Staff is great. Atmosphere is chill. The waits have progressively gotten longer. The signs say plan for 2 hours but now you've gotta plan for 2.5-3.5 hours. There's obviously a staggering issue with the staff, or their break periods. Maybe rotating them different so theres not just 2 on the floor? You'd think with a customer base and demand this big and frequent, you could plan better. Not sure if its a manager issue or corporate red line issue, but its becoming a customer/patient issue now too.

Lines have been very slow recently, but donators have been very impatient and rude towards the staff, and they've dealt with it in a professional manner. Christina, Julia, and Theresa that work up front are all so kind and work with a positive attitude, especially when there were rude/impatient people berating other people in line as well as the staff. Thank you to the staff for doing the best with what you've got!

They "upgraded" to new machines recently that are "faster" but the line moves at nearly half the speed it used to. So you're in the center standing around longer. The new machines also take more plasma depending on your weight. So they're getting more plasma from you. Did the reimbursement go up for doubling how much of your time they use and increasing how much of your plasma they take? Of course not. Times are tough but not "stand around for three hours to get $50" tough. I'm done here.

Most of the staff was friendly and they did a good poke. My issue is it was the first time appointment and it was scheduled for a specific time. I show up a half hour early. They don't come and see me until 45 minutes after the scheduled time. I had to miss a doctor's appointment over zoom which I could have done if they were in the least bit timely. You're not allowed to talk on the phone during your donation so now I will owe more money to the doctor then I just made from my first donation. 45 minutes dud

This place was great until they just got new machines. Used to be in and out in 90 mins and last time took 3 hours. Over 2 hours waiting before I even started donating. The donation itself was 15 minutes faster than my usual time. Doesn't matter though because the overall time was insanely long. I relied on the extra money every month but it isn't even worth it if it's going to take that long. This shit made me life so much harder. The absolute least they could have done was warn that this was going to happ

I used to go there since 2002. I believe some of the workers work over 20 years that ran that place like your God they banned me with no reason they said I yelled or I help slammed the door or something you cannot even slam the door. I never ever had a problem since 2002 2003 used to call ZLB

The staff are all very nice and professional but ever since they got new machines the moving of donors through screening and then to donate has slowed to a lethargic snails pace. It used to take me an hour and a half to get all the way through and back out. As of this post I've been here about 3 hours. Something needs to change or your going to lose donors.

Good quality work. Always respectful. And tolerance is definitely up there so I respect the good service so far

This place has went to trash. All the workers quit and the worst part is they only allow 8-10 people to donate at a time now due to the new machines. It takes many hours like your first time every time here for months now. I along with others walked out after sitting in the waiting line to go back for over a hour like come on. This is bad.

Slightly better rates than Biolife. It seems like the staff have good rapport w/ the regulars. One staffer had too much rapport, and had a full non-work related conversation with her coworker while I was right there in front of her, waiting for her. I hope the saline shortage continues because donation time is much faster and you get to drink powerade while you donate. I started donating in the spring. After a batch of donations I came back 6 months later, which made me "lapsed" and I had to be onboarded ag

I went in for my first donation and the entire staff was very helpful. Ms Jackson professionally guided me through the actual donation process and did a great job of explaining the process and making me feel at ease, which was greatly appreciated!!

This location it's absolutely disgusting and by that I mean the wait time after vitals is simply atrocious... Ever since the new machines arrived the lame ass fall back excuse is "it's the new machines they're always breaking down" This is the number one reason that I have no other option but to donate plasma elsewhere

i have donated here for multiple years and have had many good and bad visits . today particularly , i went to donate and had a high pulse , so i did a retake and passed . i get to the back , and they can't find me in the system . for some reason , their new manager just took it upon herself to cancel my visit for no reason at all ??? and being that i had already done a retake , if my pulse was high again , i wouldn't have been able to do another one . the whole situation was a joke and a waste of my time ,

These new machines are a joke!! Wait times are significantly longer.. and with no staff it takes at least 2 hours to get thru the process..should of stayed with the old machines..can't believe these machines are new and already 7-8 need matinence.. not a good start

Long time donor. Have seen this through many org changes, but the recent decision to change machines has resulted in long lines and increased donor times. At the same time, the rewards program has been removed. New donors, do not use CSL

