When I went here last year, I went out of desperation. First, Their payment card sucks! The pay sucks. Second ? Quite a few of the staff were friendly, but some are unprofessional. They passed me at times when I should not have. They were sloppy sometimes in their vitals . Distracted at times, too. Not always professional on the floor . Also, I had several encounters with people who sat in chairs, next to the check in line, thinking they could just cut in line because they didn't feel like standing . I con

I highly recommend people to visit the center for donating plasma. The staff was really incredibly nice and friendly towards me especially since I told them I was hard of hearing. They went all out of their way to make me feel comfortable such as printing out papers for me and explain the video of how everything is operated in their center. This is my first time going, so I definitely recommend people to go. The $100 is earned through a card that they give you once you activate it. The money is already on t

Attempted to give this center multiple chances and they continuously failed me. I'm a return donor from 12 years ago and they've been giving me a run around about being able to donate and then not being able to donate consistently making me waste time and gas. I honestly wouldn't bother wasting my time coming to this center. It is probably the worst one I've been to. Bio life & CSL are much better places to go to.

Amador && Pebbles are so nice and helpful! They assist you with information you're not sure of! They are always happy with a positive attitude! Make you feel extremely comfortable with your process as well! I recommend them to others as they donate at this center!

This is the 2nd time Chris went above & beyond to help me with a situation. It just makes your life a whole lot easier when someone cares & takes the time to help you. Thanks again Chris we appreciate you & your dedicated service! Also a shout out to Yuliana, Lesley & Cam who always provides excellent service with a smile!

Aurora location is clean and respectful. I was in and out. I have had some of the best people working with me there. So polite and welcoming. I highly recommend if you can get to this location, do so. Thanks for all you are doing to make my visit worthwhile!

I like the place staff is friendly but they talk to much to each other and not doing they job and they are under staff, the upper management just walks around or every employee goes into management office just to sit there and talk they need to be more productive and professional, walk in and it was only two people and line and still stood there for 40 mins, staff left the front for 20 mins without saying anything.

Chris was very nice & helpful. I feel like he went above and beyond to fix a situation. All other employees are great and do their job well.

Cam and Lesley are great! My veins are deep and not easy to find. They work together to be sure they can successfully insert the needle without a problem. It's not always smooth sailing, but they are very kind and do what they can to make me feel comfortable. Cam, Lesley, Uley (sp?) and Chris are the best. P.s. it's so cold in there!! That's my only complaint!

I have just switched from a different company?s donation center to OctaPharma because my previous center closed on Sundays. I am impressed with their throughput and courtesy. They listened to all my needs when I brought them up. Their equipment is modern and up to date. The staff is efficient, kind and considerate. I would like hours to be a little earlier in the morning. It would be perfect if they opened at 7:30 on weekdays instead of 8, but 8 is pretty good. Overall, my experience was better than other

Around 2:00 PM on 1/29 - One person screening people out of the many rooms available. She was laughing so loud and told a donor to play loud music on his speaker so she can check it out. Wasting time on an already understaffed day it seems. Extremely unprofessional for the establishment. BioLife in Bollingbrook is way better. I walked out without even getting called for the new donor screening. Ridiculous.

The experience was good friendly people easy to have conversations with.

Delays for no reason. Usually wait 15min waiting room, 30min inside room just to start the process. Won't go in order of arrival or completion. Slow and rude staff. Please hire professionals not people yelling expletives and incomplete sentences. Thanks.

Ladies who work there have great sense of humor + professionalism Can tell they're understaffed tho

Drove 30 mins there and 30 mins back just to be told by the man in the front that they weren't taking any new donors today. You're better off going to biolife or csl.

Amador is such a nice person and I love his customer service

Jr does a great job very friendly and I think he's arwsome

No complaints. Y'all did just fine. Thanks

Employees in this building are terrible unprofessional employees the owner needs to hire professional people or close it very unprofessional. I recommend CSL plasma better at Douglas in Montgomery IL.

