????? I've been donating at BioLife for a while now, and I have to say, every experience has been fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk through the doors. The facility is clean, well-organized, and the process is always smooth and efficient. The technicians are skilled and make the donation process as quick and painless as possible. I'm always impressed with how knowledgeable they are and how much attention they give to every

I would give 5 stars because every time I come in I have a pretty smooth experience. But today when I came in nobody was wiping the beds down after people got up, the DST just kept telling people to just sit down after someone got up. That is very unsanitary. You're working with blood that can be transferred to other people. I felt disgusted. I asked a worker and she was like yeah we do but still nothing was done. I had to ask if the arm rest could at least get wiped off. I appreciate her for doing that. Th

?MCDONOUGH LOCATION? ?? Terrible Experience ? Unprofessional Staff and Poor Service This was by far the worst experience. After going through the entire donation process, I was denied for something as ridiculous as ?not eating a full meal,? despite clearly stating that I had. I am an adult and know what a full meal is, so being told otherwise in a condescending manner was both disrespectful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the nurse then banned me from donating at this location simply because I

Well, my 1st attempt & I had to reschedule due to my Platelet donation just 4 days prior. Three wait time should be at least 7 days after !? I didn't read that anywhere in their materials or else I would have waited to schedule !?! The 1st time paper work & questionnaires are pretty routine. I didn't get to go through the physical portion this time. The facility & staff seem very professional. Maybe next time !???

I have been to the McDonough location twice. The first time my husband & I were met at the front desk by an employee asking about what I had eaten that morning. Told it wasn't enough before he even asked my name and sent us home. The second visit I made it all the way through the physical & all the screening process. Once in the donation chair the girl said I had not drank enough water even though I drank over a gallon. She also sent me home. I have donated many times with other companies and never had an i

With The new machines I always get light headed. I have been told they withdrawal faster than the old ones. If these new machines can be turned down a bit I could return, but I can't pass out every time I go.

Normally I have a great experience with the well mannered employees that work here. Unfortunately today I went to use the bathroom and they used way too much bleach to clean the restroom. My eyes were literally burning from the fumes of the bleach. Also in the process of washing my hands the bleach stained a really nice pair of pants I had on. Hopefully ?? in the future whoever cleans the restrooms can be a bit more mindful of the bleach usage.

Been going here for a while. Everytime I go here they find some way to screw me over .as I said been going here for a while . No all of the sudden they ask me a question that had never been asked before and something I haven't been treated for over 5 years and in order to give blood now I have to spend more money then I will make in a year to get a paper from specialist to be able to make a few extra dollars. Once again in the few years I been going here this was never asked or brought up. Go figure

Unorganized and will ask you to return a second day. I was told by nurse that what I ate for breakfast wasn't enough to donate. I said ok can I make another appointment. I made another appointment next day. Had to rescreen and redo physical. Nothing this time was asked if I had eaten. Finish physical and go to line to wait and told to go to that side. I go to, "That side" and the female technician looks confused. The male technician looks at me and says come to the other side. I go to that side. He says the

The people there are super friendly every single staff person has compassion and care but the compensation going down has kind of put me out of the pictures as far as donating because of where I live and what it cost me to get there but I would highly recommend BioLife plasma services to anyone . When the conversation comes back up I may return but thank you all throughout the months for all your help

Biolife - McDonough Location I begin visiting Biolife to donate plasma on November 1, 2023 I have donated 6 times during the duration. During my observations I noticed the techs are very slow pace at times and not very tentative to all patients. On November 21, 2024 my 6th donation, I had to 2 techs responsible with the insertion of my needle on my right arm. The initial tech apparently did not insert the needle correctly, based on the plasma not pumping correctly. The 2nd tech adjusted the needle to far

Had an appointment I thought I would be late to. Tried calling 3 times before I drove the whole way but no one would pick up the phone. Drove 45 minutes to be told I was too late. Last time I donated the employees wouldn't stop cutting up and joking- not really paying attention to donors. A bit unprofessional.

Brian is a over and beyond worker. Always answer all my questions with such a positive attitude, Always so helpful and informative. Great role model

I needed some help, the worker who I asked the first time said ok and never came back. The next person I asked referred me to someone else who then didn't come back either( mind you I'm in pain, the needle had moved out of my vein and the machine stopped working) 30 minutes later I ask for help again and again. This time another worker comes over to me and just starts acting like she's offended because I needed help. So she immediately turns into a victim saying I'm being rude to her. I never said anything

The staff is always friendly and professional. I enjoy the process. It is great to be able to give back and help people as well as putting some change in my pocket.

The staff here are professional, patient, prompt and efficient. It's the people here that makes this place memorable. Thankyou for your service.

Jared handled my physical, very professional and efficient. Thank you Jared. It would be useful if there was a que in the waiting area, the staff didn't have a list of donors and did not give us physicals in the order we arrived at the station. Some people were skipped and had to wait longer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They did not follow through with the coupon of $800. My husband signed up with a coupon stating that he would receive $800 the first month. He has only recieved 600 and now the coupon is no good. They suck You can never get anyone on the phone. 100 %would not recommend this place

5 stars for nurse Jearrod at the McDonough, GA., location - he is very friendly, takes his time with you, thorough & professional.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. 2 of the nurses there were inexperienced, rude and unpleasant people. The only time I'll be back is when I'm reporting the both of them.

I'm new here to BioLife plasma and this is my first time donating. The doors are locked and there is a handwritten note that says ?Systems are down. You can reschedule your appointment or wait outside in your car?. I think the way that makes a business look is unprofessional and for this being my first time leaves a bad impression on the company after driving this far and doing everything I have to get here.

I always have a good experience when I donate. The staff are very helpful, professional and efficient and I am in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Just started here and gotta say the Jared is pretty cool and quick with the physical. So far every employee seem like they like working there so good attitudes and good vibes

Not efficient at all to waste people?s time by advising only AFTER they've arrived there's a 2hr delay due to new equipment??? Like no one knew it was coming? Is that a cover for not enough staff? And not a chair was offered just go stand over there on hard flooring for 2hrs? Staff was unapologetic like it does happen all the time & What do they care if you come back or not? What's the app for, just happy stuff ?? Can't put Anything negative or informative like a two hour delay ?? your staff reached by p

Gianna is always so sweet. I thought I had actually post this review earlier but it didn't and I was telling her about. So I thought I'd try it again. Thank you ma?am ????