Greetings! This is Kay posting. My husband and I came there yesterday, referred by a coworker that stated, you guys would have great knowledge on Iron Deficiency. I'm one that has to have blood transfusion. While waiting in line, it was a short light skin female, sorta think, with big almost like Slanted eyes. No hello, good morning, nothing when she yelled, #6. We walked over, my. Husband set down and I stood behind him. She kept giving me a rude nasty look, while looking at my husband as if we did somethi

Things turned out better than I would have expected. The staff were nice, and helped whenever I had a question. Special thanks to Mr. Ben and the nurse (sorry forgot her name but she has curly hair) who made my first time very comfortable. Although the first appointment took a long time, my second was quite fast. I check the app for best times to come in. I only wish masks were provided as some people come in coughing and it makes me a little weary but I've been ok.

I like going to donate because the people there are very friendly and everything's efficient and fast. And Sharell is very nice and friendly.

Linda was awesome today! Allowing me to successfully donate plasma by being the first phlebotomist to stick my left arm, which everyone else shied away from

Been in line for an hour on a Thurs night. Weren't the new machines supposed to be faster? Brutal. Edit: Make that 90 min now. Insane.

Ms Jackson was so rude and mean to me for my short donation period. She was rough with sticking the needle into my arm and made blood gush out all over my arm. After I expressed the pain it caused me she questioned me if it actually hurt... i tried to tell her it still hurt and she continued to be condescending and mean to me. She wouldn't tell me how much blood I lost and made me feel shameful for not being able to finish the donation. She with way to much force,, pushed my fingers out of the way and press

After a huge problem at the Minneapolis location, the tech Nick (I believe he must be some sort of manager since only him wears a green vest) worked very hard and fixed the issue I was dealing with that took him a considerable amount of time and never gave up on me. He is very kind, patient and respectful. I was very impressed by his professionalism and dedication. The rest of the team at the St. Paul are super kind and helpful too. They make you feel welcome and answer any kind of question you may have. Ke

Been trying to donate I have gone to this location at least 5 times with an appointment all times. Was turned away because my social number wouldn't work that's fine came in the next day but was turned away again because they didn't want new donors. After spending my last amount of cash to make it out her all times I kept getting turned away and wasting my money when I should have spent it on rent but I wanted to donate to get more cash for rent. If I could do negative stars I would. I am not coming back to

Do not go here. I had an appointment through the app at 10am and did everything prior to be there on time or to be seen whenever they were ready. A staff member told me that they will help me after one other person immediately. There were so many people helping the "returning donors". I was told I would be next at the 10:25am mark, when people were constantly walking in and out not listening if they were next. People came before me despite arriving after me and checking in way after. One even brought their

The lines to check in extremely long all throughout the day, only 1 to 2 of the nurses stations are usually open. The security guard near front entrance is rude, condescending and unfriendly. She is always on the phone on her headphones, not monitoring the safety of the lobby. She glares and snickers at certain patients as they walk in, making for a uncomfortable atmosphere. The nurses dont seem to be attentive to this issue. Do not go to this location. You are better off at another CSL.

Haters gonna hate. If you are a regular here, you would know. The staff here is awesome. They have a holes that comes in all the time. So bare with them. They are human like us. Most staff here will try their best to get you in and out as fast and safe as they can. They keep everything clean, great staff, great phlebs. You just gotta work with them and not give them attitudes because of something you may have did. All and all great location. You can be donating and feel like staff is family. That's the rela

First time donating plasma today. Staff was friendly and efficient with getting me signed up, screened and processed. I was in and out in two hours. The facility was not too busy, only a few others waiting in line. Compensation seems excellent.

I just removed the previous comment on how good I thought this center was. And also took away the five star opinion in exchange for one star. Today was probably my last time through the doors. I feel I got screwed out of $200 of the $500 start up pay. Why? Because of a simple little bug bite, I was not allowed to donate for a week and a half and come to find out there's a 30 day cap on the beginning payout. Was no fault of mine, and the right thing would have been to add the lost time on.