Most of the staff is awesome! Cam, Brian, Tristan and a few others seem to always be there smiling and giving their attention to the donors. The restrooms are clean though locked, but they're very nice about unlocking them so it's really not a big deal. The app lets you sign in and gives you all the info like next eligible donation date and balance on the card they give you. The process takes a while and they do have a wait sometimes, just don't plan anything right after and bring something you can do one h

Employees were professional and easy to talk too!

I absolutely love this OctoPharma office. The staff is phenomenal and so friendly. I never have to wait long when I come in.

Great Place very professional and not to long of a wait

It went great overall although took longer then I expected

Chris was amazing & made my donation easy.

The Experience very great they talk to all the people that are donating the workers make experience of donating fast and fun and makes you feel like you want to come back just so you can talk with the Employees.

Excellent customer service and staff members are so pleasant to deal with!

I had good experiences donating plasma here. The people were friendly and they paid me more money than other places

Very nice staff! I've been there multiple times and I feel like they do a great job from start to finish. And it is quicker than my other experiences, even though I drive an extra 20-25 minutes to this location.

Unprofessional environment. They only had one phlebotomist on the floor for 30 donors. I needed to have my needle adjusted due to machine malfunctioning and the needle popped out of my arm which caused massive blood loss. I was deferred due to incompetent staff and insufficient staff coverage on the floor during my donation. I wont even begin to describe the drug addicts and convicts they accept for clientele. I would advise going to a reputable facility to avoid health and safety risk. Addendum: I want to

Hello Everyone, Donating for me can be quite challenging. Some days of donation are easier than others but nevertheless it is always for a good cause on the receiving end. What makes it easy to donate are the individuals who care for you from beginning to end. Octopharma plasma Aurora has some of the most knowledgeable staff who are incredibly caring and patient with the clients who participate. One in particular is Mr. Justin Woodbury. Mr. Woodbury is a one of a kind staff member who can never be replaced.

All employees are always friendly and respectful. They explain everything throughly. Hours are more than reasonable. You obviously get paid which the pay out is also reasonable. I recommend.

I don't recommend this place at all. I went in 2 hours till close plenty of time to still donate and the employees were in a rush and didn't check the machine so I ended up almost getting sick and my arm went numb and tingly so an employee comes over and looks at my machine and tells me with a VERY CONCERNED look on her face I was on return for the WHOLE 45+ minutes I was sitting there. When the guy that originally got me set up comes over he tries to act like it's not a big deal and says ?It might bruise a

I love this location. Definitely has the best staff! Hannah is the best tho, it's like she knows what she's doing!

For this place being understaffed, the employees were highly motivated and very helpful. They were welcoming & made my first time donating pleasurable. The young black female manager was a sweetheart & was super patient with me. I was in and out in a timely manner. No complaints, I will definitely be back!!

I'm not writing about the donation center per say. More so about the wonderful women who run that place. The fellas too. The facility was clean neat and organized and the staff was very knowledgeable. My new donor process went very smooth and the donation went even smoother. I have now officially made the switch from BioLife to Octapharma. Also the app is wonderful you can complete your questions without having to go to a kiosk!!!

Staff here is amazing. Under the leadership of Sade, i am completely confident in the knowledge and capabilities of the employees here on site. I had an issue upon arrival and it took less than 5 mins for her to take control and resolve my concerns. Thank you Sade for your kindness and professionalism!

I love that you can watch TV at any corner of the facility and Sunday football be on too. C'mon now.

Unfortunately my first review was made adter 1st appt. Really wouldn't recommend. They have no management here. Staff is so unbelievably inexperienced it's ridiculous. As a nurse writing this, I have seen so many health hazards here, it's mind blowing their still open and that the health department hasn't shut them down. Yes they have changed over the last few months but the people their bringing in are rude and have bad attitudes. Doors open at 8am, do you think people have time to wait 2 hrs to be hooked

Went in to donate today and the experience I had was outstanding! 1st the octa pass they now have made checking in 100% easier and faster! 2nd when checking in (I had Justin) he was beyond very kind. Amazing positive attitude. That right there makes you want to keep coming back. No one wants to go to a place to donate and the front desk person has a negative attitude. 3rd, place is always clean and the people are always trying their very best to get people in and out. My go to place to Donate.