They are always friendly and professional they keep a good eye on donors to make sure they are good

Very caring and informative staff. This was my first time and they made me feel comfortable, explained the process through each step, I definitely was in good hands, and will not hesitate to go again, or recommend to others.

Great experience! From the time I got there to the time I left I felt like I was in good hands. Jearrod was very thorough with my health screening and informed me the whole way through. He gave me a tour of the facility and told me what to do when I arrive for future visits. Overall the visit to BioLife was great and I will recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you and God bless.

The nurses and staff here are rude and inconsiderate! I would not recommend going to this location as if you have an emergency caused by the staff they will find any reason to defer you and then they won't tell you that you are being deferred. Very unprofessional and half of the staff walks around doing nothing but talking about donors. I was deferred after a nurse carelessly stuck me, causing me pain, after I informed one of the staff, she advised me that I would not be paid but kept adjusting the needle e

The young lady this morning at the counter taking vitals really needs to learn how hoe not to judge people. Just because she's not in this situation doesn't make her better than anyone. Plus I donated 48 hours ago nothing changed so how come I can't donate now. And she was short light skin employee. She had no idea on what she was doing. She asked me to retake a blood pressure test. She had me wait for less than 2 minutes and then retook it. I was supposed to wait longer than that

The amount went down from the week before and when I did donate my card got hacked and funds got stolen and they wouldn't even let me have corporates number to call and get reimbursed nor would any manger come to the phone when I called they said they was always busy im very upset at bio life's service.

Friendly staff, but super long wait times. If people have to schedule appointments, they expect to start donating within 10 minutes of their appointment time - not start the questionnaire one hour after their scheduled appointment time. These pager coasters are becoming the bane of my existence ??

As a first time donor was I was extremely nervous. But Jared the doctor in charged was extremely patient and kind. He was not only willing to answer my questions but happy to do so. You really don't see such care in many places anymore. The other staff were all very courteous as well.

Everyone treated me great and were very helpful throughout the entire process.

It would be nice if payout stayed anywhere close to what new donors get their first month. As long as wait times aren't too long, the pay and time are acceptable. There have been times where an hour donation took closer to 4 hours with wait times. I think incentive should be higher if there are longer wait times to compensate for the amount of time you end up spending there.

I went there today and they had me sit for 5 minutes for my pulse to go down and it wasn't even 5 minutes and I wasn't able to donate today and I was really mad cause my coupon expires today

This has been the worst experience ever. The McDonough office location is nice and professional. I'm usually in and out within an hour. It's the card service I have a problem with. ALL my money on the card has been taken due to fraud. Apparently the day after my first visit, my initial card was canceled and a new one was supposedly issued. I never received a card or requested one. Today I checked my balance to make sure my last donation was there and saw ALL money was gone except five cent. After talking t

It's bad business practice to allow 2:55pm appointments, when you lock your doors at 3pm.

This place is garbage. They are always having system outages, and still let you make appointments. They also know very well how to screw you out of your promotions. They let people drive all the way to the donation center just to find out they're not open. They do this on a regular basis. Also their laziness is through the roof. They will leave you unattended and even keep you from receiving the full amount of funds that should of been applied promotionally. They tricked me out of $115 even after they admit

Horrible experience even trying to see if I qualify to donate. I had first tried two years ago but got denied because of a medication I was on, which is perfectly fine. Now I've been off the medication for over a year and wanted to try again, so I called to see if there was anything I had to do beforehand. I was told that he couldn't tell me anything over the phone and to just come in, so I did (Why could he not tell me over the phone there were extra steps??). When I get there I see the nurse and he rudely

I arrived for my appointment today, about 5 minutes late due to a line, and had to wait an additional 5 minutes. The receptionist, the lady with glasses and distinctive curly hair, seemed excessively enthusiastic about her job. Unfortunately, she was rude and repeatedly spoke over me when I was trying to communicate with her, which I found unprofessional. My husband and I have been loyal customers at this location for years, and this experience was unlike any we've had before. I've taken the step of emailin

I had been coming to this location for the first 6 times for donation. The staff is friendly for the most part. On yesterday, as with everyday I come in there, I kept having issues scanning my fingerprint which added an extra step to my donation process everyday, and it was unnecessary. I get sent to the nurse to do a ?evq? review and this lady is trying to argue with me about why my fingerprints aren't working. I've tried it several times and even had to change the registered print. Instead of recognizing

I absolutely LOVE the crew that works there! I've been going on and off for years now and the crew there have became friends?????? I've never had a bad experience

I can't donate for 2 months because of RBC loss. Their power went out and the generator didn't kick in so I was not able to get them back. Biolife in general always has some bs going on. So now my extra income is messed up because of them.

This Would?ve been my first time donating but upon walking in, the customer service was ghetto. Playing loud hip hop music doesnt seem to fit the aesthetic of a medical office. The employee that attempted to check me in was cold and not very welcoming. Leaving the appointment was the best decision given the scenario.

I had my first visit at the McDonough location today. They all went above and beyond. Jared was very polite, thorough, and good at explaining everything during the physical. All of the other workers were also extremely polite. It didn't take near as long as I expected. Every time somebody walked by me they made sure to ask if I was OK. The atmosphere was all around amazing. Would give more than 5 stars if I could and I will definitely be back.

I was rejected due to my high heart rate of 105. Although I do have mild anxiety, I definitely wouldn't have had this issue if the staff were actual licensed medical professionals and were friendly throughout the process. Although they are dressed as if they are licensed, they are NOT. This process is already nerve wracking and to have unfriendly people taking you through all the motions only makes it worse for someone like myself. I would have loved to donate because I have read all the good it does for th

That location in Georgia needs better customer service and a better system they messed up my questions and didn't even let me donate ruined my day system and didn't even offer any compensation

I have donated on and off at this center since they opened. All of the employees are very nice. Jared is always very personable and makes you feel comfortable always! They all make this process as easy as possible. Great team of people! Keep up the amazing job!

My last experience is the reason I often stop donating. When a technician ignores a complaint they often cause harm to the client. This time my tech ignored a complaint of a cuff being too small and too tight. The pressure was too high and caused nerve damage and vein I nfalmation. My hand didn't want to work for several days.