Wonderful staff here!! I was a first-time donor and it was very busy, but the staff members were all super kind and friendly. A huge thank you to Angie who helped make the sign up process fun even though she had so much going on. I have some tricky veins, but there was a very kind and patient man who felt around on both arms and then asked another woman to come take a look. She did give the proper warning that the vein she found may not accept the return process well, and after I said I would be okay with t

Sherell is awesome!! Makes the screening process enjoyable very easy going and friendly

Staff is friendly considerate of how I feel before and after donating

They've not only reduced the operation hours(got rid of sunday's as what was supposed to be temporary) They've now reduced the weekly payouts, I only keep going because my niece was fighting a blood disorder which she passed away from last year. Othe

I love coming here , the staff are very helpful and generous my fav is sharell is very awesome

As someone with social anxiety, I always feel nervous about donating plasma, but the staff at CSL Plasma on University Ave make me feel incredibly comfortable. They are kind, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. They answer my questions, create a welcoming atmosphere, and demonstrate genuine care. If you're nervous or have difficulty communicating your needs, this location is a great choice. Their professionalism and support make a significant difference.

I love the atmosphere and courtesy of the staff. Even during a busy day, they get u in quickly. St Paul location is the best. Request Toby and Al for a painless stick!!

There is handicap parking but no handicap entrance. You have to try and open 2 heavy glass doors. The same with the exit doors. Very disappointing.

If you get the right people to work with when u get there it is a reasonable experience. I personally think it is a scam considering how little a person is compensated while being falsely led to believe that their plasma is 100% used on humans to save lives. Truly a portion of what's collected goes towards making make up. Worse yet the scam cash card that you're required to accept as payment scams the card holder out of fees for everything you use the card for numerous little 55% fees for just about every a

Friendly staff, and Latoya did a smooth painless poke

The place is not great but they do the job. Things just tend to go slow at this center. The employees aren't necessarily rude but it seems like there are always people standing around. They see big lines and don't try to handle them and will only have one person doing the initial blood draw. Still go there because it's close and will probably continue to go there.

Rude staff who want to know your whole medical history which is none of their business. Next they'll want you to sign consent forms for medical history from your doctor.

Ms. Yolanda is one of the most professional and more importantly accurate phlebotomists in the center . She should definitely be an early morning shifter. She makes the morning easier.

Best person at this place. Always take care of me when I come. Yolanda is great and deserves a raise for the hard work she does. 5 stars

My experience has been so much better sense the New Promotion of Ms Yolonda on the floor? The morning team works very well together today ?

If you're broke and need a few bucks to get through the day, this is the place. If you're ok with getting 1/30th the value of your life juice this place is ok. If you can handle waiting, loud people, needless and the sight of blood this could work, if you're not on drugs they will pay you 35-100 for what they sell for $600-$1000. Know your worth! I need so be gas money so here I stand waiting to be drained of my life force.

Incredibly slow screening the last 2 times I've gone, not worth waiting an hour to even get back to start your donation. Having 2 people screening and a line of 18 people does not make sense at all.

Standard CSL location. Amazing great staff? can't say enough positive things about them, just gets really busy so it's a bit slower than Lake Street location. Make sure you fill out your questionnaire before you get there because they don't scan the barcode for you like they do at other locations. You have to scan it yourself at the entrance. Literally my only complaint is that the vending machine needs some maintenance, so I think if that's my only complaint, they are doing pretty good.

Very professional and fast without compromising quality or safety.

Today when I went to go, donate, I had the Worst experience I've ever had at this place. The machine was having issues with a return of mine, and the woman that was helping me wasn't able to get it fixed so she called somebody else over. This person trying to put the needle in my arm made it hurt, and I had stated this. He continued to talk to me With no respect, And spoke to me in a matter to where an employee should not be speaking to a person coming into the business, to donate their time and blood and p

Waited 3 hours just for them to tell me they couldn't find my veins.... After the woman up front apparently found them. I have no problem at a local hospital giving blood. I think the staff is not properly trained

Londa ,Diane and Vern do amazing work and enjoy the job they do ?- they make donating a real pleasure . They are fantastic so is the check process at front area in St. Paul.. Go CSL Ricky Nelson

Been coming on and off for maybe a year. Lines are usually like under a half hour to check in, but I really target times when people are at work or early morning to try and beat the rush. Never had a bad stick or anything. If you are a little skittish around an environment where society has not been very kind, that might be a thought for you. I've seen nor experienced anything crazy but there can be some entertainment.