Extremely slow and unprofessional environment. Do not recommend at all.

0 stars. The crooked supervisor who was scheduled at this Octapharma location on Tuesday, 12/19/23, between 1-2:30pm, is very unprofessional, shady, negligent of my complaints about a staff member there who treated specific customers (e.g. male customers) differently than me, a female customer. She had a nasty attitude with me. After making my complaint, the supervisor tried telling me to go to a different location. I will NOT be going to a different location. I will be filing a lawsuit against Octapharma i

They won't find my viens most of the time. They've lied about what they pay. Beds dirty af and worn. People bathing in the bathroom. Employees are rude

Very nice and comforting, creates a nice environment seeing everyone laugh and smile. The only two things is they are not good at giving directions when it comes to first time donors nor second time donors. You have to figure some stuff out on your own. And they get impatient pretty easily. But other than that I do look forward to coming back

Only problem is low staff. But they still get you through in a reasonable amount of time and they have good stickers I don't bruise . Good people working there. Make you feel right at home and assist you in any way that they can okay

SLOW. Sat in a bed for 1 hour waiting to get hooked up.

I was very sceptical about donating, not knowing what to expect but Janet was just awesome. She was so comforting knowing I suffer from anxiety due to the blue coat syndrome, and really helped my glide right through it. The rest if the staff is very nice and friendly.

I have been donating at Octapharma for several months now and have been so pleased with every experience!!! The process is efficient and rarely has a long wait. The staff is so friendly and professional. Some of my favs are? Brittany, Justin, Deborah, Jamila, Chris, Dominique and Shaday. Sorry if I forgot anyone or misspelled names. My only negative is having to go ask someone for a key to the restroom.

Everyone there was helpful and nice the first day was over three hours taken physical and taking my proteins. They told me that when I come back to second time, it'll be a lot quicker so I can give you an update how the second visit goes!!!

During my first donation visit, the staff was very friendly, they took the time to explain everything although they were busy ?? their attitude was refreshing and they made it a fun experience ??

Ok, I have gone twice now, IV infiltration 2nd visit, bruised and very sore arm, long wait times, and never seems like enough staff so far, pretty typical plasma place, and that is NOT a compliment.

They need more staffing, waited about 10-15 minutes to get set up in the chair because only one person was sticking donors

This plasma center got it right! Modern, clean and awesome service. No lines! Bathrooms are immaculate. They even have snacks. A place you don't mind coming to twice a week. I lovei it here

Don't go on a sunday morning. Blew both my veins and then said I would still get paid which is very deceptive. Even worse when I inquired why I only received 10 dollars the guy at the counter was very patronizing. I spent more on gas don't think I will go back. I'm a 60 yr old widow this money helps pay my bills.

Feels like the DMV, staff is uncaring and rather unprofessional. Anxiety inducing experiences at this location 2/3 total times I've been now.

Been coming here almost 7 years and the current staff is rude and very unprofessional. They are not trained properly and have caused me severe pain several times due to bad "sticks". What should be an hour process is regularly taking 2 hours because staff stands around and talks. I used to brag on this place to people but the current staff has completely ruined that. I highly recommend reconsidering coming here if you are thinking about it.

They are understaffed. Many times the machines are throwing errors, lights are going off and ?dings? are happening and you have to wait to get the issues resolved before the process continues. It makes the donation process longer. It's not the workers fault there (they can't be everywhere ) just is not enough people working for the demand.a couple times in my short donation period (a couple months) I've had bruising and have had to wait at least a week or more till it went down to donate again. I wish there

This place is always good to me they are super respectful and very nice to me Sade knows how to stick really well and Janet has an amazing and swell personality. I always feel welcomed when coming here.

People there was very polite and caring the whole staff are professional and welcoming ??