This place is a joke. Don't waste your time. My 22 yr old healthy sister came here, they wasted her time and told her they couldn't find her vein so therefore, she was unable to donate. These people clearly have no idea what they're doing. She's given blood many times in her life and has never had this issue. Absolutely pathetic on their part.

Jerry, along with the rest of the staff was very helpful and helped make donating for the first time a pleasant experience. -Brent

Absolutely love the staff at the location. Great vibes and attitudes. They work efficiently and quickly and are always willing to help!

I donated for the first time this week and I couldn't have chose a better location! The employees I came in contact with were super helpful with questions I had and overall treated me super well. My first donation didn't go too smoothly as I started to feel sick, but right away staff came over to me and treated me, made conversation with me to distract me from how I was feeling and she really helped me through the process in feeling better! I wish I got her name, I'm very satisfied with how I was treated. O

Sorry in advance for the long review: I started donating plasma a few weeks ago and I went the first time and it was okay. Then I went back the second time and the person that was taking my blood was very nice. (which is the only reason this gets a 2 star.) However, I missed a week of donating and I went the following week. I went to sign in and start doing my questionnaire thing and it told me I couldn't donate today and that I needed to talk to someone. I went to the front desk and they informed that my r

I had a great experience today. Dr. Jared was very thorough, professional and friendly. Jamie was awesome as well. He explained everything before he proceeded the plasma process. Also, he was gentle with the needle, it didn't hurt and I didn't bruise.

Today was my very first time donating, The staff and Dr Jared was definitely great, He made sure I understood every element of what's being asked and asked if I had any questions, the staff from time I entered the door till I left was nothing short of amazing to be honest I'm not sure whom handpicked the staff but I have to say great job they really seem to care about there job and steadily asking if I'm okay and did I need anything. I will definitely refer others to this location as well. Marie

Incredibly kind and patient staff, they were also highly professional and accommodating. I would recommend this center very highly! They showed a strict adherence to safety guidelines as well, making sure every surface was cleaned in between different patients using them. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff, they went above and beyond the level of courtesy I would have expected. They offered to give me a special seat that would benefit me with no request being made on my part.

I have been donating at other plasma centers in the past, even for years. I do not understand how this facility will make people consistently wait in lines for a bed, knowing that the actual base pay for donating is forty dollars on average. This is not including the new donors or the return donors, who get exponentially more pay. No one and I repeat no one is willing to donate, if it's going to take them three hours every time they come to your donation center.

Awesome staff and getting even better ! There are regular techs like Sebastian that make this place truly first class ! I donated earlier this week and noticed Kat cleaning non stop in between greeting and checking in the incoming donors. She was cleaning the chairs, counter tops, windows and on my way out of the building even picking up trash outside ! I love this facility and have been coming off & on since they opened and never seen anyone clean the facility before ! Highly recommend this location.

The moment that I first step inside I got a very good impression. Great staff willing to explain and guide you throughout the whole process in addition to a very clean and organized atmosphere. My tech was Sebastian and he showed attentiveness during the whole process. Very welcoming and safe place. Also it is great to have lovely staff taking care of the little ones while you donate and my little one can't wait for the next visit too.

Tried going for the first time today and brought all my paperwork. A friend reccomended me came with, though she hadn't been in awhile. The front desk was clearly annoyed and snappy with everyone. I brought what was required, but she said it wasn't right, and when I asked about what I needed she was annoyed and couldn't give me straight anwsers on what I needed. She snapped at me for calling my husband and asking if he had any other mail in my name while she took another guest. She was snippy with them too

Mr.Jared was so kind and helpful! He had a great sense of humor as well! He answered all my questions and made sure I was knowledgeable and prepared for my donor experience! I will definitely be back and I'm brining a friend! 10/10 experience didn't hurt at all, was in and out in no time. Make sure you eat and drink plenty of water before you go it helps your blood flow smoother. Ask for Mr.Jared

I will begin this review with Everyone Should Be Treated With Respect No matter How they Live their lives? Giving Plasma Saves Lives And Rewards are given to those people with A Few Dollars. I encountered Some of the most Unprofessional behavior from Some of the Staff at this McDonough Ga. location such as Gossip about the patients , Drama among themselves such as Who can control the music , I witnessed a Nurse Today Ms JANERA who was Very Unprofessional and Rude When I told her that it was unprofessional

Had an appointment for early this morning. Arrived with just a note taped to the door stating appointments will start at 9 AM this morning. No phone call, email, any communication regarding delay of start this morning. When I came in later, front staff was VERY rude when questioned about the delay of start. They claimed they were under a tornado warning. I looked up any tornado warnings for McDonough this morning, and none were listed. So guess the staff is now making up excuses? No apologies or offers of c

Staff is AMAZING!!! I love helping others while also making money for things for my own family!!!

Good people here very well taken care of

My visit didn't pan out so well. New donor- new to the process- nothing on website about removing headscarf for picture. They take a picture at check in and then said you will need to remove your headscarf so we can take a picture of your face. Mind you my face is not covered AT ALL. I inquired if Muslim women had to remove headscarf and they said no. (Case closed right? No!) The receptionist is not the best communicator but wanted to lecture me about how the conversation flowed. Upon catching her attitude

Everyone was so nice and set my mind at ease. Also, the visit from the first greeting to the last person telling me I could go was very smooth and efficient.

This is the best plasma donating center I have been to (out of 3). I accidentally scheduled the wrong type of appointment but Khat, the polite lady at the front desk was able to correct my mistake and give me a coupon that earned me more money. Torrin was great as well. He provided great conversation and was a talented singer. Overall my experience was smooth here even with my error. Highly recommend this center.

Pissed is an understatement. Appointment at 12:15, wasn't seen by anyone until 2 and then was told I couldn't donate after I told them I took medication for PTSD. Apparently if you have PTSD you can't donate plasma, why? Your guess is as good as mine. Two hours absolutely wasted.

The staff at Biolife McDonough are super friendly and professional!!!

The people were really nice. Jared was so awesome. Jared was respectful and very nice. Jared answer all my questions. Great job Jared.

I was sitting on the chair donating where most everyone who attended to me was very nice, polite, and professional, except Jordan who was. Very unpleasant and even stood near me complaining and talking about other patients including myself saying things like "this patient won't stop B*******" and "Their machine keeps beeping and it's all her fault" standing right next to me and was beyond disrespectful

Terrible service. Staff has huge ego. Does not listen to donors

BioLife donation center in McDonough, Georgia was really a disappointment. Employees chatting on video and calls, having some conflict with one another while totally ignoring that my section has ended.