I've been donating since early 2022, and I can say some of the staff are much better at their job. One such person is Toby, who checked up on me during my donating to make sure I was ok, which most workers don't do. Decently run and clean

What a joke. I am totally appalled at the behavior of the staff at this location. While I was in line waiting to donate one of the staff members took it upon herself to entertain the troops by imitating (very poorly I might add) a supposed client approaching the desk being unprepared and on drugs like this is the norm. We all just stood there with our jaws dropped to the floor. The staff saw the humor and some even added to it. However, not one of us saw the humor in their mockery. How dare they? Who

I usually don't bother with reviews but I think this really needs to be said. While I like the people working at this location and things usually go fine, I'm pretty disappointed with how my recent donation was handled. I'm always very up front about the fact that I've been told by many different phlebotomists that my main donation vein rolls around, so they should mark it to help them guide the needle in safely. The ONLY times I've ever gotten a hematoma is when the phlebotomists choose to ignore that warn

Good place to go CSL good worker especially Al and Vern.Al will let you know what's on his and vern he is the joker he wil tell what on his mind and make u laugh I love going there.

The staff seemed very nice when I went in. I got deferred, and their attitudes changed. One of the staff members started laughing at me because I was using the wrong device for fingerprints (didn't tell me which one to use), another was very condescending when explaining why I was being deferred, and I felt like I was being shoved out the door when I was rejected. It felt like they only care when they can get the plasma, make it very hard to give a donation.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There's a reason there's so many one star reviews. The folks giving these one star reviews couldn't be more correct and many are actually being overly kind because the staff they have working here are terrible. They're terrible at their jobs and they treat clients like garbage. The only garbage are the people working there. They're rude, condescending, lazy and just treat people who are going out of their way to help others, like dirt. People donating their pla

Everyone here are skilled professionals. They're friendly and kind. Never had any problems.

Nice clean location. Staff are knowledgeable and answer all questions. Get $75 your first two donations and $20-$30 after. On my second donation, after 30 minutes into the donation process, I started to feel faint. I told staff, and they quickly and calmly helped me. They elevated my legs, fanned me, gave me an ice pack, and started returning fluids to me. They also gave me tips on what to do next time so I did not have the same experience. Once I walked out of the donation station another staff members cam

CSL does not accurately explain their processes and requirements for donation. Last week I was deferred due to bruising and this week for a small arm lesion I had frozen at the dermatologist. These reasons for deferral should be communicated at the time of the initial donation so their clients valuable time is not wasted when they expect to donate. Each of these deferrals were only communicated after waiting in line for 45 minuets for a pre check and then another 15 minutes to speak to the nurse. The staff

I donate on a regular and the fact that on certain days mainly in the evenings the lines get super long because the people in front are doing everything but taking care of the people waiting in line to go to the back it's ridiculous they are either on their phones talking to each other I mean full blown conversations constantly getting up for no reason at all meanwhile you have people ready to get in and out and whoever the ladies are in the front right now on 6/17 2024 3:54 pm they either don't know what t

The nurse I dealt with was very unprofessional and very rude. When I expressed my discomfort about being asked irrelevant questions about my self harm from high school (6 years ago) I was called names and labeled ?unstable?. Despite the fact that I have donated there before I was treated as though I came in with needle marks and told I'd need a doctor to sign off that I was mentally fit. I will never return here and urge anyone that wishes to feel safe and respected to find somewhere else to donate, there a

This was the easiest process and cleanest cls I've been to. It took awhile like 1hr to do all the initial questionnaire and physical, and maybe 30 to donate. I'm sure as long as it's not busy the process would be a lot quicker. (Definitely busier during the summer) They had plenty of staff working together and I was told this location is typically slower than the others around. (Hopefully it stays that way) If I had one complaint it would be that it's kinda cold so bring a blanket and it can be repetitive

Since they were lazy and didn't find a vein or didn't want to try my other arm, I'm losing this income. It was easier for the lazy and incompetent techs to say "We'll just pay you and you can be on your way"; like they were doing me a favor and because of that, I'm deferred. One of the managers was rude and inhumane to both me and my wife, and this was on Christmas Eve! I'm not trying to stop anyone from going there, but be aware of these things and don't be so captured because it's a nice new place.

