Amazing staff! I have troublesome veins and the guy got it on the first try. Everyone there sings along to the music while they work making this a very chill and talented environment!

Tiara Haney is so great with everything she does at the job , she makes me feel comfortable and always gives me a perfect stick , A++++ service thank you again

They are closed at 2:50 they are never open till the time they say. They say it closes earlier and earlier cause of staffing issues and there is atleast 6-8 new staff in there. I think it's about time to go somewhere else. When you want to help people and get them the things they need (plasma) and they are never open or Turing people away.

Moves at a slow pace , also good for being rude, they also leave hematoma on your arms and then defere you from donating ??????

Clean, and you're usually in and out. Not too busy. However, this review is for the staff. Most of the staff is Professional however there are a couple of young ladies that need to be retrained when it comes to dealing with the public. Indifference in attitude.

Don't do it!!! CSL is completely worthless, you can't get your money off of your card, if you are out of state, I've been waiting 4 days now, it's a sham, and they are liars!!!

I woot going to Lincoln Park because I was typed of standing in line for multiple hours. I tried Westland....in line for hours here too. 5 people ahead of me out took 2 hours. Only 2 people working the back???? Wow. I am a platinum status donor about to give up and go to bio life or octapharm.

Amazing and clean. Way better than the lincoln park location. I had florine stick me and she was so fast and friendly just like the whole staff . i will be going to this location from now on

I went for my first time on Wednesday and I was not let down at all. Super clean and very friendly staff. They made my first experience a great one to remember.

I've been going to this CSL location since April of 2019. Every time, which is 6 to 8 visits a month, the staff has been nothing but friendly and professional. Keep up the good work.

"CSL Plasma - You'll be comfortable, but you'll also wait 3 hours for 3 phlebotomists to finish their conversation, An extra 10 minutes to get a bed set up and another 3 hours for the line because it takes 4 employees to do a single job."

I really like the lady Meme she's super sweet and talked to me when I have a anxiety attack at the ending of my donation she didn't panic or freak out on me she talked to me calmly and was sweet :)

Good vibes good atmosphere very cleaned facility's Managers are A1 the employees get the job done in a timely manor good customer services from the receptionist etc.. .

Staff was polite. Center only using half of machines due to staffing.

Dave is Awesome! I left my water mug behind after donating. He set it aside for me :) Margaret is Sweet! ??

This location is always very friendly and professional. They mak you feel comfortable and appreciated for your donation efforts. Will always com to this location

Havent been there at all but reading their responses to ppl who have, whether good or bad, ive only seen 3 responses which make me believe that good donor responses are made up. Think ill stick to the place on Michigan Avenue in Ypsilanti Mi.

We'll run and very clean. A great team effort. Much Appreciated. Need an Employee Appreciation Bonus program for the staff.

If the ladies screening people did less chating between each other and more screening there wouldn't even be a line???????

Folks don't want to work couldn't move slower if tried

Always short staffed.. Seems like a high turnover of employees.. Most Employees are nice.. Great payout structure.. About Done W This Place..

Had appointment at 7 they lost power said they would open at 8 8:20 the place was packed still not taken anyone it was a waste of my time

Very unorganized, lots of workers walking around but few are helping clients. Other places I can get in and out in 1.5 hours, here it's MINIMUM 3 hours.

Stop talking and pull this needle out of my damn arm! I take 40 mins to drop your plasma, why does it take 20 more to wrap it up??? Otherwise its clean,, friendly and the bonuses make it worth the extra income.

The first time I went was great! The next time, I'm told I need to get a doctor's note and drug screened because my eyes are red?

This place is a joke! They are so short staffed I waited at the first time donor desk 15 minutes before I was asked do you need anything!! Yeah im trying to sell my blood!!! Lol not a good first impression!

Lady gave huge attitude initially on phone, they were unhelpful and selfish the remainder of time.

This place is horrible 2 hours in line and then in a chair and then sent to medical over a scratch on my arm this place sucks

Meme got the SAUCE hooked ya boy up on his first day back, much love and keep up the Great work!!!!

This place sucks. Turned me away 2 days in a row for no good reason. Very unprofessional. Won't be back.

Satinder Is The Best Pleb Hands Down ????

cool people Christina did a good job five star for every employee to

This place is a joke. Medical staff don't show up on time, so if just because your there dont mean you'll be able to donate!

THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL PLACE AND ALL THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT!!! FULLY RECOMMEND THIS TO OTHERS! Seanate j Was awesome and very skilled in her profession.

I will not go back to this place I was here back around February and I had a lady trying to get the needle to work it work for a minute and then they told me that they couldn't get it working so they would have to go put it in my other arm and a new lady put it in on the wrong spot so the other lady told me that they would not be able to do it so they wrap my arm up and so I went back today and the machine said that I had to talk to the staff there so I did he told me to that I had to talk to the nurse so I

Pleasant and professional staff members. Any questions I may have are promptly answered, at the center or by phone.

Well the place is nice but there is one staff who clearly does not like white people especially when she goes to test them before they can go back she is very rude unprofessional and very racist

Nice staff. Try to get here well before closing time so they can go home on time. Closed Sunday and Monday

THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND KIND ALSO CURTIOUS WITH EVERY VISIT THAT I'VE HAD EVER SINCE I'VE BEEN COMING HERE.

I would like to thank Flo, Kristina and Jennifer for there professionalism. I would especially like to thank Kimberly for her professionalism and her great expertise!!!!

Theres already a shortage of Plasma these days . Mask over the nose is way excessive for many reasons !! Its ok for some staff to only wear a shield !!!

This location was close to my work so would go after work but now they close at 2:00 3:00 p.m. everyday why is that now I can't even go there after work anymore

Great place to get extra money the only thing i dont like are there banking hours. There hours of operation is extremely unflexible and inconvenient.

I hate this place garbage and treats you like trash Biomat in Inkster has a better first donor payout it's on Michigan Ave in Inkster

Trying to force mask wearing again!!! I'm done going there !! Going back to Octapharma where you can but aren't forced to wear face diapers !!!

Cedric M is very pleasant, accommodating and was very professional and gentle as well as the rest of the staff.

Theyre closed at 9 o clock on a Monday. Guess they don't need plasma that bad

The doctor was very rude and moving around he couldn't sit still it appeared like he was high on something this place is by far the wrost.

Good place

Extremely slow, average wait time over two hours. Maybe then you'll get a chair.

Great place to donate. They treat you like family here. ??

I've never had a bad experience here but for a medical facility the floors are quite dirty

It would have been helpful to know they don't take plasma from people over 65 before I drove there. Nothing on their website

To many staff in front but 3 in back waited in line to get to the back 45 min while staff in front did nothing

Best place I've donated by far and will keep continuing to donate at the westland location

Mr. Posey is excellent at his job.

Disappointed they are just randomly closed when they shouldn't be?. no note on door!! They should mention they're closing Early on their app.

Can't even call for a question because the automated voice takes forever and repeats itself when you click a new number to be directed somewhere

I'm having problems getting a donor number to enroll in the app please help I donate here to have gas money to get to work