The phebolmist that stuck me today was bad I have a terrible bruise it's swollen and It actually hurted really bad. His customer service was good but his work is bad. I have never had this experience in all my life especially with great veins. He never came and check on me. Someone please reach out to me and be available when I respond. Thanks The phebolmist Jordan on 12/31/23 is rough and It came off deliberate as she got irritated by me asking her to change her gloves. She went from one patient dispos

Staff is very friendly and the process is good but not quick, overall I enjoy the services provided and love giving.

They have the friendliest staff I've ever come in contact with in my entire life. The associates at the front desk really know what they're doing and go out their way to make sure that I'm calm and comfortable. It's very rare to find people who care about their jobs as much as these guys do. Keep up the great work!

Trying to understand why these kid tech are so unprofessional. Change your gloves after every patient and stop gossiping about other patients around other patients. If this isn't the profession for you ..anymore do us all a favor and leave. Donating in itself is and can be stressful enough. Help make the process flow smooth for everybody. I'm good on the generic response, because it is obviously no one cares about their behavior because it continues to happen. You all are putting a needle in someone's bo

Ty provided great service and made the overall experience better. Staff was professional, attentive and knowledgeable.

I love this McDonough location it is the best love how friendly and the music be on point they just really vibe with you and get u in and out love the fast process.

The facility has a very welcoming atmosphere!!! It's extreme clean and organized. Everyone is friendly and willing to help from the moment you wall through the door. They are extremely quick with their service. And I absolutely love the daycare facility. Its a great feature for single parent. So overall I'm very pleased with BIOLIFE.

I'm officially done trying with bio life, I went in about 5 different times for a donation and I was sent home each time for different stipulations they have in place, each time I was sent home I did exactly what they asked, drink a lot of water eat lots of fruits veggies proteins etc, but after all that I still get sent home without even a second thought. Each time they sent me home they just told me that I couldn't participate and sent me on my way. The staff in the building seem like they only care about

They were great, just make sure you get an experienced phlebotomist- the last one gave me a hematoma. Thats why I haven't returned.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They always have a smile on there face. In and out in no time.

This place is a better plasma donating center than most.. but they need to go ahead and hire some more people. They move ENTIRELY too slow. I've came in here when there literally was nobody here.. didn't leave until almost 3.5 to 4 hours later. Staff is friendly and professional..but they need to hire some people that wanna stay and work. Seriously. New update: as time progressed nothing ever really improved. They got new hires but that doesn't change the ever increasing wait time. Staff is friendly but ho

I would like to start of by saying everyone there was friendly, nice, and definitely helpful? my one star review comes from 2 appointments in a row where i was left with these HUGE bruises for WEEKS after the initial poke. I tried this location twice to give it another chance. but this bruise is worst than the last time. I was poked, and right away i begun swelling, instead of taking out the needle and compressing immediately, i was left there with the needle in my arm while the technician ran for help. cau

Wait times are terrible. I made my first appointment last week around 10:00 am and was told the wait time was hours because there were many people in line, the lady at the front desk told me to come back first thing in the morning next time. Today I went back made the very first appointment at 6:00 and so did 2 others that needed physicals. We waited in a room for 30 minutes before asking what was going on and how much longer it would be, the lady at the front desk said ?you 3 have all 6:00 appointments? as

Firstly, Khat is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, informative, and efficient, and goes above and beyond for donors. I've been there several times and it is obvious she cares for each person who comes through the doors. The facility and other faculty are also amazing, but Khat is absolutely phenomenal.

This place never has any coupons current donors unless the manger gives you one for staff not inserting the needle correctly even that doesn't matter to them leaving your arm bruised and swollen so you can't donate for 2 weeks they prefer no one come their location company doesn't respond to any emails concerning negligence of their staff the value of life seems to be zero at this place it takes a Google review to get a response from a automated message on the day their closed what a joke company has all th

I don't understand how they went from $50 to $43, that is a weird number

I enjoy coming to every appointment I schedule for Mrs Khat is the most sweetest women I've ever met.! Made me feel comfortable to where I feel I can come to her for anything.! Khat does an amazing job on what she know.!

Good experience, I have been donating for almost 2 years now.Everybody is very professional and polite, especially Olivia, she's a sweet heart. The donations go to help people and the extra $ is always a good thing. If you have ever thought about I recommend giving them a call and setting up an appointment at the Mcdoungh location

Woman are very nasty and catty. Always mad or acting like they are not trying to get people in. Today I was literally one min late and no one. No one was in there. They tried to go for me eating at 9 am as the reason then chose to get the late part. So then I ask for a reschedule and or why they cannot just let me thru and one of the employees death stared me and I death stared her back and she got smart j got smart and asked her why she not being professional. Like Is this that serious. Y?all sent me a

My first time donating and it was an awesome experience. Isaiah stuck me only once. He explained the process. If I could I would give him 10 Starts . Great job Biolife for hiring a very Professional Medical Professional .

I have been donating for almost two months and despite what previous reviews say, I can't relate. The first time, it did take a few hours, however, now even with a high volume of donors, I usually in and out in under an hour. I love how you can use the app and the scheduling is flexible. All the techs are nice, but Tristan is the best, hands down...top notch!

I made an appointment and had my old SS card with my maiden name but I did have my tax papers (which is an option according to their site). They said since they already saw my old security card that I would either need to bring in my new one or my marriage license. Their site literally says they would take other forms for the SSN. I drove 40 minutes to do this only to be told that I couldn't because of improper ID.

Nice center with professional staff. My only complaints are that the women?s bathroom was dirty, and the site does not say that use of synthetic marijuana disqualifies you as a donor. I had to wait 2 hours to finally be told I wasn't able to donate, and I think specifying that on the website could have saved my time as well as employees, and other donors time. Use of synthetic marijuana disqualifies you from donating for 12 months since last use.

This place is wonderful. Clean, friendly yet professional, and they clearly care about those who are donating as well as the work they're doing. Jared was especially amazing. If anyone I ever know wants to help take part in plasma donation, I'll absolutely recommend here (even without a refer a friend bonus) and I can't imagine donating anywhere else.

