They constantly play with your money you get a coupon for not coming for awhile that gives you +25 or +50 on your regular donation and they send you out the door with your regular donation money they give you the hardest times when you try to use your coupons sent directly from Grifols not a bad place to donate tho when there not playing with your money.
That is some really nice people that work there and make you feel comfortable It's a clean facility and never recommend if you're gonna donate plasma go here
This is the worst Donation Center I have ever been to!! The waits are outrageous!! Make sure you have at least 4 hours or longer to visit and donate here. And that's on a weekday at 10 am! If you come on a weekend you better get here early or you might not make it before they close! That's the parking lot. Like maybe 20 people besides the staff, been there for 3 hour and just left without donating!! By far the worst place to donate!!
Great people know what they are doing was scared my first time but I've been here about 15-16 times now
While most of the staff is friendly and the pay is good. The amount of time spent in the building could be better. The staff in the back doesn't care how long you are back there. They took there good old time getting to people. I have waited over an hour on a bed just to be set up and poked. And then waited 30 minutes to get the needle removed. Why? Because of them waiting to start everyone at the same time or close to the same time as possible. And then going in order of when people get done. It is very un
If you are ever having a rough day do not make the mistake of airing your grievances in front of their staff. They will defer you. *Update* 1/22/24 they have permanently deferred me for the same reason as previously stated. No more politeness in my review. Most of the staff are jerks (kept it PG) and have a PERSONAL VENDETTA against donors. I sincerely hope all of the jerk employees step on a Lego with every step they take...
This place seems to never have enough nurses, I been there twice this month and they couldn't take me as a new donor because of call offs. I couldn't donate any sooner because of work. I talked to the manager but he could only give me a card to come back or else I would have given 1 star. He was really nice, everyone else was standing around talking and laughing while I wasn't waiting to talk to someone.
So, I've always felt squeamish when it comes to anything having to do with blood/plasma, especially my own, but I feel it is my civic and humanitarian duty to donate. This place is a godsend as they make me feel so comfy and at home that I hardly even notice! Not to mention their conveniently speedy service, which comes in handy when I'm on a time crunch. My visits are particularly pleasant when Marty is there! Thank you for making what is usually such a daunting task for me actually quite pleasant!
Juan is great at his job! Great with people, great at sticking folks and a hard worker. Maria also deserves to be recognized for her loyalty to donors. Good job Juan and Maria! Thank you for everything- I hope your hard work is rewarded by your company!
They don't care unprofessional And dirty. That's how I would describe this place. The woman upfront passed my left arm but miraculously when I get a BP cuff put on it the veins don't pop. And right after the vein test. The woman who did it went to lunch saying she get off at 2:30 and it's her break time. So I doubt the whole of the test. Then when I was told about my veins I was told I don't know what to tell you but you didn't pass. Everyone there was mean rude and didn't care like I said at the beginning.
Fantastic plasma center. I've never had ANY issues donating it's never too crowded even on busy days and the staff is always so nice and helpful. If I were a first time donor and needed the money, I'd come here for sure!
I would like to give shoutout Juan! He really is such a good and hard worker! There have been times where there are only 2 people on the donor floor and he HEALD IT DOWN! Doing the set-ups, take downs and re-sticks. He's such a patient person and such a good trainer. He makes everyone around him feel comfortable and at home. I also want to recognize that he's in nursing school and killing it out there and working full time! Great job Juan! And also shout out to Maria for always working through her pain with
So they keep trying to trying to implement this scheduling thing but it doesnt matter cause they'll take walk ups out of order over you anyways because the system cant tell who scheduled and didnt despite scheduling in the system. This is bogus just say nothing is changing and skip the hoopla. -James
This place rips u off the first chance they get. staff are nice but not enough of them to keep place running, and whoever is in charge needs replaced. One kiosk working in building. Don't recommend donating here at all. I go back to freedom before I go here again, they pay more!!!!!
Vanessa is the best staff member they have! She doesn't waste your time with unnecessary conversation and actually knows how to do her job unlike some of the other employees!
Great employees and great environment definitely recommend.
It's sad when I have to attempt to become a new donor 5-8 times before actually donating. Should I just wait until I see my PCP? I don't have issues with many of the staff. Some are very friendly and courteous, some are brash and cold, others are just trying. If there wasn't such a need for both donations and, cash to live, I'm not sure why these places are even open?