They make you wear a mask during the physical but they don't tell you that until they've wasted an hour and a half of your time. If masks are required, it should be said up front. Not everyone can wear one.

Donating out of desire and needing money definitely had caused me to not only notice the difference, but then be moved to share my personal appreciation for all the times when I was unable to recognize the value and worth that each visit provided beyond my immediate life circumstances. All the pieces that come together to not only collect plasma that saves lives in the future, and also that are equally as vital in making that a possibility is often unnoticed or misinterpreted yet it still goes on without

While the staff are great, corporate very obviously cares nothing for donors because of the demographics of the area. The facility is incredibly understaffed, has old broke down equipment, and is filthy.

Horribly slow!! The staff just stands around and talk to each other! My sister was there 4 hours just to be told she couldn't donate!!!

If you're trying to donate, don't come here. First time donor, I called multiple times to clarify questions and was given multiple answers. The story never got any clearer when I arrived and staff blamed other members of staff for the mistakes. I was waiting for nearly an hour before being told my ID (which they had changed their requirements for 3 times with me) was not sufficient and I was declined. A waste of an afternoon.

None of the workers seemed to know what was going on. I waited for 2.5 hours after watching the training video and nothing got done. I never got my vitals checked nor my physical done. After all that time wasted the last straw was when they began screening a man who came in a very long time after I had. He'd only been waiting probably 20 minutes. Good for him, but I wasn't about to sit there any longer so I set my sheets on the counter (unattended) and walked off. Didn't get my compensation, didn't help sav

After waiting for over an hour, I was told that I could never donate there again because I had been "redlined." I was told I could donate at other locations...??? No one ever explained what "redlined" meant, although I asked several employees. Does anyone know? Update: After calling around, I found out what "redlined" means. It means that your veins are thin, and prone to all sorts of things (nothing serious). So now we know.

An employee from this center followed me into and around Walmart HARASSING me.. then FOLLOWED me HOME! She was completely unprovoked and absolutely out of line. Will be filing police report.

Everyone is super cool here especially the staff, very friendly. The wait usually isn't too long and quicker than other centers. Good place to go for extra spending $$$

A staff member interrupted my intake to ask the site lead why everyone has to be retrained from someone else?s mistakes. the site lead abdur or whatever his name is, is clueless and told me to learn real quick the answers yes or no. he should learn real quick that burger king would suit him better.

Horrible experience, if possible GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC!!! I'm new in town and in U.S, so my SSN is still in process. However, I called them MANY times to ask if would be possible to donate plasma without SSN, and they answered MANY times: YES, IT SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM, JUST COME OVER. And yes, I made the mistake to go there. After 2 HOURS waiting, the woman called me and the first thing that she asked: where's your SSN? Without your SSN you can't donate. Conclusion: don't trust the information THIS CLINI

BAD EXPERIENCE, go to Biolife instead!!! Long wait times, only a few trained staff working the donation seats, generally you will sit down and wait 10-15 minutes before they stick your vein. Staff are friendly that's about the only good thing CSL does. I used to be a regular donor a few years ago. I came back and was cleared to donate, I donated twice but then was told on my third visit that a supervisor ?looked at my file? and decided to DEFER ME because I didn't notify my doctor that I stopped taking my

Honestly I liked the old one better. Even though the one on Lexington was slow as molasses, this one is even slower. Since the old center slowed down, you can guarantee at least an hour waiting in line here, sometimes more. They have two rows of beds with NO machines lmao you're supposed to be a new, nicer center fully stocked and staffed. Don't get me started on the very , very large African American woman (her race is only a physical identifier) that complains every time she's told to go hook machines up

The staff is very accommodating and welcoming! Diane is amazing at finding my veins!