Initially it was a lot to "take in"- the physical was just as they prepare you for- time consuming. However, the staff was so courteous and helpful that it wasn't bad! Over time I feel like I've gotten to know all of the smiling faces and am so thankful that I found this opportunity. The process becomes routine and the staff goes over and beyond to help.

Terrible , I drove 40 minutes with a confirmed appointment to a CLOSED location

Went for my first donation yesterday. Experience was excellent. I never waited more than 10 minutes for any step in the procedure. Clean facility and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Immediate payment after my donation. Would highly recommend.

Knowledgeable staff .nice and friendly!

Appointment was for 915, I signed in at 905, finally got in at 940, 21 people in the donation line and they only have 1 section open, I decided to leave due to time frame, would have ended being there for 3-5hrs, no thanks, can't spend my only day off here. Last 3 visits they blew my arms, last visit, after waiting for 3hrs, I couldn't donate due to a missed sticks.. took my arms a week and a half to heal. I'm a little leary of this place now. All the staff are polite and professional but they have to work

The place was great EXCEPT for the ridiculous standards they keep. Some stuff is overkill. How my doctor do a panel and i have tip top numbers; but by yall standards i cant give plasma?

This place is amazing! Not only are they nice, but also very professional. They are offering a great service to people who need help and I feel blessed to be able to help. Staff is all friendly and makes the visit easy and enjoyable.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I hate needles but they make the experience less frightening. It'sa good feeling to know you can make a little extra money while saving lives. Sebastian is one of the friendliest staff members !

I gave my first donation last Friday and it was so smooth.. Jared was the person who gave my physical and he was very thorough in making sure I understood everything and letting me know that safety is the main concern

It's this girl who goes to bio life and she is the most naturally gorgeous woman I have ever seen and I just want to talk to her but I don't know how I'm shy. Can anyone please help me?

I MUST SAY I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE THERE I LOVE THE PEOPLE THERE THEY'RE NICE AND VERY CARING, THEY'RE VERY POLITE AND THEY MAKE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT THE STAFF FOR NOTHING THEY'RE ALL A1 I GIVE ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 I GIVE YOU A CLINIC 100

There can be a long wait time, even with appointments. But I'm officially done donating here after the same rude lady blew my veins each time she touched my arms. Last fall she did, and now 8 months later she did the very next time she laid hands on me. So she isn't new. Nobody else has ever had an issue with my veins. Skylar honey you need a new profession.

Used to be so friendly and great now you spend more time watching staff socialize while they give you a pager to sit in car. For sometimes an hour then 2-3 hours in side all for 20 dollars . Definitely not what they use to be. Absolutely ridiculous. You can never get any answers either . I have to get my kids and they can't give me an estimate on how long I have to sit in my car. No respect for anyone time .

Most unprofessional place. 2 hour wait to donate plasma? And then If you're not in a car they make you wait outside!?!?!?

I always have a good experience at Biolife. The staff is so friendly. I'm glad you brought the music back!

I've been coming to the McDonough for about 6 weeks and I must say the staff is excellent. Khat up front is the BOMB! And Gianna in screening is the nicest and sweetest every time I go in. Isaiah is a great stick. I would 100 % rec this BioLife.

If you're looking to waste several hours of your time, this is a great place to do it. I've made 3 appts, and all were canceled 2 minutes before the scheduled appt, as i was walking across the parking lot. No apologies, no compensation, no pass to the front of the line for next time. They just tell you to "reschedule, if you want to." Horrible customer service.

Jordan was walking around acting miserable and rude to all the donors she interacted with, I had heard other people mention as well that she was being unnecessarily irritable and extremely unprofessional. I have been several times and never before have I been treated this way.

I completed the introductory offer and have kept going. For the most part, the staff is nice and congenial..that may vary depending on the time of day. Before school returned, I was in around 6:30am and was home by 8:15am. I had to start going later after school started but in there before 8am and usually home by 10am. On Saturdays though, I get in there just before 3pm and home around 5:30. Place is super clean. Super shoutouts to Jerrod, Tonabu, Michelle, Ari, and especially Maria!

The team here is always so friendly and very caring for each person that comes to donate. I have problem veins sometimes and the techs here are really good at what they do. Elda got me set up super fast today and Shawn made sure I was good to go when I was done.

Took longer than what I thought but over all a good experience but this isn't always the case.

All the employees here I have encountered so far are kind and comforting. They are friendly not in an overt way but in a relaxing genuine way. Chenoah who often checks me in has a calm demeanor that I really appreciate. I have had doctors appointments more uncomfortable than I have had at biolofe. They do not make you feel dumb for asking questions which I respect them for.

The staff there is awesome they pay attention to everything that you're asking or telling them that you are concerned about plus I have a lot of fun donating!!! I love McDonough BioLife!!!

I came on time Friday my appt was at 8:45 am I was told I have to wait two hours there was hardly no other clients in the back the gentleman at the front desk with the head bandanna told me that's because the other clients are waiting outside in their vehicles, but there was hardly no one out there and he had a attitude for some reason smh? So I left because I had no time to wait unfortunately If you don't like the job you're doing, maybe you should go elsewhere don't forget about the clients and the othe

Great service, nice facility and knowledgeable employees. They made my donation of breeze and help me with any complications or questions that I had regarding donating and payments. Jess was a big help, and manager Jessica was also a big help. Ariel, Victoria and Chenoah provided good energy and assisted lowering my apprehension when it came donating.

The team is always so friendly and professional. The facility is clean and kept in very good condition. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Great and friendly staff. I have yet to meet anyone who wasn't extremely helpful and nice. Chenoah is extremely compassionate. Jared went a mile out of his way to help me, out of the goodness of his heart. Kiwanis also the list goes on and on.

I've donated at other plasma facilities none compare. BioLife McDonough facility is clean & new . The staff is well groomed , professional & fun. You're greeted as you enter and exit the bldg. This center is organized and well ran. Von the center manager is cooler than a fan. The nurses are very knowledgeable and laid back. There are some excellent tech that stick. The managers are always working on the floors. The daycare center is an added plus. I'm so thankful to have an appointment only , nice clean & f

Ms Kaht as been so sweet an attentive every time I see her. If I ask questions she answers if she doesn't know she zooms to find out. Did you know that you she should have an empty bladder before you do your checkin. But now I know and am forever grateful

The other day was my second time going and the lady doing vitals was rudeade a face when I weighed myself. She was even rude when she told me my iron was low. I won't be back if that is the type of people they hire.