I drive 1.5 hrs round trip here, it's so worth it. Walkin basis and no waiting. They have a full staff.the staff are pleasant, helpful. They are always in great moods.

I have donated about 275 times at the Aurora IL location and during that time staff has come and go. In my opinion the staff they have now ranks a 8 out of 10. Of course I believe they could pay more for the donation and probably staff more on certain days during certain times but overall it's pretty solid.

July 2024 updt. Sade and her team are great. Now if we can have Brian teach the team his technique on how to stick - oh what a beautiful thing this will be. Brian's sticks are smooth, no pinching, no pressure. If I were not watching Brian stick me I'd not know he inserted the needle. He's number one! Go Brian. Having said this, I have to give a thank you to Cambria because she has perfected her technique tremendously and I appreciate her. Thanks Cambria. A huge thanks to the Aurora team for their "Cheers" a

Pretty much great overall so far. Only concern is a better explanation of the compensation rate. The app, the posters hanging in the facility and what is actually given are three different things.

Very unprofessional environment. And it has been like that on more than one occasion. Certain things that are said among co worker or even between staff and client should not be said aloud. I am a very open-minded person but a lot of their mess is disrespectful to say the least. Needs improvement on cleanliness/sanitation too.

Amazing place very clean.

Extremely friendly people who work there. Knowledgeable and informative. Was a very good experience

No waiting to be screened this time. Usually a short wait. Even though they said they were understaffed that day, it went quite efficiently. The hook up was near painless. Friendly staff.

The staff is great! So friendly and helpful. They need to bump up the donation amount tho. I made a lot more at Biolife, actually thinking of going back there.

Make sure you have 2 hours to spare before you come here. This has to be the slowest facility I've ever been too. It doesn't matter what time you come. You could come at 7AM or the middle of the day... it will take 2 hours regardless. ONLY 2 EXAM ROOMS WORK. The staff is way to busy talking to each other, however the staff is very friendly. Please get this facility some help!!!!! They need working exam rooms and computers so the public is not waiting 2 hours!

The facility was clean and tidy. Yes he staff was super welcoming. Ciara was like a needle pro she got the stick right the first time.

I've been going there for several years and I've never had a problem.. I love the employees.. They all know me by name and always attentive to people's needs.. I don't kno what these other negative comments are about. I will recommend it establishment.

Pay is good. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them to change their gloves before they put the needle in me. I don't think it's safe to not change gloves between 6 people when dealing with blood. Chelsea was very nice and checked up on me a lot, I appreciate it.

The staff has favorite clients for sure. Was just there waiting to be hooked up. Staff helped others walking in after me first . This isn't new.

I have been coming here for a few months and it's get slower and slower! The staff is always short handed and they love to carry on conversations amongst themselves instead of providing professional and the quickest service! I leave work to donate in my spare time but make sure you don't have anything to do or a life because you will be here longer than you expected and I'm a regular donor! I hate this place! Won't be coming back!

Everyone had a great attitude. They made it real easy to donate. Thank you!

I would rate a zero. The black receptionist so very disrespectful. Was waiting for the sign in machine that a customer just said they were finished. And still refused to let me sign in maybe because I'm white. No other customer was harassed. I was the only white person there.. All the negative reviews are correct. I was a first time visitor and walked out.

Ms.Heather is the best staff member here very well respected and courteous. Always in a happy and great mood. Best center hands down!!

They have gotten a lot faster here - I get in and out usually in about 1.5 hours start to finish. Payments are better, too. I get $65/week for 2 donations so that makes it worth the time. The folks working there as of Nov 2013 are good. They've made the donors clean up their language and I don't see really scary folks there anymore. Bring a warm jacket because they keep it COLD - that is really my only complaint. Doesn't need to be 32 degrees where you donate. But It is what it is - a way to make an extr

My experience here was great thanks to Ciara and the other manager! Both were awesome! Super great and caring and I'll definitely be back because of them??