My first two times attending this location was just peachy, quick, and everyone was nice. Especially the black woman phlebotomist with curly hair. She was sweet and gave me great advice on tending to my natural hair which helped greatly. Anyway this time this black woman with the bun (whos name i didnt catch) could not find my vein at all. So she calls over a nurse named jenny. She attempted to fix the other womans mistake by moving the needle around!!! My older sister is a phlebotomist so i know for sure t

Horrible place. Avoid with all costs. Let's all gather together and bring CSL down. They are fakes. They do not care about you at all. They just want the plasma and enjoy deffering people. The doctors are so entitled and think they're better than people. Treated poorly. Will never go again.

I've donated plasma for 8 years at biolife in Wisconsin. They have an appointment system there so you are never waiting for a bed. Here you wait 1-2 hours standing in line just to get to the floor after your vitals are checked. And while you're waiting half of the beds are always open. I donate because family has needed plasma in the past. But being here for 2-3 hours when it should be an hour is a little frustrating. Workers are nice but the system is frustrating

This place is Garbage! I currently live in a sober living home where I am attempting to better my life, and these people turned me away because of where I live. Right after they accepted a homeless man I saw pan handling on the corner. TF? I have a rare blood type that could have saved many lives, and they turned me away.

For the most part I like it here. However I really disagree with the process of annual physicals. First of all they should at least give an advance notice of when you're due. You come in all of a sudden answering 60 questions and find out time to see the nurse. What I really don't agree with is you lose your place in line after the physical is done. I think that's totally unfair when it has nothing to do with some thing we did.

Went there to donate got through an hour & half of intake (never been before) only to be turned away due to a small dermatological surgery done 3 days prior. Reason "needed my protien to heal incision", told to return when healed. Problem was that I needed the pay gor the donation like right then. Oh well...

Very clean facility, professional staff and the Wi-Fi actually worked as well. I was thoroughly impressed to say the least. The process was a lot smoother than the other csl on university not far away. I'm very glad I decided to give this location a chance this will be my go to place to donate from here on out a very great first impression.

Yes there can be a wait like any other plasma donating place BUT the staff is friendly and funny (: They do their best with the staffing they have.

I just seen someone on the staff that let people ahead of others she didn't wait in the screening line I think I will not be back here after today who's the manager he needs to check the camera at 11 am April 13 th booth 2

they deferred me because i got poked too many times in one day. my most recent visit a sign in nurse said they were poisoning people.

After going to CSL (over 75 times) at the University location in St Paul I switched to Talecris Plasma on Robert Street. The differences between the two companies are huge. The customer service is excellent at Talecris. Everyone is super nice, engaging, helpful, and kind. Unlike CSL, Talecris employees treat you well and act like they really care. If you can switch over I would strongly suggest it. CSL is hit or miss whether you'll be waiting in line. Talecris on the other hand is always fast and rarely h

4 people working the floor on a Thursday at 4PM is not enough. Hire more staff.

Good and quick. Friendly staff and you earn a few bucks helping others.

Don't waste your gas. If u have ink they won't take you at all. Save your gas. And your time these poeple suck.

A very high traffic location with only a small number of employees. Expect very, very long waiting lines.

Be prepared to spend a ridiculous amount of time waiting to even get to the donation station. Nurses are never around when needed, the staff that do ?wellness scans? go at a snails pace. Terrible donation center.

Terrible place staff is alway talking on the job making the wait 5x longer they are also rude to donors and sometimes they dont put the neesle in right messing up your arm or vein i had a fat bubble in my arm from something they did wrong on their side also they gossip and talk about donors

Great way to earn some extra cash, help others, and the staff there are always kind and fun!!

genuinely worst experience I have ever had, horrible communication, extremely unprofessional, falsely advertised their payment program, and basically ignored me for over an hour. if you want people to help others, maybe you guys should put more effort into your work, thank you!

If I could rate less than one star I would! Ridiculously rude!!! Taking people out of order and wasting peoples time while they have personal conversations.unorganized and unprofessional.

This CSL plasma center is so fast ur in n out within a hour better get it while u can cause in a couple years there closing the other center on Oxford down n moreless its gonna turn 1 hour to more like 3 hours so get it n enjoy it while u can n the staff members r awesome i used to go to telecris on suburban n was shy but this one brings the confidence out of u they talk they dont just say hi n bye their like Family

Always a pleasure when I come here, the staff is very comforting and professional.