Scheduled a physical, thinking it wouldn't take too long ? my mistake. Was there for over an hour and still didn't get to complete my physical. The woman sitting in physical exam room #1 was scrolling on the computer looking at hotel rates , didn't even acknowledge people waiting to have a physical done. They expect for you have all day available. If and when you have an appointment, don't expect to be in and out for anything. Completely unacceptable.

The workers are very considerate and knowledgeable about what they do. Place is always ran smoothly and very neat. Jaliesa is one of the workers there who is very friendly and always has a positive attitude!! Great place to donate to help others!!! Wouldn't recommend another!!

The customer service is very good. Always greeted with a smile. Sebastian is always willing to answer any questions. He does so with a smile. The entire staff is nice and attentive and kind.

I was one of the first donars to participate at the Mcdonough location when it first open. Truthfully speaking I've only had one bad experience ( my fault) other than that no problems. The technician's pleasant and cheerful personalities create a relaxing donating experience. I must give a big thank you to Tab. She's always smiling even when she's being pulled in many different directions at the same time. ( well that's before covid-19 ??) I'm sure she still greets everyone with that smile under her mask.

I posted a review about the place about 8 months ago...around the time I first donated. Things have changed and not for the better. The biggest issues is the extremely long wait times and the lack of staff. I usually go in the early afternoons before I go to work and it seems like I cannot do that anymore which is a bit of an inconvenience for me. It seems like they're operating on a skeleton crew which for the number of people who want to donate is not a good thing. I went for a 1:15 donation and I was tol

This place is amazing. The staff are all super trained at sticking with big needles. Brittany and Chenoah checked me in today but everyone there is great. I donated plasma over 20 years ago and I'm still amazed at how the technology has changed for the donation process. I would definitely recommend this Center to anyone wanting to be a plasma donor.

This is a great Location! The staff is always friendly. Smiles and great attitudes once you walk in! Ari and Maria are amazing! Their attitude is always great and stick is painless! I highly recommend you come to this location!

Out of all the staff I came in contact with only one young lady was nice. Everyone else were rude including the doctor I spoke with. The doctor did not seem knowledgeable at all. I had to spell a medication for him. I drove 45 mins there, spent TWO hours in there to be told I couldn't donate, and another 45 mins to get back home. I am a diabetic and looked on the website before I even made my appointment and it said diabetics can donate with permission from the doctor. I take care of my self well and had a

I went here for my usual donation but was greeted by a very busy and super understaffed facility workers let me know that even though I had booked a 10:40 a.m. appointment I wouldn't be seen until possibly after 2 p.m. so what was the point of booking an appointment I ask she tells me everyone has to book an appointment but isn't guaranteed a chair at the appointed time this policy makes no sense to me what also makes no sense to me is how you donate your time and liquid blood for a $40 payoff so this will

I've been donating plasma for quite sometime now so I've experienced numerous people "sticking" me. Today Ms Ari stuck me and I can't help but say what great of a job she did. I literally didn't even feel the needle enter my vein. This was by far the BEST stick of all my visits. Thank you kindly.

I love this place. It's quick and easy money but I really want to put the spot light on Lisa. She is THE BEST. I've been stuck a lot at biolife by different people and Lisa is always painless. She is also very sweet and a joy to chat with. She checks in on all her people and just seems to enjoy her job. GIVE THIS GIRL A PROMOTION or get her training your staff because forreal she is painless.

Had a 10:15 appointment. It's 10:53 and I still haven't gotten to the questionnaire stage! There are a bunch of people ahead of me that say they have been there over an hour and haven't made it to the questionnaire line. I find it inexcusable to have an appointment system at all when you value our time so little to have these extreme wait times.

Worst plasma donation center I've been to. I've donated at 3/4 different companies/centers. The staff is professional unless they have several donors in. The time management is horrible. The only center I have come to that requires you to set an appointment, but never is readily available for the appointment you set. I would say on average you'll wait a hour or hour and a half until you get a call or your toaster ringing lol. What a joke. I would recommend going to a different location or plasma donation co

what a waste of time. i've been there 3 different times and was turned down 3 appointments in a row. i've donated blood before at a different location so it makes no sense why they keep saying they can't find a vein. i drank lots of water the day before just like they said still get sent away.

I am trying to like this place. I signed up for the $900 first time donor. When I first walked in I was told I need to create an account and lady said I could create an account on their computer. I asked her where to create account she ignored me twice. I came back for my donor appointment. Online it says donations can be between 45-60 minutes which is pretty accurate they say add 30-60 extra for first time donor for physical. I waited over 2hrs to see nurse they stay behind doors and then when they come ou

I have been donating for a while and the atmosphere is warm, friendly and welcoming. Its clean and very organized the staff is very helpful with answering my concerns and questions. They make it feel like a second home where I come to have fun conversations while helping out someone in need. Thanks for making a great experience to donate at biolife.

I love this location! I've donated in the past at other plasma centers and this has by far been my best experience. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast and top notch! I even love using their app because it's very easy to use and it conveniently lay out everything for you.

I recently donated and didn't receive my funds. I then called the card number and was told they couldn't do anything. Then I call BioLife the next morning to only get told to recall the card and that I had to wait until their payment machine is up and I couldn't get a specific time. SOOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL

Love this center. It's so nice and clean. There's a waiting/ play area for your kids and the staff crack me up every time. They're so friendly. I love this location !!

An easy way to earn some extra money and feel good about it. Most of the techs are great. Maria is the best. She is so sweet and genuinely cares. Would recommend to anyone who is able.

Reps are always nice and caring, professional too. stress free relaxing experience every time and appreciate the playroom available for my grandson. he loves to come

The more times I have come here the worse it gets. Came yesterday and the system was down. Came today and they are over an hour behind. The person at the desk seems confused and I'll probably end up having to leave again because of this extremely long wait. I live over an hour away so this will be two days of wasted gas and time and what is the point of making an appointment if they can not honor it EVER

I Really enjoy coming here to save people lives all because of your amazing techs Chenoah, Sebastian, And Ashleigh. They were very polite an patient with me while providing me with information on the donation process. Not only that they make me feel comfortable during my donation process. I will be referring my fellow classmates to this location. Thanks??