This will be my last donation here. I went five times for the new donor offer. Out of those five times there were three occasions where the money was not put on my card at all until I called. Oh and if you didn't know they NEVER answer the phone. You have to call at LEAST three times before someone answers. This last time however was the last straw for me, I had to call three times (fourteen calls total for them to answer the three times) to fix my payment and it took them TWO hours to fix it. Very unprofes

Most of the staff were very professional but the other few need to step up their customer service skills, because they treated me like I was just a piece of meat being handled in a factory, very much like a production line. Otherwise I'd give it 4 stars.

All the employees are wonderful, but Jailla is amazing! I always feel so comfortable here

They have horrible customer service. O earned a speed pass and they did not respect it because they only had two sections open. The next time I came in they told me they would not honor it without even looking in the system. Just plain no. They also pick who they want to service first in the back. Not fair at all.

The employees are very nice and great, the place is very sanitary! Everyone's nice to one another always cracking a smile! They crack jokes to kill time!

I wish I can give 0 stars Very understaffed wait times are always long to get stuck please hire more employees. Beware stay away from the phlebotomist named Bianca she obviously doesn't know what she is doing she always misses my vein and has to re adjust the needle and that hurts also blood is leaking from the incision I don't have this issue with the other phlebotomist at this location and the other companies where I have donated before, and she tried to basically blame me for the no flow saying I was deh

Great place they make u feel comfortable n the plebotomist are well trained!! Plus you don't have to wait hours like at csl!

They never paid me for my first (and only) donation and i have had to call several different lines and spoken to several different customer service reps and upper management. All have assured my that within one to two business days i would be compensated and its been a week. Not to mention it took nearly 4 hours for my first donation. Terrible and disgusting place.

Went in today for the first time and could not be happier. The whole staff was welcoming and extremely professional and nice. We will definitely be back!

Good people good staff

Usually quick to get hooked up, and everyone is polite. Much more respectful of time-constraints than some other plasma donation centers.

Good But they need security. workers should not have to stop what they are doing to open and close bathroom door that's what security is for?? all the money this place is making they can afford security

You know those signs that say no video recording? They put those up because of me :) it's a real honor actually. I recorded one of the managers blatantly letting another donor break the headphone rule but tell me I need to follow it. She said "it's not my problem this other donor is breaking the rules, you need to follow them." I asked to be taken down and went home. The next time I came back they wanted to talk to me. I spoke to Greg. I didn't let him defer me. I played the video from start to finish and h

Excellent experience as always. Very friendly staff. They make sure that the donation is pleasant. Good job to the AURORA facility.

Been donating plasma awhile now. Very good customer service. NEVER had a mis-stick, infiltration, or hematoma. Staff is well trained and professional. Great rewards program and extra $payment incentives for returning donors. Great way to donate to a life saving cause, and earn some extra cash while doing it!!

Hate to wait in line for screening No matter how many are in line but there is only one staff for screening.

the pay is fine, hence one star. But they have a double standard on enforcing their rules. For example: If they catch you wearing both head phones, you have to take one off. But after telling you this, they will ignore other people breaking this rule throughout their donation process. I have no issue following this rule if it were enforced equally but it's not. When I reported that I have video of them not enforcing this rule (I do), I was deferred and have to speak with management. I'll be uploading my vid

I was pleased with the staff as well, the proformance of the staff as well, I was in an out my visit was pleasant ??

Everytime I go there they try and tell me I have a fever of over 100. I was starting to suspect they are doing this for crowd control because every time it happened to me it was incredibly crowded in the building. By the 6 or 7th time they tried to do this to me I got furious (a person know's when they have a fever). So I brought my own thermometer from home to prove I didn't have a fever, which I obviously didnt. They became enraged and asked me to leave which I obliged I'm not trying to cause trouble.

does not pay enough in aurora

Been here many times, but this time I hadn't been here in awhile. I needed a new physical and start as a new donor, I call the night before and asked what I needed and asked what time new donors time was for the next day and the lady told me open to close. The next day I rode my bike from Bartlett (22miles). I got here and said I was new donor and a lady told me they weren't doing until 3pm. I went back outside furious cuz it was 10am. What was I suppose to do for 5 hours!!!! So i went inside to find o

Really went downhill I referred a friend in two weeks almost 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the bonus money from the referral

Yeah I've been donating since I was 18. I've donated for multiple companies but this by far the worse experience. The people are unprofessional and unproductive. I waited for an hour to be hooked up to the machine when it take me no more than 40 mins to donate. Who's in charge? Have no clue, beware of this place.

