Their website claims that they're latex-allergy friendly, but after sitting there for almost 3 hrs and already being touched with latex gloves and bands, a nurse told me (AFTER she already started my physical exam --super unsafe practice to not read a patient chart until after starting the exam) that they are not a latex-allergy friendly facility. !!! I would love to know why the first nurse who did my intake didn't stop me and tell me DURING INTAKE that I wouldn't be able to donate!!! Not to mention he to
Gracie did an outstanding job sticking me Saturday morning, she is always been professional and pleasant every time I donate.
Really sweet and kind staffs never had problem or anything they always made me feel comfortable and been with them for year and love and will continue going there no matter what the prize is isn't not all about the money in my eyes is about how many people I'm saving that day I'm really glad I'm with them and thanks to all the amazing staffs keep up the awesome work. Been with them for 3 years now and thanks for sending me a text for not been there for month shows they were care about my membership there wo
Great people always nice
Today was the worst customer service I ever had one lady was training and she was very rude.....the mean lady name was barbie u can tell that was a nickname because she has a personality only a mother can love and the girl she was training was rude also its crazy because I be nice to everyone but its people like that.....that make me want to cuss them smooth out it so sad it be your own kind
I always have a great experience when I'm here
Not sure if I am coming back they say my pulse is high the past four times just went to my doctor every thing was good
If I could give a Zero I would! Completely rude customer service everyone was more worried about getting off work then to do their job! No signs up that if you're allergic to latex that they deny you, smh completely horrible restrooms dirty you'd catch an STD!
If I could leave zero that would have been my option. Absolutely horrible service. Went it with an email from them for a 50 dollar bonus on my donation and they refuse to honor there own promotions. They have continuously lowered monthly payments even though they are making large amounts of funds off each donation. I encourage you to try another facility in the local area where you will be treated right and compensated fairly. Also, walk into their bathrooms... McDonald's is more sanitary and this is
Deferred me said I had a racist tattoo!!! Want to file a lawsuit for discrimination.
The technicians are decent people, it's the clients who are the real problem. They are the real a-holes. Always coming in, thinking this will be in-and-out easy money, completely disrespectful to everyone around them, and complaining about "time wasted" and negating the fact that 1) this is a medical facility 2) as a medical facility procedure must be followed to the T for the safety of EVERYONE and 3) the world don't revolve around these selfish people. My heart goes out to the staff because I also have to
I love the people who work there! They always seem nice. But I lost my donation card called they said I had to wait 10 days blah blah blah. I called last Friday. My boyfriend went into Ked Wednesday told them he lost his card they gave him a new one right away. I go in the same day try to ask some one new if I could get a new card I got told no. Moral of the story I asked 4 different people and got told the same answer which was no. I'm starting to think it has something to do with the fact that I'm white
I love it! Staff is friendly and nice! They are very professional and clean. I love how they didn't make me feel to bad about my first experience! Thanks for the awesome staff here! Especially the red haired Girl! Idk her name but she's very kind and treats everyone Great weather their new or not! Very satisfied with this place!
DO NOT GO! One starting Monday they lowered the amount you make by 50$ for your first few visits even if you started the day before thay change was decided. Then they are unprofessional and make you wait over 4 hours to not check your account then tell you they can't find you in the system when you donated before. To makeup for there unprofessional manor they give you a card to come back and waist more of your time. The staff is also disrespectful and untrained. Do not go there you are waisting your time an
Very rude I called before I came to see if they were taking new donor's and they said yes so I dove almost an hour for no reason because they would not take me
Professional, courteous staff. Highly recommend ked plasma.
Today was my first and last time I would ever walk in them doors. I clearly told them that I have to be poked by someone that's good at running veins. Nope I got poked not once not twice but 9 times from four different people in my right arm then they decided to try on the other arm again not listening to anything I am saying 3 more people back to back untill my arm started swelling and big knots starting forming under my skin just to be asked do I want poked again. He'll no . I was supposed to get
Only got to donate here 1 time due to the system not letting me change adresses without proof of address and they wouldn't accept a driver's license that i had proof waa issued pess than 30 days ago so i didn't have it because i had just moved, the staff is great but the systems need updated or something this is the only place in Ohio where ive had issues
Mario who was a phlebotomist got promoted and became a mean person who abused his authority by being controlling and extremely disrespectful. He violated my rights as an older woman with only one good vein. He showed off in front of everyone in the place by flaunting his authority and allowing a trainee to stick me and infiltrate my vein. He is not a good person and should not be permitted to continue working there.