Sebastian has been by far the most kindest person I've met since coming to this center. He makes conversation, makes sure your 100% ok, need anything or have questions. He does an awesome job!! #MyFavoriteTwin!!

I truly had an amazing time with Bio. Everyone was so courteous and professional. It went quick as possible once you get started. Jarrod and the tech was gentle his name is Tristan.

They must need better management. They are super understaffed for the amount of people coming in to donate. The process should not take multiple hours. They also only provide water to first time donors. American Red Cross always gives drinks and even snacks. You don't want to be dehydrated as your donating plasma. The people are friendly enough, but it is a SNAIL like process to be able to donate. Only come if you have tons of time on your hands!

Literally the only plasma donation center I've been to where they can't find a vein lol & I've been donating for YEARS!! The first time, one of the twin nurses touched both my arms BARELY, said he couldn't find a vein & deferred me. Today, the lady nurse did better but claimed she could only find one vein in one arm (mind you, i drink nothing but water). Left, walked into another donation center, and they found veins in both my arms with no issue. This center is ridiculous. Asked how I could have my informa

***ATTENTION*** THIS CLINIC DO NOT CHANGE GLOVES AFTER THEY POKE EACH CLIENT!!! Before YOU DONATE THEY TAKE A FINGER AND POKE IT TO CHECK YOUR VITALS. THE YOUNG MAN WITH DREADS TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO CHANGE GLOVES AFTER EACH CLIENT! You are DEALING WITH BLOOD YOU NEED TO CHANge GLOVES AFTER EACH DAMN CLIENT!! Please people go get check for AIDS or herpes!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!

First time went really well better than my first experience with another company that bruised my arms and damaged my veins. Here they did it so easy and no pain at all. Definitely recommend coming to BioLife in McDonough. They take care of you!

Ms Kat that's work the front of the building is the nicest kindest woman I ever met she help me and walk me through my first day so smoothly it felt like I was at home ?? Give that woman a raise lol but all jokes aside I love the way she runs the place and explain everything throughly She should be the head boss lady in charge Thank Ma .Kat for a wonderful first day donating with BioLife Plasma ??????

They are always nice and professional. The center is one of the cleanest and most quiet facilities I've ever experienced. I would rather travel to them than to the new facility that just opened near me.

ok where to start. I have been to 4 centers in 2 different states since learning a friends son benefits from plasmas donating (never at the same time of course) and this is by far my favorite! this place is super clean and every is very professional but they also have great people skills and interact talk joke laugh maybe even cry with the donors! so many of the people here have actually became friends! has everything been perfect NO... but that's expected with a new facility. but the thing I admire the mo

My expo has been amazing, everyone is so friendly and takes the time to explain ever step and how to come healthy to donate. Jaorrod was amazing at my physical and made sure I understood everything about my experience!

Very fast and professional staff. I used to go to CSL and Octapharma, this place is WAY more organized. You're in and out most times in an hour even when its busy because they're that on top of everything. I won't go anywhere else!

Let me start by saying that everyone here has the most pleasant and welcoming energies ! Very professional throughout my entire appointment and very informative. They all made my 1st time donating comfortable and did not take up to much of my time . Thank you guys very much , keep up the great work !!!!

I love the staff but why can they not play music anymore. It makes it feel like a hospital ?????

This is my second time being here and I got turned away again due to supposedly not having strong or at least good veins. One girl acted like she didn't want to do her job or acted like she cared. I never had any problems with my veins when I go to the doctor, so why is it a problem now?. To me, the machines aren't set to go tight enough to get a good vein and I she didn't check long enough. Even though I had a little vein peeking through, she still turned me away.

Amazing process. Simple and professional.

They move very proficient.

Such an wonderful team. I'm a current donor although I haven't made conversions ??. Staff is friendly , knowledgeable. Don't believe the reviews go see for yourself. Another way for us to make Disney World money..

Terrible place. I spent an hour there to do the physical in order to donate plasma and they told me that I needed to get a piece of my colon removed because I have ulcer of colitis even though I'm on medication and I'm asymptomatic. They said I can't donate unless I had a colononectomy. Now why would I get a piece of my colon removed if I don't need it to?

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Racist staff. Always acted like I was nobody. I went for the initial which took 2 hrs. Wasn't able to give blood because I had not eaten a meal the past hr. Went back to donate and the computer asked me 200 questions I'd already answered. I was told to have a seat, they ignored me and I left. Last visit was today. I was told to have a seat while 18 people went in front of me. When I asked why I was sitting, I said u told me to sit over there. Then I stood in line 28 m

I can honestly say. They are ALL awesome!?? Very professional, patient, kind, and just KNOW what they're doing. Special shout out to Tatiana, Nicholas, Tchristan, S?bastien (aka The Doctor), Maria, Jared. and all those I couldn't think of.

This Biolife location is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the center is always clean and organized. The hours are flexible enough that I can still donate twice a week while going to college full time and working. They even have a supervised playroom for my daughter if I need to bring her. I enjoy knowing that everyone at Biolife is truly invested in helping save lives!

i have been going to this center since they opened ,the center is always clean, the staff is friendly .i am in and out within an hour. i have got my family going. The staff is knowledgeable

Really enjoy donating here. They always give me and my fiance a nice welcome and treat us like we are part of the team. They are very clean and that is so importante to me with the world the way it is. I highly reccomend Mcdonough Biolife location, as they are fast and safe all in 1. And the bonus money is a nice treat also while helping somone who needs it. Really like the staff too!

Been to other plasma centers. None are as clean or organized like this. I like the appointments and the app. Maria is great. Playroom is a plus. Nurses are helpful and fast. Definitely recommend here

best bet is to go to another center....Do not come here if you think it's gonna take 3 hours. It's 4 hours waiting to donate. They turn you around if your 10 mins late for appointment but make you wait outside 2 hours before signing in the computer. This is my last time donating here I'll rather go to call.

I started donating plasma at this location back this year in May. Everything was going good until July 7th 2021 when a employee did not put the needle in right causing a blood vessel to pop (first picture) so they just put it into my other arm. That same week I went back to donate again and they refused cause I had bruising due to one of the employees. Once I explained that to the lady that checked my iron and stuff she still sent me home. I stopped going until this week on December 7th but during this visi

Horrible staff is very rude no compassion or sense of compassion. Your dealing with people one, secondly if you're not going to treat me or my body with respect I'll pass on donating. Looking for someone in corporate or headquarters to speak to this is not acceptable.