The men's bathroom is absolutely atrocious. There is often no hand soap or airfreshener. Remind me again , spreading fecal matter and urine all over a semi medical facility is bad right ? I recommend peeing in the parking lot and bringing hand sanitizer. Management just look at me like another complaining crazy person and don't offer any sort of reassurance or compensation for the wasted time and unsanitary conditions. #dealwithit

Staff are friendly and professional. They are gentle with finger sticks, and veins.

Everyone is very friendly and they try there best to help everyone as fast as they can. I truly appreciate it. Dominic and Leslie are the best phlebotomist!

The nurse couldn't find MY vein, so she deferred me for three months. Plus they're very unprofessional and rude, a bunch of little girls work there.

ive been discrimminated against threatened lied too and insulted here so horribly they arranged to have my reviews deleted. ill replace them everytime. first of all the neighborhood is very dangerous if your white because its full of rasict gang members. the supervisor mindy is a bold faced pathological liar. the staff is nice to african americans rude to white people

Staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Sad to hear it was short staffed but thats kinda everywhere.

This place is awesome. Friendly staff. They try to get ya I'm and.out as quick as possible

They left me on the machine for 45 minutes . after I was done with my donation. I asked numerous times to be taken off because my arm was beginning to get sore from the needle remaining in my arm. I was the only donor completed at the time but the ignorant staff member implied "she would get to me when she was ready" who at the time. Was talking to another staff member. . . the end result was me getting deferred because of "behavioural issues " . when in fact they were the ones who went DOING THEYRE JOBS .

It was quick and painless. Thank you for that.

The staff was friendly and the donation process went smoothly.

It was a quick and friendly yet professional and safety conscious place of business.

This place is horrible, rude to donors and they take forever to stick you. Waited almost an hour just to be stuck, not only that they messed up my pay. Do NOT go here, go to CSL instead trust me!

Really nice experience today, read reviews but they're definitely nice and only took 2 hours max for first donation

Drove all the way here two different days to try and donate and both were wasted trips!! Can't ever get ahold of a human on the phone so I came in trying to donate. Yet apparently unless I'm here at 8am when they open they don't have enough staff to accept new donors!!! Thanks for having me waste gas for no reason at all ??

This facility is the cleanest, friendliest, and professionally run Octapharma I've been too.

The reviews are not from bad people. The Staff are bad people. They lie, swear, and are insanely rude. I swear they hire people right off the Jerry Springer show here.

I had to wait 3 hours before someone got me registered as a new donor. The dragon lady with orange hair is RUDE! The people curse, talk nasty and think no one notices. The upper management is the same way. They need to hire more professional people instead of letting the hoodrats run the show. Go to another plasma center and don't waste your time. And ALSO always check your CARD because THEY are responsible for placing money on your card and sometimes its the WRONG amount. Scammers are probably pocketing th

Great service and fast service. Very great experience overall. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Definitely top notch!

Came in today to donate as I always do, took forever to get hooked up. Then I was complaining about the pain my arm was feeling and asked a staff to check it she found out that the sticker didn't ever stick in the vain and that the blood was coloting in the tubing... and got a hemotoma in my left and had to get restuck in my left which hurt even more to get my remain blood got it back got some ice but jeez train your staff better... They are lazy and rather horseplay...

This place is horrible. And very disappointed with the employee in the front ....tells me to come in the morning and when I get there she tells me not excepting new donors and tells me to call before I head there after she told me to be there in morning!!! Total waste of time and will never return wish I could give negative stars

Ive been coming here a little over a year never had an issue w any staff they are a nice facility. They work with what they have.