I feel that this facility deserves 0 Stars. There staff has lied to me, on several occasions. I don't think that their lies were intentional. I do however feel that they were a result of incompetent employees. Also there corporate office has lied to me, which is something that I feel is very disturbing. In my opinion this location can not be trusted. Since I posted this review I got a response wanting me to call and give them more information. Well I called that number, long before I posted my review. And I
I enjoyed my experience. The atmosphere during early afternoons is peaceful. Staff was friendly and efficient and the new donor bonus of 125 was greatly appreciated.
Takes forever it used be quick now it takes almost 3 hrs. I think it because they make u sign in instead of going to the kiosk machine like they used to do used to only spend a hr in there tops. One time they didn't put my money on my card until the nxt day after I called complaining about it. This is just a terrible place to donate.
Theyre good, i was surprised by the depth of questions and checking for apparent drug and lifestyle offenses or abuses but i guess Im glad theyre thorough ;)
If you've finished donating and the workers are too busy talking or on their phones. Don't say anything or they'll go in the system and defer you . Than pretend they don't know why someone went in an put you as deferred 3 DAYS AFTER YOUR LAST DONATION the day you was supposed to donate again but decided to not to cause it was a constant issue to be made to wait half an hour after your done with a needle in your arm. So you found out 3 years later when you try and donate with biomat instead of telacris and g
Terrible staff. Very unprofessional. I witnessed them allow other donors lay on beds that they didn't even clean from the last one. They act like your time means nothing. Judgmental, I was accused of "hopping centers". She had it all figured out too like she was a detective. Nothing she even came up with was remotely true. It's funny when people let the only little authority they have get to their head.
Professional, always on time, great people.
At first they took forever but now with the new rules its a better place. The only thing that sucks is having to get a key to use the restrooms. The staff is very friendly and treat you like your one of them.
Every time I've come to donate at this center im always In and out. Vanessa C. is one of my favorite out of the staff. Give this lady a raise lol. 10/10
The girls are very friendly but my God, they have no consideration for peoples time. All you hear about is how everyone else is horrible and stand and talk to their donor friends even after they're done. And please, walk with a bit of sense of urgency
I've never had a problem at Telicris it's like a family environment there after a while You learn the workers names, you see some people you never thought would be there I've met plenty of good people while donating at Telicris and so will you , just give it a try an help maybe save a family member.
This place is a SCAM!!! They lie, cheat people out of money and perform illegal activities. I started going there in October 2018 ..as a new donor i was told i would be paid a total of 400 for my first 5 donations. I spend roughly 3 hours there doing various paperwork, getting a physical and various other hoops they make you jump through to donate. Didnt have much of a problem and was paid $75 for the donation. Came back a few days later for my second donation which i had an appointment time for and checked
I've came here 4 times to get my first donations done, waited 1-2 hours only to be told come back another time. This is starting to get old as it seems some employees care and others don't. It's 7:03 on a Sunday, no one is here as far as donors go. There's 1 nurse ig, and we can't get my process going for whatever reason.
The staff was friendly and polite. The movie selection was nice as well. I felt very comfortable while donating because it kept my mind off the time it takes to donate your plasma.
Great place. I was greeted by a lovely girl name Vanessa, super nice and polite. Will deff be back!
The staff phlebotomist are not.properly trained. Constantly bruising arms.and deferring people because of their mistakes. I recommend CSL PLASMA over any griffols company. Zero problems and friendly staff at CSL PLASMA
Used to go to Biomat grifols but this place is closer so i tried, new donors are first but the wait is still incredibly long, just to get told my vein is red flagged which made no sense, it was clearly visible and ive always been told i have good veins. But they consistently denied me. Others were having issues as well. They seem inexperienced which is highly annoying to donors. Go to Biomat in toledo instead, higher payouts, more experienced phlebotomists, better service overall.
They move super slow, appointments are useless. Been here an hour and 15 minutes as a return donor, and all they accomplished is a vital check and kiosk questionare. Will not return once promotion is over.
Very good place to go. The bonuses are better then most places and the employees are so nice. I will definitely continue to come to this donation place.
If they had a 0 I'd put that. Don't go here they treat you like criminals even when your honest they try to find 100 reasons not for you to donate!! Sat hours just to be denied. Don't go here ever!!!