Worst experience ever. I came an hour and 15 minutes before they closed to donate my plasma. Every worker was in a rush to get out, the heat was cranked up all the way and every worker was having a bad time. There was more concern for the workers leaving than for the needle they were putting in my arm. They messed up the puncture in both of my arms and in fear of them messing up for a third time I left without getting the rest of my blood put back in me and will be recovering 25% of my pay because the blood
Drove half hour to go donait. Waited a hour and a half only took my height then proceeded to tell me that they could not take a new person.watched multiple people in and out. So I waisted 3 hours of me day and did not even get to help with my donation. I will not be going back and recomend it you are looking fo a place to donate DO NOT GO HERE.
Staff is great, they take care of me everytime I'm there. And if you want to get in and get out. Wake your butt up early then. Don't take it out on them.
Someone needs to review the job that the African American woman doing the physicals is doing. She'll break your spirit and your back!
Worst place ever . My husband was a new donor and he spent five hours there and they had trouble with his vein in the one hour so they poked around the other arm. They probably got at least half a bottle of plasma and then they were putting platelets back in him, and in the process they poked him five times i in one vein and caused an air bubble. And for all that after saying first donations are 100 they paid him $25 and that's after they hurt him and they could've caused a bigger problem with an air bubble
Absolutely terrible. The staff is so rude and slow, I am not sure why anyone would come here. I am going back to Biomat in Austintown because they pay more too. They also didn't get my money to me right away, got to the store and no money. Couldn't reach anyone to tell them right away, no one answered phone.
There are several plasma centers to choose from, but everybody returns to this location and I can understand why. The staff is well trained and they treat all with the same respect given!
The women's bathroom sometimes works. Today it doesnt, the toilet is broken and we have to use the men's bathroom which has no lock!! Staff is great but the facility needs attention, badly!!
I visit this wonderful and professional plasma donation center twice a week. The employees are very well trained and caring people who love their jobs. You should visit and tell them that I asked you to stop by and become a donor.
Kiosk need updated. People friendly environment. Techs are caring and use all the proper protective gear needed.
Just make sure you have nothing else to do that day. They are crazy busy. All the employees have been kind and reassuring
My machine stopped working...with white light flashing..and all employees walked around looking at me ..not assisting me at all..the lady who hooked me up to me gone could not be found. This place is very unprofessional and what a sccary experience for one's first time!! Pray before I come here.
Kedplasma is Rude, Unprofessional and slow. The Management is Racist and rude. Bre will defer you even if you didn't do anything wrong.
Very friendly staff always professional the only issue is the wait time on the weekends you're standing outside waiting in line other than that very great place
Very professional ,very polite, courteous, people working there,..
Poor management employees do not communicate correctly to know what steps each donor is in for a smooth operating business. Horrible advise not to use as a plasma donation center
Went to go try and donor and they turn me down without even checking my veins staff is very rude and unprofessional will never be going back there again definitely need to change their staff smh
Been calling al day and they are very Unprofessional they don't answer the phone so to get any information you most definitely got to wast gas to go in there best bet is to try the new csl might be way better then this joke of a place they call a business but can't answer the phones. Smh
the most organized donation center i have been to. staff is very courteous and friendly. would highly recommend
I have become friends with a lot of people thatThey are good peopleThat are a part of our community Some I know outside of being there And some I only know from there But I am grateful to have met them all And I am gratefulThat I can be a partOf helping someone else's lifeBut donating my plasma
They've actually gotten a lot faster. Actually all the workers are really sweet.
The people at kid plasma are nice caring the place is clean and you're not just someone coming in to donate they make you feel important
Went here to donate for the first time, and went in signed in waited over 20 minutes and not one single person greeted me or anything, will NOT go back! I did leave and didn't donate will be going elsewhere. Went here cause it was closest to me.
My friend and I donate here They pay well except when people that are new tried to stick my friend and they could not get here blood to flow she has not come back since then
They didn't want to take me bc of a medication I am on.no one go here
Employees are very friendly yet professional. The environment is clean and safe.
I love the place I go early to avoid busy times ... I love the staff
I love them they are good ppl just as much as it is to save lives.and I'm proud to be a doner.
LATEX ALLERGY? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! THEY DON'T TAKE ANYONE WITH A LATEX ALLERGY.
they need more staff in the morning from 6-9 they are slow and they do not pick up the phone I called for hours!!
The works are so amazing polite understanding they talk with you thru it all
Always nice to me and answer any questions I ask them.
It's horrible. U for too wait like two hrs or more every time. It's not worth it really

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