To everyone who's wondering if OCTAPHARMA will treat you with respect & kindness for your donation to help others live longer with your blood you give!! I hope and pray you get to meet Arif and Sade(she is the Director of this facility!!) Arif and Sade have ALWAYS Treated Me & My Husband with kindness and respect!! Wonderful place great environment to donate in. I've been coming here for 5 yrs never had a problem with any staff friendly and fast. I love it here I Recommend this center to anyone that donates

It started out being a good place to donate, but the staff changed they have ignorant employees. CSL is a much better place to donate! Friendly staff & a beautiful place, they care about you.

Terrible place and my arm was bruised and purple. I hears they used dirty needle.

Fast friendly clean dont even feel the poke ms janet is very friendly always smiling in a good mood every time i donate we laught always looking forward to my next donation

Very poor work performance... The people play around all day instead of doing there job... The pay is always changing... There's even been rumors that the company including the employees are fixing people's pay and pocketing the money... Idk how many times I've went up there and they claim I'm being under payed and over payed... Call up there and ask them how much they pay and watch how they tell you something totally different from the actual thing... I've sat up there with needles in my arm for over an ho

Was not at all happy to drive 50 min only to be told we are not accepting new doners today because we don't have nurse to do physical. I tried to call the location and ask prior to my journey only to have recorded message to try to call back later or come in to speak with staff. This information needs to be posted. I will be going to biolife in elgin.

Not enough money for my precious rare blood, never will be back Ever, they pay more at the new plasma center on RT 59 just opened, they give the most money

It went pretty fast staff was nice

Staff is very helpful and friendly! Today, they were very speedy, I was in and out with a quickness

The employees and the services very good but they are short staffed right now at this time so therefore our wait is much longer than usual

Staff and Manager here are fantastic!!! Michelle made me feel comfortable and motivated to donate...never felt the stick!!! Just amazing

They are very disrespectful and a bunch of nasty group of ppl if I could I would give them a 0 star there staff consists of ghetto mexican and black folk they act as though they are still in the hood. I reported this center to my state representative and to the Illinois department of health. They try to damage my kidneys and didn't not know how to stick ppl they spilled blood on my clothes and in my face on purpose cause the girl was laughing afterwards so ppl what ever you do DON'T GO THERE!!! Go to anothe

Fast friendly, clean service and I enjoyed my time there.

Very unprofessional staff! Staff are allowed to spend most of their time having social hour than working. The Center manager in charge is a helper but, when Manager Marty is in he assists No One !!!! Not good teamwork at all! Poor example OF A PLACE HELPING SAVE LIVES!

1/23/2014 Very clean. Very professional. Very friendly staff, I don't know where all these negative reviews come from. Fast donations, fast money, and even raffles for prizes every few weeks!

Great experience first time donating and the staff made sure my wife and I were comfortable!

Sade helped me with a concern I had while donating, wanted to call out Arif, Hannah, Dominique and Lesley for being awesome staff members!

Pretty decent place, it's clean and the process is smooth.

It's a great staff made me laugh the whole time I was there stop being haters cuz u had a bad experience maybe ur attitudes just suck this is a great place

The people here are very friendly. Sometimes it takes awhile to get poked but other than that it's pretty good place

The staff is very polite from when I walked in and donating. Love the staff professional attitude

Not too happy that our pay went down $5.00. I've been going to plasma twice a week for a very long time.

The staff is very nice, gentle and welcoming! Able to stop in and be out pretty quickly.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. The process was very simple and went quickly

Very nice employees very helpful and caring! Very clean environment! Very good at what they do! ??????

Everyone is very friendly and there isn't long wait times on the days that I go!

Easy $200 bucks for the first two times and the place looked pretty sterile after watching the staff wipe down after exiting donaters...

this place is horrible theydont act professional and alot of the workers act like they dont want to have anything to do with you and like your a bad person for looking for extra money 1 STAR :(

The staff was friendly. I felt comfortable. The place was clean.

Friendly and quick registration. Wish there was a way to see how busy it is by center by the hour.