The staff here has always been helpful and nice whenever I come in and I haven't had to wait very long to donate
The worse plasma center in Toledo! You would think because workers been there for years they would be more professional but nope rude as ever. I wouldnt recommend no one in there right mind to keep going passsed new donor pay. Deserve zero stars!
Id be surprised if any of them have a degree ive been here three times and the last time got restuck 3 times. Now there telling me they cant find a vein but I went to biomat right after and they had no problem finding one. If you need to donate plasma for extra money go alittle bit more down dorr and hit up biomat
The discriminate against people living in homeless shelters we are not all drug addicts some of us just fell on hard times. I went there to try and get money to feed my 6 year old daughter and I get told no cause of where I stay people like me need it the most
Fair compensation for your life saving plasma. The staff is friendly and for the first 2 weeks it was 150 per donation. Help save a life and help yourself financially.
This location is very good, even when they are busy. Juan is A+ with working with the donors.
1 to 5star only cause the lady who called and apologized for the inconvenience that occurred... An they gave a little extra which allowed me to get other transportation.
Money is good with bonuses ,but if your blood pressure is off by one number they tell you ,you can't donate real petty place to go
Clean, best compensation, easy process. New donor registration is longest appt other then that I am in and out in about and hr. and a half.
Horrible staff rude and managers dont answer the phone. I will not be coming back after this promotion this is the 3rd time they havent loaded my money on my card and my only 4th time donating here
I had an awesome experience. Staff was very funny and friendly. Fast and efficient. Loved it
Don't listen to the other comments guys, this place is nice the staff is friendly and they do there jobs nobody's stranding around doing nothing everybody's always working I wouldn't go on a Thursday or Saturday though that's when there most busy
Worst place ever they don't know anything but to criticize other people that's all they do
The staff is great Orlanda kedra Matt gill...I can keep naming staff
EASY AS HELL TO DONATE, BUT MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET TO THE DONATION BAY, DUE TO THE FACT THAT EVERYTHING IS ON PAPERWORK. THEY NEED TO SET UP THE KIOSKS FOR EVERYONE TO SIGN IN AT. THAT WILL MAKE IT MUCH FASTER
I don't like the new system it takes longer. But the workers are always nice to me. Its clean.
They are amazing m friendly at this center especially Vanessa C.
Very friendly staff. They value your time and try to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
The only donation center that i will go to! Staff is friendly i love my girls.. super kind and caring ??
Keep an eye on what these people put down. Incompetence is abound and when their staff makes a clerical error it will be you who ends up permanently defferred
The employees are rude and lazy spend more time on they're cell phones and tyne computer system is a joke
Vanessa C is very nice and sweet and good manners
Staff is rude, don't care about anything. Stupid phone calls every day, and I haven't gone there in over 7 months. Go to CSL.
Love it here, love the crew, Vanessa is a awesome
It's great knowing I'm helping others and they pay for ur time as well. It's a win win situation. Saving lives!
Go there weekly real nice and clean not long to take, and staff there are really nice i say 5 star bravo bravo lmao
Great friendly, knowledgeable, and fast staff! Out of the plasma donation centers in town... this one is by far the best!
Most of the staff is friendly. To bad they take all of the parking spots that are close to the doors.
The people here are so kind to everyone that walks in the door. Everybody is so supportive through the donation process.
Easy to donate, clean safe place however expect to be there at least 6 to 8 hours.
Very friendly and nice staff. Martin was very helpful
Great place great place i use the money to buy my kid's Jordan's its a good investment and you help people in need of plasma.
So happy to help others and look, I won a 50" TV! ??
Everyone does a great job, Vanessa christine Matt
They play with your money and short you out the money and Im about to get a lawsuit for talecris
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the wait times are minimal
Employees are friendly and do there best to get you in and out.
The best plasma donation center ever!! They make sure you are fully informed and comfortable!!
Arlanda and Vanessa c have good energy
They never take new donors! As soon as they open they put a sign up rejecting new donors
Bout to walk in the rain to get this 50 dollars and watch a movie and be out fast in 30 some minutes after on the machine!
They are nicer, cleaner, and faster than any other place
It's Clean and the staff member there are very friendly and helpful

Juan the phlebotomist legit the best!

Awesome staff ????????????
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
