Staff was very attentive, keep facility clean and spotless and were simply amazing! I came as last new donor at cutoff time and they took great care of me. I appreciate good curators service. The hilariously funny black Nurse and black woman that stuck me got the right vein right away and no hematomas! That's important to me even though I was 2nd to last to leave, they still were efficient. Thanks for taking care of me and my son and I'm referring folks to this facility in particular.
Brandon is my personal stick the needle in my arm. He's a wonderful person great characteristic I see great personality He's not judgmental and he treat everybody the same And he don't hurt me with the needle and I'm comfortable when he puts it in my arm.
Very rude Too distracted with personal life Mainly on the phone Sexual Assault when in donation chair (mainly the guys) too touchy feely on other men (mainly the teen boys donating) Would not recommend to real g?s straight up Plus side im here now in exact time 4:11pm 06/16/2025 and someone just fell down the steps and hurt her foot so maintenance is needed as well
Hey I recently visited today, And this time is my last because this occurred before, but now is occurring again, I was told To wait until a certain time, then the payment supposed to go through all Because they badly damage my right arm due to the needle being pierced too hard And they are also very untrustworthy with payments because there was another time when I was told to wait until a specific time around 2-3 I was told I was going to get paid, But unfortunately, they never finish the paperwork for the
The costumer service is very excellent and I would recommend someone else because of how smooth the worker Joann Makiah made the experience for me. I would definitely recommend someone to that plasma center.

This Olgam center on Fulton st has a very professional staff they are very humble & nice but Brendon is the best Tech here
Anna Brown is amazing! Her customer service & her bedside manner is superb. She really makes sure the clients are comfortable, well taken care of and helps the donation process go smoothly. She is quick and efficient and makes the process painless! I always make sure to go to her if I am making a donation because she is the best on staff that Olgam has to offer. She definitely deserves a raise or a bonus for her hard work and professionalism!
Makiah is a great staff member at this donation center. She is so kind, moves at a face pace and makes sure you're taken care of. I like coming here because they try their best to get people in and out of here. I know some days may be hectic but the staff good attitude and professionalism helps a lot .Makiah really made my day with small talk.
This place is a wonderful. Staff is wonderful especially Yazmine. She is very professional very kind explaining everything that she's doing to you. Making sure you understand. She's very kind and helpful. All the staff is amazing.
Lately this location has been opening late. I don't know what's going on. I call the number and no one answers. Knowing full well staff is here. Maybe it's time for new management. It's 6:40 am and we're still waiting to get in. It's frustrating what with the cold weather and all...
The staff is super friendly and sweet and go above and beyond to assist all their donors. They have a unique way of both making you feel like you're welcome and somehow apart of a deeper bond. There are an array of personalities and each of them are as friendly and personable as the last. I highly recommend this plasma center. It's small, efficient, and always full of positive energy. Just be weary as Sundays are usually the busiest.
Joann is really nice and professional. She has a great positive and upbeat attitude. She made my first time here a really great experience.

I have seen the decline of this facility over time...The elevator has broken and just stayed broken for only God knows how long...They no longer provide clients with band aids after a finger prick. Maybe it's not cost effective..But a cotton ball does work just fine so no real complaint...I have seen clients ask for the crackers on several occasions and the facility never seems to have any...and although the site says the facility opens at 6am it seems time management at this location has definitely become
Ro the trainer from the pitkin location is always attentive to everyone. She among the other girls on staff are an absolute delight to be around. Overall excellent
Pearline has a really good stick. Ms. Alma too.9 to ea out of ten it's quick and easy . Four stars only because the queue has a tendency to get pretty long and visits can range between 1 hour and 3 hours
I really love coming here and not even for the donation , the vibes are always their , the staff is amazing in particular Stephanie the medical staff is great she even comes to the back and sticks me she has never made an error . the receptionist dawn and Jada are also lovely souls and set the mood for the entire donation , yoheidy also is very respectful and bring a welcoming vibe during process fast & easy ??????
I feel this is a will round team of worker they team up to help if they need assistance in any matter dealing with work related functions that why they get five Star from me
As. Time gone on I've come to realize the staff in understaffed and overworked on on a regular day. I must admit I was not the easiest patient to deal with at the time. But after a few more visits, I'd like to formally apologize and thank the staff here for everything they have done. A job is job, we forget their at work at.
The whole staff is very professional Ro the trainer, simone, shania, Asha, Ashley and Pearline. Ive been coming for 15 months and everybody's professional. I don't know how to send it. All I don't know.
Waited hours with maybe 10 people Infront of me. Got verbally assaulted by staff and the nasty guests. I come all the time. This one is trash. Genuinely. Needs closed and the staff were stuck on phones and scapegoating to another level.
Always have a great visit , Brian makes you feel super comfortable and less nervous when inputting needle ! Definitely recommend

Great staff very clean and attentive to the clients. I personally do not like needles they make me feel safe comfortable and the whole staff makes sure to cover the needle while it's in my arm just to relax my mind awesome staff thank you very much for such a warm friendly professional atmosphere.

To be honest I love the staff there. all know me by face now and the staff are always respectful, smiling and caring. To be honest I only been to two locations but since meeting the staff on pitkin I wouldn't go to another. That's my spot.

Staff here are Very Great !! This is now my 8th plasma Donation nd so far I haven't had any issues with this place at all ..Front desk Staff Very Helpful .. Nursing staff very respectful they work in a timely fashion?. Medical staff great at their jobs they set you up comfortably before sticking you .. all in all I would recommend checking out Olgam Life Plasma Donation Center

Updated 5/20/2021 Many people got turned down today for plasma donations at the Pitkin location at approximately 1:48 PM; there were not enough phlebotomists. Perhaps Olgam should use *affiliate marketing* (using information cards, pamphlets, brochures, etcetera) of nutritional products (as an example)! This would give an additional income stream that perhaps can be used to procure additional phlebotomists, etcetera. ----- The Pitkin location has issues with line formations in the waiting area in the lo

Has gotten worse w new hours - maybe not enough workers, and no one moves fast when there's a lot of people in line. Could wait for 3 hours total there and most of the time you're just waiting in line not getting anything drawn. Came once with 35 people in the back and only half the stations being used smh. Turn people away if you're too busy to handle it smh. Ripoff for the amount of time

I swear this company always find a dang loop hole when it comes to the referral bonus.. I referred two people now I'm on my third and they refuse to give me 50 extra dollars when they get THOUSANDS FOR ONE just BOTTLE.. other state give you 100-175 but this place only gives 50

Horrible establishment. Finds any way to not honor agreements and take money from donors. They even went as far as to deny me my referral fee bc the person I referred didnt go to the same location each time, even though the have been donating for months now.

These people are jerks to the fullest. I donated for 5 months with no problem. I got a cold and a slight case of diahreah. When they found out about the diahreah, they acted like I had AIDS. Blew it way out of proportion, embarrassed me in front of everyone. They then said I had to have a colonoscapy to prove I did not have cancer! They then told me I could not donate EVER again. Total imbeciles.
