I followed all the ID requirements listed when you download the app. However, it says NOTHING about bringing a piece of mail that you have received in the past month. The woman with the neck brace was very rude. When I told her that was not on the ID list, her response was "I don't make the standards". When the guy that was helping me told her she had a person in queue, she "No, you have a person in queue,. I'm leaving on 3 minutes". Which brings me to believe that she was just telling that because she wan

Arrived and had a young lady start the process. Once started she mentioned to me to pump my hand and offered a ball I'm which I took. I utilized the ball the entire time. After my donation was done I was pulled in a room and adressed they could ban me from donating because she told me several times to pump. I felt very humiliated because this was a untrue statement. She checked on me 2 time and the first she gave me the ball. Honesty in a establishment builds trust.

Scheduled my first donation two weeks in advance. A mere three hours before the donation, I got a text informing me that my appointment had been moved to next month. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I attempted to cancel the appointment, but there is no human customer support, only robots that are not configured properly. Humans do not return phone messages. The text bot offers two options: "stop" and "help." If you select "help" it tells you "text stop to stop messages."

Can't make an appointment in person have to make a appointment on app for people who don't know how to do that person working there offered no help so for me to offer to give and no help too do so it's a very sad experience with them too try and help save a life very very sad experience

These associates are knowledgeable and personable. They get you through the process as quickly, and painlessly lol, as possible and while recognizing you as a repeat customer and appreciative of your attendance.

If I didn't need the money I would not donate at this place. I see staff FaceTiming during their scheduled shift while they are working, you have us waiting over an hour before going back to sit to give plasma. It's just really not as good as CSL plasma and if I lived closer to Indy I would be donating there but I'm stuck with parachute and they don't have enough staff. If you want to come here just be warned you're going to be there for three or more hours at a time.

The pay is absolutely ridiculously insulting for donors but out of all my years of donation. They keep bruising my arms my Career has been effected makes me so uncomfortable anymore. BBB DOES NOT EVEN RECOGNIZE THIS PLACE OF BUSSINESS. Good Luck God Bless.

I think it's very discriminatory for you to let my son come there and give blood for 6 moths or more and then discriminate against him bc of the tattoos he has he has been out of prison since 2016 and has never been in trouble since he has a clean slate and he has a heart of gold and I think that you should be ashamed of yourselves for letting him come there all that time and now bc of what he looks like bc of a tattoo you throw him out if it were true about the gang sign why did you ever let him come there

Staff were very helpful. With it being my first time i was a little nervous. The staff explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. Easy process, clean facility. Highly recommend!!

My scheduled 4:30 appointment has an arrival window from 4:30-5p. I arrived at 4:48 to find the doors locked. Initially the app showed my appointment but then it dropped off. The next client that walked out said they locked the doors at 4p. It is frustrating as a dedicated participant to not receive a courtesy call notifying of lack of staffing at scheduled time. I was due a bonus payment with today's donation and another bonus is now impossible to earn with the limitations. I would have rescheduled earlier

The staff have been amazing and are so friendly and caring. I always enjoy getting to come and donating. Christy, Jenna, Sierra and Dustin always make donating enjoyable. I was super nervous my first time and Christy made me feel at ease . The staff are kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend parachute to anyone.

Don't go here, I've gone at least 20 times and not only is the pay subpar to other donation companies, but they will do anything to get out of paying you bonuses, I got deferred for 56 days the donation before I have a 100$ donation because one of the employees installed a line incorrectly causing the machine to spill blood inside. No fault of my own but not the first time paying the price for one of their mistakes. Avoid the headache.

Such a great way to help and get paid while doing so. The staff are nice and caring and show great enthusiasm.

My sister went in to donate plasma and the facility was understaffed. The gentleman working has problems sticking people that lead to complications and other workers having to fix his mistake. My sister had to get readjusted numerous times because of the pain. When she was done they took forever to assist her to the point where I had to come in and speak up for her. Instead of immediately assisting her, I was told there were understaffed and not everyone had to training. This experience was extremely disapp

I've only had 1 bad stick at this location but was still able to donate. It's been an overall good experience.

I'm not dirty I don't do drugs. I was trying to help people.. and got turned down for someone else had hepatitis . I never had it!!!! But since they did I have to be punished too. I am being jugdged for something I never had. . She said most ppl lie about it. And get it done no problem. But since I was honest. I'm being punished again. They can keep the money. I was trying to help others. Not Fair at all!!!!!!!!

I'm a new donor on a third donation for a big 30.00 bucks no way forth it. Been a donor for many years Hands down the pay is absolutely and utterly redundant HERE.! Great staff but Good luck to you and God Bless All.

The staff is so polite and friendly. They made the donation process as easy and comfortable as possible.

Sierra and Dustin and Christi did a great job never done this before they made me feel comfortable thanks

Went through all steps to sign up and at the very end it showed age limit to donate. Could have saved a lot of my time if that were advertised up front!