I've always had the drive to help others! Being here and donating to help others fills me up with so much joy. I hope you will find the same joy. ??

Ms Diana is awesome sticker and vern is my favorite disconnect

Love this donation location! great staff good positive attitudes. Very Professional and very sanitary! Experienced Flabotamists. The best donation center I have ever experienced!

This plasma center is clean, the staff is caring and they are knowledgeable . I wound up not being able to give plasma because of my veins . They paid me anyway and were just super positive towards me.

As a first time donor, the staff made me so comfortable and attended to. I really appreciate their patience and kindness.

This place sucks do not go here if you want fair payment, plus it's sooo dirty they got someone else's blood on me, Untrained staff had to re-poke me cause they missed the vain.. like csl is soo unprofessional and the place around the sunray center is clean and you get fair payment every time. Csl is a joke period.

Such a joke of an establishment .

Normal time span you'll be at this place differs from 1-3 1/2 hours. So bring head phones or a good book, and comfy shoes...

This was my first time giving plasma. I was treated courteously and given appropriate decision to decide whether to become a donor. I appreciated the staff making this process less intimidating.

INSIDE~OUT= OUR WORDS ARE POWER?FUL > For IT IS WRITTEN..."OUT OF THE ABUNDANCE OF THE HEART; THE MOUTH SPEAKS"... THEREFORE, BLESSINGS AND CURSE'S SHOULD NOT PROCEED FROM THE SAME SOURCE,/ SPROUT! For with it .. WE BLESS YAH/GOD AND CURSE'S ONE ANOTHER? YET, IT IS SAID, ""WE ARE ( ALL) CREATED IN HIS IMAGE AND LIKENESS"".. IT'S Also WRITTEN... IN THE SCRIPTURES... 'yea are gods'... and to have *Dominion* over everything that moves and creaps upon THIS Earth!!! by YAH?WEH/WAY- ELOHIM>GOD. AMEN

I just love this place.. whatever they are doing is working- the wait times are pretty much non-existent.

Staff work hard to get you back as fast as they can . Sometimes it's busy but that's life get over it.

Everyone is so nice and efficient I love coming here!

AR real good and nice up here they are love they

Always get me in and out really fast. They have the most efficient system of all local plasma centers IMO

Called because I am a new donor and have only donated twice called to ask some questions the lady that answered was very rude. I would choose another plasma place. Go to biolife it is cleaner and faster.

Apparently the staff (front desk) like to make bets on the people that come in the door. Very unprofessional to say the least. I won't be coming back.

Between some crazy people they get in there for donors and the rude staff, it's an absolute nightmare to deal with.

I can donate many time but can't charge my phone. Selfish

This place is not good it very under staffed it takes forever to get check in if u a first time donor plain on being here for 3-5 hrs that day it crazy Don't get told very good direction on where to go or how long the wait time for each step is going to take before u get back to do the blood donation

I love it and there very respectful and hard workers that make u leav with a smile hashtag varon

It's nice alot cleaner and more professional than the 1 in MPLS

This company allowed someone to donate plasma under my name, without my permission. An FTC complaint was filed and they still allowed it.

I had a seizure while donating. They just sent me home after giving me 2 crackers and water.

Check in was quick, friendly staff, calm atmosphere

Was denied from donating due to my address listed as not being able to donate based on where I live even though I live only about a mile away. Whatever.

Banned for life last year for temporary shelter till I qualified for housing other words DISCRETION, PROFILING OUT COME OF THIS IS GREAVANCE !!!!

Quick process, friendly staff, easy location. Your pay depends on your weight, don't agree with that!

Fast, friendly, and clean. Has a neighborhood vibe and staff are very friendly and professional.

This is the cleanest CSL that I've EVER been to! The staff are Awesome too

Best staff on the planet, and they treat you like a human being instead of a paycheck.

Clean facility, with lots of donation chairs. There were lots of helpful staff for my first time donating with CSL Plasma.

Terrible staff doesn't know anything they just want you in and out

I been coming for years I know the staff and I know

staff are severely uncoordinated and clueless. the place itself is filthy.

It is my Christian and civic duty to help donate plasma to help others. ??

Be patient, and sociable it's a breeze!

Staff is always friendly and concerned with my health and comfort.