I think it's nice facility and staff pretty cool

Love this location! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They walked me through the process so I knew any risks and what was going to happen during the visit. Wouldn't go to any other location!

Every time I come in the staff is friendly. They set a comfortable and positive atmosphere for the donor. They work hard to get you in and out. Very efficient. They make donating easy.

Between false information being given to donors, having to wait more than an hour despite having a confirmed appointment for a specific time, dismissive employees and having to wait more than 2 weeks to book a simple 6 month physical checkup after being told none is required......a massive disappointment.

This is my second time at BioLife. The staff @ this BioLife site made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped foot in the door. To be specific Biana made me feel so welcomed and walked me through the process very thoroughly. I came in today & she greeted me like I was a regular! Will continue to come and donate at the Mcdonough location.

I was nervous to give for the first time but you don't have to worry about a thing at BioLife McDonough! The staff are friendly and helpful even when (like me) you have a million questions! They make everything easy and enjoyable!

I am actually a founding member!! Been going strong donating twice a week for almost a year!! I absolutely love biolife, their friendly staff and their prompt process. They make me look forward to saving lives!!! Special shout out to mytil for her friendly prompt service.. Her many years in the field shows greatly!!!!

Jearrod was kind and caring during my physical. All of the workers made me feel welcomed and safe during my first donation. Plus, they have a childcare available for no extra cost!

Service is always great & time sufficient. Even when its a busy day, the staff at Biolife always take good care of the donors. Especially Ms.Chenoah, is always going above an beyond to get all donors signed in an vitals done with a big smile

I have been coming to this facility for over a month now. They are fast, courteous, and have a vast knowledge of what they are doing. I am in and out in less then an hour at any donation yet I never feel rushed by team. Every question that I have they are willing to answer. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Very Pleasant atmosphere. Staff, very friendly and courteous. Tiffany was well mannerly and courteous my last previous visit. Also, very clean establishment.

I am SO glad that I decided to change donation centers! CSL Plasma in Jonesboro cannot compare to this! This particular location is so nice! Staff here provide a nice, quiet and peaceful environment. They safely and efficiently get you through each phase of the donation process without interruption or hiccup. I appreciate their cleanliness and professionalism. FYI they have a monitored childcare center! Today is my 3rd donation at this center and my drawer was Maria. She was really warm, patient and profess

Today was my first day going and the young lady doing the intake was rude. She walked me to the back and told Aerial to send me home because I was getting on her nerves and Aerial did just that. No physical or anything she claim she couldn't find my vein. Hopefully this will be resolved when if I go back.

Very clean place , love atmosphere and come faithfully every week . I will refer anyone to this place . The lead tech taby and Maria are great stickers and very friendly. Deonte is fully energy and funny . Keep up the great work

Very clean place but they dont tell you that they turn you away with nothing after you drive 45 min to get there if they don't like your veins. Doesn't say that on the website that I read. I was very hydrated and I am quite healthy. She only checked my veins about 10 secs or less each . They also don't know how to wake up veins. Was unhappy to say the least. Turned away without anything for my time. I suggest if you dont have huge veins stay away. Or hang your arms over a seat before you walk in and wake

Chenoah, Sebastian, and nick are fantastic at what they do and care about their jobs. You can tell everyone there is very professional. Great place. 5 stars. Would sell parts of my body again.

The worst staff. Over 2 hour wait Half the staff is just standing around. Had an appointment scheduled. Still waiting after 30 minutes. What's the point of having appointments? Approximately 10 other people still waiting also. Updated. Another visit and another hour wait. I'm waiting with about 20 others. Sitting outside and in entrance due to long wait times. 20 customers waiting. Staff laughed off the waiting time. Refused to give contact info for the corporate office. Very unprofessional staff at check

The staff has always been polite and professional. I have never had a bad experience here. I especially like the quality service that Jearrod has shown at every visit.

I love coming here it's very clean. With the appointment process it's not chaotic at all. Employees have great customers service keep up the food work bio

This is the best Biolife I've been to. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and more than happy to help. The facility is always so clean and so are the bathrooms. When you're here you needn't worry about a thing!

Went to intake appointment and after 4 hours was told I needed my doctor to fill out a form before I could donate. I went to the doctor, paid $75 for full lab work & got the form filled out and faxed. I called to verify it was received and BioLife confirmed it was. After several weeks and calls with no return I went back and BioLife said the form could not be found. So I got my doctor to fax again while I was there and saw the form at BioLife in the nurses hand with promises of a follow up call. Again sever

I've been donating plasma for several years... No other center compares. I LOVE my biweekly visits to BioLife in McDonough. They even have an amazing playroom which is perfect for this busy mom. The staff is incredible... they've set the bar high with their standard of excellence. Chenoah is the BEST! Always a smiling face. This is hands down the BEST facility I have ever donated at. Would not hesitate to refer anyone to BioLife in McDonough.

I've been donating since July and it's been a wonderful experience. Lisa has been the one to hook me the last few times and she's excellent at it!! I would request her every time if I could!!

I've been there plenty of times and ?it works!? You really can earn money - to go towards whatever - and help others by your potentially lifesaving plasma. Shoutout to Charles Drew! I always have a good experience, great staff, and if you're not afraid of needles, it's definitely worth a go

They are full of staff that moves slowly and it's very unprofessional. the clients stand in line for 2 hours and have 8 new doners jump the line which is unfair I would not recommend bio life to my friends

Great staff, very professional! Jerrod did my physical and made me super comfortable and kept a smile and even cracked some jokes.

Very polite and professional until it comes to communication. First time there I am deferred because I have type 2 diabetes and need a permission slip from my PCP. Ok, annoyed but understand. Get said Biolife permission slip signed and in the confirmed hands of the center and deferred AGAIN because their doc didn't sign off on it. Well no one told me that and I was able to schedule an appointment, driving one hour there plus one hour at the center just to be told to go home. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRg. What a wast

Been going to the McDonough location for over 6 months. Very helpful staff and very professional. Everyone there is awesome and friendly. The atmosphere is very upbeat and fun.
