Very unprofessional. Staff does not answer the phone or the bell when it rings. After waiting 5 min without any attention I rang the bell again. The worker with the ponytail down to her behind. Yelled out I hope that's not the same person ringing that bell. When she could have just yelled I will be right with you. Upon my first visit this same individual was being very unprofessional as well by holding a 20 minute conversation with her boyfriend out loud about private matters. The staff needs to trained in
The center is very clean and most of the people are friendly. I give a 1 star because you wait forever when you get there. They NEVER have enough staff working. It is a busy facility with such little employees. They have a worker named Steve, who is so slow, all he does is talk instead of work but he's friends with John the boss so they keep him. Ridiculous!!! V is great. Best worker there. They definitely need to hire more people to make the center better. Meredith. Current donor
The only reason i give such a low star is because after the first donation.. tech unable speaking from the first time you aren't really in a ?appointment ?. Make it if you like but it's still a first come first serve basis. They call your name through a closed door. It's kind of hard to hear. But out of one the employees mouth; making an appointment is pointless. So there will be a wait time. There will be?. A Sit around , kumbayaa laugh or in your own mind situation. Get ready. It's an experience.
They are very friendly and efficient. They explain the donation process the really, along with compensation and what I can expect during the donation. The wait time was not that long. The only thing I didn't like was that I was already on the bed, and he was getting ready to swap my arm to stick me but someone else finished before he could swab me and he just left me lying there for 20 minutes while he tended to three other donors. I came in 6/18/25. Was not paid and have not been able to contact a single person for 36 hours. Called repeatedly. You get out in a que. You are the only one in the que and they still never answer the phone. These people are con artist and thieves who can barely operate the place. Far and away the worst and most dangerous plasma facility in all of Ohio.

DB plasma is by far the best plasma donation place I have been too. Their customer service is exceptional. They are very clean and professional. I enjoy going to donate because they treat you like a person and not a number. I recommend everyone to change too and or try DB plasma, you won't regret it.
I made an initial appointment online. I drove to the facility. They checked my address and proceeded to tell me they didn't accept donors from my zip code because of unacceptable donors. First, why could I make an appointment, which requires my zip code?! Second, why discriminate all from 1 zip code?!
New donor and have had nothing but great experience here. Jessica and Brody are two of the nicest people I've dealt with here. Very patient with all the people they deal with.

The place is clean it's a lot of nice people only thing I dislike is the super long wait that's about it I believe if it was a lot more staff then it would probably run a lot faster which would make it more of an amazing place to donate only reason I added4 stars is Just because of the wait time.
Never had a bad experience, unlike other centers. The staff is incredibly competent and the equipment is very reliable. The best!

Reviews at this location are so high because that are paying people and additional $5 to leave them on Google. Staff has inability to control situations. One of the floor workers continually makes inappropriate jokes to the point it's made a few donors uncomfortable. Additionally the "you must respect staff, and donors" is selectively enforced.

Tried the other centers in the area and none of them come close to the experience at DB Plasma! Everything is better here, the staff, the facility, the equipment, and especially the compensation. You can really tell that DB Plasma values their donors.

People are all friendly and hard workers. Some days the wait is longer than others but I am very happy with this place!
I've been here just two times and went on Sat 6.28 for my 3rd. According to the Google information, 10am or earlier was the slowest time of day. However, I got there at 945am only to find parking lot full, the first waiting room full and the second waiting room in back full with very few people actually in the donation chairs. After waiting 55 minutes in the FIRST waiting room, I decided to leave. Had I stayed, it would have been at least 3 or 4 hours for the entire donation. Completely unacceptable!