Great experience. Quick session and very friendly and helpful staff

Ciara is the best! My veins are deep & they move & she has never failed me plus extra cash!

Uncle got poked was sitting there for 2 and a half hours and didn't get paid. They claim that there system is down do not go here!! And I think they cut his plasma card off for asking where his money is

I have very ,very great service from the people there and I recommend others to try them. All keep up the good work Exspecially Dez,Beioca

I WAS OKAY, LOOK FORWARD TO GO BACK!! YOU'RE DOING A GREAT JOB ??

Miraculous phlebotomist none the least. Quick service without kiosk use . Sierra and Michelle are fantastic.

I just started coming here to donate plasma and the staff is really nice. Michelle the manager is so sweet and personable!

I haven't donated yet, every time I go I'm told ?we're not taking new donors today?. Bad luck I guess, so I can't really give a fair rating.

Hire some people the wait is terrible //staff was nice // but the wait was horrible // saddd people have to wait hours at this place if your in a hurry go somewhere else it seems every day is the same no matter what time you go //

Great employees make for a great experience, small lines make for a quicker experience.

It's a wonderful place and great people work there.

The employees make you feel at home. Always in and out . Best location hands down .

I've been in the back waiting room for 1hr and still two people have gone before me,and just now they're saying my ticket isn't even printed out yet, this place has gotten very bad and now only down to two workers in the back and actually down to one person, poor management

Great place to donate and less wait times Thank you Arif for making it a great experience.

This is a great center the staff is very helpful and so their job effectively and efficiently. I recommend everyone goes to this center

Hate them they sent a letter to my home saying I have hIV I went to get tested and I was clear

They were a great facility very sweet nice and welcoming.

The questions take about 15 minutes to finish but then it'll take another 15 to get connected, which is the hardest part. Staff is really oppionated.

Great staff. Fast service. And I have not had any problems with the plasma machines personally

I love coming here to donate. Michelle R is great. She makes the process easy.

Arif was amazing!!! Great hospitality and excellent punctuation and courtesy. Octapharma was a great experience!

I'd go here just to hang out, the people are so great.

Great and timely staff! I Never have to wait that long!

Very respectful

I love this place! Friendly staff, and great deals for rewards!

This place is very slow they make you wait forever just to get stuck ?????? and then you have to wait for your pay too what an inconvenience

I've been here for 20 minutes and I'm still waiting in the back to get stuck this is unbelievably slow after my first 5 bonus are over I'm so never coming back to this location

The new promotion for regular donors is great, I feel this should be every month. Also it brings in new donors .

Love the people here. No complaints!

All the people at Octapharma Plasma is very nice to meThey are so funny when my husband comes inI give them five stars

Awesome place!! Friendly people

This place does not really care about new donors.they just let you sit up front and guess when there gonna come to the front no assitants or help.

Always make you feel comfortable and the staff is very professional

STAFF was extremely rude beyond limits ans do not care about your health Please do not come here. They dont care about your health and the pay is low

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE 1 PERSON MANNING 5 DIFFERENT THINGS AT ONCE A LINE OUT THE DOOR AND EVERY PERSON HAS NO CLUE WHAT THE HELL THEYRE DOING THIS PLACE WAS OUTRAGEOUS

Tristan is super cool and makes the check in process as smooth as possible.

They were very cordial, attentive, friendly

Comfortable and stress free visit

All I can say is the people who work here are professionals and awesome

Great place, while donating plasma is not for everyone. These people treated me almost like I was family.

Been coming to this place for years, always smooth new donor process and friendly crew

Nurse got me with one stick! Painless.

Been donating here for years would recommend for any donors to come here

I was supposed to get paid $100 for my donation and they only gave me 30.

The people here are very friendly and they work as hard

This is a great place to donate plasma the process was quick and painlesss.

A really good place.

I do not like how they lowered the fees for donors recently.

Depends on how is working, but most are bad. Bad sticks, lazy, and slow moving.

I think this place is very good I like the staff

Friendly and courteous staff. Informative
