Parachute Plasma Donation Center Greenville, TX

Parachute Plasma Donation Center Greenville, TX

Reviews Summary

Most reviews praise the friendly, professional staff who make donors feel comfortable, especially first-timers. Many highlight efficient service and clean facilities. However, several negative reviews cite rude staff, long wait times, poor organization, and unprofessional attitudes, with some donors vowing never to return. Experiences vary widely—some had quick, pleasant visits despite bad reviews, while others faced frustration with scheduling, wait times, or staff behavior. Weekday mornings and appointments seem smoother. Overall, positive experiences dominate, but consistency in service quality appears to be an issue.

Customer Reviews

Very nice location that is staffed by friendly people that make the process of donating blood very easy and relaxed. I do appreciate the a little gifts that you get. I'm hopeful. This blood will be useful to somebody in desperate need.

I've given blood many times at this location. The technicians are always nice. They greet you when you come in and thank you when you are finished

I had to walk out of this place right now. 45 min wait time. No greeting, no patient book to review, nothing. Mind you I booked an appointment. Why have availability at certain times if you aren't correctly staffed. The staff was not welcoming, didn't check on anyone in the waiting area nor did they bother to inform anyone of the long wait time. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Highly recommend an appointment. Very busy, respecting Saturdays.

I can only speak from my experience today. I had an appointment, after answering a few questions I was in a chair in about 10 minutes since entering the door. The donation itself was shockingly quick. Everyone was polite, but they weren't chic fil a employees, they're there to do a job just like you and I. I was almost turned off by the negative comments, but needed to donate for medical reasons. I personally had a very good experience at this location

Contrary to the bad reviews, I had a good experience. Everyone was nice, I was seen quick, and they weren't that busy being a weekday morning

This is an awesome place to donate. The manager Mrs. Brenda is the best I have ever seen in a Carter donor center. I have over 300 lifetime donations so I have seen a few! Great staff ,super clean ,friendly

Very friendly staff! It was busy but they did a great job of getting people in and out!

I was a little nervous donating blood for the first time but the staff were so kind and caring and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend.

The employees are AMAZING! I've always hating having blood drawn. It makes me nervous and I've often fainted afterwards. I wanted to start donating blood because I knew there was a shortage and I was so nervous but the nurses made sure I felt calm and comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. I've gone twice now and I can't wait to give more times in the future.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. From the moment that I walked in the door, the employees had terrible attitudes. They looked to be miserable at doing their jobs. I would never recommend this facility nor would I ever go there again. It was horrible and depressing. Ironically, you're doing them a favor by donating blood, it's not as though you are getting paid for it. Don't waste your time at this location.

They are always very nice and friendly.

The place was clean, the music good, the staff was pleasant and they worked fast. Only needed around 20 minutes in all.

Absolute trash!!! Two of us walked in to donate platelets and one person blood! There is a huge shortage! Two of us are AB+ and the other O-They talked about us for 10 mins then lingered in the office for another 5. Then turned us away! Still with 40 mins to donate! We drove an hour to donate. Will never donate to Carter Bloodcare again! Very disappointed ??

Staff are all friendly and extremely proficient at what they do! I've been assisted by Brenda, Ken, Raul, and Hunter, and they're all awesome!

Friendly professional staff. I had a good experience here. The staff was friendly and we even shared a few laughs. This was a good experience for me and I will be back again.

Horrible professionalism! Not nice! Seems as if your bothering them by giving free blood! Do not recommend! Staff was very rude!

Slow, be prepared to spend a bit of time, even with an appointment... Otherwise, the staff are great and friendly. Well worth a visit!

It was 3:30 pm and I called to see if I needed an appointment, I was told no come in, drove for 30 mintues. When i arrived at 4pm it was closed at no time did someone ask me which location I was in route to or tell me they was closed. Sad especially if you are wanting to help ?? ??

Very friendly and efficient staff. Michelle was a joy to be around and made sure I was comfortable. I will be back!

Staff is rude. Seem to have an attitude about everything. Second time to donate here and same experience both times. Won't be back

This organization always has issues. You can waste half your day trying to give blood. Not sure why Rockwall location has issues.

Don't allow open carry.
